목적 : 연구의 목적은 지역사회 거주 뇌졸중 환자의 인지ᆞ신체기능에 따른 활동수준과 생활만족도를 알아보고, 상관성 및 영향을 미치는 요인에 관해 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법 : 뇌졸중 환자 159명을 대상으로 한국판 몬트리올 인지평가(Korean-Montreal Cognitive Assessment; K-MoCA), 신체기능평가(Outpatient Physical Therapy Imporvement in Movement Log; OPTIMAL), 한국형 활동분류카드(Korean-Activity Card Sort; K-ACS), 생활만족도를 평가하였고, 피어슨 상관분석 및 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 : 전체 활동수준에 영향을 주는 요인은 인지기능 중 시공간/집행기능, 지남력, 주의력, 추상력, 신체기능 중 하지 기능으로 나타났다. 활동수준 하위영역의 수단적 일상생활에 영향을 주는 요인은 인지기능 중 시공간/집행기능, 주의력, 지남력, 신체기능 중 하지 기능으로 나타났다. 여가생활에 영향을 주는 요인은 인지기능 중 지남력과 추상력, 신체기능 중 체간과 하지 기능으로 나타났다. 결론 : 인지ᆞ신체기능이 지역사회 거주 뇌졸중 환자의 활동수준 및 생활만족도와 상관성이 있으며, 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 다양한 영역의 참여가 요구되는 지역사회 거주 뇌졸중 클라이언트의 활동수준 향상을 위해 관련된 인지ᆞ신체기능 요소를 고려한 프로그램의 개발과 적용의 효과를 기대 할 수 있다.

경관 및 생태를 중심으로 계획된 초기 그린웨이의 의미가 점차 문화, 활동, 역사 등을 포함하는 포괄적인 의미로 확장됨에 따라 그린웨이를 이용하는 이용자의 만족도를 우선적으로 고려할 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 설문 조사를 통해 지역적 특성에 따라 이용자의 만족도를 비교·분석하여 만족도 개선 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 방법론과 연구 결과는 추후 그린웨이를 계획할 때 참고자료로서 활용될 수 있으며 기 조성된 그린웨이의 물리적 개선안에 대한 아이디어를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 본 연구의 회귀 모형은 광나룻길에서는 통행공간과 교차공간, 간촌서3길에서는 통행공간과 연접공간, 효자로에서는 교차공간이 전체 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 그린웨이 이용자의 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 공간은 보행로인 통행공간과 교차공간이며, 그린웨이의 계획 시에 통행공간과 더불어 교차공간도 중요한 위상을 갖는 것으로 드러났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perceived risk, community usage motive, and price sensitivity of customers who purchase children’s wear directly from overseas on customer satisfaction. Specifically, this study is aimed at verifying the moderating effect of price sensitivity when perceived risk and community usage motive significantly influence customer satisfaction. A survey was conducted among consumers who experienced directly purchasing children’s wear from overseas and engaging in communities. A total of 415 questionnaires were distributed, which 41 responses were insincere and excluded; thus, 374 responses were analyzed. Results of this study are as follows. First, the analysis on how perceived risk and community usage motive influence customer satisfaction reveals the significant influence of economic and social psychological risk on customer satisfaction. Moreover, informational, recreational, and social emotional usage motive have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Second, the effect of perceived risk and community usage motive on customer satisfaction based on different levels of price sensitivity was verified. As a result, delivery and economic risks affect customer satisfaction for consumers with high price sensitivity. Moreover, recreational usage motive has a significant influence on customer satisfaction for high price sensitive consumers. In conclusion, perceived risk negatively impacts customer satisfaction. Therefore, it is essential to provide a system that can reduce the perceived risk of consumers who purchase children’s wear directly from overseas.

This study analyzed what premium features significantly affect customer satisfaction and their recommendation, and what factors significantly affect product attributes. In the process, first, the loyalty program and the customer compensation program were studied to determine the impact of the customer satisfaction and recommendation. The study analyzed that quality and design of product properties had significant effects on all factors, but the brand was not significantly affected. Second, while superiority, differentiation and scarcity of luxury items are significant to customer satisfaction but superiority is only significant in relation to recommendation intention. Third, the preceding study shows that the customer compensation program has a significant impact on sales growth, but the study found that it was not for imported luxury car customers. Fourth, if the royalties program is low in awareness, it has been analyzed that the scarcity and customer satisfaction relationships among luxury goods have been adjusted. On the contrary, if there is a high level of awareness, it is analyzed that there is a control effect customer satisfaction and differentiation among luxury brands. In the conclusion, in order to satisfy customers at the import luxury car market, the differentiation of luxury goods by standard index must be strengthened and the brand must be strengthened among the attributes of the product. In addition, by raising awareness of the royalties program, the relationship between differentiation and customer satisfaction can be enhanced.

