Recently occupational safety and health literatures begin to emphasize the influence of social, organizational or psychological context. Based on this research trend, this paper tried to review the relationship between safety climates and safety compliance. Based on the responses from 385 manufacturing workers, this paper reviewed the relationships among safety climates, safety motivation, and safety compliance. The results of statistical analysis showed that all safety climate factors(management involvement, leadership, safety training, precaution activities, safety system) have affirmative effects on safety motivation and safety compliance. Also, safety motivation appeared to have mediating effects on the relationship between 5 safety climate factors and safety compliance. Especially it appeared to have full mediating effects on the relationship between safety training/ safety system and safety compliance.
It compared quality characteristics for the stone surface treatment system and its products. With the result, the flame burner equipment was mainly used to the surface treatment of granite, but it occurred greatly the high temperature, the rock fragment, the noise and dust. For the other side, the whetstone polishing machine for the polishing was a maintenance for the specific physical properties of stone, and it did not occur the stone fragment and the dust. The durability of the stone products due to the flame burner was investigated with that it falls to 20~25% more than the surface treatment by the whetstone polishing. Share's hardness of the polishing products in the durability test showed more greatly index than the flame burner and conventional product. The polishing products of Pochon stone in the case of the abrasion resistance showed great more 15% than the general products, more 9% than the products by the flame burner.
Railway system is consisted of various resources such as rail-line, signal, and railcar. It is necessary to efficiently utilize these limited and expensive resources as much as possible up to given line capacity. So far, we treat the line capacity as the criteria for evaluating investment alternatives or for restricting train frequencies, and this criteria is calculated statical and experimental numerical formula. But, line capacity has special attribute that changes dynamically according to operational conditions, so there is a need of new line capacity estimation system. In this paper, we present an improved systematic line capacity model. The proposed model has three main components ; TPS(lain performance simulator), PES(parameter evaluation simulator), LCS(line capacity simulator). The concept of each sub-component is described, including the evaluation method of capacity parameters. And capacity parameter evaluation and estimation results using sample line section data are presented.
본 연구에서는 반도체 업체인 M사의 공정을 조사하고 현재 M사의 일정계획 순서와 기존에 연구되었던 일정계획 방법에 대한 결과를 조사한 후 CLV 알고리즘을 적용한 일정계획 기법을 시뮬레이션을 통해 비교 분석하고 알고리즘에 대한 타당성을 검증하고자 한다. CLV 알고리즘을 통한 고객 분류에 의해서 ATP rule을 적용한다면 생산 공정상의 일정계획이 조정되어 고객이 원하는 납기 준수를 달성할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 기존 연구와의 비교 분석을 위하여 시뮬레이션의 수행은 기존 연구 수행일과 동일한 시간(2003년 11월12월)을 기준으로 수행하였다.
A purpose of this research is building a Parameter Evaluation Simulation(PES) program which is present proper parameter value to calculate line capacity. This research performs a detailed simulation and a analysis of it using PES and it is developed on the basis of Line Capacity Simulation model. Chosen simulation sectors are that happened a big change of a line capacity because of joining a high speed train(KTX). Moreover this research performs a sensitivity analysis when basic data are changed.
This study develops a improved gate assignment algorithm and decision support system using its algorithm to extract a assignment result minimizing a walking distance of passengers in airport and maximizing the utilization rate of avaliable gates in domestic airports. By operation support system, it may contribute greatly in efficient enlargement of airport operation and increase the airport reliability through quickly coping with takeoff and landing delay of flight due to weather change, preservation and repair of gate, etc. Also, passengers who use airport terminal can minimize time and walking distance for departure, arrival, and transit, and it may greatly reduce the additional operation cost for common gates through maximizing the utilization rate for exclusive usage gates for airplanes which use gates.
This paper treats accelerated life tests for automotive connector. The contact resistance of connector is explained by some factors; the use time(calender time, real cycle), stresses and loads adapted in auto test. The relationships between contact resistance and some factors are compared and analyzed by regression models in various test conditions; field use-environment, manufacturer's test environment, and accelerated test condition. The consistency between of manufacturer's test and field test is examined. Finally, the future study on accelerated test for automotive connector is presented.

This study presents a method of quality category classification by safety, maturity, complexity, and what types and extent of controls and verifications are applied to specific products and services during the various stages of a nuclear facility life cycle. All products, services and processes have various controls and verifications built in to ensure they perform their functions satisfactorily. The highest grade should require the most stringent application of the quality assurance requirements ; while, the lowest grade should require the least stringent. When products or services are modified, the assigned grade of quality assurance requirements could become more stringent or less stringent depending on the significance in nuclear safety. Applying QA program always costs money, and they should be applied and focused to the extent where necessary and not applied or applied to a lesser degree for less important activities. An efficient QA program should be developed to satisfy the necessary requirements and to ensure the required confidence in quality, but without unnecessary stipulations. Not all the requirements of QA standard must be applied identically to all products and services which are to be provided.
Safety in the laboratory has been a growing interest due to recent recurrences of the fatal accidents such as physical or chemical explosions. It is not easy to determine, to what extents the industrial safety and health law should apply the laboratory. Most laboratory workers are not sufficiently trained and recognized for the generic features of safety and health. The actual conditions of safety and health in the laboratory are not appropriate for laboratory workers. Safety and health in the laboratory is unfortunately in the dead ground. Therefore, it is most imperative to secure safety in the laboratory. This study proposes a method to improve safety in the laboratory.
