        PURPOSES : This study aims to propose drone-command standard operating procedure (SOP) guidelines and Analyze their potential application to increase the use and utility of drones in urban disaster situations. Although the effectiveness and efficiency of obtaining disaster-situation information through drones have been verified by previous studies and practical experience, a survey of actual drone usability indicated a utilization rate of only approximately 4.13%. METHODS : To provide guidance for improving drone command SOPs, prior research and relevant literature were reviewed to identify commonalities between disaster-response command and control and drone use. A sample of 73 active-duty firefighters, including incident commanders (ICs) and drone pilots, were surveyed and interviewed. The data were analyzed and categorized to establish the reasons why drones are not actively used in urban disaster-response procedures. RESULTS : The primary reasons identified for not actively utilizing drones in urban disaster areas were the lack of a drone command and control system and the lack of clear criteria for when to use drones in disaster situations. In addition, many problems were found in drone-operation procedures, including emergency flight approval, securing takeoff and landing sites, and accident burden due to urban flight obstacles. To address the issues identified, standards were proposed for the type, size, and scope of urban disasters requiring drone response; for accident-prevention on basic missions and through flight safety procedures; and for installing a video transmission and reception system to easily share drone video information with ICs. CONCLUSIONS : Application of the drone-command SOP guidelines to actual urban disaster situations by disaster type will help to improve the efficiency of information acquisition and flight safety. This is expected to enable increased drone utilization. In future, extension of the research reported in this paper beyond the Seoul metropolitan area via additional follow-up studies has the potential to establish applicability of the proposed SOP guidelines to a wide variety of environments and organizational characteristics.

        A checklist of dietary behavior items for the elderly was developed based on Korean dietary guidelines. First, a literature review was conducted, and 63 preliminary items, including 30 items on food intake, 12 on eating habits, and 21 on dietary culture, were obtained to evaluate the dietary guidelines. The preliminary items were evaluated by experts using Lawshe’s method to verify the content validity. They were then revised, resulting in 52 items: 25, 11, and 16 in the food intake, eating habits, and dietary culture domains, respectively. A face-to-face survey was conducted on 331 people over 65 years of age in the metropolitan area, and their one-day food intake was surveyed using a 24-hour recall method in August 2022. The 48 items, including 24, 11, and 13 items on food intake, eating habits, and dietary culture, respectively, correlated significantly with the evaluation indicators of nutrient intake, such as mean adequacy ratio, dietary diversity score, and nutrient intake density. These items were considered suitable for evaluating the elderly's compliance with dietary guidelines.

        본 연구는 좌우뇌 활용 능력 향상을 위한 한자 교육 콘텐츠 개발의 후속 연구로, 개발한 콘텐츠에 대한 전문 가 평가로 마무리된 연구에 이어서 사용자 관점에서 문제점을 발견하고 이를 보완함으로써 교육 콘텐츠로서 의 학습 가이드라인을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 1차 사용자 평가는 사용자 관찰법을 통해 진행하여 발견된 문제에 대하여 보완하고, 2차 사용자 평가에서는 참여자에 대한 뇌성향 검사를 진행하고, 인지면접법을 통해 사용자 평가를 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결론을 제시할 수 있다. 첫째, 좌뇌 성향과 우뇌 성향 사용자에 대하여 교육접근 의 방법에 있어서 일부는 달리 접근해야 할 수 있음을 인지하여야 한다. 둘째, 시각적 접근을 하는 문항에서 는 하나의 답만 맞도록 설계하여야 한다. 셋째, 언어적 접근을 하는 문항에서는 대조로 인한 차이가 명확하 게 나타나도록 답지로 제시하고, 기준이 되는 한자와 다른 점 하나를 답으로 찾아보는 형태로 접근한다. 넷 째, 콘텐츠에서 학습대상으로 활용될 한자는 회의자 중에서 대상을 택하는 것이 적절하다. 다섯째, 우뇌 성향 의 사용자는 시각적으로 강제 결합한 이미지 안에서 의미를 파악하는 유형을 가장 선호하였고, 좌뇌 성향 사 용자는 요소를 조합하여 의미를 파악하는 유형을 가장 선호하였다.