Process Capability (Cpk) is a representative measure of how well the producer manages dispersion and bias for the specifications needed by the consumer. This is expressed as a ratio of 6 times the natural tolerance to the specification. As the producer manages the dispersion small, the capacity index becomes higher. And it is classified into 5 grades according to the degree of management. It is a measure of the quality of processes used in most industrial fields. However, Cpk is calculated by only reflecting the mean and dispersion of the process, there is a disadvantage that it can not give information about the economic loss caused by the inconsistency of the process with the target value. Overcoming these drawbacks, process capability indexes reflecting various types of loss functions such as Cpm, C┼pm and Cpl have been developed. However, all of these previous studies have applied the limit to the consumer specification, which is based on the traditional and passive quality perception that the quality characteristic should exist within the limits of the consumer specification. In this study, we will develop ‘Customer Satisfaction Quality Indicator (CSQI)’ which is a quantitative indicator that can be fully evaluated when the manufacturer’s specification limit, which is an aggressive quality strategy, is applied. This is expected to be useful decision information for both producers and consumers.

본 연구는 노인의 스포츠 활동 참여동기가 여가만족에 미치는 목적을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 생활체육 프로그램을 참여하고 있는 노인들을 모집단으로 설정하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통하여 2018년 9월 1일부터 10월 31일까지 총 250부의 설문지를 배포하여 불성실하게 응답했거나 조사내용의 일부가 누락도어 신뢰성이 떨어지는 자료 53부를 제외한 197부를 유효표본으로 설정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Statistics 21을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인 스포츠 활동 참여동기 요인 중 내적동기는 심리적 만족, 교육적 만족, 생리적 만족 등에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 외적동기는 사회적만족, 휴식적 만족 요인에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 무동기는 심리적 만족, 사회적 만족, 교육적 만족, 휴식적 만족, 환경적 만족에 영향을 미쳤다.

This study examined the effects of the service quality of fine dining restaurants on the service value and customer satisfaction by targeting 310 customers with experience in using fine dining restaurants in Seoul. The results of this study are as follows. First, the quality of the physical environment and interactions and the result of fine dining restaurants had positive (+) effects on the service value. Second, the quality of the physical environment and interactions and the result of fine dining restaurants had positive (+) effects on customer satisfaction. Third, the service value had positive (+) effects on customer satisfaction. According to the result of this study, when customers visit fine dining restaurants, evaluations of the service quality, such as interior design, kindness, accessibility, pleasant environment, and good quality of food, are very important elements. The service quality has been verified to be a very important factor when evaluating fine dining restaurants. Overall, the result of this study can be used to develop measures for improving the service quality.

Studies with various approaches are required for the globalization of Korean Food. The objectives of this study were i) how the preferences of foreign students residing in Korea on K-Wave, K-Drama, K-Pop and K-Friend affect their preference, satisfaction level and repurchase intention on Korean food, and ii) which of the factors have the strongest effects on their preference, satisfaction level and repurchase intention on Korean food. The results showed that the higher K-Wave, K-Drama, K-Pop and K-Friend preferences, the stronger effect on the preference, satisfaction level and repurchase intention on Korean food (p=0.0001). Among the factors for Korean food preference, the most critical one was K-Wave preference (p=0.0001), followed by K-Drama preference (p=0.0500). For the satisfaction level of Korean food, the most important factor among the four was K-Wave preference (p=0.0496), followed by K-Drama preference (p=0.0500). For the repurchase intention on Korean food, the most significant factor was the preference for K-Friend (p=0.0004), followed by K-Drama (p=0.0016) and K-Wave (p=0.0030). Based on these results, more efforts to invigorate the preferences for K-Wave and K-Drama, as well as various attempts to improve the preference for K-Friend are required for the globalization of Korean Food.

