This paper reviewed the relationship between internal marketing and incremental innovation, and the moderating effect of firm size. The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis, based on the responses from 322 employees in small business, showed that almost internal marketing factors effects positively on incremental innovation. All internal marketing factors(CEO support, compensation system, education & training, internal communication, authority delegation) appeared to be related positively with process innovation and service innovation. And all other factors(compensation system, education & training, internal communication, authority delegation) except CEO support showed to have positive relationship with operation innovation. In the moderating effects, internal communication effects more positively on incremental innovation in large firm-size than in small firm-size. But delegation effects more positively on incremental innovation in small firm-size than in large firm-size.

본 연구는 직업사회복지와 코칭의 통합적인 방향을 모색하기 위하여 사회복지와 경영간의 관계를 역사적으로 추적하였다. 사회복지와 경영의 첫 번째 만남은 산업혁명이후 영국을 중심으로 해서 이루어진 산업사회에서 기업 내에 자선적 성격의 사회복지제도가 생성되고 정착되면서 이루어졌다. 순수하게 자선적인 목적으로 시작되었던 기업의 자선복지가 생산성 향상과 사회통제의 목적아래 기업의 인사/노무관리 제도로 정착하였으나 과학적 경영방법의 출현으로 인해 기업에서 퇴출되었지만 자선적 기업복지와 과학적 경영방법이 통합되어 인사관리제도가 형성되었다. 두 번째 만남은 1970년대 초반에 이루어지는데 과거의자선적기업복지에서 전문적인 사회복지실천기술을 기반으로 한 근로자 지원프로그램과 선택적 기업복지제도를 포함하는 과학적이고 전문적인 직업사회복지로서 기업에 진출하게 된다. 전기한 두 가지 직업사회복지 프로그램이 기업의 이익과 생태에 잘 부합되어 성공적으로 정착하게 되고 생산성 향상과 근로자의 삶의 질 향상의 두 가지 목적을 성공적으로 수행하여 확산 일로에 있다. 세 번째 만남이 본 연구에서 제시하는 만남으로서 직업사회복지의 한 분야인 근로자 지원프로그램과 근래 새로 부상하는 코칭의 제 분야 가운데 기업코칭과의 통합을 모색하고 있다. 근로자 지원프로그램과 기업코칭을 학문적인 성격, 목적, 과정, 효과, 서비스 대상자에 측면에서 비교한 결과 공통되는 부문이 대부분이어서 서로 간의 통합가능성을 높여 주고 있다. 두프로그램을 연결시키고 각각의 프로그램 내에 상대방의 프로그램을 적절히 접목 시킨다면 근로자 지원프로그램과 기업코칭의 통합적인 프로그램 개발이 가능하게 되어 근로자에게 더욱 효율적이고 효과적인 복지증진을 가져다 줄 것으로 예상되고 기대된다.

산업은 컨버전스라는 새로운 형태의 비즈니스 모델로 발전하고 있으며, 산업간 융합환경에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 전통산업의 새로운 경쟁력을 제공하는 원천으로 활용되고 동시에 산업 간의 융합 환경을 지원하기 위한 유용한 솔루션을 제공할 것으로 기대하고 있다. 이와 같이 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 일반화되고 그 서비스가 재편됨으로써 기존의 다른 응용 기술과의 융․복합된 서비스 구조 및 형태를 예측하고 개발하는 것은 매우 중요하며 필수적인 일이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 다양한 분야의 융합형 클라우드서비스 지원을 위해 효율적인 서비스 모델링을 위하여 활용되었던 방법론을 분석하고 이를 통해 고객 서비스 시나리오 기반의 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 모델 사례 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 이를 통하여 궁극적으로 특정 산업영역내에서 혹은 서로 다른 산업 영역간의 서비스 융합을 통하여 새로운 부가 가치를 창출할 수 있는 다양한 융합형 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 모델 개발을 위한 사례연구로써 활용되길 기대한다.

Ten years have passed since the establishment of KOSHBA(Korea Small and medium enterprises Hybrid Business Association). KOSHBA is composed of over 400 regional groups; over 6,000 enterprises are participating in the association. To become a dynamic and vital association, it is necessary to share, learn, and discuss their managerial problems based on mutual trust and respect at the regular monthly meeting.

This paper reviewed the relationship between knowledge management and incremental innovation, and the moderating effect of firm-size. The results of multiple regression analysis, based on the responses from 434 employees in service industry, showed that knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfer related positively with incremental innovation. In moderating effects, knowledge transfer interacts with firm-size to have positive effect on incremental innovation, but knowledge acquisition doesn't have interaction effect with firm-size on incremental innovation.

A difference between the standard costs introduction plan proposed in this paper and the preexistance study literature are as follows. In this paper, by breaking from the whole cost accounting aiming at all item, that is the traditional introduction method, and presenting the product cost accounting method by group the standards setting object was minimized and simplified. In this way, if the standards setting object is simplified, it is quick at the perimeter environment change as the little man power and flexibly it corresponds to and the cost information calculation which is exact with the setting up and maintenance of the efficient cost standard becomes available. As a result of applying for real through S corp., the usability of the method that the standard costs introduction method proposed in this paper produced the standard costs relatively short within period, it manages was verified. And the standard costs introduction method proposed in this paper went by the various cost information for each products, the management class did the management will decision which was objective and reasonable in the putting first.

