        KINAC is trying to build a comprehensive aerial view of the nuclear material balance to predict North Korea’s weapons-grade nuclear material production capacity. We are creating a visualization model for North Korea’s nuclear facilities as part of these efforts. However, information on North Korea’s nuclear facilities is scarce, and it is not easy to consider additional facilities other than those already known. In addition, in the case of a model that targets only exceptional situations, it is not easy to secure objectivity for model validation, so it is necessary to upgrade to a general-purpose analysis tool that can be applied more generally. The following two examples are proposed as an analysis tool that can be a high degree of analysis. The first case is an Acquisition Path Analysis (APA) utilized to introduce IAEA’s State-Level Approach (SLA). The acquisition path analysis aims to find and evaluate the technically possible pathways to obtain nuclear materials for nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive development. It can be an acquisition route if it is possible to produce at least 1 Significant Quantity (SQ) of weapongrade nuclear material within five years. The assessment of technologically feasible pathways is based on available information about the country’s past and present nuclear cycle capabilities. The second is the IAEA Physical Model. The IAEA Physical Model was carried out to introduce a comprehensive approach to all information on a country’s nuclear activities. It describes and characterizes the technologies and processes expressed at all levels of the acquisition path, depending on the development objectives. The IAEA Physical Model attempts a multi-tiered acquisition path analysis to identify all known technologies and processes in the nuclear fuel cycle, from raw material production to weapon usable material acquisition. Based on this analysis, the IAEA evaluates the signs of nuclear proliferation in a specific country. Based on the two cases discussed above, we intend to derive the following implications and priorities for extending the existing nuclear cycle model to a more general-purpose for a specific country. First of all, the requirements necessary to evaluate nuclear non-proliferation or verification of denuclearization must be at a level that the international community can recognize. In the stage of actual denuclearization verification, since verification will be conducted through the IAEA, a corresponding level of tools and technology will be required. From this point of view, the following is presented as a prerequisite for adding versatility to the existing physical model: It is necessary to derive all processes related to the nuclear cycle and standardize relevant indicators and data. In order to determine the signs of nuclear activity, detailed information on technologies, materials, by-products, and wastes, which are essential for each process, is required. For denuclearization verification, cumulative information from the past to the time point is required, and a comparative analysis of the operation history information of all facilities and the amount of nuclear material is required. To this end, it is necessary to make it possible to trace the history at every point where it can be determined that nuclear material has been diverted so that missing nuclear material can be found. Based on this, it is expected that it can be possible to evaluate a hypothetical threat state, but it is also expected that it will be easy to verify the model through the evaluation of easily accessible domestic facilities.

        Background: Pregnancy-related low back pain (PLBP) has fewer systematic guidelines than pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain, previous studies have not evaluated physical therapy for this ailment in Korea. Objects: We aimed to provide a detailed account of clinical decision making by Korean physiotherapists while treating PLBP. Methods: In total, 955 questionnaires were distributed mainly in places of continuing education held by the Korean Physical Therapy Association from April to July 2019. The same questionnaire was posted on a website used by physiotherapists. We collected subject information, a specific Vignette typically represent symptoms of PLBP, and responses to multiple questions about decision making, subjective recognition and interest level in the field of women’s health physiotherapy (WHPT). Results: The overall response rate was 56% (n = 537); of these, responses to 520 questionnaires were analyzed. Most respondents chose various combinations of physical therapy methods. There were significant differences in subjective recognition levels of WHPT according to gender (p < 0.05), age (p < 0.01), education level (p < 0.01), and clinical experience (p < 0.05). There were significant differences in interest according to gender (p < 0.01) and education level (p < 0.01). With respect to the types of treatment, significant differences were noted in selective rates for “manual therapy”, “pain control”, and “supportive devices” based on gender. Manual therapy tended to be chosen more with increasing age and clinical experience. With increased education level, there were fewer choices for the use of pain control. Conclusion: This is the first data on how Korean physiotherapists manage PLBP patients using the vignette method. We were able to recognize the Korean physical therapist's decision on PLBP patients, and observed statistically significant correlations. This may aid in developing future research and education plans in the WHPT field.

        We present a new method for solving an inverse problem of flux emergence which transports subsurface magnetic flux from an inaccessible interior to the surface where magnetic structures may be observed to form, such as solar active regions. To make a quantitative evaluation of magnetic structures having various characteristics, we derive physical properties of subsurface magnetic field that characterize those structures formed through flux emergence. The derivation is performed by inversion from an evolutionary relation between two observables obtained at the surface, emerged magnetic flux and injected magnetic helicity, the former of which provides scale information while the latter represents the configuration of magnetic field.

        The Cu nanofluid in ethylene glycol was prepared by electrical explosion of wire, a novel one-step method. The X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope were used to study the properties of Cu nanoparticles. The results showed that the nanoparticles were consisted of pure face-centered cubic structure and near spherical shape with average grain size of 65 nm. Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis) confirmed Cu nanoparticles with a single absorbance peak of Cu surface plasmon resonance band at 600 nm. The nanofluid was found to be stable due to high positive zeta potential value, +51 mV. The backscattering level of nanofluid in static stationary was decreased about 2% for 5 days. The thermal conductivity measurement showed that Cu-ethylene glycol nanofluid with low concentration of nanoparticles had higher thermal conductivity than based fluid. The enhancement of thermal conductivity of nanofluid at a volume fraction of 0.1% was approximately 5.2%.

