        As a series of fundamental researches on the development of an automatic identification monitoring system for fishing gear. Firstly, the study on the installation method of automated identification buoy for the coastal improvement net fishing net with many loss problems on the west coast was carried out. Secondly, the study was conducted find out how to install an automatic identification buoy for coastal gill net which has the highest loss rate among the fisheries. GPS for fishing was used six times in the coastal waters around Seogwipo city in Jeju Island to determine the developmental status and underwater behavior to conduct a field survey. Next, a questionnaire was administered in parallel on the type of loss and the quantity and location of fishing gear to be developed and the water transmitter. In the field experiment, the data collection was possible from a minimum of 13 hours, ten minutes to a maximum of 20 hours and ten minutes using GPS, identifying the development status and underwater behavior of the coastal gillnet fishing gear. The result of the survey showed that the loss of coastal net fishing gear was in the following order: net (27.3%), full fishing gear (24.2%), buoys, and anchors (18.2%). The causes were active algae (50.0%), fish catches (33.3%) and natural disasters (12.5%). To solve this problem, the installation method is to attach one and two electronic buoys to top of each end of the fishing gear, and one underwater transmitter at both ends of the float line connected to the anchor. By identifying and managing abnormal conditions such as damage or loss of fishing gear due to external factors such as potent algae and cutting of fishing gear, loss of fishing gear can be reduced. If the lost fishing gear is found, it will be efficiently collected.

        기초연구 분야는 정부의 적극적인 지원으로 양적 확대가 큰 폭으로 이루어지는 반면, 체계적인 투자계획이나 데이터에 기반한 재정소요를 제시하는 연구 및 정책자료가 전 무하여 관련 연구가 요구되는 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 시계열 예측모형을 활용하여 기초연 구지원사업의 향후 재정소요를 전망하였다. 기초연구분야의 특성을 포함한 다양한 요인들을 종합적으로 고려하기 위하여 시간에 따른 단일 종속변수의 값을 예측하는 ARIMA 모형이 아닌, 다변수의 영향을 반영할 수 있는 ARIMAX 모형을 선택하였다. 모형 적합성 판단을 위 해 ARIMAX 모형과 ARIMA 모형의 예측값을 비교한 결과 ARIMAX 모형에서 예측오차율 이 개선됨을 확인하였다. ARIMAX 모형에 기반하여 2017년에서 2021년까지 5년 간의 기초 연구지원사업 재정소요를 전망하였다. 본 연구는 기초연구지원사업의 재정소요를 통계적 접 근방법인 시계열모형을 적용해 전망한 시범적 연구를 수행하였다는 점과, 단변량이 아닌 다 변량을 고려하여 예측력을 개선했다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다. 또한 현 정부 국정과제인 ‘기 초연구 예산 2배 확대’ 등 기초연구 투자의 중요성이 꾸준히 강조되는 정책기조를 고려할 때 향후 기초연구 투자전략 수립 시 참고자료로 활용 될 수 있다.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the distribution characteristics of mist spray particle size by devising a rotary mist spraying device to develop the evaporative salt water desalination system. The rotary mist spraying device was consisted of a BLDC sirocco fan, a spinning fan, a fan fixed shaft and a salt water supply device etc. In this study we analyzed the characteristics of spray particle size and distribution according to the variation of sirocco fan surface roughness(Ra, μm), revolutions(rpm) and salt water flow rate(mL/min). When sirocco fan surface roughness( Ra) was in the range of 0.27~7.65 μm, the spray particle size was 0.117~1.360 μm. And then more than 90% of spray particles were found to be less than 0.50 μm. When sirocco fan surface roughness(Ra) was in the range of 12.70~22.84 μm, the spray particle size was 2.51~184.79 μm and more than 98% of spray particles were found to be less than 13.59 μm. To analyze the effect of fan rotation speed on the size and distribution of spray particles, when surface roughness Ra was fixed 0.27 μm and fan rotation speed and salt water flow rate was respectively changed at 3,800~5,600 rpm and 2.77~8.28 mL/min, spray particle size was 0.341~0.541 μm. And when salt water flow rate was 9.74 mL/min and fan rotation speed was 3,800~5,200 rpm, spray particle size was in the range of 29.29~341.46 μm and in case of 5,600 rpm more than 98.23% of spray particles were in the range of 2.51~13.59 μm.