Business processes are often of long duration, and include internal worker's decision making, which makes business processes to be exposed to many exceptional situations. These properties of business processes makes it difficult to guarantee successful termination of business processes at the design phase. The behavioral properties of business processes mainly depends on the data aspects of business processes. To formalize the data aspect of process modeling, this paper proposes a graph-based model, called Data Dependency Graph (DDG), constructed from dependency relationships specified between business data. The paper also defines a mechanism of describing a set of mapping rules that generates a process model semantically equivalent to a DDG, which is accomplished by allocating data dependencies to component activities.

어떤 영업방법 발명이 특허법상 특허를 받을 수 있는 ‘발명’에 해당하는지 여부에 관한 문제는 우리나라에서 이른바‘영업방법 발명의 성립성’문제로 다루어져 왔다. 영업방법 발명의 성립성에 관한 논의는 그 동안 주로 대법원 판례와 특허청의 심사기준에 대한 검토를 중심으로 이루어져 왔으나, 영업방법 발명의 성립성에 대한 구체적인 판단방법에 관해서는 거의 논의가 이루어지지 아니하였다. 그러나 영업방법 발명의 성립성 여부가 쟁점이 된 실제 사건에 있어서 당해 영업방법이 그러한 판단기준에 해당하는지 여부를 판단하는 일은 쉬운 일이 아니므로, 이에 대한 구체적인 판단방법을 모색할 필요성은 크다고 할 것이다. ‘영업방법 발명의 성립성’문제는 기본적으로 어떤 영업방법 발명이 특허법 제29조 제1항 및 같은 법 제2조 제1호에 규정된‘발명’에 해당될 수 있는지 여부의 문제이다. 따라서 영업방법 발명의 성립성에 대한 적절한 판단방법의 모색은 특허법상 발명의 성립요건인 ‘자연법칙 이용성’ 과 ‘기술적 사상의 창작성’ 및 ‘발명의 완성’이라는 관점에서 영업방법 발명의 성립성 판단기준을 재검토하는 것으로부터 출발하여야 한다.

우리나라는 세계 4위의 특허출원국이지만 기술 무역적자는 매년 증가하는 추세이다. 미국, 유럽, 일본 등 각국에 비해서 지적 재산 관련 면에서 뒤져있는 한국으로서 지식기반사회를 이끌고 나갈 수 있는 지적 재산 관리 회사가 필요하다. 2010년에 한국 최초로 설립된 Intellectual Discovery(주)에서는 기업의 특허권은 물론, 지적재산을 많이 생산하는 대학이나 연구기관들의 미활용 지적재산권을 매입관리하거나 라이센싱해서 이들 기관의 연구개발을 활성화시킬 예정이다. 한편으로 특허 소송이나 외국 특허 침해에 대해 건설적인 대응을 할 수 있어야 한다. 이 회사는 앞으로 주식공모를 통해 상장하고 지적 재산 기반으로 펀드를 발행해서 자금을 조달하게 될 것이다. 또한, 대기업과 중소기업 관계를 특허권을 매개로 상생관계를 만들고 자율적이고 창의성 있는 경쟁전략을 마련해서 우리 산업 기술을 선진화시키는 데 기여할 것이다. 이 논문은 이러한 지적 재산 관리회사의 경쟁전략에 대해서 우리나라 특허권 실태와 함께 논의하였다.

한국 이러닝 산업의 국내 시장은 포화상태이고 수출지역이 중국 및 일본에 국한되었기 때문에 수출지역 확대를 위한 신규시장 개척이 필요하다. 또한 해외 진출시 필요한 유통망 확보, 객관적 해외시장 정보, 접근전략 등이 포함된 종합적인 해외시장진출 정보 역시 지원되어야 할 시점이다. 이를 위해 한국의 이러닝 산업은 시장성이높지만 한국의 진출이 미미한 수준인 중동권 시장 진출을 추진할 필요가 있다. 또한중동지역 진출과 더불어 그 지역의 사회, 문화와 더불어 기업 현황, 교육 현황, 정부정책 등을 체계적으로 분석하여 추진전략을 세워야 한다.본 연구는 사우디아라비아와 UAE의 이러닝 현황을 조사하고 이러닝 정부정책 현황및 관련기관, 정부부처, 주요기업 등을 유목화 하였다. 그리고 조사내용을 분석하여사우디아라비아와 UAE의 이러닝 시장 진출 전략을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는국내 기업의 이러닝 해외시장 개척 및 글로벌 역량 강화를 촉진하는 자료가 될 것으로 예상된다. 특히 중동권 대표국의 이러닝 시장 전망 및 분석을 통한 정책 수립과산업진출 및 사업전개를 위한 사업실시 매뉴얼 구성을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is looking for the effects of innovation on business performance in Korean SMEs. We were able to obtain participations of 169 questionnaire, and derived statistics by means of SPSS/PC version 15.0 and AMOS. In this study we found that employee's quality mind and organizational supports for company innovation activities are significant to product innovation and process innovation. The reason is easy to adoption and participation in the innovation for all the members of the staff. As a statistical result, the research conduced that both product innovation and process innovation largely affects the business performances increase.
