        PURPOSES : This study defines private and public service providers connected to a public data hub in a smart city and examines the information that should be exchanged between them. The information exchange scheme covers data exchange at a minimum level. METHODS : First, we reviewed the entities participating in the emergency charging service and designed the scope of information linkages between the entities. Second, we diagnosed the main information linkages according to a service flowchart. Third, we reviewed the basic information requirements linked to actors participating in the service. Finally, we derived and presented information linked to the subjects. RESULTS : In addition to the basic requirements, the number of data-exchange information sets specified was four, which was the scope of the aforementioned study. We defined and analyzed an efficient information exchange system between various actors involved in emergency charging services. Data were defined based on interactions between service users, operators, providers, and data hubs. Each set had a different scope and purpose. CONCLUSIONS : Information collected and provided by emergency charging service providers in connection with a data hub that manages urban energy was proposed.

        We analyzed the performance of hubless rim propellers based on the number of blades, maintaining a fixed pitch ratio and expanded area ratio, using computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Thrust coefficient, torque coefficient and efficiency according to the number of blades were analyzed. In addition, the pressure distribution on the discharge and suction sides of the blade was analyzed. As the advance ratio increases, the thrust coefficient decreases. The highest thrust was shown when the advance ratio was lowest. For the three, four, five and six-blades, the torque coefficient tended to decrease as the advance ratio increased. In the case of seven and eight-blades, the torque coefficient tended to increase as the advance ratio increased. The maximum efficiency was found when the advance ratio was 0.8. When the three-blade, it showed high efficiency at all advance ratios. A high pressure distribution was observed at the leading edge of the discharge blade, and a low pressure distribution was observed at the trailing edge. Applying a hubless rim-driven thruster with the three-blade can generate higher thrust and increase work efficiency.

        담배가루이 방제는 대부분 화학적 방제에 의존하므로 약제저항성 증가가 야기되므로, 트랩식물을 이용한 대체 방제법 개발을 위해 허브식물들에 대한 담배가루이의 기주 선호성을 조사하였다. 완주군에 있는 국립원예특작과 학원 내 토마토온실에서 실험을 진행하였으며, 허브 식물로 레몬밤, 초코민트, 로즈제라늄, 애플제라늄을 지면으로부터 50 cm와 작물 상단부의 30 cm 위치에 각각 설치하여 담배가루이 밀도를 조사하였다. 허브식물의 설치 위치별 담배가루이 밀도를 각각 조사한 결과 레몬밤이 설치된 곳에서 높았으며 로즈제라늄과 애플제라늄은 오히려 기피하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 유인제, 기피제 및 트랩 식물을 포함한 허브 식물을 사용하는 담배가루이의 대체 방제법 개발에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

        This study has related to lightweight automobiles due to global warming with the reduction of fossil fuel reserves are rapidly progressing around the automobile industry. This study has revealed the relationship for the mechanical properties via the analyzed microstructure, precipitated phase variation of the wheel hub of a commercial vehicle manufactured using molten forging technology using A356 and A357 alloys, which are high-strength Al-Si-Mg base cast aluminum alloys. Differential scanning calorimetry has performed to analyze the precipitation amount of each alloy that influences the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy. The XRD analysis has measured for the microstructure's crystal phase on A356 and A357 alloys. In this paper has evaluated to compare the properties of the A356 alloy and the A357 alloy for the mechanical properties. The A356 alloy has confirmed that a microstructure is finer than A357 alloy, and a quantity of precipitated material is more than A357 alloy. Therefore, this study confirmed that the A356 alloy has better mechanical properties than the A357 alloy.

        Herb soy sauce was prepared by extracting rosemary, lemon balm, spearmint and peppermint at a low temperature in fresh soy sauce. The antioxidant and physicochemical properties of herb soy sauces were examined. Herb soy sauces were prepared by adding 2.5% (w/v) of herbs to fresh soy sauce at 60℃. The total polyphenol, DPPH%, ABTS% increased with extracting time but five minutes extraction with sufficient antioxidant herb soy sauce could be prepared. The antioxidant powers of herb soy sauces were higher in lemon balm extract, and the rosemary extract showed the lowest. Soy sauces added with herbs had lower pH and salinity (p<0.05) and higher sugar content than without herbs. The colorness according to the type of herbs showed significant difference.

        본 연구는 4대강사업으로 이미 조성된 팔당 물안개공원을 재생하기 위해 허브 주제원을 도입 하고 이를 구체화하기 위한 전략적 방안을 주로 물리적 측면에서 다룬 내용이다. 기존공원의 재활성화를 위한 전략으로 현 공간구조를 오방(五方)의 전통적 장소 맥락에서 재해석하였으며, 이에 기초하여 단위 공간별 주제를 조직화하고 허브 식재방식과 시설요소를 ‘두텁게 하는 전략’을 활용하였다. 또한, 새롭게 도입될 주제원을 위한 스토리텔링의 장치요소를 제안함으로써 이용자와 환경 간에 다양한 감성 교류와 공감 강화를 겨냥하였다. 한편 입지특성에 의해 오랫동안 공공복지 관련 개발행위조차도 제한되어 온 계획대상지 주변 상황을 고려하여, 수도권 수변 휴양공간의 확충과 함께 지역주민의 소득증대와 공공복지활동에 탄력적으로 대응하는 환경을 구축하도록 하였다. 계획수립에 따른 예상효과가 상부 기관으로부터 인정받아 해당 예산을 이미 확보한 본 사업은 2022년 준공을 목표로 하고 있는바, 본 사업의 충실한 질적 완성을 기대한다.

