        The purpose of this study is to analyze the amount of job stress factors of hospital workers, which has an effect on their turnover intention. For identifying the influences on turnover intention, the workers at national and university hospitals in Daejeon fall into three categories- office workers, technical workers, and nursing staffs-, and the stress factors are subdivided into seven factors as job demand, job autonomy, relationship conflict, job security, organizational system, proper rewards, and corporate culture. The research method is built as a questionnaire for job stress and turnover intentions based on the existing researches and preliminary study, and 232 workers at national and university hospitals in Daejeon were surveyed. IBM SPSS Statistics21 was used as the static analysis tool and the descriptive statistics quantity about job stress factors and the turnover intention is analyzed depending on the types of hospitals, job groups, working years, and gender. The result shows that the job stress factors have similarities according to the types of hospitals and these job stress factors have influence on turnover intention. Therefore it could be considered that the hospital managers can find the major job stress factors of their employees and resolve their turnover intention in advance.

        본 연구는 대전천과 유등천의 하천변에 서식하는 육상곤충을 이용해 하천정비공사가 인근 생물에 끼치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것으로 2008년 4월부터 10월까지 총 7회에 걸쳐 조사를 수행하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 조사기간 동안 출현한 곤충은 총 10목 110과 428종으로 대전천에서 조사된 곤충은 11목 99과 335종, 유등천에서 조사된 곤충은 11목 98과 350종이었다. 대전천은 D-1지점과 D-2지점에서 178종이 출현하여 가장 많은 종수가 확인되었고, 유등천은 Y-1지점에서 179종이 출현하여 가장 많은 종수가 확인되었다. 유사도 지수를 근거로 각 지점별 클러스터 분석을 실시해본 결과, 하천정비공사가 진행되지 않은 지역(A그룹)과 하천정비공사가 진행된 도심관통 지역(B그룹)으로 그룹화 되었다. 또한 A그룹에서도 각 조사지점이 대전천(A-1그룹)과 유등천(A-2그룹)으로 나뉘어 하천의 지역적 차별성에 따른 곤충의 출현이 상대적임을 알 수 있었다.

In this paper, we suggested appropriate real-estate investment strategy through the reconstruct case study of existing one-storied building. That is, we showed the efficient process of decision and propel to reconstruct and the key points for lease business and post management after building completion. Also, we analyzed the rate of return of commercial building investment in order to find its optimum dealing time. Therefore the results of this paper are expected to be a help to old ages and persons laying plans for a similar business.

        This study was performed to investigate the consumption of coffee beverages and energy contribution ratios of coffee beverages and accompanying snacks by college students in Deajeon City and Chungnam Province in Korea. Questionnaire survey, dietary survey, and snack survey using food record method during 3-days were carried out. As a result, we found that 86.9% of male students and 75.6% of female students consumed coffee beverages usually, with no differences between the two groups. However, the frequency of coffee beverages consumed by female students out-numbered that of male students by 1 cup a day to 1-2 cups a week (p<0.05). Furthermore, male students most likely consumed coffee beverages at schools or academies, but female students consumed them at coffee shops (p<0.01). The reasons male students gave to consume coffee beverages were for scent, taste, fatigue, and to stay awake. Similarly, the reasons female students gave to consume coffee beverages were for scent, taste, habit, and to stay awake (p<0.01). Fully 58.1% of male students and 80.0% of female students ate snacks along with coffee beverages (p<0.01). Most male students substituted a coffee beverage and accompanying snack for a regular meal once a month. Female students were doing it at most 2-3 times a month (p<0.05). The mean daily dietary energy intake of male students was 1,924 kcal/d, and of female students was 1,518 kcal/d (p<0.001), which both were below the estimated energy requirements. Male students obtained 285.6 kcal/d and female students obtained 289.5 kcal/d from coffee beverages and accompanying snacks. There was a significant different in dietary intake of energy (p<0.05), calcium, and iron (p<0.001) for each ratio of reference intake between male and female students. The students who ate larger amounts of coffee beverages and accompanying snacks consumed less dietary energy, protein, calcium, and iron, respectively (p<0.05). These results show that many students consume coffee beverages regularly and obtain large amounts of energy from coffee beverages and accompanying snacks. It also shows that student's dietary nutrient intake tends to be poorer, as he or she obtains more energy from coffee beverages and accompanying snacks. Therefore, it is critical to monitor the influence of consumption of coffee beverages and accompanying snacks on the dietary nutrient intakes and health of college students, and to provide nutrition education about the proper consumption of coffee beverages and accompanying snacks based on scientific evidence.

