        이 연구는 간호대학생의 신종감염병지식과 임상실습스트레스가 스트레스대처방식에 미치는 영 향을 파악하고 이를 통해 자가성장하는 간호사를 육성할 실습교육 및 심리적 지원 전략의 근거를 제공하고 자 한다. 연구 참여자는 서울 및 충북지역에 거주하는 간호대학생으로 2022년 9월 10일부터 10월 10일까 지 총 259부의 자료를 수집하였다. 통계프로그램 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 피어슨 상관계수를 통해 신종감염 병지식, 임상실습스트레스, 스트레스대처방식 간의 상관관계를 분석하였고 진입(Enter)방식의 다중회귀분 석을 통해 임상실습스트레스가 스트레스대처방식에 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 실습교육환경, 업무부담으로 인한 임상실습스트레스와 적극적 스트레스대처방식 간에 양의 상관관계를 보였고(r=.17 p<.005, r=.15 p=.017), 대인관계 갈등, 환자와 갈등, 업무부담, 바람직하지 않은 역할모델로 인한 스트레 스는 소극적 스트레스대처방식과 양의 상관관계(r=.18 p=.040, r=.28 p<.000, r=.17 p=.006, r=.19 p=.003)를 보였다. 임상실습만족도에서 만족한다(B=.25, p=.003), 실습교육환경 스트레스(B=.17 p=.004), 성별(B=-.19, p=.023)순으로 적극적인 스트레스대처방식 총 변화량의 15%를 설명하였고, 실습업무부담으 로 인한 임상실습스트레스는 소극적인 스트레스대처방식 총 변화량의 7%를 설명하였다. 따라서 이 연구는 임상실습스트레스에 보다 적극적이고 자발적으로 대처할 수 있도록 상담이나 교육프로그램을 제안하는 근 거가 될 것이다.

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 공감 능력과 돌봄 효능감의 관계에서 간호전문직관의 매개효과를 파악 하고자 시도하였다. 연구대상자는 국내 K시와 E군에 소재한 대학의 간호학과에 재학 중인 간호대학생 175 명으로 자기기입식 온라인 설문조사를 통해 자료수집을 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 29.0을 이용하여 기술 통계와 t-test, ANOVA(사후분석 scheffe), Pearson correlation coefficient, 회귀분석을 하였으며 매개효과 검증을 위해 Sobel test를 하였다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 공감 능력과 간호전문직관, 돌봄 효능감은 유의 한 양의 상관관계를 보였으며 공감 능력과 돌봄 효능감의 관계에서 간호전문직관은 완전 매개효과를 나타 냈다. 이는 간호대학생의 돌봄 효능감을 높이기 위하여 공감 능력을 증진하는 것도 중요하지만, 간호전문 직관 향상을 위한 간호교육도 중요함을 시사한다.

        Purpose: This study aimed to development and test the effects of patient safety/infection control simulation program based on a brain-based learning framework for nursing students. Methods: This pilot study used a one group pre-post test design. The study was conducted in one university in Korea. Participants were recruited using a convenience sample. Fifteen nursing students participated in this study. Results: The levels of perception of importance of patient safety management (Z=3.41, p=.001), confidence on patient safety (Z=3.30, p=.001), attitude toward personal protective equipment (Z=3.10, p=.002), and efficacy of personal protective equipment (Z=3.35, p=.001) were significantly increased. Conclusion: The application of brain-based learning framework in nursing simulation could be an effective education for nursing students.

        Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effects of cardiopulmonary resuscitation education via the jigsaw cooperative learning on the knowledge, attitude, self-efficacy, self-efficacy for group work, and self-regulation of baccalaureate nursing students. Methods: This one-group pretest-posttest experimental design study was conducted from April 20 to June 10, 2022. It included 27 baccalaureate nursing students. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test using Statistical Product and Service Solutions for Windows, version 25.0. Results: The results showed statistically significant improvements after the educational intervention program. The level of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge (Z=-4.22, p<.001), cardiopulmonary resuscitation self-efficacy (Z=-3.84, p<.001), self-efficacy for group work (Z=-2.83, p=.005), and self-regulation (Z=-2.70, p=.007) improved significantly. Conclusion: These findings suggest the necessity of continuous cardiopulmonary resuscitation education and cooperative learning. Thus, it is necessary to conduct repeated studies on cardiopulmonary resuscitation education by applying various teaching methods for nursing students.

        Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effect of tabletop disaster simulation of nursing students’ disaster preparedness and core competencies on disaster nursing. Methods: This study employed a nonequivalent control group multiple time-series design. The experimental group (n=27) underwent a lecture and nursing simulation education program on disaster nursing. Control group (n=27) underwent only lecture a review on disaster nursing. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and repeated ANOVA and Bonferni test. Results: Disaster preparedness showed significant differences in groups by time (F=47.25, p<.001). Competencies on disaster nursing showed significant differences in groups by time (F=19.38, p<.001). Conclusion: This study showed that disaster nursing tabletop simulation education program was significantly effective in increasing disaster preparedness and core competencies on disaster nursing in nursing students.

        Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the readiness for interprofessional education and educational needs, develop a pediatric nursing clinical practicum program for interprofessional education, and evaluate its effectiveness. Methods: A survey of total 272 undergraduate nursing students and medical students and a focus group interview were used to explore the need of interprofessional education. An interprofessional pediatric nursing practicum program was developed. The program consisted of three sessions: orientation and ice break (1 h), holo-patient assessment (1 h), and 5 twins team-based learning (2 h). Effectiveness was evaluated among nine nursing and medical students. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, the independent t-test, and the Wilcoxon rank-sum paired t-test. Results: The scores of readiness for interprofessional learning in nursing students were significantly higher than those in medical students. And the scores significantly increased after participating in the program (Z=-2.81, p=.005). The overall satisfaction with the program was 4.33 out of 5 points. Conclusion: The interprofessional education program had a positive effect on the readiness for interprofessional learning. This program can have a positive impact on patient safety and quality of care and can contribute to the expansion of nursing education through various teaching methods.

        Purpose: This study aimed to perform an integrated literature review to identify evidence for developing a problem-based learning (PBL) method based on a simulation education program for nursing students. Methods: In May 2022, 10 electronic databases were used to conduct a literature search using the keywords simulation, PBL, nursing, and education in Korean and English. Finally, 21 studies were selected. Results: There were more single-type simulation studies than studies using a hybrid model that combined two simulation types. Most simulation studies were for a single domain of adult nursing rather than for various integrated domains. Four studies (19%) applied a theory during debriefing, but most did not conduct a systematically structured debriefing. All studies selected attitude and competency as the outcome variables to study the effects of the intervention. Two variables (attitude and competency) or three variables (knowledge [or skill], attitude, and competency) were typically selected, and their effects were measured. Conclusion: PBL based on simulation education can be effective in improving nursing practice competency in nursing students. Future studies ought to develop interprofessional education programs based on PBL simulations through multidisciplinary cooperation.

        Purpose: In this study, we developed an integrated simulation practicum and investigated the effectiveness of the practicum for senior nursing students. Methods: Sixty-seven senior nursing students from a university were enrolled in this study and assigned into two groups: experimental (n = 31) and control (n = 36). We developed and applied a 60-hour integrated simulation practicum that spans a 3-week period. The control group performed a traditional clinical practicum. The outcome measures were critical thinking disposition, clinical competence, and practicum satisfaction and the data were analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 software. Results: After the intervention, both experimental and control groups showed significant improvement in critical thinking disposition (p = .017) and clinical competence (p < .001) compared to those of the baseline. Regarding practicum satisfaction, the experimental group showed significantly higher satisfaction than the control group (p = .003). Conclusion: The integrated simulation practicum was an effective program that improved critical thinking, clinical competence, and practicum satisfaction in senior nursing students. To effectively improve critical thinking and acquire clinical competence, which are essential for prospective nurses, nursing students should be exposed more to simulation practicum that reflect environments similar to actual clinical settings for various patients with complex health problems.