        This study chiefly aims to clarify important items to establish design guidelines for the habitability of temporary housing. Though prevention of occurring disasters would be the best way, readiness for the protection of suffering psychological damage is essential to construct emergency shelters and temporary housing. Temporary housings until now have raised second psychological injury, due to the lack of community spaces between victims by the disasters. It is meaningful to make fundamental data for establishing design guidelines for the habitability of temporary housing through the advanced countries for the disaster protection.

        There are several print types of original East Asian books, such as woodcut, movable type, and manuscripts by hands. Especially in woodcuts and manuscripts by hands is the possibility of errors caused by misprints and hand writing’s errors is higher. The current method of publishing is also the same problem, but at mid-age everything print or copy was done by hand, so the possiblity of error would be high than now. Therefore, proofreading was a very important and difficult task in the East Asian books. In Korea, the importance of proofreading has recently been emphasized, and there have been several discuss at seminars and several specialized books on proofreading have been published. However, there has not been a rigorous national rule, and the issue of Han-character processing in particular has not been discussed. In this article, I discuss in detail the principles of proofreading prevailing in Korea, and hope find develop solutions.

        The National R&D Innovation Act emphasizes the improvement of the quality of R&D activities. The research institute is making efforts to improve the quality of research and effectively manage research implementation. KINAC has conducted various R&D projects regarding nuclear nonproliferation and nuclear security, and their scope and scale have been gradually more widened and increased. It consequently becomes important how to successfully manage research projects and ensure their qualification with the growth and complexity of research in KINAC. Unfortunately, no attempt was made to introduce and apply project management methodologies. Therefore, the objective of this study is to introduce project management standards and guidelines as an initial step towards improving the overall research quality of the institute. Project management is the well-organized application of knowledge and techniques to efficiently and effectively initiate, plan, control, and close projects, in order to achieve specific goals and meet success criteria. There are some guidelines regarding project management, including PMBOK (the Project Management Body of Knowledge), PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments), ISO 21500 (Guidance on Project Management), and PMP (Project Management Professionals), etc. They are international standards that consist of processes, guidelines, and best practices for project management. They provide structured processes and approaches to plan, execute, monitor, control, and complete projects. By reviewing the guidelines, the commonly important factors, including schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, and risk management were introduced to apply to KINAC R&D project implementation. In addition to the management standards, systematic efforts are also continued to enhance the R&D qualities of the institute. These efforts include the implementation of a quality management system (ISO 9001:2015), development of an integrated research achievements management system, regulation development, and distribution of guidebooks for project managers and researchers. These efforts have been evaluated as improving the quality of the research.

        우리나라 식물방역법은 검역병해충으로부터 국내 농업 및 자연환경을 보호하고자 규제병해충(검역병해충, 잠정규제병해충, 규제비검역병해충) 관련 위험평가, 식물검역기술개발계획, 식물검역 절차 및 방법, 검역결과 에 따른 처분, 규제병해충 예찰 및 방제 등에 관한 다양한 법적 절차 등을 규정하고 있다. 하지만, 식물검역병해충 을 어떻게 취급하여야 할 지에 관한 내용은 없다. 따라서 식물방역법이 추구하는 목적을 달성하기 위하여서는 ① 검역병해충을 어떻게 취급하여야 할 지를 규정하여야 하며, ② 검역병해충을 취급하는 시설(검사, 연구, 운송, 보관 등) 기준을 설정하고, ③ 검역병해충 취급 시설을 인증하고, 주기적인 재인증 기준을 설정하여야 한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 식물방역법에 검역병해충 취급시설 등에 관한 규정을 신설하고, 시행령, 시행규칙에 반영한 후에 ① 검역병해충 취급요령 ② 검역병해충 취급시설 기준 ③ 검역병해충 취급시설 인증기준 등의 고시를 제정하여 야 한다. 이를 위하여 식물병해충 관련 학계의 의견 반영이 가장 중요하다.

