Total water pollution load management(TWPLM) seeks to harmonize conservation and development by allowing regional developments to be carried out in an eco-friendly manner and within the scope of achieving the desirable water quality. Water pollutant sources are managed so as to keep the total amount of pollutants in public watersheds within a certain level or total allowance in accordance with target water quality goal. With relation to the basic guideline under the Special Act on the Water Resources Management and Community Support for Watersheds, the load from the land should be determined by the classification of rainy and dried season respectively. Objective loads of abatement applied in the 1st planning period(2004∼2010) are set up standards by low flow condition(Q275) without considering the change of flow, while allowable wasteloads are estimated by the criteria of daily mean precipitation 10 mm, as critical standard for the division of surface runoff load. Even though the standard flow conditions to meet the goal of water quality at the end of unit watershed are low flow, but it might be considered to set up drought flow condition(Q355) for the improvement of water quality. Also the objective loads for abatement to meet the target water quality should be calculated without the effect of non-point sources from the land.

본 연구는 우리나라에 자생하는 순비기나무의 실생묘와 삽목묘를 이용하여 토양의 종류와 시비방법에 따른 재배방법을 구명하고자 한 것으로서, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 순비기나무의 1년생 실생묘와 삽목묘를 모래, 마사토, 황토 등 3종류의 토양에 시비하지 않고 재배한 결과, 실생묘는 모래와 마사토에서 70% 그리고 황토에서 35%의 생존율을 나타내었고, 삽목묘는 마사토에서 90% 그리고 모래와 황토에서 80%의 생존율을 나타내었다. 실생묘와 삽목묘 모두 전반적인 생장은 마사토와 모래에서 양호하였고, 황토에서 비교적 불량하였다. 실생묘의 경우는 줄기생장이 양호하였고, 삽목묘의 경우는 뿌리생장이 양호하였다. 마사토를 기본토양으로 하고 비료의 종류와 시비량을 조절하여 재배하였을 경우에 유기질 비료만을 기비로 시비한 시험구에서만 묘목이 생존하였고, 무기질비료와 액비를 시비한 시험구에서는 식재한 묘목이 모두 고사하였다. 시비구에서 삽목묘는 실생묘에 비해 월등히 높은 생존율을 나타내었고, 특히 소량 시비구에서는 실생묘에 비해 2배 이상 높은 생존율을 나타내었다. 이상의 결과를 요약하면, 순비기나무 묘목을 재배할 때에 삽목묘가 실생묘보다 전체적인 활착과 생장이 양호하며, 토양에 대한 적응성도 높고, 토양비옥도에 대한 요구도가 적은 것을 알 수 있었다.

In this study, we establish bootstrap control limits for robust M-estimator chart by applying the bootstrap method, called resampling, which could not demand assumptions about pre-distribution when the process is skewed and/or the normality assumption is doubt. The results obtained in this study are summarized as follows : bootstrap M-estimator control chart is developed for applying bootstrap method to M-estimator chart, which is more robust to keep Type Ⅰ error when process contain contaminate quality characteristic.

콘돼트렌즈 관리 용액의 세포독성올 검사하기 위한 방법이 여러 가지 이용되고 았 으나， 직접 소프트콘택트렌즈에 홉수된 관리용액의 독성을 조사하기는 어려운 실정이 었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 관리용액이 홉수원 렌즈 위에 세포를 직접 배양하여 용 출된 관리용액으로 언한 세포독성을 평가하고자 시행하였다. 여러 가지 콘돼트헨즈 관련 용액 중 보존제 성분으로 가장 많이 사용되고 있쓴 Benzalkonium chloride (BAC)와 Multipurpose solutions(MPS) 빛 AOSept에 Etafilcon A(FDA공인 W 그룹， Acuvue) 재질인 소프트콘태트렌즈콜 4시간 동안 담구어 용액이 홉수되도록 한 후 배양 결막세포 (clone 1- 5c -4) 룹 콘택트렌즈 위에 직접 배양하여 2 시간 통안 용출액에 의한 세포독성을 조사하였다. 또한 같은 용액에 세포를 2시간 직접 배양하여 독성 정 도를 비교하였으며， Monolayer cell 에 같은 용액올 15분 직접 처리하여 독성올 비교 하였다. 그리고 계대 배양 시 25% 농도로 같은 용액을 세포 혼탁액에 혼합하여 부착 률과 증식률을 조사하였다. 세포독성은 세포를 계수하는 방볍과 시l 포활성올 조사하는 방법올 이용하였으며 형광염색을 통해 세포 생존용플 비교하였다. 콘택트렌즈 용출액에 의한 세포 독성은 MPS는 거의 독성이 없었으며， BAC (0,00 1%-0，α)5%) 처리군에서는 40% 의 세포 증식저해가 였으벼. BAC 0， 01% 와 AOSept (0α)()5 -0.oo1%)에서는 70%이상의 증삭저해를 나타냈다. 또한 세포를 실험 용액에 직 접 2시간 배양하여 세포뜰 계수한 결과 대조군인 식염수에 비교하변 MPS 는 40% 이상， BAC 0.001%는 70% 이상， AOSept는 80% 이상 세포 뚱식 서해가 있으며， BAC (O.α)5， 0.01%) 에서는 세포의 생존율이 없는 것으로 사료된다. MTT assay 와 LDH assay를 한 결과 세포룰 계수 하는 결과와 유사하게 나타났다. 형광염색을 이용한 생존율 조사 결 과， BAC 0.01% 처리군에서는 세포가 사멸하는 것을 확인할 수 았었다.
