        Cette étude s’intéresse à l’utilisation du manuel de FLE(français langue étrangère) comme moyen de promouvoir et revitaliser le cours de FLEdans des universités coréennes. L’expérience a été réalisée deux fois, en 2021 et en 2022 avec 64 étudiants. Ils sont invités à répondre au questionnaire. Publié par Didier, une maison d’édition en France, en 2018, le manuel “Bonjour et bienvenue A1.1 Coréanophones” a été choisi. D’un point de vue didactique, nous avons analysé comment l’enseignant a utilisé ce manuel au cours et comment les aprenants ont ressenti le manuel. Puis, nous avons observé les effets à l’apprentissage. Par conséquent, l’enseignant poursuit le parcours proposé par le manuel mais parfois l’employe de manière éclectique en fonction de la situation en classe. Les apprenants apprécient le manuel car ils trouvent bien pouvoir terminer le manuel à la fin du cours. Ils aiment son contenu d’apprentissage et ils pensent qu’il est très utile quand ils voyagent en France ou parlent de la vie quoitidienne avec des Francophones. Certains étudiants répondent que ce manuel leur aide à pouvoir se présenter en français.

        According to the classification of World Health Organization, primary adenocarcinomas of the sinonasal tract can be initially classified as salivary and non-salivary types. The latter are further divided into intestinal and non-intestinal types. Sinonasal intestinal-type adenocarcinoma(ITAC) is rare adenocarcinoma subtype, which is closely occupational exposure to hardwood dusts, leather. In this study, we present a case of ITAC in a 68-year-old man. We successfully treated with wide excision and soft tissue reconstruction with free anterolateral thigh flap.

        Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is the most common type of head and neck cancer and is associated with high recurrence, poor treatment, and low survival rates. Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) is a transcription factor that regulates the response to hypoxia, a major factor in the tumor microenvironment that affects tumor development and progression in various cancer types. However, microRNA (miRNA) sequence analysis revealed that only a few miRNAs targeting HIF-1α had been discovered. In the present study, we investigated HIF-1α expression in OSCC and the effect of HIF-1α-targeting miRNAs on the progression and metastatic potential of OSCC. We analyzed public databases to explore which miRNAs target HIF-1α expression. In addition, the expression of proteins involved in the cell cycle, proliferation, and apoptosis in HSC-2 cells was analyzed after miRNA-126 mimic treatment. Furthermore, to investigate the effect of miRNA-126 on the proliferation and invasion ability of OSCC cells, 5-ethynyl-2′-deoxyuridine and Transwell assays were performed. The activities of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were evaluated via gelatin zymography. Our results showed that miRNA-126, which targets HIF-1α, enhances OSCC cell proliferation by regulating the cell cycle and reinforces the cell mobility of OSCC via HIF-1α expression. These findings suggest that miRNA-126 may be a novel marker for OSCC treatment and the development of new tools for patients with OSCC.

        광택집나방과의 국내 미기록 2종인 큰광택집나방(Argyresthia subrimosa Meyrick)과 황갈광택집나방(Argyresthia umbrina Liu, Wang et Li)을 보고한다. 큰광택집나방은 서로 멀리 떨어진 울릉도와 제주도 두 곳에서 발견되었다. 두 지역에서의 큰광택집나방 개체군을 외형 및 생식기 특징으로 비교하였다. 황갈광택집나방이 모식산지인 중국 이외 지역에서 발견된 것은 처음이다. 두 종의 외형 및 생식기 특징을 사진과 함께 기술하 였다.

        로터 블레이드는 조류발전 터빈의 매우 중요한 구성 요소로서, 해수의 높은 밀도로 인해 큰 추력(Trust force)와 하중(Load)의 영 향을 받는다. 따라서 블레이드의 형상 및 구조 설계를 통한 성능과 복합소재를 적용한 블레이드의 구조적 안전성을 반드시 확보해야 한 다. 본 연구에서는 블레이드 설계 기법인 BEM(Blade Element Momentum) 이론을 이용해 1MW급 대형 터빈 블레이드를 설계하였으며, 터빈 블레이드의 재료는 강화섬유 중의 하나인 GFRP(Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics)를 기본으로 CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics)를 샌드위치 구조에 적용해 블레이드 단면을 적층(Lay-up)하였다. 또한 유동의 변화에 따른 구조적 안전성을 평가하기 위해 유체-구조 연성해석 (Fluid-Structure Interactive Analysis, FSI) 기법을 이용한 선형적 탄성범위 안의 정적 하중해석을 수행하였으며, 블레이드의 팁 변형량, 변형 률, 파손지수를 분석해 구조적 안전성을 평가하였다. 결과적으로, CFRP가 적용된 Model-B의 경우 팁 변형량과 블레이드의 중량을 감소시 켰으며, 파손지수 IRF(Inverse Reserce Factor)가 Model-A의 3.0*Vr를 제외한 모든 하중 영역에서 1.0 이하를 지시해 안전성을 확보할 수 있었 다. 향후 블레이드의 재료변경과 적층 패턴의 재설계뿐 아니라 다양한 파손이론을 적용해 구조건전성을 평가할 예정이다.