        최근 발생되는 재난의 추이를 살펴보면 기후변화에 따른 자연재해 발생빈도가 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따른 피해 규모 추세가 대형화로 변화되고 있다. 대규모로 진행되고 있는 도시화와 고도의 산업화로 인해 도시개발 지역의 확대와 중첩 영향으로 대형 자연 재난이 발생하여 도시시설물에 직접적인 손실이 발생하고 있다. 옥외광고물의 무분별한 설치로 도시의 미관훼손은 몰론 강풍으로 인 한 파손 및 추락 등의 사고가 빈번히 발생하는 실정이다. 이러한 피해는 강풍에 취약한 옥외광고물의 내풍설계 기준의 미비가 가장 큰 요인으로 인식되는데 풍하중 반영한 옥외광고물 설치는 전문지식이 필요한 분야로 중소규모의 옥외광고사업자가 대부분인 국내 현실 과는 괴리가 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전국에서 이용할 수 있는 풍하중을 안전성 관점에서 산정하였고, 이를 바탕으로 옥 외광고물 설치 고정자재 수 등을 산정할 수 있는 내풍표준 가이드라인을 제시하였다.

        LNG propulsion ships are actively being built as an eco-friendly fuel for ships, and ships with C-type LNG tanks are being widely built. In order to analyze the risk of LNG venting from operating ships and test-run ships, the flow characteristics according to operating conditions were reviewed using ANSYS FLUENT, a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the distribution area exceeding the lower explosion limit of natural gas and the area where the natural gas temperature rose to 17 ° C had similarities. In addition, it was confirmed that the change in the horizontal direction was greater than the change in the vertical direction when the natural gas distribution range was changed. Since the valve opening has a greater effect than the tank pressure, if natural gas must be vented to the atmosphere inevitably, the risk can be reduced by operating the valve opening at 50% or less.

        목적 : 본 연구는 척수손상 환자 평가 및 중재에 대한 지침과 체계적 문헌고찰을 기반으로 작업치료사들을 위한 가이드라인을 개발하는 것을 목표로 한다. 연구방법 : 수용개작과 직접 개발방식을 적용하여, 핵심 질문과 가이드라인 개발 범위를 결정하고, 가이드 라인 검색을 수행하며, 선정된 가이드라인을 평가하고 권고를 선택한다. 해결되지 않은 임상 질문에 대 한 추가적인 권고사항을 개발하고, 가이드라인 초안을 완성하고, 전문가 그룹에 의한 평가를 수행하며, 최종 가이드라인을 완성한다. 결과 : 개발된 가이드라인은 평가영역에서 17개 항목, 중재영역에서 58개 항목으로 총 75가지 항목으로 구성되었다. 각 항목은 권고 강도(A~D)에 따라 평가되었으며, 권고 강도가 높게 나타난 항목은 35개이 다. 신체기능개선중재, 욕창관리중재, 상지보호 전략, 일상생활활동 등에서 권고 강도가 높게 나타났다. 결론 : 개발된 가이드라인은 작업치료사들에게 근거기반 치료적 접근과 직무 역할의 확립을 돕는 중요한 도구로서 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

        목적 : 본 연구는 무릎관절 치환술 환자를 위한 작업치료 임상 가이드라인을 체계적으로 개발하고자 하였다. 전 세계적으로 무릎관절 치환술을 받은 환자들의 회복과 지역사회 복귀에 있어 작업치료의 역할이 매우 중요하다는 문헌이 보고되고 있으나, 우리나라에서는 관절 치환술 환자를 위한 작업치료가 거의 제공되지 않는다는 현실이 있다. 본 연구에서는 무릎관절 치환술 환자를 위한 근거기반 작업치료 중재를 확인하고 이것을 가이드라인을 통해 제안하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 가이드라인 개발 방법은 영국 작업치료사협회의 「Practice guideline development manual(4th edition)」에서 소개한 절차를 따랐다. Patient/Population, Intervention, Comparison and Outcomes(PICO) 임상 질문 설정은 이해관계자의 의견을 수렴하여 한국의 보건·의료제도를 고려하여 설정하고 이를 바탕으로 체계적 고찰을 진행하였다. 데이터베이스에서 총 7,241건의 논문을 추출하였으며 논문의 질 평가 및 비평적 읽기를 통해 최종 66편의 근거 논문을 선정하였다. 논문의 중재를 바탕으로 가이드라인 내용을 구성하고 권고 강도는 Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluations(GRADE) approach 체계를 활용하여 [권고]와 [제안]으로 구분하였다. 결과 : 무릎관절 치환술 환자를 위한 작업치료 임상 가이드라인 권고 내용은 ‘환자 중심’과 ‘서비스 제공 중심’으로 범주화하였다. ‘환자 중심’범주에는 ‘일상생활 활동기능 향상’, ‘정신건강의 안정(불안, 우울 등)’, ‘환자 만족도 증가’, ‘지역사회복귀 향상’을, ‘서비스 제공 중심’범주에는 ‘작업치료사를 포함한 다학제 재활팀 구성’과 ‘작업치료 를 통한 병원 입원 기간 단축’을 위한 내용을 포함하였다. 결론 : 무릎관절 치환술 환자를 위한 작업치료 임상 가이드라인은 수술환자들의 안정적인 지역사회 복귀와 입원 기간 단축에 기여할 것이다. 또한 정형외과 작업치료사 역량 강화를 위한 교육자료로 활용될 수 있으며 의료비 용 감소를 위한 정책 마련에 근거 자료가 될 것이다.