본 연구는 자원봉사활동 특성 및 만족도, 자아통합 및 성공적 노화 구성요인을 알아보고, 자원봉사활동 특성 및 만족도가 자아통합을 매개효과로 노인의 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 궁극적인 목표는 고령자를 위한 삶의 질을 향상 시키고 성공적 노화를 제안하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 자원 봉사 활동에 관한 문헌을 통해 설문지를 작성 하였다. 경기도 및 서울 일부 지역노인 들을 대상으로 총389 부의 설문조사를 실시하였고, 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 자원봉사활동에 만족하고 있는 노인들의 자아통합이 성공적 노화에 영향을 주는 변수임이 밝혀졌고 노년기 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향 을 주는 유의미(+)한 결과로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 토대로 정책적 제안을 제시하면 첫째, 자원봉사 분야에서 노인들의 전문 봉사활동 기회 개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 노인 자원봉사활동의 경제적 지원체계를 강화하고, 중앙 및 지방 정부의 재원 확보가 필요하다. 셋째, 지속적인 자원봉사를 위해 체계적인 노인 건강관리 시스템이 필요하다. 넷째, 성공적인 노화를 측정하고 평가할 수 있는 구체적인 측정 도구의 개발이 필요하다.

본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 원장의 여성 리더십과 조직문화, 보육 교직원의 직무만족도와의 관계를 실증 분석하는 것이며, 이를 통해 바람직한 여성리더십의 형성으로 어린이집의 보육의 질을 높임으로써 궁극적으로 우리 사회가 직면하고 있는 저출산의 정책적 대안을 수립하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 경기 구리 지역의 어린이집 교사를 대상으로 회수한 324부의 설문지를 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 어린이집의 원장의 어성리더십, 조직문화와 직무만족도는 유의한 상관관계를 가지고 있으며 여성리더십은 다른 두 요인에 정(+)의 인과관계를 가 지는 것으로 나타났다. 주목할 연구결과는 세 가지 요인을 포함할 경우에는 여 성리더십은 조직문화를 매개변수로 하여 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 직무만족도 가운데 ‘집단적 문화’요인이 직무만족도에 가장 높은 인과관계를 가지는 반면, ‘위계적 문화는 유의한 관계가 나타나지 않았다.

본 연구는 해결중심 부부미술치료가 중년기 부부의 결혼만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 결혼생활에 대한 불만을 호소하는 중년기 부부이다. 연구기간은 2017년 2월 25일부터 2017년 4월 28일까지 주 1회 총 10회기를 실시하였다. 측정도구는 결혼만족도 척도(Marital satisfaction Scale: MSS)와 K-HTP를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 결혼만족도 척도에 대하여 사전, 사후검사와 추후 점수 간의 차이를 비교하고 그 변화를 분석하였다. K-HTP는 사전, 사후 검사결과를 비교 분석하고 변화에 대해 평가하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 해결중심 부부미술치료가 중년기 부부의 결혼 만족도의 전반적 결혼생활 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 해결중심 부부 미술치료가 중년기 부부의 결혼만족도의 부부관계의 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, K-HTP 사전 및 사후 검사 결과와 단계별 진행과정에서 나타난 변화들에서 부부관계와 결혼생활 만족에 긍정적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 해결중심 부부미술치료가 중년기 부부의 결혼만족도에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다.

우리나라는 이미 고령시대에 접어들어 어느 때보다 은퇴 이후의 삶이 중요하게 되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 그동안 은퇴준비와 관련하여 연구되지 않았던 현 직장에서의 직무만족도와의 관련성을 규명하고, 이들 관계에서 노후생활인식이 매개변수로 작용 하여 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 구조를 검증하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구는 문헌적 연구를 통한 실증적 연구를 시행하였으며, 공무원을 대상으로 은퇴준비의 하위변인인 재정·주거준비, 경제활동준비, 건강관리 등이 직무만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지와 노후생활인식의 매개역할을 검증하고자 했다. 이에 따라 독립변수를 은퇴준비, 종속변수를 직무만족도, 매개변수를 노후생활인식으로 각각 설정한 후, 그 하위변인을 구성하여 서로 간의 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 은퇴준비, 노후생활인식, 직무만족도 간의 영향관계에서 은퇴준비는 노후 생활인식과 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히, 노후생활인식은 은 퇴준비와 직무만족도와의 영향 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 검증되었다.

