After enterprise get a certification in acquisition, the core requirements of ISO/TS 16949 standard is pull out the Performance Indicators by process access approach during the settlement and operation of system, and the pulled key performance indicators classified into the customer intention process, support process and management process and analyzed the effect to the management result. This study conducted with following step. Firstly, preceding research, the literature and investigation analysis about process approach method which is the special characteristics of ISO/TS 16949 standard. Secondly, each process of ISO/TS 16949 standard is classified and deduced the key performance indicators followed process access method. Finally, get a enterprise survey data related to improvement of Performance Indicator and analyzed by SPSS statistical software.

This study presented a model of enterprise that operates an integrated system, and studied about an integrated element of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 standard. In addition to this, it grasped what the obstacle elements are in use of an integrated system, and analyzed the effect in use of an integrated system through the survey on 58 enterprises that operate an integrated system, From the result of this study, we have known that the obstacle elements in operation of an integrated system are in lack of understanding of process, in lack of execution ability of system, in unfamiliarity of system and lack of willingness of the executives.

This paper intends to search factor affecting the selection of financial products by analyzing whether there is difference in the preference of individual financial products whose recognition of importance in the property of financial products in different, depending on the property of investors. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to test the priority model. The study attempts to demonstrate how the model helps providing better decision choices in financial products.

한국-칠레 FTA를 시작으로 우리나라는 지역 통합 움직임으로 수출시장 확보라는 정책 목표를 세우고 동시 다발적인 FTA 추진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 국내 및 선진국의 FTA위 현황을 국가 자격증을 중심으로 분석하여 국내 자격 검정방안이 나아가야할 방향과 과제에 대하여 논하고자 한다. 현재 APEC을 중심으로 자격 상호인증 협정에 대한 심도 있는 연구가 진행 중이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 APEC 상호인증을 중심으로 FTA 환경 하에서 국내 자격에 대한 상호인증 방안을 위한 문제점을 제시하고자 한다.

In these OECD countries, left-wingers Government focus on unemployment, but right-wingers Government cares more about inflation. It is that inflation and unemployment don't have differential effects across rich and poor and the happiness levels of these two groups are unaffected by identity of the Government in power. The poor people choose to left-wingers Government, but rich people prefer to right-wingers Government. I estimate whether above opinion is correct or not. Especially I check how my results change when I control for aggregate economy activity and government consumption, two variables that could be correlated with inflation and unemployment and affect each Government's happiness differentially. This paper, and I believe much of the happiness literature, can be understood as an application of experienced utility, a conception that emphasis the pleasures derived from private consumption and sentiment of it. In Granger Causality test, private consumption sentiment index related with industrial production interactively in Korea. The business cycles affect on private consumption sentiment index.

The research for computer cooling system has been researched briskly at home and abroad. Most of computer cooling systems are the air cooling method using cooling fan. The air cooling system are most widely used for low cost and easy installation but have limits in cooling. The water cooling system are good for cooling efficiency but bad for installation. This paper presents the developing for cooling system to be inserted in computer using thermoelectric module.

Most countries have been focused on the CDM(Clean Development Mechanism). According to Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, CDM is an arrangement under the Kyoto Protocol allowing industrialized countries with a greenhouse gas reduction commitment to invest in projects that reduce emissions in developing countries as an alternative to more expensive emission reductions in their own countries. 본 연구는 현재까지 주먹구구식, 각 부처별로 평가가 이루어져 왔던 해외취업사업을 통계적, 경영학적 기법을 적용하여 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 방법에 대해 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구결과를 통해 국가적 차원에서 새로운 정책 발굴의 여지가 많은 청년층 국가 간 교류사업 즉 해외취업사업에 보다 조직적이고 체계적인 틀을 제시할 수 있는 전략을 제공한다. 해외취업사업은 국가 중요 정책사업이면서 형태가 구축되지 않은 비표준 정책으로 정책의 완성을 위해 현재 이루어졌던 사업에 관련된 과거 데이터를 기반으로 사업의 미래방향에 대해 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단한다.

교량공사는 지상작업과 고소작업이 혼재하고 작업공종이 복잡하여 위험성이 높은 공사로 추락, 협착, 붕괴, 낙하 비래 재해의 발생빈도가 높다. 또한, 중량 부재의 운반, 조립, 양중 등의 작업과정에서 유해 위험 기계기구와 건설장비 사용에 따른 유해 위험 요인이 산재하여, 유해 위험의 정도와 재해 발생빈도 및 재해의 강도에 차이가 있어 위험성평가를 통한 정량화된 위험지수의 제시가 필요하다. 위험성 평가는 교량공사의 특성을 고려하여 교량 건설현장의 공종별 유해 위험요인을 세부공종별 요소작업에 따라 분류하고, 재해 발생정도와 피해정도에 따른 위험도가 평가되어야 한다. 이러한 교량 건설공사의 재해를 줄이는데 기여할 수 있도록 정량화된 교량공사 위험지수를 제시함으로써 체계적이고 효율적인 재해예방 활동에 필요한 기초자료를 제공할 것이다. 특히 교량공사 시공 상의 제반 위험요인을 사전에 점검하여 변경 보완 제거할 수 있는 재해 예방대책을 수립하여 재해를 최소화하는 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 건설현장에서 위험지수의 고저에 따라 자원을 적정하게 배분한다면 안전관리의 효율성이 제고되고, 궁극적으로 건설재해 감소에 기여하게 될 것으로 기대된다.

railroad has a benefit of the mass transportation of a passenger and cargo, but just a time of accident could cause a huge loss of a human life and property. Especially, a typhoon and a localized torrential downpour usually happened in summer season have caused average 38.29 times of the missing roadbed which support the railroad in recent 7 years. If a train would pass on this railroad which the roadbed was missed, there could be a huge accident and many people will die. But, the security issue is not satisfied because the method of sensing the missing roadbed is depending solely on the naked eye inspection by a person in charge. So, in this study, I would like to suggest the missing roadbed real-time sensing and train operation system to reduce the possibility of the railroad accident by controlling the operation of train when the missing roadbed condition would be sensed in the real-time system.

This study is deal with the high frequency induction hardening (HF at 850℃, 120kHz & 50kW condition) SM45C steel. (1) The HF specimen which was tempered at 150℃, did not appear any tempering effect. A brittle fracture occurred at rounded area of the tensile specimen. AE amplitude distribution showed between 45~60dB. (2) The HF specimen which was tempered at 300℃, slip and fracture occurred at the hole area of the tensile specimen. As it passes the yield point, the AE energy increased intermittently and AE amplitude distribution showed between 70~85dB. In addition, after the maximum tensile load, it showed high amplitude and energy distribution. The AE amplitude showed between 45~70dB. (3) The HF specimen which was tempered at 450℃, a brittle fracture occurred as if it is torn in the direction of 45℃ on parallel area over the both sides of the tensile specimen, which led to several peak to be appeared in AE energy. It was found that the AE amplitude was relatively low and the AE energy was high.

The global economic recession caused a great change of the labor environment such as restructurings and unstable employment. This facts brought about an increase in sense of rivalry, over workload, job uncertainty and lowering of self-confidence. Due to the fact that the work process and employing system in construction field is little differ from normal industries, especially, labors working in construction field are much exposed to the job stress. On this study, we survey construction-field labors and made an analysis of the gathered data through the statistic method to reveal what kind of job-stress factors influence on the defects of construction works. As the result, we investigated the truth of the induction factors which cause the job-stress in costruction field and proposed an alternative plan for an effective job-stress management which make the defect rate low.