        This study focused on the historic documents known as deungnok, records created during preparations for royal events in the Joseon Dynasty, rather than the often cited uigwe, the documents describing the Royal Protocol of the Joseon Dynasty. As a reference to the food served at royal banquets, the deungnok can enhance our understanding of royal banquet foods. Seven specimens of deungnok describing royal banquet foods are currently in existence, created during preparations for royal events by the agencies in charge of food, the Saongwon and Jeonseonsa. Owing to the nature of their authorship, the details recorded in these deungnok hold great value as important resources for the study of royal banquet cuisine. Naeoejinyeon-deungnok, which documented an oejinyeon banquet held at the Junghwajeon Pavilion in November 1902, was somewhat disorganized and fragmented. Jinyeonuigwe was more inclusive and well-summarized, since the former were progress reports to the King during banquet preparations that listed various items separately, such as dishes for each table setting and the kinds of flower pieces, and thus did not present a complete picture of all the details as a whole. The latter, on the other hand, were final reports created upon completion of a banquet, and contained more comprehensive records not only of the chanpum (the menu of dishes served), but also the sorts of tableware and tables, floral arrangements, location, scale, and installation date of the sukseolso (temporary royal kitchens for banquets). They also offer a more effective summary by simplifying details duplicated in identical table settings. Nevertheless, the Naeoejinyeon-deungnok recorded some facts that cannot be gleaned from the Jinyeonuigwe, including the height of some dishes presented in piled stacks, as well as the specific names of dishes and their ingredients. The comparative study of the historic records in the deungnok and uigwe will be helpful in identifying and understanding the specific foods served at royal banquets. The oejinyeon-seolchando diagrams in Naeoejinyeon-deungnok depict the table settings for the King and the Crown Prince. The two diagrams contain large rectangles divided into three sections. In each section are similar-sized circles in which the names of dishes and the titles for table settings are recorded. From these records we can see that the arrangements of the table settings for the King and the Crown Prince are similar. The relationships and protocols shown in the arrangement of dishes and table settings for the King and the Crown Prince at royal banquets in the Seolchando appear to be consistent. By comparing the two references, deungnok and uigwe, which recorded the dishes served at royal banquets, the author was able to determine the height of some foods served in stacked arrangements, the names of chanpum, the ingredients used, and the configuration of the chanpum. The comparative review of these two written records, deungnok and uigwe, will be helpful for a proper understanding of the actual food served at royal banquets.

        목 적: 취학 전 어린이와 부모의 시력검사 행동양식을 조사하여 취학 전 어린이의 시력검사 참여율을 높 이기 위한 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. 방 법: 대전지역 12개 유치원의 만6세(평균연령 6.0±0.2세) 어린이 487명을 대상으로 시력검사와 자동 굴절검사, 자각식 굴절검사, 가림검사, 허쉬버그검사를 실시하였다. 설문지를 이용하여 유치원 어린이와 부 모의 시력검사 행동양식을 분석하였다. 결 과: 조사대상자들의 등가구면굴절력은 오른쪽 눈 -0.15±0.81D, 왼쪽 눈 -0.14±0.75D였다. 조사대 상 어린이 487명 중 73명(15.0%)이 비정시이었고 이들 중에서 5명(6.8%)이 안경을 착용하고 있었다. 취학 전 어린이에서 189명(42.4%)이 시력검사 경험이 있었으며 이들 중에서 56.1%(n=106)가 집단시력검사 기회 를 이용하였다. 부모들에서는 54.8%(부 57.9%, 모 51.6%)가 정기적으로 시력검사를 받고 있었고 이들의 51.6%(부 55.8%, 모 46.6%)가 집단시력검사 기회를 이용하고 있었다. 취학 전 어린이와 그들의 부모의 시 력검사 행동양식은 비슷한 경향을 보였다. 결 론: 취학 전 어린이의 시력검사는 제도화된 집단검사를 통해 시행되어야 하며 참여율을 높이고 검사 결과의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 시력검사 전문가인 안경사를 활용하는 방안을 제안한다.

        To promote use of nutrition labels, degrees of awareness, use, and satisfaction of nutrition labeling on eating-out menus were investigated by a self-recorded questionnaire from May to July 2010 in 629 participants who visited four bakery chains (n=409) and three ice-cream chains (n=220) located in Daejeon. Of the subjects 53.4% were female, 68.8% aged 20~29 years, and 59.3% visited bakery or ice-cream stores 1~3 times per month. Only 38.2% of participants had knowledge of nutrition-labeling mandates for eating-out menus, and 74.9% had seen labels before in bakery and ice-cream stores. Most subjects understood calorie amount and daily value of sodium very well, but they failed to understand the meaning of daily value. Only 21.2% of the subjects understood nutrition label information completely. Of the participants, 46.7% read nutrition labels in bakery or ice-cream stores when purchasing. Among the subjects who read the labels, 77.2% (36.1% of total subjects) referred to the label information when selecting a menu and 46.9% (21.9% of total subjects) had experienced altering their menu choice based on the information. Exactly 53.3% of subjects answered they did not read nutrition labels since they were not interested or had no time, or because the labels were not noticeable. Satisfaction of the place, timing, and format of nutrition labels at bakery and ice-cream stores fell below average overall. Many subjects wanted trans fat and cholesterol to be added to the labels. In conclusion, degrees of perception, use, and satisfaction of nutrition labels at bakery and ice-cream stores were still low. More effective publicity and consumer education about nutrition labeling will be necessary, and bakery or ice-cream companies should make efforts to improve nutrition labeling such as providing format and place.

