This study was conducted to determine the major patent and analyze the patent trend of unmanned and automated agricultural production for the open field operation. As a result of conducting a search for patent applications related to these technologies, 1,080 valid patents were selected by evaluating the relevance of the patents and removing noise patents. As a result of the country-based analysis using the selected valid patents, it was found out that the largest number of patent applications were filed in the United States with 541 cases, followed by Japan with 326 cases, the European Union with 128 cases, and Korea with 85 cases. Upon classifying the valid patents into core technology, the path generation and tracking technology accounts for 33% with 353 cases; the implementing control with environmental condition technology accounts for 22% with 236 cases; the robot design technology accounts for 21% with 228 cases; the plant and environment sensing technology accounts for 19% with 206 cases; the yield and quality monitoring technology accounts for 5% with 58 cases. Finally, 10 core patents were selected by performing a patent index evaluation. The United States registered all of the 10 core patents. The results showed that Korea falls behind in the open field-related unmanned and automated agricultural production, compared to other developed agricultural countries.

This study intended to identify the relationship between textile print designs for local apparel, and fashion trends. This was achieved by extracting trend key words and analyzing apparel textiles. The fashion trends and print trends from the 2010S/S season to the 2013F/W season as projected by two trend forecasters, the Samsung Fashion Institute and First View Korea, were extracted for a comparative analysis. In terms of clothing patterns, a total of 1,582 print designs purchased by local apparel brands targeting women in their 20s and 30s from print design companies including Italy's NEWAGE, MyDesign and England's Pattern, were analyzed. After classifying the designs according to the trend key words which had been extracted, the demands by season, trend dependency, and design preferences were analyzed to produce the following results. The major key words for textile print designs from the 2010S/S season to the 2013F/W season were Check & Stripe, Flower, Geometric, Natural, Ethnic, and Graphical. Patterns corresponding to those design key words were more prominent in recent designs. Considering the trends by season, the designs presented in the F/W season were found to be more likely to correspond to the trend key words than those in the S/S season. A general preference for nature-inspired designs was also found in the local print market.

일제강점기 후반 불교계의 당면한 과제는‘자주권 확립’과‘민족해 방운동’이었다. 주류적 흐름이었던‘불교계의 자주권 확립’은 전통 불교 생존의 측면은 물론이거니와, 왜색불교에 맞선 우리불교 정체 성의 수호와 함께 불교의 대중화 및 활성화라는 측면, 더 나아가 사 찰령 등에 맞서서 우리나라의 전통 불지(佛旨)를 잇고자 하는 노력이 었다. 그러나 대다수의 불교계 인물과는 달리 만해는‘민족해방운동’ 에 보다 중점을 두었다. 만해는 꺼져가는 불법을 되살리고 그 대중화 및 활성화에 천착했지만, 보다 큰 안목으로 일제로부터의 조선 독립 에 더 큰 의미부여를 하였다. 하지만 그렇다 하더라도‘자주권 확립’ 의 차원에서 한국불교의 주체적 발전 방향을 끊임없이 모색하였다. 초기의 저작인『조선불교유신론』에서 만해는 불교적 계몽주의자로 서의 모습을 보여주고 있다. 만해는 이 글에서 불교사상에 기반을 두 지만 서구의 사회진화론을 수용하여 봉건적인 불교의 개혁을 주장한 다. 하지만 사상의 원숙기에 이르면서『십현담주해』를 완성하고『유 마경』을 번역한다. 요컨대 여기에서 볼 수 있는 만해 사상의 요체는 실천불교인‘대중불교’이다. 만해는 한편으로는 불교를 통해서 세상을 구하겠다는 강렬한 구세 의식을 가지고 있으며, 다른 한편으로는 조선불교계의 출세간적인 면모에 대해서 강렬한 비판의식을 가지고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 그의 구 세의식은 깨달은 자의 우월의식이 아니라 저자거리에서의 동참의식 이다. 이런 의미에서 만해의 선은 대중들이 행할 수 있는 선이며, 그 가 표방하는 바의 보살행은 구원(救援)이나 시혜(施惠)이 아니라‘더 불어 삶’이다. 만해는 이러한 입장에 대한 구체적 실천을 위한 안을 제시하는데, 그것이「조선불교의 개혁안」이다. 그는 이 개혁론에서 초기의『조선불교유신론』을 계승하면서도 당시 변화된 불교계의 동 향에 유의하여 개혁의 당위성, 그리고 대상과 방법을 제시하였다. 만해를 근·현대 한국불교계를 대표할 수 있는 가장 뛰어난 선지식 중의 한 분이라고 하는 것은 그에 대한 적당한 표현이 아니다. 오히 려 그는 한국근대사의 중심에서 민족이 가야할 길을 묵묵히 걸어간 지사였다. 만해가 민족운동가, 독립운동가, 선사, 선생 등의 여러 가 지 명칭으로 회자되는 이유는, 그가 항일민족운동에 매진하였을 뿐 아니라 하나의 명사로는 그를 제대로 표현할 수 없을 정도로 문학, 사상, 불교, 지성 등 각 분야에서 주목할 만한 행적을 우리에게 남겼 기 때문이다. 더 나아가서 만해의 개혁은 불교 개혁을 포함하여 철저하게 대중보 다 한 발 앞서 갔다는 점에서 아주 특별하다. 그뿐만 아니라 수많은 저작과 실천을 통하여 봉건불교의 개혁 그리고 일본 제국주의 식민 지 상태를 극복하기 위한 다양한 투쟁의 행적을 우리에게 남겨 놓았 다는 점에서도 만해는 우리에게 아주 의미심장하다.