        The environment has increasingly attracted attention and fashion brands need to use new growth models by developing eco-friendly products, along with the drastic climate change. This study drew design guidelines from the factors of clothing disposal and reuse to propose ways to extend the longevity of clothing. It sets the design goals for the longevity extension of clothing as flexibility, originality, durability, and adjustability and drew a specific design guideline. The design methods used to achieve such goals are as follows. First, the design that is flexible in terms of physical changes needs to increase its activity and to be changeable, by applying pleats, rubber bands and elastic materials to the parts with many physical changes and movements. Second, it is necessary to reinforce the brand identity, create design that is flexible in terms of fashion and design very rare and attractive products, for the goal of original design beyond fashion. Third, it is necessary to increase the quality of clothing and improve the durability which can be decreased by washing and wearing. Fourth, it is necessary to create the design that can produce various styles, preserve the state of clothing and maintain its hygienic conditions by using removable detailed designs, shape-transformation designs and the designs which can be adjusted to climate changes and states, for the goal of adjustable design with better functionality. The findings provide ideas for fashion experts to pay more attention to the extending the longevity of clothing products and to develop eco-friendly designs and strategies.

        When decommissioning nuclear power plant (NPP), the first task performed is cost estimation. This is an important task in terms of securing adequate decommissioning funds and managing the schedule. Therefore, many countries and institutions are conducting continuous research and also developing and using many programs for cost estimation. However, the cost estimated for decommissioning an NPP typically differs from the actual cost incurred in its decommissioning. This is caused by insufficient experience in decommissioning NPPs or lack of decommissioning cost data. This uncertainty in cost estimation can be in general compensated for by applying a contingency. However, reflecting an appropriate standard for the contingency is also difficult. Therefore, in this study, data analysis was conducted based on the contingency guideline suggested by each institution and the actual cost of decommissioning the NPP. Subsequently, TLG Service, Inc.’s process, which recently suggested specific decommissioning costs, was matched with ISDC (International Structure for Decommissioning Costing)’s work breakdown structure (WBS). Based on the matching result, the guideline for applying the contingency for ISDC’s WBS Level 1 were presented. This study will be helpful in cost estimation by applying appropriate contingency guidelines in countries or institutions that have no experience in decommissioning NPPs.

        In 2022, new regulatory guidelines were announced in relation to the off-site dose calculation (ODC), and accordingly, measures to improve the off-site does calculation program (ODCP), kdose60, were reviewed. The main consideration is, first, that if multiple nuclear facilities are operated on the same site, the boundaries of the restricted areas shall be set as the overlapping outer boundaries of the restricted areas determined by calculation for each nuclear facility. Second, the external exposure caused by direct radiation from a number of nuclear facilities in the same site must be partially or fully applied depending on the facility and site characteristics. Third, the dose conversion coefficient should be evaluated by checking whether the effect of the daughter nuclides is properly reflected. Fourth, the soil contamination period is a factor to consider that radioactive substances deposited on the surface, such as particulate nuclides, affect residents over a long period of time. Fifth, due to the recent construction of Shin-Kori Units 5 and 6, there is a change in the site boundary of the Kori/Saeul site, so as the site boundary is expanded, it is required to add an exposure dose assessment point due to gas effluents and change the exposure dose assessment point according to crop intake. Therefore, through this study, the direction for improving the ODCP will be prepared by reviewing the recent revision of the regulatory guidelines.
