PURPOSES : Traffic congestions which occur in the intersections of arterials lead to mobility and environment problem, and then traffic agencies and engineers have been struggling for mitigating congestions with greenhouse gas emissions. As an alternative of solving theses problems, this study is to introduce a low-cost and high-effectiveness countermeasure as unconventional intersections which are successfully in operation in U.S.. The main feature of unconventional intersections is to reroute turning movement on an approach to other approach, which consequently more green time is available for the progression of through traffic. Due to improved progression, this unique geometric design contributes to reduce delays with greenhouse gas emission and provides a viable alternative to interchanges. This study is to evaluate the potential operation and environment benefits of unconventional intersections. METHODS: This study used the VISSIM model with Synchro and EnViVer. Synchro is to optimize signal phases and EnViVer model to estimate the amount of greenhouse gas emissions by each condition. RESULTS : The result shows that unconventional intersections lead to increase the capacity and to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, compared to existing intersections. CONCLUSIONS: Unconventional intersections have the ability to positively impact operations and environments as a low-cost and higheffectiveness countermeasure

목적: 착용 중인 안경렌즈에 대한 세균 오염정도를 확인하고 동시에 국내 최초로 유통되고 있는 1회용 안경렌즈 클리너(Lens Cleaning WIPE, ZEISS, Germany)에 대한 미생물학적 오염의 세척 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 방법: 만 19세에서 만 38세 사이의 대학생 29명을 대상으로 착용 중인 안경렌즈에서 1회용 안경렌즈 클리너(Lens Cleaning WIPE, ZEISS, Germany)를 이용한 세척 전, 후에 대하여 멸균된 면봉으로 오염 균을 채취하였고 Thioglycollate Medium 수용성 배지와 혈액한천배지 및 MacConkey 배지에 접종하여 배양한 후 집락 수를 계산하였다. 세균의 동정은 Phoenix ID(BD Diagnostics, Inc. Sparks, Maryland, USA) 자동기기로 하였다. 결과: 세척 전 사용 중인 안경렌즈에서는 그람양성 알균이 6종으로 Streptococcus sp., Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus hominis, Staphylococcus haemolyticus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Micrococcus luteus가 검출되었으며 그람양성 막대균으로는 Bacillus cereus로 1종이 검출되었다. 1회용 안경렌즈 클리너를 이용하여 세척한 후에는 대부분 제거되었으나 Staphylococcus hominis와 Micrococcus luteus에서는 집락 수의 감소만 나타났다. 결 론: 본 실험에서는 사용 중인 안경렌즈에서 기회감염성 세균류인 그람양성 알균 6종과 그람양성 막대균 1종이 오염되었음을 확인하였다. 외부로 노출되어 있는 우리의 눈은 면역력이 떨어지거나 상처 등을 입었을 때 쉽게 감염을 일으킬 수 있는 기회감염성 균들에 대한 대안이 요구되는 현실에서 1회용 안경렌즈 클리너(Lens Cleaning WIPE, ZEISS, Germany)의 활용은 매우 유용한 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 2010 국민건강영양조사 원시자료에서 식품섭취 조사를 실시한 대상자 8,019명 중 19~64세 연령의 성인 대상 자 4,556명(56.8%)의 원자료를 이용하여 19~64세 성인의 상 용음식(밥류, 면․만두류, 국․탕류, 찌개류) 1인 1회 섭취분 량에 대한 정보를 제공하고, 2005년 국민건강영양조사자료 를 이용하여 설정된 기존자료와의 비교를 통하여 한국 성인 의 주요 상용음식의 1인 1회 섭취분량의 변화 패턴을 알아보 고자 하였다. 밥류 중 가장 높은 섭취빈도를 보인 것은 쌀밥 이었고, 1인 1회 섭취분량은 265 ㎖로 2005년 자료로부터 설 정된 250 ㎖와 유사하였다. 두 번째로 높은 섭취 빈도를 보인 것은 잡곡밥으로 3,472의 빈도로 거의 흰쌀밥에 가까운 섭취 빈도였고, 1회 1회 섭취분량은 250 ㎖였다. 면․만두류 중 가 장 섭취빈도가 높은 음식은 라면이었고, 1인 1회 섭취분량은 500 ㎖로 기존에 설정된 400 ㎖에 비하여 25.0%의 증가를 보 였다. 칼국수와 짬뽕은 2005년 설정량에 비하여 40% 이상의 감소를 보였다. 국․탕류에서는 콩나물국의 섭취빈도가 가장 높았고, 가장 높은 섭취빈도를 보인 국은 콩나물국의 1인 1회 섭취분량은 250 ㎖로 기존 설정량과 동일하였다. 상용 음식 으로 설정된 39종의 국 종류에서 기존 설정량과 항목이 일치 하는 28종 중 11종이 1인 1회 섭취분량의 감소가 보였다. 섭 취 빈도가 가장 높은 찌개류는 된장찌개였고, 1인 1회 섭취분 량은 125 ㎖로 기존 설정량(175 ㎖)에 비하여 28.6%의 감소를 보였다. 다음으로 섭취빈도가 높은 찌개류인 김치찌개의 1인 1회 섭취분량은 200 ㎖로 기존의 섭취분량(250 ㎖)에 비하여 20.0%의 감소를 보였다. 이상의 결과에서 2010년 국민건강영 양조사 자료로부터 설정된 1인 1회 섭취분량은 밥류의 경우 큰 변화가 없었으며, 섭취빈도가 높은 주요 국과 찌개의 경우 는 감소, 면류의 경우 라면은 증가, 칼국수와 짬뽕의 경우는 감소를 나타내었다. 이러한 변화는 한국 성인 상용식품의 1 인 1회 섭취분량이 조금씩 변화되고 있음을 보여주고, 국과 찌개류 섭취량의 감소 추세는 나트륨의 저감화 정책 차원에 서 바람직한 변화로 사료된다.