        본 연구의 목적은 1930년대 선교사로 부름받아 한국선교에 크게 이바지하였으나 역사 속에 묻혀 기록적으로 사라질 위기에 놓인 변마지 (Margaret F. Pritchard) 선교사의 생애와 선교 사역에 대해 학술적으 로 알리고자 함이다. 변마지 선교사는 돌봄과 섬김에 기초한 기독간호 사를 양성함으로써 한국 선교와 간호학의 발전에 큰 기여를 했다. 돌봄(caring)을 바탕으로 한 선교, 교육(teaching)을 중심으로 한 선교, 복음 전파에 매진하면서도 의료협력(Medical-Cooperation)을 함께 실천하는 통전적 선교를 했다. 그녀의 돌봄 선교는 간호사 양성과 위생지침을 바탕으로 예방사역에 큰 공헌을 이루었다. 교육선교를 통해 여성이 교육주체가 되는 여성 전문직관의 근간을 이루었다. 협력 의 선교에 있어 복음 전파를 우선하면서도 의료협력사역을 실천했다. 기독교 정신을 바탕으로 질병 예방과 치료, 예수 사랑을 실현하는 간호교육으로 미국남장로교 한국선교역사의 산증인 역할을 하였으며, 복음전파와 의료봉사를 통한 통전적 선교를 몸소 보인 한국선교의 귀감이었다.

        Purpose: This study analyzed domestic studies on blended learning among nursing students to identify research trends and future directions. Methods: This scoping review was conducted following the process suggested by Arksey and O’Malley: 1) identifying the research questions; 2) searching for relevant studies; 3) study selection; 4) charting the data; 5) collating, summarizing, and reporting the results; and 6) optional consultation. Relevant studies were searched using the keywords “blended learning” and “nursing” in the domestic databases RISS, KISS, and DBpia. The selection and exclusion criteria were applied to 203 articles, and 34 were finally selected. Results: The final 34 studies included 30 quantitative and four qualitative studies. Most of the studies were experimental studies. In undergraduate nursing education, blended learning was utilized more in the classroom than in the lab or clinical setting. Furthermore, it was mainly applied by combining online and offline approaches. It improved learning satisfaction, critical thinking, clinical performance, and self-directed learning ability. Conclusion: Research on blended learning in nursing education has increased over time. Blended learning positively affects learning satisfaction and learning ability in nursing students; thus, it is expected that this could be effectively utilized in both the classroom and lab or in clinical teaching for nursing students. Therefore, future studies using various research methods should be expanded, and systematic reviews and meta-analyses are recommended.

        Purpose: This study aims to explore the students’ experiences of taking class in nursing philosophy at the graduate school of nursing. Methods: Data were collected through individual in-depth interviews with 18 participants who took nursing philosophy class. Core question was 'What is your experience of taking nursing philosophy class?' Verbatim transcripts were analyzed using content analysis. Results: Qualitative data analysis revealed nine theme clusters in four categories; 'The distance from philosophy that is too far to be friendly’, ‘Finding the academic roots of nursing',’The way to find answers through creative insights' and ‘Presenting a vision of nursing through reflection and maturity'. Conclusion: Nursing graduate students initially encountered challenging thoughts and a sense of detachment from reality when they embarked on their nursing philosophy class. However, nursing philosophy classes are essential for uncovering the academic foundations of nursing science, fostering creative insights, and navigating the actual clinical fields. This is particularly crucial because nurses frequently encounter numerous ethical dilemmas and critical decision-making situations. Nursing philosophy classes should be mandated as a required course for nursing graduate students, as they are responsible for shaping the future of nursing scholars.

        Purpose: As the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) emerged as a global crisis in 2020, nursing students experienced an abrupt transition from offline to online classes. An in-depth understanding of the online learning experiences of nursing students can be used to reorganize nursing education during the pandemic. Therefore, this study explored the online learning experiences of nursing students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: A descriptive qualitative design was employed. This study used purposive sampling to recruit 20 nursing students from a nursing college. Data were collected between November 2021 and March 2022 using semi-structured focus groups or one-to-one in-depth interviews. The collected data were analyzed using inductive content analysis. Results: Five main categories emerged from the analysis: (a) ambivalence toward rapidly changing learning methods, (b) becoming familiar with online learning, (c) facing the limitations of online learning environment, (d) discovering the charm of online learning, and (e) making suggestions for future online learning. Conclusion: Nursing students experienced disappointments and concerns about online learning classes in rapidly changing situations but also experienced an efficient aspect. Psychological support and the latest information should be provided to nursing students who may experience psychological distress during this pandemic. Additionally, learning strategies and methods should be reorganized to reflect the characteristics of nursing courses and the preferences of nursing students.

