        This paper is concerned with the quality assurance of recliner chair frame. It is necessary for recliner chair frame that is endurable for the repeated load and sudden impact of human sitting and general use. And this paper studies the quality assurance of recliner chair frame that is newly designed and made in the regional company. The procedures of quality assurance are composed of the stress analysis using computer simulation and results by test equipments. Theoretical survey is composed with the stress analysis results from ANSYS program and quality assurance procedures are composed of static load test, reciprocal load test of spring and impact test of locking frame. The results from the mechanical tests satisfy the safety criteria of the Korean national standard. This research assures the quality of new designed recliner chair frame and can be used as quality assurance procedures of concerned structures

        This study was analyzed to provide fundamental data on the relationship between fast food consumption behaviors and food-related lifestyle types. Data was collected from 268 middle students in the Incheon region through a self-administered questionnaire. A factor analysis extracted five comprising food-related lifestyle, which we named health seeking (factor 1), taste seeking (factor 2), easy seeking (factor 3), popularity seeking (factor 4) and safety seeking (factor 5). According to the results of the factor analysis, the food-related lifestyle showed that the average consumption was more than 2.95 and, 0.792 in Cronbach alpha coefficient. There were significant differences in the influence factor for the selection of fast food according to taste seeking and, popularity seeking types (p<0.05). Also, the easy seeking and safety seeking lifestyle types showed a significant differences for the reason the choosing criteria of fast food (p<0.05). Especially, the nutrition problem was of the highest importance for the health and safety seeking but an advertisement effect trend appealed more to the taste seeking, easy seeking and popularity seeking lifestyles. There were significant differences in fast food of intake frequency according to health seeking, easy seeking, popularity seeking and safety seeking types (p<0.05). A significant positive result of the internal characteristics of fast food consumption (p<0.05) was shown for the health seeking and safety seeking types. A significant positive result of the external characteristics of fast food consumption (p<0.05) was shown for the popularity seeking and safety seeking types.

        The purpose of this study was to compare weight control behaviour, eating habits, and health-related life habits accordingto degree of obesity among normal, overweight, and obese groups. Self-perception of weight and desire for weight controlin males (p<0.001) and females (p<0.001) varied among the three groups. Reasons (p<0.001), experience (p<0.01), andmethod of weight control (p<0.05) were different among the three female groups, whereas males did not show anydifferences. Intake of nutritional supplements in the male obese group was higher compared to other groups (p<0.01),whereas eating habits were not significantly different among the three groups for both males and females. Food habits scorefor intake of fruits, milk, and yogurt were higher in females than males (p<0.001). Correlation coefficients of food habitsscore and anthropometric measurements showed that hip circumference was negative for intake of fruits in males, whereasRBW and BMI were positive for food combination, intake of bean products, and fishes in females (p<0.05). Frequency andfitting exercise in the obese female group were lower than in the other groups (p<0.01). Therefore, proper nutritionaleducation for obese individuals is recommended proper self-perception of weight, good food habits, and regular exercise.

        비살균 탁주의 유통기간 산정을 위하여 저장기간에 따른 온도별 품질특성을 살펴보았다. 품질특성은 알코올 함량, 총균수, 효모수, 총산도, pH, 메탄올, 알데히드 함량 및 관능특성을 분석하였다. 모든 저장조건에서 알코올 함량, pH, 총균수 및 효모수는 저장기간이 길어짐에 따라 감소하였으며, 알데히드 함량과 총산도는 저장기간이 증가함에 따라 증가하였다. 관능평가 결과 모든 저장조건에서 저장기간이 증가함에 따라 향, 맛 및 전반적 기호도가 감소하였다. 알코올 함량, 총균수, 효모수, 총산도, pH, 알데히드 함량 및 관능특성과 같은 품질지표는 저장온도가 높을수록 변화가 빨랐다. 관능특성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 알코올 함량, 총균수, 효모수, 총산도, pH 및 알데히드 함량이었다. 식품규격에 따라 품질유지기한은 5℃에서는 55일, 10℃에서는 26일 그리고 20℃에서는 3일까지 섭취가 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