In recent years, the government is trying to regulate the web board games - poker, gostop etc. with the amendment of the executive order regarding the game law. The main regulation of this order is to regulate the maximum amount of betting the game as a ten thousand won per game and a hundred thousand won a day. if these are not obeyed, the gamer and game company will be punished. Therefore, these regulations need to be reviewed in terms of legal issues with a strict examination. However the regulation on the limits of betting in a game seems not to be justified with the constitutional standards - the principle of apparentness (definitude), the principle banning excessive enforcement when restricting the basic rights of people - in this case, the general human rights and liberties to act of gamers and the freedom of profession and speech of game operators(company). It is also questioned that it might infringe the essense of the legal institution of game and rights, and cause the paradox of excessive regulation.

This paper reviewed the relationship between social capital(interaction, trust, shared vision) and innovation(product innovation, process innovation), and the moderating effect of CEO's entrepreneurship in small businesses of Convergence Federation. Based on the responses from 252 responses, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that interaction and shared vision effect positively on product innovation and process innovation, but trust effects positively only on process innovation. The results of moderating analysis showed that entrepreneurship effects positively on the relationship between trust and product innovation, and the relationship between shared vision and process innovation.

본 연구는 국내 개발 이탈리안 라이그라스(IRG)의 봄철1회 및 2회 이용 시 수확적기를 구명하고자 국립축산과학원(수원)에서 조생종 ‘Kowinearly’ 품종을 공시, 2009년 9월 30일에 파종하여 2010년 6월까지 수행하였다. 처리내용은 1차 수확시기로 출수시(T1), 출수기(T2), 출수후기∼개화초기(T3), 개화기∼개화후기(T4), 등숙기(T5) 및 등숙후기(T6) 등 6처리였으며, 2차 수량조사는 6월 11일 동일하게 실시하였다. ‘Kowinearly’의 출수시는 5월 4∼5일, 출수기는 5월 14일, 도복은 개화 이후 많이 관찰되었다. 건물률은 T1 14.8%에서 T6 35.0%로 생육진행에 따라 높아졌으며, 조단백질, RFV, 건물 소화율 등 사료가치는 생육 지연에 따라 낮아졌다. 건물수량과 가소화 건물수량은 T4에서ha당 각각 8,984 kg과 5,728 kg으로, 조단백질 수량은 T3에서 795 kg으로 유의적으로 높았으며(p<0.05), 재생초의 건물수량, 조단백질 수량, 가소화 건물수량은 T1과 T2에서차이 없이 각각 5,425 kg, 596 kg, 3,204 kg (T1)과 4,811 kg,589 kg, 3,143 kg (T2)으로 유의적으로 높았다(p<0.05). 총건물수량, 조단백질 수량, 가소화 건물수량은 T2와 T3에서차이 없이 각각 11,089 kg, 1,254 kg, 7,669 kg (T2)과 10,354kg, 1,225 kg, 6,915 kg (T3)으로 유의적으로 높았다(p<0.05).일당 건물생산량과 일당 가소화건물생산량은 1차 생육은T2, T3, T4에서, 재생초는 T2, T1에서 높았으며, 전 기간일당생산량에서는 출수기인 T2에서 가장 높았고 다음이T3, T4, T1 순이었다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 볼 때, IRG‘Kowinearly’를 봄철에 1회 수확하여 이용할 경우 단위면적당 생산량과 사료가치를 고려한 수확적기는 출수후기∼개화기이며, 봄철 2회 수확하여 이용할 경우 재생과 단위면적당 총 생산량을 고려한 1차 수확적기는 출수기가 유리하다고 판단된다.