        PURPOSES : As road pavement design in an apartment complex varies from one site to another, it is practically difficult to calculate and estimate the traffic volume of construction vehicles. Therefore, this study introduces a methodology to estimate the number of construction vehicles and use it as an indicator to evaluate the conditions of road pavement in an apartment complex. METHODS: Through a literature review and site survey, the operational status of the construction vehicles passing through the site was identified, and the factors affecting the number of construction vehicles were analyzed. The methodologies used to estimate the number of construction vehicles were verified by calculating the Cumulative Load Prediction Index (CLPI), which is a predictive index of the cumulative load on each path. By using this index, the traffic volume of construction vehicles can be estimated based on the number of households in an apartment complex. To prove this definition, we examined the surface and core conditions, and compared the results against the predicted values. RESULTS : By comparing the Cumulative Load Prediction Index with the crack rate on the pavement surface, we obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.92. Furthermore, the analysis indicated that the core condition rate would decrease as the Cumulative Load Prediction Index increased. This correlation between the Cumulative Load Prediction Index, and the pavement surface and core status demonstrates that the traffic volume can be estimated by considering the number of households. CONCLUSIONS: The Cumulative Load Prediction Index presented in this study is a suitable indicator for estimating the conditions of the road pavement in an apartment complex by considering the number of households in the complex, even if the construction processes and characteristics vary.

        PURPOSES : In this study, a numerical analysis method and the shear strength model of unsaturated soil were applied to understand the governing factors that affect the development and progress of road subsidence at various water content levels. METHODS: Laboratory testing methods, the soil-water characteristic curve (SWCC), relationship between internal friction and interparticle friction, and different numerical analysis methods used to characterize or simulate road subsidence processes were evaluated from the literature review. A contact model, and a range of interparticle static friction coefficients and cohesion energy densities to simulate the captivity initiation and progress in the discrete element method (DEM) were selected and suggested, respectively. By using the proposed contact model and values, a set of parametric studies were performed to clearly understand the progress of subsidence at various water content levels and the shear strength characteristics of soil. RESULTS : When the interparticle friction and cohesion energy density are very low, the ground particles flow like an inviscid fluid. The sequential expansion of the cavity is governed by the tangential strength of the soil around the cavity, especially when the interparticle friction and cohesion energy density are high enough. Furthermore, the difference between the quantum of flow at the outlet and the quantum of detaching particles around the cavity determines the progress and the size of the cavity. CONCLUSIONS : The parametric study using the discrete element method clearly showed the effect of the interparticle friction and cohesion energy density on the progress and subsidence of the cavity. The resizing of particles depending on the water content appears to be a reasonable consideration to create a more realistic simulation with the DEM.

        취락고고학에서 주거지의 동시성을 파악하는 것이 최우선의 과제이다. 그러기 위해서는 모든 유물 과 유구를 총망라한 양식 편년만이 유일한 방법이다. 기존의 토기의 문양이나 주거지의 형식을 통하여 청동기시대의 시기와 단계를 설정하였던 관습에서 벗어나 문양, 무문토기 壺, 淺鉢, 적색마연토기의 壺ㆍ甕ㆍ鉢, 內彎口緣甕, 底部의 두께, 胴 下半部 의 傾斜度 등의 器形과 또 석촉과 有溝石斧, 반월형석도, 방추차 등의 형태적 차이로 분류하였다. 그리고 주거지와 수혈에서의 공반상을 통하여 순서배열보충법으로 양식을 편년하였다. 그 결과 110개의 유구에서 51단계의 시간적 차이를 구분해 낼 수 있었다. 그러나 이 단계는 너무 세분된 편년이라 취락의 변천 과정을 살피기에는 어려움이 있어서, 각 단계에서 새로운 형식이 출현하는 경향을 살펴 9단계의 획기를 설정하였다. 그리고 점토대토기 단계에 발견할 수 있는 유물들도 나타나는데, 이것은 점토대토기 단계 직전의 재지계 유물의 변형으로서 先粘土帶土器文化(청동기시대 晩 期)를 설정할 수 있었다. 이 획기를 통하여 지좌리유적의 취락상은 협곡에 입지한 주변 취락으로 타 공동체와의 교류가 적어 전통문화의 존속기간이 긴 다소 폐쇄적인 성격을 밝힐 수 있었고, 청동기시대 전기ㆍ후기ㆍ만기의 문화가 혼재함을 알 수 있었다. 지면 관계상 차후에는 이 편년을 이용하여 지좌리유적 Ⅰ~Ⅸ기(기원전 1100년~550년 전후)의 취락 변천 과정을 살펴서 그 시대상을 복원하고자 한다.