미국 내에서 기분전환용 대마초가 합법화되었다. 개인이 기분전환용으로 대마초를 흡연하거나 이를 위해 소지하는 경우뿐만 아니라 이를 판매하는 행위도 합법적으로 인정했다. 세계적으로 대마초, 마약, 향정신성의 약품을 엄격하게 금지하던 추세에서 개인이 사용하기 위한 경우에는 허용하는 방향으로 세계적인 추세가 바뀌고 있다. 우리나라에서도 대마초를 개인이 흡연하거나 소지하는 경우 합법화를 요구한 주장도 있었고, 이를 금지한 법률에 대해 위헌법률심판을 청구하기도 했지만 헌법재판소는 합헌이라는 판결을 내렸다. 그럼에도 세계적으로 대마초가 합법화되는 분위기에서 이를 받아들여야 한다는 주장이 힘을 얻을 것이고, 대마초가 유해성이 없다고 판단하거나 호기심으로 흡연하거나 소지하는 행위가 늘어나게 될 것이다. 대마초를 합법화하는 경우 다음과 같은 문제가 발생하게 될 것이다. 현재 대마사범의 대다수가 사용과 소지죄로서 이들이 강력범죄를 범하는 경향이 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 그럼에도 대마초를 합법화한다면 대마초를 사용·소지하는 사람들은 증가하게 될 것이고 이들이 저지르는 강력범죄도 많아지게 될 것이 자명하다. 또한 도박과 복표에 관한 죄가 형법에 규정되어 있음에도 정부나 기관은 도박과 복표를 합법화하여 증설하고 이를 운영하고 있다. 도박장을 증설하면서 정부는 사회적인 문제는 발생하지 않을 것이고 오히려 세수가 증대하고 그 지역은 관광명소가 될 것이라고 했다. 그러나 결과는 도박에 중독되는 국민이 증가하고 이로 인한 사회문제가 발생하고 있다. 다음으로 담배는 성인 외에 미성년자에게는 판매가 금지되어 있고, 공공장소에서 피우는 경우 과태료를 부과하고 있다. 그러나 미성년자 흡연문제는 이미 큰 사회문제가 되어 있다. 이런 상황에서 성인에게만 대마초를 허용하고 기타 부가조건을 첨부하더라도 대마초 흡연을 하는 미성년자들은 큰 사회문제가 될 수밖에 없다. 따라서 대마초는 어떤 근거와 이유를 통해서도 합법화되어서는 안 되고 나아가 형법에 이에 대한 규정을 명확히 하여 금지기준을 강화할 필요가 있다. 형법은 마약류에 관한 규정이 아니라 현재 사용되지 않는 ‘아편에 관한 죄’만을 규정하고 있다. 시대적 오류로 보이는 형법상 규정을 ‘마약류에 관한 죄’로 개정하여 대마초·마약·향정신성의약품을 사용하거나 소지하는 행위와 이를 판매하는 행위, 장소를 제공하는 행위 등에 관해 금지한다는 입법경향을 기본법인 형법에 명시할 필요성이 있다. 대마초 합법화라는 세계적이 추세에도 우리나라는 대마초 금지규정을 형법에 명확하게 명시하고, 국민의 건강과 안전을 위해 마약류에 대한 사용과 소지행위를 불법으로 금지해야 한다.