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 표준주의 지식과 표준주의 수행과의 관계에서 주관적 규범의 매개효과 를 규명하기 위해 시행되었다. 연구의 대상자는 J도에 소재한 3개 대학교의 임상실습을 완료한 4학년 간호 학과 재학생 195명이다. 수집된 자료로 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation 및 multiple regression을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 주관적 규범은 표준주의 지식과 표준주의 수행 사이에서 부분매개효과를 나타냈고, 표준주의 수행을 설명하는 설명력(R²)은 35%이었다. 따라서 간호대 학생의 표준주의 수행을 촉진하기 위해서는 표준주의 지식 함양 및 이를 통해 주관적 규범을 유도할 수 있 는 효과적 전략 마련이 필요하다.

        본 연구는 간호사의 대인관계 능력이 재직 의도와 이직 의도에 미치는 영향을 경력집단별로 파 악하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 편의표집에 의한 일개 종합병원의 일반 간호사 192명이었다(경력 36 개월 이하 95명, 37개월 이상 97명). 자료수집 기간은 2022년 2월 15일-22이었다. 자료 분석은 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, regression analysis 등을 통해 이루어졌다. 연구결과를 보면, 이 직 의도가 여자에서 더 높게 나타났다. 그리고 경력 37개월 이상 집단에서 대인관계 능력이 재직 의도와 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 대인관계 능력의 재직 의도에 대한 영향의 분석에서는 37개월 이상 집단에서 유 의한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 대인관계 능력의 이직 의도에 대한 영향은 유의하게 나타나지 않았다. 결론 적으로 간호사들의 재직 의도 증진을 위해 대인관계 능력 강화를 위한 전략을 구축할 필요가 있으며, 이때 경력을 고려해야 할 것이다.

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 기부의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 과거행 동, 기부태도, 자선태도 및 지각된 행동통제의 구조적 관계를 알아보고자 수행되었다. 본 구조모형 연구는 경상북도 소재 일개 대학의 간호대학생 140명을 대상으로, 2022년 12월 20일부터 30일까지 네이버폼을 이용한 온라인 설문조사를 통해 자료가 수집되었다. 수집된 자료는 SmartPLS 3.3.7을 이용하여 부분최소제곱을 기반으로 한 구조방정식모델링분석에 의 해 분석되었다. 자료 분석 결과, 간호대학생의 과거행동, 기부태도, 자선 태도, 지각된 행동통제는 기부의도에 각각 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 지각된 행동통제는 과거행동, 기부태도와 기부의도 간의 관계에서 각각 유의한 정적 매개영향을 미쳤다. 간호대학생의 높은 과거행동, 기부 태도, 자선태도, 지각된 행동통제는 기부의도를 증가시키는 요인이었으므 로, 이를 고려한 기부향상 전략이 마련될 필요가 있다.

        본 연구는 국내 간호대학생에게 적용한 플립러닝 교수법의 효과에 관한 연구를 체계적 고찰을 통해 통합적으로 규명하기 위한 메타분석연구이다. 자료수집은 2022년 11월 20일에서 12월 20일까지 코 크란 연합의 체계적 고찰 보고지침을 준수하여 진행하였다. 국내 데이터베이스를 통해 검색된 논문은 RISS 72건, KISS 11건, Dbpia 46건 총 129편이었으며, 중복논문 제거 및 선정기준에 따라 최종 9편의 연구를 선정하였다. 국내 간호대학생을 대상으로 플립러닝 수업을 적용한 결과 플립러닝이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향 0.91(Z=8.36, p<.001), 학업적 자기효능감 0.35(Z=2.62, p=.009), 자기주도적 학습능력 0.81(Z=6.53, p<.001), 학업성취도 0.60(Z=5.18, p<.001), 자기효능감 0.66(Z=4.79, p<.001) 향상에 효과 적인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 플립러닝은 국내 간호교육 현장에 적용 가능한 효과적인 교 수법임을 확인하였고, 플립러닝 수업설계 방향성에 객관적인 근거를 제시하였으며, 향후 플립러닝에 긍정 적인 효과를 주는 다양한 결과 변인들의 효과를 통합적으로 분석하는 반복연구를 제언한다.

