In this study, the target strength for multi-frequency (38 kHz, 120 kHz, 200 kHz) of juvenile silverfish (Pleuragramma antarcticum) was estimated using by the KRM (Kirchhoff-ray mode) model. The body shape of the silverfish was described by a picture and the body length of nine individuals ranged in 1.8 cm to 8.8 cm. The maximum TScm according to the total length for the constant term (b20) was – 92.93 dB at 38 kHz, – 86.63 dB at 120 kHz, and – 85.89 dB at 200 kHz, respectively. The averaged TScm according to total length for the constant term (b20) was – 100.0 dB at 38 kHz, – 93.0 dB at 120 kHz, and – 106.9 dB at 200 kHz, respectively.

In this study, we used underwater acoustics to analyze the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of largehead hairtail (Trichiurus leptueus) based on the luminous thronging of metal halide fishing lamps and induction fishing lamps. As a result, the illuminating power was approximately 1.3 times higher using the metal halide fishing lamp whereas the density of hairtals by distance was approximately 1.9 times higher using the induction fishing lamp. Regarding water depth distribution, hairtails were detected depths of 25-30 m during August and at all water depths in November as assessed using fishing lamps.

뮤지컬은 음악을 포함한 다양한 분야들이 결합되어 있는 종합무대예술로써 무대 공간에서의 특 성과 함께 음악적 특성의 연구는 의미가 있다. 본 논문에서는 뮤지컬『노트르담 드 파리』무대 디자인에 나타난 시각적, 공간적 그리고 오브제 요소로 표현 특징을 분류하고, 주요 넘버의 장면 에 나타난 공간적 특성을 분석하였다. 아울러 무대의 공간적 특성을 바탕으로 음악적 특성과 공간 적 표현 특성을 도출하고자 하였다. 결과적으로 뮤지컬 『노트르담 드 파리』는 간결하고 단순하 지만 무대가 허전해 보이지 않는 공간적, 시각적 그리고 오브제의 요소들이 효과적으로 사용되었 다. 음악적으로는 뮤지컬『노트르담 드 파리』주요 넘버에서는 서사를 전달하거나 인물의 심리나 갈등 그리고 상징성의 특징을 가지고 있으며 이와 함께 무대에서는 상징적이고 건축적 오브제의 활용을 통해 극적 배경의 상황이나 시간 그리고 장소를 유동적이고 다의적 공간으로 연출하였다. 이러한 무대 공간에 대한 현대적인 접근은 무대에 있어서 절제적인 상징성을 나타내고 서정적인 선율을 가진 음악과 함께 프랑스 뮤지컬의 문학적 서사성을 효과적으로 전달하는 역할을 담당하였 다.

해양법협약은 유연한 개정이 어려워 과학기술 발전에 따라 새로이 발명된 기술이나 장비, 또는 활동에 대하여 명확한 법적 근거를 제시하지 못하는 측면 이 있다. 최근에 논의되고 있는 운용해양학의 개념은 해양법협약상 해양과학조 사와 비슷한 측면이 존재하지만, 명확한 용어가 명시되어 있지 않기 때문에 해 석상 혼동이 되는 측면이 있으며, 따라서 해양법협약을 기반으로 한 운용해양 학의 개념과 적용 법리에 대한 국제사회의 의견이 나뉘고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 운용해양학의 법적 정의를 내리고자 하는 것이 아니며, 운용해양학의 법 적 모호성으로 인해 고려될 수 있는 문제점을 식별해보고, 국내에 어떻게 영향 을 미칠 수 있는지 예측하는데 있다. 연구결과, 운용해양학은 ‘법률을 무기로서 사용한다’는 개념인 법률전에 사용될 가능성이 있으며, 추후 국제사회의 논의에 따라 해양경계획정 갈등이 있는 국가 사이에도 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것으로 보 았다. 이와 같은 상황은 우리나라와도 무관하지 않으며, 이에 첨언으로서 기초 적인 대응방안을 고찰하고자 하였다.

To confirm the applicability of crab apple, the composition and content of amino acids and minerals with ‘Fuji’ apple were measured. Apple and crab apple were extracted with water, 70% and 100% ethanol, respectively. The contents of polyphenols, flavonoids, and ascorbic acid, antioxidant activities of these extracts were measured. The amino acid composition of apples comprised a total of 17 amino acids. The total amino acid contents of apple and crab apple were 2,050.45 mg/kg and 900.05 mg/kg, respectively. For minerals, the total mineral content of apple and crab apple were 489.14 mg%, 529.77 mg%, respectively. The contents of polyphenols, flavonoids, and ascorbic acid of apple and crab apple extracts were highest in 70% ethanol extracts. The content of polyphenols, the crab apple extract, showed a generally higher content than the apple extract. The content of flavonoids, apple and crab apple extracts revealed no difference between extracts. The content of ascorbic acid, apple extract showed a generally higher content than the crab apple extract, but there was no significant difference between extracts. In the case of DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging abilities, 70% ethanol extract showed the highest antioxidant activity, and crab apple showed higher activity than apple extracts.

본 연구에서는 전장이 400m인 24,000TEU급 컨테이너선박을 대상으로 선박 내 빌지펌핑의 성능에 대한 케이스 스터디를 수행하 였다. 본 연구의 대상인 24,000TEU급 컨테이너선박의 빌지시스템의 경우 선급의 규칙에 맞게 설계되었지만, 선박 내 설치되어 있는 빌지펌 프의 정격유량 및 최대유량 조건에서도 SOLAS Reg.II-1/35-1의 2 m/s 요건을 만족시키지 못하였다. 특히 1번 ~ 4번 화물창에 대해, 해수로 가득차 있다고 가정한 상태에서 해수를 모두 배출하는 동안에 빌지 주관에서의 평균유속을 계산할 결과, 2번 화물창, 3번 화물창 및 4번 화물창은 평균유속이 2 m/s 미만으로 기준에 적합하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 이를 해결하기 위해 2번, 3번 및 4번 화물창의 150A 빌지 지관을 200A 배관으로 교체하여 계산을 수행하였으며, 그 결과 화물창 내의 해수를 모두 배출하는 동안의 빌지 주관에서의 해 수평균유속이 각각 2.479m/s , 2.476,m/s 및 2.459m/s 로 기준을 만족시키는 것을 알 수 있었다.

This study investigated the trend of research on ‘Food science and Nutrition’ in previously published papers in the Journal of Korean Society of Food Culture (JKSFC) from 2000 to 2021. Total number of published papers in this category in the JKSFC was 693 which we classified into 7 main categories and 40 subcategories. Of these, 256 articles were on ‘experimental cooking’ which was the most studied field among 7 main categories. There was a total of 19 published papers under the category of ‘microbiology and fermentation’. A total of 133 articles were published on ‘functional foods’ and provided essential data for discovering new materials under the theme of various physiological active functions of food materials. Furthermore, 107 articles were included in ‘food processing and storage’, which provided integrated knowledge of economy, stability and practicality based on various technologies. A total of 144 articles was included in the category of ‘nutrition’. Under the category of ‘nutrition’, the most actively studied topic was ‘eating behaviors and dietary habits,’ and the trending topic was ‘use of healthcare big data.’ In conclusion, this review would provide trends of various categories of food science and nutrition area for recent 21 years and suggest directions for future research.