This study examines trends in the overall income inequality of fishery household from 2003 to 2012 with the panel data of the Fishery Household Economy Survey. To investigate the potential determinants of income inequality, we decomposes the Gini coefficients into five income sources, fishery income, nonfishery income(non-fishery business income, non-business income), transfer income, irregular income and calculate the impact of each income sources on total income inequality. An evident trend toward increasing inequality of household income was found. Also, we find rising fishery income and non-fishery income play important role in the rapid increase of income inequality. Only transfer income appear to reduce total income inequality.

Purpose: To understand the pattern of prescribing contact lenses in Korea during 2010 to 2013 Methods: Four hundred survey questionnaires were randomly posted to Korean Optometric clinics for 4 years. The questionnaire was the same form used for International Contact Lens Prescribing Trend and designed to collect information about the contact lenses prescribed to the first 10 patients after its receipt. Results: Among the four hundred survey questionnaires, 1937 fits were used for the analysis. The mean age at fitting was 26.2±±7.0 in 2010, 26.1±±7.6 in 2011, 24.7±±6.6 in 2012 and 24.8±±7.2 in 2013. The majority of fits were female patients (75%). Rigid Gas Permeable Lenses (RGP) accounted for 10% of the fits. Amongst the soft contact lenses, silicon hydrogel lenses were 18% of fits (17% in 2010, 10% in 2011, 20% in 2012, 24% in 2013). Toric design lenses accounted 17% of soft lenses fits and had increased during 4 years (10% in 2010, 18% in 2011, 16% in 2012, 22% in 2013), And cosmetic contact lens accounted for 29% (15% in 2010, 20% in 2011, 40% in 2012, 41% in 2013). Conclusions: The majority of the contact lenses wearers were female and mean age become slightly younger. In relation to increase of younger female contact lens wearer, cosmetic lenses prescribed was much higher (29%) than global mean (7%) and gradually increased for last 4 years. This trend could be related to the growth of beauty market in Korea. Furthermore, silicon hydrogel lenses prescribed had increased during 4 years as global market trend (silicon hydrogel lenses accounted 52% of soft contact lenses in global market).

With the rapid development of the rural economy and vigorous promotion of energy-saving technologies, it is found through a field investigation that the new rural housing in the northeast of China shows new changes on green, energy-efficiency, health, comfort and beauty. The new rural housing mainly applied the technologies of composite energy-saving wall, double or three layers of glass energy saving windows and the roof benzene board insulation, heated in winter by Kang with the fuel of straw, corn stalks and other bio energy, which brings prominent energy-saving effect and the improved indoor environment significantly. The only or main function of the Kang is no longer the heating facilities in winter, but to play its unique benefits of comfort and health for sleep as a bed. the highlights of cultural traditions and customs in Cold rural area, the changes of the Kang are smaller and more exquisite. In the future, northeast rural housing should integrate the technolgies of residential structures, materials and kang further to promote rural sustainable development of society, economy.

바이폴라막을 이용한 전기투석공정은 의약산업, 음식산업 등과 같은 고부가 가치산업에 이용되어 왔으며, 용액으로부터 산 또는 염기를 생산하거나 회수할 수 있는 공정으로 많은 각광을 받아왔다. 전기투석공정은 경제적이며 친환경적인 시스템으로 이온교환공정, 추출공정, 흡착공정과 같은 타 공정과의 복합화가 가능하다. 따라서 본고에서는 이온교환막과 이를 이용한 잠재성을 가진 응용분야에 대하여 조사하였다.

There are many pros and cons for whether smart glasses and watch would be further going technology or not beyond smart phone. What have to do domestically is to find acting ways to catch up with technological gap in short term basis through analyses and investigations in technological issues, patents profile, market forecast. In this paper, firstly we investigate and review technological issues and form factors of smart glasses and HMD, and secondly analyze technological tendency and identify their core technology and intension from global key player's patents analyses connected with smart glasses, and conclusively suggest technological prospects and it's countermeasures.

