The government focuses on promoting start-ups, fostering ventures, and creating an ecosystem of start-ups through the formation of a strong growth environment for small businesses. This study provides academic and practical implications about ways of improving our business incubator’s support service across stages of growth through IPA. To this end, an Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) was conducted to analyze relationship and differences in importance and satisfaction of business incubator’s support service support at business incubation center. These results present to provide the following academic and practical implications. The academic implications are the need for differences in support services for each phase of start-up growth. As factors that could increase the likelihood of successful start-up were identified in each phase of the start-up growth, important information needed for policy and strategy was provided. As a practical suggestion, the managers and expert groups are presented with sections to be opened for each start-up growth stage, minimum effort input, and areas to be maintained continuously. A systematic support plan is established and a foundation is provided for improvement measures in efficient start-up business incubator’s support service.

본 연구는 Holstein 거세 비육우의 성장 단계에 따른 채식 및 반추행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 실시하였다. 실험에 사용한 공시 Holstein 거세우는 육성 단계(T1), 비육전기 단계(T2) 그리고 비육 후기 단계(T3)을 각각 3두씩, 총 9두를 3처리 3반복으로 배치하였다. 사료급여는 농후사료 체중의 1.62%, 조사료는 자유 채식시킨 후 육안으로 48시간 채식 행동관찰을 실시하였다. 체중대비 건물섭취량은 T1구(2.21%) 가장 높게 T3구 (1.39%)가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 채식시간은 T1, 반추시간은 T2 그리고 휴식시간은 T3 구에서 높게 나타났다(p<0.05, 0.01). 저작 시간은 T1 및 T2구에 비하여 T3구가 현저히 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.01). 식괴수와 총 저작수는 다른 처리구에 비하여 T2구가 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(p<0.01). 그러나 식괴 당 저작수 및 분 당 식괴수는 T1구가 높게 나타났지만 상호 처리간 유의적인 수준은 나타나지 않았다. 음수 회수 및 배분 회수는 처리 구들 간에 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 그러나 배뇨 회수는 어린 단 계인 T1 구에서 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(p<0.01). 음수 시간, 배분시간, 배뇨시간은 T1 구에서 높게 나타났지만, 개체 차이가 심하여 유의적인 차이는 보이지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면 비육후기 단계(T3)는 육성(T1) 및 비육전기(T2)비하여 체중대비 채식량이 낮음에 따라 채식시간 반추시간은 줄어들고 휴식시간은 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 T3구는 총 식괴수 및 총 저작수도 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다.

In experiment dealt with 240 Hanwoo (172 steers and 68 heifers) among the 456 cattle during growing and fattening period were used from 2004 to 2015. Growth period was divided into 6, 12, 18, and 24 months for steers and 6, 12, 18, and 43 months for heifers. The results showed that lying down, feeding, and drinking behavior increased according to the growth. In contrary, the time of locomotion behavior including standing and walking behavior were reduced. Aggressive behavior was observed to be mostly generated in the first 6-months. Thus the results showed that different growth period of Hanwoo steers can be used as management systems for breeding and disease management. It conclude that providing a comfortable living space is a useful management systems suppress stress to the minimum extent without giving unnecessary stress to the animals.

The importance of genetic resource preservation has been highlighted in the literature as a means of maintaining genetic diversity. Investigations for hematologic values and the differential count of white blood cell count (WBC) for Korean indigenous cattle (KIC) and endangered indigenous cattle (EIC) are rarely performed. Therefore, the objective of this study was to investigate the hematologic values of total 40 EIC (White, Black, Mini cattle) and 35 KIC as control by analysis of hematologic characteristics. As a result, the mean values of RBC and platelet of EIC were significantly decreased by age (p<0.05). The mean values of RBC, HCT, MCV and MCHC between EIC and KIC of the same age (2 ～3 years) showed the statistical significance (p<0.05). Also, in the WBC of EIC, the mean values were decreased according to the age from 13.9×103/μL～12.7×103/μL under 1 year to 9.1×103/μL～11.5×103/μL over 2 years respectively. In the differential count of WBC of EIC (White, Black, Mini cattle), it showed generally the rates of 40.2%, 52.2%, 49.0% lymphocyte and 27.2%, 33.9%, 32.0% segmented neutrophil from 2～3 years respectively. Result of this study will be used for establishing reference range for blood analysis in EIC such as white, black and mini cattle. This study reported hematological values which could serve as baseline information for comparison in conditions of nutrient deficiency, physiological and health status of endangered Korean native cattle. In addition, this study provides a valuable resource for further investigations of the preservation of rare genetic stocks underlying traits of interest in cattle.

신제품 또는 신기술의 개발은 기업의 생존과 직결한 문제로써 급변하는 경영환 경과 심화하는 경쟁 속에서 성과 창출과 향상에 대한 관심이 증대하고 있다. 그러나 중소기 업은 국가 경제에서 차지하는 위상에 비해 규모와 보유자원 등의 한계를 가지므로 국가에서 는 다양한 정책적 지원을 제공한다. 조직수명주기에 관한 연구에 따르면 성장단계별로 기업 의 한계와 애로사항이 다르므로 차별적 지원이 이루어져야 할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있다. ‘2011년 중소기업기술통계’에 응답한 2,575개 기업 자료를 대상으로 기술개발공정의 기술 능력 수준과 편차가 R&D 매출성과에 어떤 영향을 끼치는지 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 기술능 력 수준은 R&D 매출성과에 정(+)의 영향을 끼쳤다. 또한, 기술능력의 편차와 R&D 매출성과 간에 관계를 정부지원이 조절하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 하지만, 정부지원이 기술수준이 R&D 매출성과에 미치는 영향을 성장단계별로 다르게 조절할 것이라는 가설에 대한 실증 분석 결 과 성장단계별로 조절효과가 유의적으로 각각 다르게 나타났다. 연구의 이론적인 시사점은 성장단계를 고려하지 않은 단순한 역학관계를 떠나 좀 더 실제 로 복잡한 중소기업 환경을 직시할 수 있는 현실적인 인과 모형을 제시하였고, 따라서 다양 성을 다각적인 방법으로 측정하여 연구변수로 활용해야하는 당위성을 마련하였다. 또한 실 무적 시사점은 성장단계별 정부지원에 대한 정책을 차별적으로 수립할 수 있고, 각자 다른 성장단계에 있는 중소기업으로 하여금 맞춤식의 정책을 순응하도록 하여 정부지원금의 효과 적으로 사용할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제시하였다는 것이다.