        Anchovy (Engraulis japonicus) is one of the most important species in the South Sea of South Korea. In order to estimate the biomass of anchovy, acoustic surveys, concurrently with trawling, were conducted in April, July, and September of 2013 and February of 2014 off the coast of Tongyeong and Yeosu. However, anchovies were found only during spring (April) and winter (February) surveys. To display only anchovy species confirmed by trawls on empty spaced echograms, virtual echograms were created. Three target strength (TS) values of anchovy were used: TS_z = 20 log L – (20/3) log (1+z/10) – 67.6 (Zhao et al.), TS_y =20 log L – 72.9 (Yoon et al.), TS_f = 20 log L – 71.9 (Foote). For anchovy schools combined with other species e.g., hairtail, squid, and Korean pomfret, their TS values were used to calculate an average TS. As a result, the anchovy biomass in the winter survey was approximately 75,000 tons (TS_z), 90,000 tons (TS_f), 114,000 tons (TS_y), respectively. The biomass in spring was 9,000 tons (TS_z), 9,200 tons (TS_f), 10,000 tons (TS_y). The sampling variance of spring was 70% and of winter was 30%. In order to manage anchovy resource sustainably, larvae and adult anchovy should be separately surveyed, the optimal area, date, and time for acoustic survey should be investigated, and the biomass survey should be done for relatively long and regular base.

        Three specimens of larvae (5.2~7.8 mm in standard length (SL)), of the family Scombridae, were collected from the southeastern waters off Jeju Island in August, 2014. These specimens were identified to Katsuwonus pelamis have melanophores distributed on the 1st dorsal-fin spines and post ventral margin on caudal peduncle. An analysis of the cytochrome oxidase submit I (COI) sequences (652 base pairs) of mitochondrial DNA showed that our specimens must be K. pelamis, because their sequences were concordant with those of the adult K. pelamis (genetic distance= 0.000~0.002), followed by Auxis rochei (genetic distance= 0.061~0.063) and Euthynnus affinis (genetic distance= 0.077~0.079). During the larval stage, K. pelamis differed from Thunnus spp. species in melanophores distribution period of 1st dorsal-fin spines, lower jaws and ventral margin on caudal peduncle. In conclusion, occurrence of K. pelamis larvae means Korean waters are potential spawning ground of K. pelamis.

        본 연구에서는 우리 주위에서 흔히 채취할 수 있는 식물을 이용하여 엽록체를 추출하고, 이를 다양한 방법으로 PP부직포 위에 도포하여 복합막을 제작하였으며, 산소 발생여부에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 제조된 엽록체의 도입 방법에 따 른 실험에서, 딥(dipping) 코팅법과 스프레이(spraying) 코팅법을 이용하였으며, 밀폐된 용기와 진공오븐 내 초를 이용한 연소 시험 모두에서 스프레이 코팅이 비교적 우수한 결과를 나타내었다. 또한, 엽록체의 활성을 증가시키기 위해 nylon6/6 나노섬 유를 PP부직포 위에 전기방사하여 복합지지체를 제조한 후, 엽록체를 도입하여 제조한 샘플의 경우, 나노섬유가 도입되지 않 은 샘플에 비해 낮은 활성을 가진다는 것을 확인하였다. TiO2가 포함된 샘플들의 경우, 포함되지 않은 샘플들에 비해 엽록체 함량이 50%가 도입되었지만, 16%에서 21%까지 도달되는 시간과 초를 이용한 연소실험에서 각각 유사한 결과값을 나타내었 다. 따라서 본 연구에서 도입된 스프레이 코팅법과 TiO2 접목은 산소발생용 분리막 및 공기청정기용 필터소재로의 응용에 대 한 기초연구 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        In order to deduce an objective evaluation method of motion seasickness incidence (MSI) by ship motions during underway in irregular waves and to present the fundamental data of passenger comfort on the yacht and the passenger ship according to the result, the MSI of the trainees by the questionnaires was analysed and compared with the rate of variation of salivary a -amylase activity (VSAA) on the training ship "A-ra ho" of Jeju national university. Relationship between rate of variation (x) by salivary a -amylase activity and motion seasickness incidence (y) was described by the equation, MSI(%) = 0.6073 x + 12.189 including the correlation coefficient (R 2 = 0.9853). The result obtained through the rate of variation of salivary a -amylase activity which was the quantitative evaluation method for ship motions causing seasickness was most affected by z-vertical acceleration and occurred within the frequency range 0.1 to 0.3Hz centered on 0.2Hz, and the simulation result based on this finding showed the motion seasickness rate at approximately 4% lower than the rate obtained through the survey.