반려동물시장이 발전하고 있지만, 아직 관련 법이나 직업에 대한 인식의 수준은 열악하다. 우리나라에서 '동물간호복지사'는 특별한 자격 기준이나 교육과정 없이 취업이 가능 한 상태이며 직업에 대한 관심이 상승하는 반면 그들에 대한 실태조사 등의 정보는 접하기 어렵다. 따라서 그들을 대상으로 근무시간과 업무, 만족도, 그에 따른 요인 등에 관한 설문조사를 시행하였다. 설문조사는 SNS와 전화, 직접방문을 통하여 서울, 경기, 인천 지역의 동물병원에 근무하는 동물간호복지사 186명을 대상으로 진행되었다. 설문결과, 급 여와 비교하여 과도한 업무량을 수행하고 있었으며 직업만족도에는 ‘일에 대해 보람(80.5 %)’이, 불만족도에는 ‘급여’ 부분이 1위(82 %)를 차지하였다. 그들의 업무환경에 관심을 갖고 반려동물시장의 발달과 함께 직업의 전문성 향상과 그에 따른 대우와 인식의 변화가 필요할 것이다.

목적 : 전면진입착석 화장실을 구현하고 실제 사용자에게 적용한 후 평가해봄으로써 휠체어 사용자들에게 신체적인 부담이 적으며 사용상 만족도가 높은 화장실로서의 적용 가능성을 타진해 보는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 연구방법 : 휠체어 사용자 40명에게 일반적 특성과 현재 사용하고 있는 휠체어에 관한 정보에 대한 설문조사를 실시한 후 기존에 사용하고 있는 화장실과 전면진입착석 화장실에서 화장실 용무를 시연하는 과제를 수행하도록 하였다. Rapid Entire Body Assessment(REBA)를 적용한 근골격계질환 위험성 평가, Quebec Evaluation of Satisfaction with assistive Technology 2.0(QUEST 2.0)을 활용한 사용자 만족도 조사, 사용 후 주관적 의견을 평가하였다. 결과 : REBA 평가 결과 기존의 화장실을 이용했을 때 점수(6.53±1.15)와 전면진입착석 화장실을 이용한 후 점수(3.18±.38)는 통계학적으로 유의한 차이(z=-5.930, p<.001)를 보였다. 사용자 만족도 조사 결과 내구성(4.48±.62)이 가장 좋은 점수로 평가되었고 안전성(4.38±.63), 필요성(4.33±.73), 범용성(4.3±.61) 순서로 점수가 높았고 크기 적절성(3.93±.67)이 가장 낮은 점수를 받았다. 사용 후 주관적 의견 조사에서 ‘몸을 회전하지 않아도 되니 편하다(30.8%)’가 가장 많았다. 결론 : 본 연구결과 전면진입착석 화장실이 근골격계질환의 위험성을 낮출 수 있다는 가능성과 사용자들의 만족도가 높다는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 작업치료사가 환경수정 중재 방법을 고려할 경우 응용할 수 있는 참고자료로 활용하길 바라며 추후 연구에서 개인적 화장실 뿐만아니라 공공화장실에서도 활용할 수 있는 작업치료학의 발전에 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

지역아동센터 종사자의 전문성은 직무수행과 관련된 동기 및 태도에 영향을 미쳐서 직무성과에 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 지역아동센터가 지역사회 내의 전문적인 아동복지서비스를 수행하는 기관으로서의 역할을 수행하기 위해서는 종사자의 전문성과 직무성과에 주목할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지역 아동센터 종사자의 전문성이 직무만족과 임파워먼트를 매개로 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 확인함으로써, 지역아동센터 종사자의 전문성 강화요인을 찾아 직무성과와 직무만족을 높이고, 임파워먼트 강화를 위한 방안을 제시하여 지역아동센터의 서비스 질 개선을 위한 실천적 방안을 마련하는 것을 그 목적으로 하였다.