The current study aims to find ways to build missional congregations. Some times ago, the missional ecclesiology became one of the prevalent and influential theology. As Korean churches have faced rapid declination, church leaders has found its solution in missional ecclesiology. Yet, the advocates of missional ecclesiology have often been criticized for its idealistic approaches and loose connection with the actual life of local churches. Therefore, in this study, the writer suggests the missional congregation as the alternative approach for the missional ecclesiology. The writer convinces that the missional congregation theory becomes the practical expression and relevant application of missional ecclesiology. The concern for missional congregation has been initiated mainly by evangelicals church leaders. However, traditionally, evangelicals has been argued for clear distinction between mission structure and church structure as Ralph Winter suggested in 1974. As ecumenical theologians challenged the view, the first attempt to connect the close relations between mission structure and the church structure was indirectly expressed on the Manila Menifesto in 1989. In 1991, Charles Van Engen, an evangelical theologian, published a book titled God's Missionary People that became an important major voice that argued the missionary dimension of the local church. From the middle of 1990s, in North America, Gospel and Our Culture Network(GOCN) had been a major channel to spread the concept of the missional ecclesiology. In 2004, the Pataya Forum of Lausanne Committee for World Evangelization had been tackled with this issue and developed the idea of missional congregation. The forum suggested various elements of missional congregation. This development had been coincided with the movement of shifting from theory centered missional ecclesiolgy to ministry centered missional congregation theory within the GOCN movement. Concluding, this study has highlighted some important characteristics of missional congregations based on the analysis of Pataya Forum. They are as follows: 1) the missional congregation advocates incarnational approaches; 2) the missional congregation values the relationship with nonbelievers within the society; 3) the missional congregation relays on the Holy Spirit and emphasizes the prayers; 4) the missional congregation values diversity of the culture, therefore, do not support certain cultural structure over other kinds; 5) the missional congregation is active in evangelism and diligent in developing strategies; 6) the missional congregation values nonhierarchical leadership; 7) and the missional congregation promotes partnership between mission organization and local churches.

This article is to focus on the approach and application in practical strategy for Rwanda's culture and society. The understanding of Rwanda has so rapidly changed from their history. The missionaries did not understand about Rwanda situation. Also Korean church is not interested in Africa culture and mission. This situation has some important mission fields as the Rwanda church and Christian are being considered. The practical alternatives for Rwanda mission are very significant sphere of Africa mission. This paper is analyzed understand and practices for Rwanda mission through field experience and reference books. The Korea church should be realized the missional direction toward the Africa culture. This article explains social, political, economic, and religious understanding as well as their musics, worldview, and language. For this Rwanda mission practice and method, I want to recommend several suggestions to Korea church. Firstly, we can be recognized mission of passion of Gospel. We should be understood that the church must practice important vocation for Africa mission. Secondly, We should be changed paradigm shift about Rwanda mission. We can use materially, financially, culturally practical resources in the Korea church toward Rwanda mission. We can develop contact point for Rwanda strategy and plan in various missional direction.

Spatial and temporal variations of Yellow Dust source area and desertification in dryland regions of the Northeast Asia were evaluated based on extensive literature review on field and modeling evidences. In overall, Yellow Dust occurrence decreased since 1960s but it increased again in Mongolia and northeastern China after 2000s, the latter of which indicates eastward encroachment of major Yellow Dust source area for the last decade. The phenomena seem to coincide well with recent desertification of Mongolia, Inner Mongolia, and Manchuria. Vegetation cover is evaluated as an important biophysical variable for controlling both dust occurrence and desertification, which considerably depends on both precipitation and livestock pastoralism. Hence, dryland sustainability should consider dynamic balancing between vegetation productivity and livestock utilization under varying climate and socio-economic situations, which requires socio-ecological perspective on sustainable dryland management.