        Alloys of nylon(PA6) and ethylene-propylene-diene polymer, modified with maleic anhydride(MEPDM) were prepared using a melt kneading process. This study focuses on the effects of the content of MEPDM in PA6 blend on the mechanical and thermal properties of such blends where MEPDM is the dispersed phase. Mechanical properties were examined by stress-strain measurements and impact strength test. Both impact strength of PA6/MEPDM at room temperature and at -20℃ were improved up to 400-550% with the amounts of MEPDM. However, PA6/MEPDM containing 3-5 wt% of MEPDM showed the about 700kgf/m2 of the maximum tensile strength but 8.5 % of the lowest elongation. For certain compositions of PA6 with rubbery MEPDM, the interesting reduction of elongation is caused by the reaction of the polyamide amine end groups with maleic anhydride portion in MEPDM, that provided a reinforcement in the PA6 matrix. In addition, the introduction of antistatic agent on the surface of alloys causes significant reduction of their surface electrostatic resistance.

        In this study, supervision resides fire mission against problems associated with case studies and surveys done through the side of the field work, technical personnel, fire management, including fire code aspects classified into three kinds of items dealt with the issue. Started at the scene of the problem in terms of performance, the issue of the construction process, mainly dealt with the issue at the time of completion. Fire management side, supervisor of technical personnel, human resources management issues, contract issues, fire code level, the frequent revisions of fire regulations, supervision, processing delays of the resulting report, the problem resides with the expansion of Fire Supervision target was mentioned. Finally, the target for each hierarchical supervision, and resident supervisor of the need for supervision of work performance test was carried out by the correlation.

        The commission assessment and cost analysis of a measuring rate system of food waste were performed to account a total budget. The selling price of tax clearance was between about 240 wons and 270 wons, a vinyl bag was sold at from about 260 wons to 290 wons, based on a vessel size of 5L. After one year the measured rate system was enforced, the total cost for buying vessels in the Daejeon metropolitan city area was accounted about 720 million wons. Purchasing cost of bar code tax clearance and vinyl bags were decreased to 215 million wons due to the reduction rate, while the selling cost was increased to 328 million wons, compared with the existing cost. Therefore, the total saving cost was 2,639 million wons per year in the city.

        본 연구는 대전시 도시숲을 대상으로 산림식생과 토양특성을 분석하여 도시숲의 현황을 파악하고 바람직한 도시숲관리방안을 마련하기 위한 기초 자료 제공을 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구는 대전시의 대표적인 도시숲 3곳을 조사하여 도시숲의 입지에 따라 식생 및 토양 특성이 어떻게 다른지를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 도시의 중심에 위치한 남선공원, 도시 내부에 위치하지만 비교적 보전이 양호한 월평공원, 도시 외곽에 위치하여 상대적으로 교란을 덜 받은 보문산 순으로 종다양도 및 최대종다양도가 증가하는 등 생태적 건강성이 양호해지는 것으로 나타났다. 인간 간섭의 강도가 큰 남선공원의 경우 토양 유기물층의 두께가 0.5cm로 매우 낮고, 답압에 의한 토양의 경도 또한 0.5~3.7kg/cm2로 다른 두 곳에 비하여 높게 나타나 인간의 간섭이 도시숲의 건강성에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 토양의 화학적 특성분석 결과에서 는 월평공원의 아까시나무림을 제외한 모든 곳에서 5.0 이하의 pH1:5 값을 보였고, 세 곳 모두에서 낮은 치환성양이온 값을 보여 토양의 산성화가 심각하게 진행되고 있으며, 이로 인하여 치환성양이온의 용탈이 심화되는 것으로 나타났다. 토양 내 유기물 및 유효인산의 함량도 우리나라 산림토양의 평균치보다 낮은 값을 보여 식생에 대한 영양 공급이 원활하게 이루어지지 못하고 있었다. 따라서 대전시 도시숲은 산림 식생과 토양이 회복될 수 있는 방향의 적절한 도시숲 관리방안 마련이 필요하다.

        The acknowledgement and preference for Korean food by Chinese students in the Daejeon area of Korea was surveyed. The students(n=132) were comprised of 57.6% males and 42.4% females, with 56.1% being >20-years-of-age and 43.9% being<20-years-of-age and 42.4% being Korean residents for over 1 year. The most recognizable aspect of Korean food was familiarity with Kimchi, Bulgogi and Bibimbap. Participants were least aware of the affordability of Korean food. Average understanding for Korean food of the Chinese students was 2.77-3.00 on a 5 point scale. Participants highly preferred(in order) Ssalbap, Gomtang and Bulgogi, while Dolsotbap, Samgyetang and Gimgui were not preferred. Female students preferred Gamjatang and Manduguk more than male students. Those students who bad lived in Korea for over 1 year preferred Bulgogi and Samgyeopsal, and those residing<3 months preferred Guksujangguk. Over half of the students surveyed had knowledge of Korean food and its preparation; of these students, Korean food preferences were for Kalguksu, Mu1 Naengmyeon, Moosengchae, and Oisengchae.