Recent technical trend on telerobotics, teleoperations and telepresence for Mars rover as well as Miniature Thermal Emission Spectrometer etc. for Mars rock analysis by Rover are introduced and investigated. Scientific informations on telerobotics, teleoperations and telepresence are analysed. Researches on telepresence and telerobotics are promoted together with research on teleoperations. Derivative effect and innovation opportunity are created through space exploration technology and sustaining development of national technology are maintained.

이 논문은 연구자의 시각에 비추어 이상 시에 대한 선행연구를 고찰하고 그 의미를 정리한 뒤 ‘감각’을 중심으로 향후 과제가 무엇인지 밝히는 데 목적을 두었다. 이상 시 연구를 가로질렀던 논점은 두 가지다. 첫째는 ‘천재 예술가 이상’이라는 항목이고, 둘째는 ‘다양한 의미의 스펙트럼을 가진 텍스트로서의 이상 시’라는 항목이다. 전자에서는 김해경이 어떻게 텍스트의 주체가 되었는가를 묻는 데 주력하는 반면 후자에서는 이상의 시가 해석학적 보고(寶庫)로서 다채로운 해석의 가능성을 보유한 텍스트로 변신한다. 최근에는 학문의 경계와 거대 담론의 벽을 넘어 텍스트의 상호매체성과 내적 원리에 천착하는 연구가 늘어나고 있는 추세다. 그의 천재성과 내면성, 근대성을 존중하며 텍스트의 표층에 피상적으로 다가서는 연구들이 대세를 이루었던 과거에 비해 텍스트의 심층을 다각적으로 파고드는 연구가 많아지고 있는 것이다. 그 와중에 우리는 파격과 혁신의 아이콘으로 불렸던 이상에 대한 당대적 실감을 잊어버리고 말았다. 이 충격의 첫 장면에 ‘감각’의 문제가 놓여 있는데도 말이다. 물론 많은 연구자들이 이상의 감각에 각별한 관심을 보였다. 하지만 이들은 그것을 모더니즘의 언어이자 데카르트적 주체인 ‘나’의 오감(五感)과 감수성이 세계와 어우러져 빚어내는 지적이고 인식론적인 경험에 한정시켜 거론한 듯하다. 그러나 감각이 주체와 객체를 나눌 수 있는 성질을 지닌 것도 아니고 이성의 미학을 실현시키는 매개로써 단일감각의 수준에만 머물러 있는 것도 아님을 기억할 때 이제는 감각을 존재론적 위상과 사건성이라는 차원에서 바라볼 필요가 있다. 총체적인 층위에서 감각의 동태 態)와 본질에 대한 논의가 요구된다는 얘기다. 바로 거기에 ‘문학병’ 환자였던 그의 믿음과 윤리적 스타일이 내포되어 있을 뿐 아니라 질병에 드리워진 낭만적 수사학과 거리를 두고 탕진과 소멸의 생산성을 온전히 직시(直視)할 수 있는 좋은 참조점이 숨어 있기 때문이다.

Functional safety is about electronics, electrical and programmable electronic safety-related system which focuses on the potential risk of malfunction in this case the probability and degree of damage to the system. IEC 61508 which was introduced in 2000 has played an important role in functional safety for complex application in electronics, electrical and programmable electronics in a system which failure could have an impact on the safety of humans and/or the environment. It has become a foundation for international standard safetyrelated system for airborne systems, railway, nuclear power plants, medical equipment, energy and process systems, machinery, furnaces and automotive. Nowadays, most of the automobiles are equipped with embedded electronics systems which includes lots of Electronic Controller Units (ECUs), electronic sensors, signals, bus systems and coding. Thus, ISO 26262 has been introduced in November, 2011 for automotive electric/electronic (E/E) systems which address the complete safety installation from sensor to actuator with its technical as well as management issues. In this paper, the international trends on pre and post introduction of ISO 26262 will be analyzed in which to see the direction of potential research in this area.

The objective of this study is to support an environmental policy related to the improved control of indoor airborne fungi in Korea. We reviewed 15 articles published in Korea to analyse the trend of airborne fungi level in indoor environment of various public facilities. The maximum mean concentrations of total airborne fungi in hospital and kindergarten were 1447 CFU/m3 and 1259 CFU/m3, respectively. We concluded that policy determination are urgently required to guide a proper management on airborne fungi in Korea.