        LNG 선박에서 발생하는 슬로싱 충격하중은 다상유동 및 기체의 압축효과에 따라 CCS에서 발생하는 압력과 구조응답에 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 슬로싱 운동 시 LNG의 유동에 의해 발생하는 슬로싱 충격을 시뮬레이션하기 위해서 다상유동을 적용한 수치해석 모델을 제시하였으며, 그 결과를 실험과 비교하여 타당성을 검토하였다. 또한 효율적인 구조응답 계산을 위해 분사모델을 이용한 유체구조 연성해석 방법에 대해서 검토하고 멤브레인형 Mark III 화물창의 강도평가에 적용하여 LNG 화물창의 강도평가를 위한 가능성을 검토하였다.

        본 연구에서는 dimethylformamide (DMF)와 acetone의 혼합용액에 산화그래핀(graphene oxide, GO)을 분산시키고 기질 고분자인 PVdF (polyvinylidene fluoride)를 도입하여 전기방사법으로 나노섬유를 제조하였다. 또한 PVdF/GO 복합 나노 섬유를 평막 형태로 적층시켜 기공크기 0.4 μm인 정밀여과막을 제조하였다. 그리고 GO의 고유한 항균 특성으로 생물학적 오염을 줄일 수 있는 PVdF/GO 복합막의 막오염을 평가하기 위하여 막간 압력차(transmembrane pressure, TMP)를 측정하였 다. 유효 막면적이 0.01 m2인 PVdF/GO 평막과 상용화된 MBR용 CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) 평막을 MLSS 4,500 mg/L인 활성슬러지 수용액 내에서 동시에 투과 실험하였다. 공기를 주입하지 않을 경우, 투과유속이 10 L/m2⋅h일 때 PVdF/GO 막의 TMP는 CPVC 막의 최대 79%까지 감소하였다. 또한 운전/휴직 방식으로 운전할 경우, 10 L/m2⋅h일 때 PVdF/GO 막의 TMP는 CPVC 막의 최대 69%까지 감소함을 확인하였다.