        본 연구는 요양병원 간호종사자인 간호사 및 간호조무사를 대상으로 이직의도에 미치는 영향요 인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 2022년 8월 12일부터 16일까지 G시 소재 4개 요양병원 간호종 사자 146명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 연구결과, 이직의도는 일반적 특성 중 연령, 종교, 결혼상태, 학력정도, 월 평균 급여, 직종, 근무형태 및 이직경험에 대해 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 이직의도는 직무스트레스 (r=.51, p<.001) 및 소진(r=.62, p<.001)과는 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었으며 조직몰입과는 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있었다(r=.-56, p<.001). 조직몰입은 직무스트레스(r=-.25, p=.002) 및 소진(r=.-.67, p<.001) 과 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있었으며 소진은 직무스트레스(r=.56, p<.001)와 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었 다. 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 직무스트레스(β=.32, p<.001), 조직몰입(β=-.30, p=.001), 학 력정도(β=.17, p=.022)로 나타났으며 설명력은 49.6%였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 요양병원 간호종사자의 직무스트레스 감소 및 조직몰입 향상을 위한 근무환경 개선 등을 통해 이직의도 감소를 위한 노력이 필요 하리라 생각된다.

        This study is a descriptive research study attempted to identify factors influencing depression of new nurses, focusing on job stress, self-efficacy, resilience, and social support factors of new nurses. The subjects of this study were 174 new nurses with less than one year of nursing experience, who worked at five university hospitals in the metropolitan area. A self-report questionnaire was used for the data collection of this study. The collected data were subjected to stepwise multiple regression to analyze the factors affecting depression using the SAS 9.4 program. As a result of the study, the average score of depression of the subjects was 13.01 out of 80, Factors influencing the subject's depression were identified including job stress(p<.001), self-efficacy(p=.044), resilience(p=.013), social support(p=.012), work department(p=.021), and work type(p=.001). It was found that the higher the job stress of the subject, the higher the degree of depression, while the higher the self-efficacy, resilience, and social support of the subject, the lower the degree of depression. In this study, it was confirmed that job stress, self-efficacy, resilience, and social support were factors influencing the depression of new nurses. In order to prevent depression of new nurses and actively manage with depression, it is suggested that arbitration programs for new nurses will be needed to reduce job stress of new nurses, strengthen self-efficacy, resilience and social support. It is also thought that strategies supporting for new nurses at the organizational level, such as the establishment of various social support systems, are needed

        With a focus on the aspect of recruitment within “nurse manpower management,” this study examined the status and characteristics of employment of new graduate nurses in tertiary hospitals of Korea. It also explored the recruitment process and characteristics of new graduate nurses in foreign countries by referring to case studies. The new graduate nurse recruitment was carried out as an open hiring as a consequence of an analysis of recruitment announcements at 45 tertiary hospitals in Korea. The recruitment process began with document screening, followed by competency test, interviews, and physical examination. Around 80% of the institutions surveyed started document screening between June and August, and the timing of joining the hospital was determined by grades and hospital conditions. In other countries, new graduate nurses were hired by each ward throughout the year, and various forms of employment were used. In some countries, preceptorship programs or pre-hospital field trip programs were running. In Korea, recruitment of new graduate nurses is carried out by hospitals instead of wards. Therefore, it is essential to plan and implement a manpower allocation strategy to represent the desired department of the nurse as much as possible when assigning new graduate nurses. In addition, it is necessary to establish flexible employment options and working environment to encourage long-term service. Instead of manpower management policies focused on increasing the supply of nurses, it is necessary to come up with measures to address the actual causes of turnover, such as wage gaps, organizational culture, and improvement of working environment.