        Development of recycling method at cemented carbide scraps was researched. Some properties of recycled cemented carbides were investigated. Recycled WC fine powder suffered the surface oxidation. Therefore it was necessary to be done by reduction treatment at 1073K-3.6ks under hydrogen atmosphere. When sintering condition at 1673K-3.6ks was treated under vacuum condition, it gained the deflective strength of about 90%, and gained hardness and sintering density about same value compared with commercial alloys. As a result, it was able to recycle only by 7 processes.

        Thin films of Eu(TTA)3(phen), which was known to show red-light emitting properties, were deposited under various deposition condition. The thickness, surface morphology, and photoluminescence(PL) were measured with α-step profiler, Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM), and PL measurement apparatus. It was found that the thickness of Eu(TTA)3(phen) film can be controlled precisely by adjusting the amounts of Eu(TTA)3(phen) in the boat. As the thickness of these films increases, the surface roughness also increases. A structure of Al/Eu(TTA)3(phen)(850a)/TPD(600a)/ITO was fabricated, Electroluminescence(EL) spectrum of which shows the peak at the wavelength of 618nm.

        Cu-10wt%W composite powders have been manufactured by a high energy ball milling technique. The composite powders were pressed at 250 MPa and sintered in a dry hydrogen at 103 for 4 hours. After sintering, Cu-10wt%W composite materials were forged. And the arc-resistance of forged materials which have the same relative density of 94% has been tested. Composite particles, i.e. tungsten particles distributed homogeneously in the copper matrix, was formed after 480 min mechanical alloying. Densities of these sintered materials were ranged from 74 to 84%. Densification degree was due to the formation of composite powders. As the mechanical alloying time increased, the hardness was increased and tungsten particle size was decreased. Arc loss of the forged specimens was decreased as increasing the mechanical alloying time.

        본 연구에서는 기존의 균열보수 주입공법의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 일반포트와는 다르게 중앙부에 높은 압력을 견딜 수 있도록 저장관의 재질은 고탄성 라텍스를 사용하였으며, 균열부위에 보수용액을 주입시 콘크리트 균열 내부에 존재하고 있는 공기가 배출될 수 있도록 TPS 공법을 개발 하였다. 또한 보수용액의 역류를 차단하는 밸브를 주입구에 설치한 새로운 주입식 포트를 개발하고 이에 대한 물리적 특성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 기존 주사기 공법에 비해 보수용액 주입속도가 향상되고, 시험조건에서 균열부위가 완전히 충전되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 보수 후의 품질은 압축강도 및 인장강도의 경우 주사기 공법 적용시에는 보수 후 약 20% 정도 저하하는 것으로 나타났고, TPS 공법 은 보수 후 강도가 오히려 약 2~7% 증가하는 경향으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 탄성저장관을 사용한 주입식 포트 공법은 기존의 주사기 공법과 비교하여 주입성능 및 보수 후 품질이 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었고, 이를 활용하여 실구조물 적용 및 상용화를 위한 기반 자료로서 활용하고자 한다.

        Hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) is an ozone-depleting substance that is subject to environmental regulations based on the Montreal Protocol, and in Republic of Korea, which is regarded as a developing country, its use will be restricted in phase starting in 2013 until finally being prohibited in 2030. HCFC is regulated based on the Tokyo Protocol, HCFC is a regulated construction material for carbon dioxide reduction with GWP of 1,700 ~ 2,400 times that of CO2, with a GWP of 1. KS M 3808 than in the reference indicated in the C5 (15 : 15 : 20 : 50%) and C9 (20 : 10 : 20 : 50%) 0.33 mm 0.31 mm Cell size is shown in the analysis, etc. The compressive strength of the insulation, foaming agent mixing ratio according bending failure load, the thermal conductivity (initial and long-term), moisture permeability coefficient, combustible results, showed superior.

        보리 후작 평야지 논에서 콩 안전 재배기술을 확립코자 보릿짚 시용 후 무경운, 경운로타리 등 경운방법을 달리하여 시험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 보릿짚 시용으로 경운 유무에 관계없이 토양 중 유기물함량, 총질소, 인산 및 치환성 양이온 등이 증가하였다. 2. 토양물리성 중 공극과 토양수분함량은 경운로타리 > 로타리 > 경운로타리 후 보릿짚피복 >보릿짚소각 후 경운로타리 > 무경운 순으로 높았다. 3. 보릿짚 분해율은 파종후 30일째까지 빨랐고 그 이후는 서서히 분해되었으며, 얕게 매몰된 무경운이 경운로타리보다 빨리 분해되었고, 잡초발생량은 무경운과 보릿짚 피복에서 관행대비 각각 36%, 40% 억제되었다. 4. 콩의 뿌리활력과 근류형성능 및 콩 개화기의 생육은 무경운에서 가장 높은 값을 보였고 보릿짚 시용 후 경운로타리에서 낮은 값을 보였다. 5. 수량은 볏짚시용 후 무경운 처리에서 3,070 kg/ha으로 보릿짚 소각한 관행에 비하여 19% 증수되었으나 경운로타리는 관행수준이 었다. 따라서 평야지 논에서 콩 재배시 강우가 잦을 경우 보릿짚 시용 후 경운로타리는 토양과습을 더욱 조장하므로 무경운 골 작조 후 재배함이 가장 적절하다고 판단된다.