        국제 광고 전략은 실행의 효율성 및 효과성 측면에서 국제 경영 및 마케팅 분야에서 중요하게 연구되고 있다. 특히, 광고 표준화는 규모의 경제 및 비용 효율성, 단일 브랜드 이미지 제공 등으로 인해 기업의 성과에 긍정적 인 영향을 미친다는 주장이 일반적이다. 하지만 대부분의 연구가 광고 표준화를 단일 변수로 보고 있으며, 어떠 한 프로세스로 기업 성과에 영향을 미치는지를 규명한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 광고 표준화를 광고전략과 광고집행으로 구분하여 이러한 표준화 프로세스가 기업 성과에 미치는 영향의 차이를 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한 광고 표준화에 영향을 미치는 선행요인으로, 외부 환경 요인인 소비자유사성과 시장유 사성을, 기업 내부 요인인 비용 절감과 시장세분화 전략을 구분하여 광고 표준화에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하 였다. 이를 위해 한․중․일 동북아 3개국에 진출한 주한 다국적기업의 마케팅매니저를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 바탕으로 실증분석을 실시한 결과, 동북아 3개국에서 광고표준화는 다국적 기업의 전략적 성과와 재무적 성과를 향상시키는 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히, 광고전략을 표준화 할수록 전략적 성과 및 재무적 성과가 향상되는 반면, 광고집행을 표준화 할수록 전략적 성과가 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 광고 표준화의 선행요인과의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 기업 내부적 요인인 비용 절감과 국가 간 시장세분화 전략이 광고 표준화를 실행하는데 유의한 영 향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 광고 표준화를 광고전략과 광고집행으로 구분하여 선행요인과 결과요인 과의 관계를 살펴본 점에서 의의가 있으며, 동북아 지역에 진출한 다국적기업의 광고 전략에 대한 실증 분석을 통해 광고 전략 수립 및 실행에 있어 실무적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        본 연구에서는 산마늘, 곰취 및 곤달비를 대상으로 임간재배지 내 광 환경 차이에 따른 광합성 특성, 엽록소 형광반응, 엽록소 함량변화를 조사·분석 하였다. 세 식물의 월별에 따른 광합성 속도 및 광화학 효율은 산마늘은 6월, 곰취와 곤달비는 7월에 가장 우수하였고, 엽록소 함량 역시 산마늘은 6월, 곰취와 곤달비는 7월에 가장 많았다. 광 환경 차이에 따른 광합성 속도 및 광화학 효율은 산마늘은 전광의 39% > 전광의 59% > 전광의 5% 순으로 전광의 39%에서 가장 높았다. 그러나 곰취와 곤달비는 전광의 59% > 전광의 39% > 전광의 5% 순으로 전광의 59%에서 가장 높았다. 세 식물의 총 엽록소 함량 변화는 세 식물 모두 피음 수준이 높아질수록 증가하였다. 이상의 결과에서 산마늘은 전광의 30~40%, 곰취와 곤달비는 전광의 50~60%의 광 환경에서 재배하는 것이 효과적일 것으로 판단된다.

        This study was conducted to improve the quality of Wanja-jeon, a Korean traditional food utilizing beef. Antioxidative evaluation of the ingredients in Wanja-jeon showed that soybean powder was highest in DPPH, ABTS radical scavenging activities and in reducing power among the food ingredients tested. Since soybean powder demonstrated high antioxidative activity, beef was replaced with soybean powder in Wanja-jeon to increase the antioxidative activity. All antioxidative activities such as DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities as well as reducing power increased with increases in the amount of soybean powder replacing beef. In texture analysis, the hardness, chewiness and brittleness of Wanja-jeon were highest when beef was replaced with 20% soybean powder, whereas the springiness and cohesiveness of the Wanja-jeon were highest with 50% of the beef replaced with soybean powder. The Hunter's color L and b values were highest in Wanja-jeon with 50% soybean powder replacing beef, while the a value of the color was highest in Wanja-jeon with 30% soybean replacing beef.

        The porous Mg3Sb2 based compounds with 60~70% of relative density were prepared by powder compaction at room temperature and reactive liquid phase sintering at 1023 K for 4hrs. The stoichiometric Mg3Sb2 compounds were synthesized from elemental Sb and Mg powder in the mixing range of 61~63 at% Mg. The increased scattering effect due to the micro-pores reduced the mobility of the charge carrier and the phonon, which caused the electrical conductivity and the thermal conductivity to decrease, respectively. But the scattering effect was greater for the electrical conductivity than for the thermal conductivity. Excess Mg alloyed in the Mg3Sb2 compounds decreased the electrical conductivity, but had no effect on the thermal conductivity. On the other hand, the large increase of the Seebeck coefficient was the result of a decrease in the charge carrier density due to the excess Mg. Dimensionless figure of merit of the porous Mg3Sb2 compound reached a maximum value of 0.28 at 61 at% Mg. The obtained value was similar to that of Mg3Sb2 compounds having little pores.