        After Dantzig and Rasmer introduced Vehicle Routing Problem in 1959, this field has been studied with numerous approaches so far. Classical Vehicle Routing Problem can be described as a problem of multiple number of homogeneous vehicles sharing a same starting node and having their own routes to meet the needs of demand nodes. After satisfying all the needs, they go back to the starting node. In order to apply the real world problem, this problem had been developed with additional constraints and pick up & delivery model is one of them. To enhance the effectiveness of pick up & delivery, hub became a popular concept, which often helps reducing the overall cost and improving the quality of service. Lots of studies have suggested heuristic methods to realize this problem because it often becomes a NP-hard problem. However, because of this characteristic, there are not many studies solving this problem optimally. If the problem can be solved in polynomial time, optimal solution is the best option. Therefore, this study proposes a new mathematical model to solve this problem optimally, verified by a real world problem. The main improvements of this study compared to real world case are firstly, make drivers visit every nodes once except hub, secondly, make drivers visit every nodes at the right time, and thirdly, make drivers start and end their journey at their own homes.

        식품 안전 규제에서 위해물질에 대한 국내 기준 설정 시 국제식품규격위원회(Codex Alimentarius Commission, CAC) 기준과의 조화를 위한 검토가 요구되며 이를 위해 서는 코덱스 식품분류에 대한 정확한 이해가 필요하다. 따라서 여기에서는 CAC(코덱스) 식품분류 개정 작업이 2017 년에 완료된 곡류, 그리고 2018년에 완료된 견과종실류와 허브 및 향신료에 대해 개정된 코덱스 식품분류 내용을 소개하고자 하였다. 그 내용을 간략히 요약하면 다음과 같다. 코덱스 식품분류에는 국내 식품분류(식품의약품안전처 의 분류)에서 곡류에 해당하는 것으로 Group 020 cereal grains (6개 subgroup), 견과종실류에 해당하는 것으로 3개 그룹, Group 022 tree nuts (subgroup 없음), Group 023 oil seeds and oilfruits (5개 subgroup), Group 024 seeds for beverages and sweets (subgroup 없음)가 있다. 그리고 허브와 향신료의 경우 코덱스에는 2개 그룹, Group 027 (3 개 subgroup), Group 028 (9개 subgroup)이 있다. 코덱스 식품분류에서 식품에 부여된 commodity code의 수는 Group 020 27개, Group 022 32개, Group 023 46개, Group 024 4개, Group 027 127개, Group 028 138개 이다. 한편 코덱스와 식품의약품안전처의 식품분류 사이에는 여러 차이점 이 있었다. 예를 들면 국내 식품분류에서는 곡류나 허브를 코덱스처럼 세분화하지 않았고 코덱스와 달리 땅콩을 견과류에 묶어서 한 그룹으로 분류하고 있고 기타식물류를 두었다. 코덱스 식품분류를 사용할 때 이러한 차이에 대한 주의가 필요하다.

        As supply chains are globalized, multinational companies are trying to optimize distribution networks using a hub and spoke structure. In this hub and spoke network structure, multinational companies locate regional distribution centers at hub airports, which serve demands in their corresponding regions. Especially when customers put higher priority on the service lead-time, hinterlands of international hub airports become ideal candidate locations for the regional hub distribution centers. By utilizing excellent airport and logistics services from hub airports, regional distribution centers in the hub airports can match supply with demand efficiently. In addition, regional hub distribution centers may increase air cargo volume of each airport, which is helpful in the current extremely competitive airport industry. In this paper, we classified locational preferences into three primary categories including demand, service and risk and applied the analytic hierarchy process methodology to prioritize factors of locational preferences. Primary preference factors include secondary factors. Demand factor contains access to current and prospect markets. Service factor comprises airport and logistics perspectives. Service factor in terms of airport operations includes secondary factors such as airport service and connectivity. Service factor in terms of logistics operations contains infrastructure and logistics operations efficiency. Risk factor consists of country and business risks. We also evaluated competitiveness of Asian hub airports in terms of candidate location for regional hub distribution centers. The candidate hub airports include Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Narita and Incheon. Based on the analytic hierarchy process analysis, we derived strategic implications for hub airports to attract multinational companies’ regional hub distribution centers.

        This study was carried out in order to evaluate the design suitability of gas scrubbers, which have been operated in Siheung and Ansan Smarthubs, as an odor removal device. Detailed design data of 31 gas scrubbers installed between 2005 to 2014 were investigated. All the scrubbers investigated were found to use a “packed bed” design, and 30 of them used pall rings as packing materials. In determining the bed diameter of scrubbers, many facilities used incorrect packing parameters, which resulted in inappropriate design values for the bed diameter. In determining of the height of packed bed, the height of transfer unit (HTU) was calculated incorrectly because of the misuse of both the constants of packing materials and Schmidt numbers. In addition, the values of number of transfer unit (NTU) were found to be underestimated due to the low removal efficiency goal. Therefore, the adapted values of packed bed height were quite different from the ones calculated in many facilities.