Busan is a representative of ocean cities in South Korea, which attracts many Chinese tourists. As a number of Chinese tourists increase, Chinese tourists’ evaluations of sightseeing resources in Busan appear extremely important. However, there are few researches on Chinese tourists’ evaluations of sightseeing in Busan. The purpose of this paper is to analyze Chinese tourists’ evaluations of Busan tourism. Chinese tourists who travel to Busan are chosen as research objects and several aspects including marine, fisheries and general tourism are investigated to evaluate the tourists’ overall satisfaction of the tourism in Busan. IPA analysis, factor analysis multiple regression analysis are used for the research. The results are as follows. Chinese tourists’ evaluations of the importance and performance level of variables on Busan tourism were significantly different (total 19 of 25 variables) and the performance was lower than importance. This means the outputs of the various Busan tourism elements do not live up to their expectations. The findings show that Chinese visitors have high satisfaction on infrastructures of fisheries tourism (e.g. cleanness of aquatic product tourism facilities and sanitary state on fishery products), but low satisfaction in terms of the contents (e.g. unique cooking method experience of seafood and traditional seafood cooking consumption). The factors of fisheries tourism (e.g. product services of fisheries tourism and the attractiveness of seafood in Busan) never affect their satisfaction and intention to revisit and recommend the city.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of pre-briefing in simulation-based learning on nursing students’ satisfaction with simulation. Method: A quasi-experimental post-test study was applied with 174 senior nursing students at a private university in South Korea. The experimental group (n=88) underwent a pre-briefing program, whereas the control group (n=86) did not. During pre-briefing, students had time to study simulation scenarios, discuss nursing processes related to simulation scenarios, and experience a simulation environment before simulation practice. Satisfaction scores were measured using the Satisfaction with Simulation Experience scale(SSE). Results: The mean scores in satisfaction with simulation were higher in the experimental group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=-4.23, p<.001). Conclusion: This study emphasizes that pre-briefing in simulation-based learning is important in increasing students’ satisfaction and should be included in the planning of simulation-based learning programs.

본 연구의 목적은 지역아동센터종사자가 지각하는 조직공정성이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하고, 그 영향관계에서 임파워먼트의 매개 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 SPSS Statistics Version 22.0 프로그램을 활용 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역아동센터 종사자가 지각하는 조직공정성이 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하위요인별로 보면 분배공정성과 절차공정성은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았고, 상호작용공정성은 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 지역아동센터 종사자가 지각하는 조직공정성이 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하위요인별로 보면 분배공정성과 절차공정성은 조직몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고 상호작용공정성은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 넷째 임파워먼트는 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 임파워먼트는 조직몰입에 유의한 정 (+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

최근 일-가정 이슈에 대한 관심이 증대되면서 일-가정갈등을 중심으로 학자들의 연구노력이 지속되어 왔다. 일-가정갈등의 관점에서는 일-가정 이슈를 해결하기 위하여 업무요구를 줄이든가 혹은 업무여건을 개선해야 한다고 보고 있다. 궁극적으로는 일-가정 문제를 해결하기 위하여 기업들이 물리적인 환경을 개선해 주어야 하겠지만, 단기적인 측면에서 이러한 업무여건 개선이 어려우므로, 조직구성원들의 심리적 상태와 변화에 초점을 맞추는 방안을 모색해야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구에서는 JD-R모형을 바탕으로 동일한 업무여건 하에서 조직구성원이 인지하는 심리적 요인이 일-가정균형만족에 어떠한 과정을 통해 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 일반적으로 구성원들은 실질적으로 가정과 직장에서 요구되는 역할을 성실히 수행함으로써 일-가정균형만족을 얻을 수 있다. 하지만, 현실적인 직장여건 속에서 두 가지 역할을 모두 성실히 수행하는데 어려움이 따른다. 이에, 실질적으로 두 역할을 성공적으로 수행해 내지 못하더 라도 다른 어떠한 요인에 의해서 심리적인 만족감을 높일 수 있는 경우에 대해 생각해 보아야 한다. 이러한 측면에서 직무요구에 해당하는 역할과부하가 일-가정균형만족에 영향을 미치는 과정에 대해 가정 친화적 조직지원인식과 가정 친화적 상사지원인식이 어떠한 영향을 미칠 수 있는지에 대해 확인하였다. 이를 위해, 기혼 직장인 353명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석결과 역할과부하는 일-가정 균형만족을 감소시키는 요인임이 확인되었고, 이들 관계를 가정 친화적 조직지원인식과 가정 친화적 상사 지원인식이 조절하는 것으로 확인되었다. 하지만, 조절효과의 방향성에 있어서 JD-R모형을 통해 기대했던 바와 다소 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 사회교환이론을 중심으로 이에 대한 추가적인 논의를 제시하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 본 연구는 일-가정균형만족의 개념적 중요성을 강조하고 가정 친화적 업무환 경을 조성해야 할 필요성을 확인함으로써 기존 연구의 공백을 메우는 등의 학문적 의의를 가지며, 조직의 인적자원 관리의 측면에서 가이드라인을 제시하였다는 점에서 실무적 의의를 가진다. 마지막 부분에서는 연구의 한계점을 정리하고 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.