        PURPOSES : In this study, an image analysis method is used to evaluate the pore structure characteristics and permeability of hybrid concrete. METHODS: The binder weight of hybrid concrete is set to 400 kg/m3, 370kg/m3, and 350 kg/m3, and for each value of binder weight, the pore structure and permeability of concrete mixture is evaluated. The permeability of hybrid concrete is evaluated using a rapid chloride penetration test(RCPT). RESULTS : The concrete pore structure characteristics of hybrid concrete reveals that as the binder weight is reduced, the entrained air is reduced and the entrapped air is increased. The permeability of the hybrid concrete for all values was measured to be below 1000 C, which indicates a "Very Low" level of permeability relative to the evaluation standard of KS F 2711. Additionally, as the binder weight is decreased, there is a significant increase in the permeability of chloride ions. CONCLUSIONS : In this study, the pore structure characteristics of hybrid concrete at different binder weights shows that as the binder weight is reduced, the entrained air is reduced and the entrapped air is increased. Consequently, chloride ion penetration resistance of the hybrid concrete is diminished. As a result, it is expected that this will reduce the concrete’s durability.

        PURPOSES: Recently, crack, rutting, and stripping problems from the surface of asphalt pavements in National highway are observed and they affect the drivers to feel uncomfortable on the road. Surface treatments are recommended to use in distressed pavements due to costeffective, and improvement of surface performance. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of micro-surfacing and polymer slurry seal treatments for distressed asphalt pavements. METHODS: Surface conditions and friction resistance are evaluated for asphalt pavements treated with micro-surfacing and polymer slurry seal mixes in National highway 30 line and 34 line. Visual observation is conducted and surface performance is measured by PES (Performance Evaluation Surveyor) in terms of crack ratio, rutting and IRI(International Roughness Index). BPN(British Pendulum Number) is measured by BPT(British Pendulum Tester) to evaluate the friction resistance in the field. RESULTS: The surface evaluation results are presented for asphalt pavement treated with micro-surfacing and polymer slurry seal treatments in National highway 30 line and 34 line. Based on the visual observation, micro-surfacing and polymer slurry seal treatments show better improvements in terms of cracks and stripping. Based on the surface conditions measured by PES vehicle, the surface performance of microsurfacing treatments improves from 53.3% to 54.2% and the surface performance of polymer slurry seal treatments improves from 21.6% to 59.7%. However, the friction resistance of both micro-surfacing and polymer slurry seal treatments decreases from 2.5% to 6.7%. Further, it should be verified to produce the surface exposed with aggregates during the construction process of both treatment methods in the field. CONCLUSIONS : Based on the performance evaluation results in the filed, the surface performance of asphalt pavement treated with micro-surfacing and polymer slurry seal treatments improves from 21.6% to 59.7%. While, the friction resistance of asphalt pavement treated with micro-surfacing and polymer slurry seal treatments does not improve. It can be concluded that current micro-surfacing and polymer slurry seal treatments would improve surface performance but would not improve the friction resistance.

        Anthocyanins, a class of flavonoids, are natural water-soluble pigments, which are mainly found in vegetables and fruits. Anthocyanins have attractive pharmacological activities, such as anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and anti-diabetic. The purpose of this study was to investigate the protective effects of anthocyanins-rich fraction (ANF) from Korean purple sweet potato variety, "Shinjami", against hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-induced oxidative stress. In our results, pre-treatment of HepG2 cells with ANF (10μg/mL) significantly prevented cell death and maintained cell integrity, following exposure to 0.9 mM hydrogen peroxide. The H2O2-dependent production of intracellular ROS was also significantly decreased by pre-treatment with ANF (6 h, 10μg/mL). In addition, ANF increased the mRNA levels of antioxidant enzymes, catalase and glutathione level in H2O2-treated HepG2 cells. These results indicated that ANF protected HepG2 cells against H2O2-induced oxidative stress by inducing protective system.