        In this study, we investigated the possibility of using mouse embryonic stem cell conditioned medium (ESCM) and embryonic stem cell medium (ESM) for in vitro maturation in the efficient in vitro production of blastocysts from porcine follicular oocyte. Depending on the concentration of supplement of ESCM added to the NCSU-23 solution did not affect 2-cell development rates and blastocysts development. However, in particular, the survival rate (10 days of culture) of blastocyst was significantly higher than that of the control group as the additive concentration (30%) increased (p < 0.05). The survival rate of blastocysts showed a similar tendency even with addition of ESM (30%) alone. On the other hand, the duration of the addition of these additives during IVM (0-44 h) was that the IVM I period (0-22 h) were more effective than the IVM II period (22-44 h). Thus, the effect of these additives is probably due to the combination of the various physiologically active substances of ESCM or the appropriate amino acids and vitamins of ESM. In particular, these additives were more effective during the first half (IVM I) of in vitro maturation. In summary, optimization of ESCM or ESM supplementation may improve in vitro maturation of porcine oocyte and affect developmental competency. Therefore, if more efficient methods of adding ESCM or ESM to basal culture medium can be developed during in vitro maturation of porcine follicle oocytes, high quality blastocysts will be developed from low porcine follicular oocyte compared to other domestic animals.

        이 논문의 목적은 미국 특허제도의 변천과정을 토대로 미국 특허법상 유전자 발명의 개념이 구체화된 과정을 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 한국 특허법상 유전자 발명의 개념을 분석하고자 하는 것이다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 유전자를 이용한 분리된 DNA 단편과 cDNA 단편이 특허법상 발명으로 보호받을 수 있는지에 초점을 맞출 것이다. 2013년 Myriad 판결이 내려진 뒤 미국 특허제도에는 큰 변화가 발생하여 분리된 DNA 단편 자체는 더 이상 특허법상 발명으로 인정받지 못하고, 염기서열이 하나라도 다른 합성 DNA는 특허법상 발명으로 인정받게 되었다. 그러나 미국 특허법제하의 막대한 영향력에 놓여있는 한국 특허제도 하에서도 유전자 발명에 대한 개념은 Myriad 판결 이후에도 이전과 동일하게 유지되고 있다. 즉, 한국에서는 여전히 분리된 DNA 단편에 대해서도 특허적격이 인정된다. 선행연구들을 검토한 결과, 이러한 심사기준을 변경해야 한다는 의견도 존재하였으나 생명공학산업에 있어서 한국이 후발주자라는 점과, 한국은 특허권자의 권리를 이미 여러 가지 제도적 장치로 적절하게 제한하고 있다는 점 등에 근거하여 미국처럼 심사기준을 바꾸는 것은 시기상조라는 결론에 이르렀다. 다만, 향후 생명공학이 지속적으로 발전하여 미국 외의 유럽, 일본 등 다른 국가들의 심사기준까지 변하는 시점이 오면 장기적으로는 분리된 DNA 단편은 특허법상 발명으로 인정하지 않는 변화의 필요성이 인정된다.