        This study aimed to investigate the need for dietary education and programs for young Koreans belonging to singleperson households in the metropolitan area. A total of 500 young adults aged 19-34 participated in the study through an online survey. Participants responded to questions on general characteristics, dietary problems, and the need for dietary education and programs. The subjects were divided into three groups as follows: Undergraduate students, employed workers, and others. Among the subjects from single-person households, 20.2, 67, and 12.8% were undergraduate students, employed workers, and others, respectively. When asked for their estimation of an appropriate self-pay when participating in a cooking class, 39.8% of total subjects responded ‘5,000-10,000 won’. The most preferred program for young adults in single-person households was the ‘support food package’. For the preferred method of dietary education, undergraduate students showed a greater preference for classes ‘at campuses’. However, employed workers and others had a higher preference for ‘non-face-to-face online classes’. Undergraduate students tended to generally have a higher preference for dietary education and support programs compared to employed workers and others. This study provides data that will be useful for establishing healthy dietary policies and education programs for young single-person households in Korea.

        본 연구는 인공지능과 블록체인 기반 사회 복지 서비스 사례 연구에 관련된 논문으로 국내외 다양한 ICT 융복합 복지 서비스에 대해 살펴보았다. 의료 분야에 적용되고 있는 AI 기술을 의료이미지 분석, 심장초음파, 뇌신경 분야, 디지털병리 분야 등으로 구분하여 살펴보고 각 사례 별로 적용된 기계학습 및 딥러닝 방법론에 대해 서술하였다. 국내 외 공공 의료 복지 분야에 적용되고 있는 블록체인 기술의 다 양한 사례를 살펴본다. 미국에서 시행 중인 블록체인 기반 출생증명, 에스토니아의 블록체인 기반 건강 기록 암호화 기술 및 복지 서비스 등에 대해 살펴본다. 마지막으로 다양한 ICT 기술이 접목된 미래 사회 복지 서비스의 발전 방향에 대해 고찰하고 기술적 한계점과 사회적 합의가 필요한 부분에 대해 고민해 본다.

        This paper is an architectural historical study on Chimi of Hwangnyongsa Temple. In this research, the shape and cross-section of the chimi are reviewed. The results of the study are as follows. The chimi is a form in which the head part facing the maru is omitted, and the upper and lower body are separated. The upper and lower bonds are assembled into a two types of joint throughout the side of the torso, and then bound with an iron strap. Because of the absence of ridge line in the front, and the narrow curved surface which makes the side plate close to the plane, the entire cross-section is triangular, and the rear plate maintains the shape of the chimi. The naerimmaru connected to the side of the chimi has a slope, so it is clear that the chimi was used on the woojingak-jibung(hipped-roof), and the wing part and back of the chimi are erected on the side roof. The height of the yongmaru and chunyeomaru is about the same and the roofing tiles of those are in contact. The roofing tiles of chunyemaru should be cut to fit the angle of the contacting part. The maru is 30 stories high of roofing tiles as a result of the on-board survey. Based on reference on the shape and timing of the production of chimi, the height of chimi, and the maru is believed to have been built before the Unified Silla Period and used in buildings with at least seven-kan frontage. Buildings corresponding to these construction conditions can be seen as Central hall and East hall in Hwangnyongsa temple.

        This study was conducted to investigate the effect of waterlogging stress on the physiological response and growth characteristics of the five Italian ryegrass varieties. For all varieties, the germination rate of seed decreased by 10-15% as the waterlogging period increased, but the waterlogging stress treatment after the early seedling stage increased the growth of shoot and root length. Photosynthetic activity (Fv/Fm) according to waterlogging stress treatment decreased in all vareity, and Florida 80 showed the least decrease with 1.5%. Waterlogging stress treatment was found to reduce the accumulation of reactive oxygen species (malondialdehyde, MDA) and the activities of antioxidant enzymes. These results suggest that other mechanisms may be involved in the defense mechanism of Italian ryegrass against waterlogging stress, such as promoting root growth to escape from waterlogging stress, in addition to the antioxidant enzyme system.