        재래유자(C. junos I), 개량종 I(C. junos I+Poncirus trifoliata), 개량종 II(Citrus junos I+C. junos II) 세 가지 유자의 종류별 수확시기에 따른 유리당, 헤스페리딘, 나린진, 플라보노이드 함량과 항고혈압 활성을 알아보고자 실험을 수행하였다. 수확시기가 늦을수록 산도는 감소하고 당도는 증가하여 당산비는 증가하였고, 포도당, 서당은 수확시기에 따른 변화가 크지 않았으나, 과당은 유자가 충분히 익는 11월에 급격히 증가함을 보여주었다. 개량종 II는 10월 수확한 과피에서, 재래종은 10월 수확한 과즙에서 다른 품종보다 총 플라보노이드가 높았으며, 유자 과피의 hesperidin과 naringin은 유자가 미성숙했을 시기인 7월에 가장 높았고, 급격히 감소하고 있었다. 총 플라보노이드 중에서 hesperidin과 naringin이 차지하는 비율도 미숙과인 7월보다 11월에 현저히 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. ACE 저해 효과는 과즙과 과피에서 모든 수확시기에서 높게 나타났다. 과즙보다 과피에서 높게 나타났으며 품종별, 수확 시기별 차이는 관찰되지 않았으나 제철 11월에 수확한 재래종 과피에서 ACE 저해 효과가 가장 높았다. 따라서 hesperidin과 naringin을 이용하고자 할때는 미숙과를, 당도나 ACE 저해 효과를 이용하고자 할 때는 완숙과를 이용하는 것이 타당할 것으로 보인다.

        The purpose of this study was to analyze middle students' carbonated beverages selection and consumption behaviors depending on their food-related lifestyle. Data was collected from 307 middle students in Incheon region through a self-administered questionnaire. According to the results of the factor analysis, food-related lifestyle showed that the average is more than 3.0, 0.800 in Cronbach alpha coefficient. There were significant differences in carbonated beverages preference according to health seeking, easy seeking, popularity seeking, and safety seeking type (p<0.05). Also easy seeking and popularity seeking type lifestyle showed significant differences in the reason to drink carbonated drinks (p<0.05), especially school canteen amenities tended to pursue the highest fashion. A significant significance positive result of the consumption of carbonated beverages (p<0.01) was shown for the easy seeking type. A significant positive result of the consumption of carbonated beverages (p<0.01) was shown for the taste seeking and safety seeking type. Analysis of the relationship between carbonated beverage consumption, and form factor showed a high correlation coefficient of 0.617 and with brand design, while the taste and the price were (p<0.05) 0.446, and 0.437 in order to design and calories, respectively.

        This study investigated the effect of a co-culture of Scenedesmus dimorphus and nitrifiers using artificial wastewater on the removal of ammonium, nitrate and phosphate in the advanced treatment. To test the synergistic effect of the co-culture, we compared the co-culture treatment with the cultures using S. dimorphus-only and nitrifiers-only treatment as controls. After 6 days of incubation, nitrate was removed only in the co-culture treatment and total amount of N removal was 1.3 times and 1.6 times higher in the co-culture treatment compared to those in the S. dimorphus- and nitrifiers-only treatments, respectively. In case of total amount of P, co-culture treatment removed 1.2 times and 12 times more P than the S. dimorphus -and nitrifiers-only conditions, respectively. This indicates that the co-culture improved removal rates for ammonium, nitrate, and phosphate. This further implies that there was no need for denitrification of nitrate and luxury uptake of P processes because nitrate and phosphate can be removed from the uptake by S. dimorphus. In addition, co-culture condition maintained high DO above 7 mg/L without artificial aeration, which is enough for nitrification, implying that co-culture has a potential to decrease or remove aeration cost in the wastewater treatment plants.