2013년 11월부터 2014년 7월까지 가축유전자원시험장 장내에서 사육 중인 한우 및 칡소 206두(한우 187두, 칡소 19두)를 대상으로 연령별, 종별 그리고 성별로 각각 분류하고, 이들에 대한 혈액학적 수치를 확인하였다. 혈액학적 검사 결과에서 1년 이하에서 5년 이상으로 연령이 증가됨에 따라 RBC(12.0~9.5x106/μl로)와 PLT치(717~432x103/μl로)에서 각각 유의성 있는 감소(P＜0.05)가 인정되었다. 동일 연령(2~3년)의 한우군과 칡소군 간에서의 비교에서는 RBC(10.1~10.4x106/μl)와 HCT(44.8~42.1%), MCV(49.4~44.9 fl) 및 MCHC (28.9~31.1 g/dl)에서 두 품종 간의 차이점이 인정되었으며, MCV와 MCHC에서도 통계적 유의성이 인정되었다(P＜0.05). 또한, 백혈구계 검사 결과에서도 연령이 증가함에 따라 WBC 수치(1년 이하의 13.8에서 5년 이상의 9.5x103/μl로)가 감소하는 경향이 인정되었으며, 백혈구 분포의 백분율에서는 전반적으로 림프구가 46.2%를, 분엽형 호중구가 35.6%로 나타났다. 한우군과 칡소군 간의 백혈구계 비교에서는 칡소군의 분엽형 호중구치가 2.7x103/μl로서 한우군에 비하여 유의성 있는 저하(P＜0.05)가 인정되었으며, 림프구치는 5.2x103/μl로 4.7x103/μl 한우군에 비하여 높게 나타났다. 임신우군과 비임신우군 간의 비교 분석에서는 Hg(9.9 g/dl)과 HCT(40.5%)이 비임신군에 비하여 통계적 유의성이 있는 저하(P＜0.05)가 인정되었으며, 총 백혈구수와 분엽형 호중구수, 림프구수 모두 비임신우군에 비하여 높게 나타났지만, 통계적 유의성은 인정되지 않았다.

Meanwhile, Korea has continuously promote economic growth strategy large enterprise-oriented under stateled. As a result, the economy has grown remarkably. But domestic industry structure is unbalanced because of the proportion of medium-sized enterprises is low. To growth of small enterprises to mid-sized enterprises, balanced development of the corporate ecosystem is necessary. For this purpose, it is necessary to continue the growth of small enterprises to mid-sized enterprises. But most companies do not escape stagnation phenomenon in the growth phase while experiencing growing pains. In this paper, we will study the concept of growing pains and stagnation cause of domestic small and medium sized enterprises. Through this, classifying small and medium sized enterprises growing step and Find out the factors that lead to growing pains at each step. To overcome growing pain, we suggest plan for conquest.

This study was conducted to determine the growth performance and carcass characteristics of fattening Hanwoo heifers slaughtered at different ages. Twenty one Hanwoo heifers were randomly allocated to three groups (32, 36 and 40 months age), with 7 steers each, respectively. In the result, initial and final body weights were 125.6 and 651.0 kg, respectively. Average daily gain was significantly low at final stage compared with other growth stages (p<0.05). Dry matter intake was the peak at the intermediate fattening stage (p<0.05). The feed conversion ratio was significantly lower at growing stage compared to other stages (p<0.05). In yield traits, carcass weight was greater in 40 months age group compared to other groups (p<0.05). Yield index was greater in 32 months group compared to 40 months of age (p<0.05). Marbling score, meat color, fat color, texture, and maturity were not different among groups (p>0.05). However, marbling score tended to be increased in 40 months age group (5.9) compared to other groups. The appearance rate (%) of meat quality grade more than 1+ was greater at 40 months old group than other groups.

느타리버섯은 시중의 재배기술이 발전하여 느타리와 큰느타리의 전체 생산 및 소비가 버섯전체생산의 약 50%를 차지하여 재배품종의 주류를 형성하고 있다. 하지만 UPOV 및 FTA 등의 문호개방에 따라 로열티 지불 등에 대응할 수 있는 품종육성이나 신기술 개발이 시급한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 느타리버섯의 성장단계별 유전적 발현을 분석하기 위해 cDNA 라이브러리를 성장단계별 10단계로 구분하여 12,342 ESTs를 구축하였다. 기존에 등록된 29,211 EST와 함께 분석한 결과 contig 4,939로 40%를 보여주었다. 이것을 기능별로 분류하였을 때 생물학적 과정 (Biological process) 27%, 세포 요소 (Cellular component) 35%, 분자 기능 (Molecular function) 38%로 분포하였다. 생물학적 과정에서는 생리학적 과정과 세포 과정이 각각 50%와 46%, 세포 요소에서는 세포와 세포부분이 각각 35%, 분자 기능에서는 촉매활성과 결합력이 각각 44%와 40%를 차지하였다. 유전자군별로 다양한 발현 패턴을 보여주었으며 조직특이적 발현은 약 13%를 나타내었다.