        The surfactant, 2-{2-[2-(4-nonylphenoxy)ethoxy]ethoxy}ethan-1-ol, is used in detergents, pesticides, cosmetics, and disinfectants. Since it is found in products that can be inhaled, we evaluated its toxicity to humans upon exposure. A total of 18 rats were exposed to nasal inhalation for 4 hr to determine the acute inhalation toxicity of 2-{2-[2-(4-nonylphenoxy) ethoxy]ethoxy}ethan-1-ol; the exposure concentrations were 5.0, 1.0, and 0.5 mg/L, with three males and three females at each concentration. After the end of the exposure, mortality, general symptoms, and weight changes were observed for 14 days, and autopsy findings were confirmed. The actual concentrations of the test substance in the chamber during the exposure were measured as 3.29, 1.03, and 0.52 mg/L, respectively. The delivered dose was 552.72, 173.04, and 87.36 mg/kg/day for males, and 829.08, 259.56, and 131.04 mg/kg/day for females. As a result of the test in the OECD Test Guideline 436, all animals exposed to a concentration of 3.29 mg/L died; three males and one female died out of six exposed to the 1.0 mg/L concentration. In addition, one died out of six males exposed to a 0.5 mg/L concentration. As a result, 2-{2-[2-(4-nonylphenoxy)ethoxy]ethoxy}ethan-1-ol was considered to be Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals Category 2 (> 0.5–1 mg/L).

        Sirtuin 1 (SIRT1), the most conserved nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide-dependent protein deacetylase, is involved in the regulation of energy metabolism, genomic stability, and development. SIRT1 knockout (SIRT1) mice exhibit decreased energy expenditure and hypersensitivity to a high-fat diet (HFD). SIRT1 deficiency in the testis has also been shown to cause male infertility in animal models. Therefore, the present study was conducted to examine the alteration of the testicular function of SIRT1 mice on HFD. Six-week-old mice were fed ad libitum as wild type (WT) and SIRT1 male mice with either a control diet or with HFD for 32 weeks and then were sacrificed. The levels of biomarkers for hepatotoxicity, sex hormones, and cytokines were analyzed in the serum and blood-testis barrier, and the sperm morphology was examined in the testis and epididymal spermatozoa. Interestingly, an enlargement of seminal vesicles was observed in the SIRT1 mice fed with HFD. A significantly higher level of hepatotoxicity was also seen in these mice. The concentration of serum testosterone increased in HFD-fed SIRT1 mice compared to the controls. The levels of interleukin-1β and TNF-α increased in both HFD-fed WT and SIRT1 mice. In RT-PCR, the m RNA expression of tight junction protein 2 and claudin 3 significantly decreased in HFD-fed SIRT1 compared to those of the controls. Degenerative spermatocytes and spermatids were detected in the HFD-fed SIRT1 mice testicular section. Sperm motility decreased in WT and SIRT1 with HFD feeding, and sperm concentration decreased significantly in WT-HFD and SIRT1 mice with or without HFD feeding. Taken together, HFD can alter energy and steroid metabolism in SIRT1-deficient mice, which can lead to imbalances in motility and production of sperm and testosterone that can result in male reproductive disorders.

        미토콘드리아 시토크롬 c 산화효소 1 (COX1) 유전자 염기서열(658 bp)을 사용하여, 콩 포장에서 채집된 어리팥나방(Matsumuraeses falcana)과 팥나방(Matsumuraeses phaseoli)의 종을 실험실 집단의 종들과 비교하여 동정하였다. COX1 염기서열 분석에서, 어리팥나방 47개체 로부터 10개의 하플로타입이 발견되었고, 종내 유전적 거리는 0.15~0.46%이었다. 이중 하프로타입 A형이 약 70%로 우점형이었다. 팥나방의 30개체로부터는 모두 동일한 하나의 서열만이 확인되었고, 어리팥나방과의 종간 유전적 거리는 4.11~4.61%이었다. 두 종의 COX1 염기서열을 번역한 아미노산 서열은 모두 동일하여 동의적 염기서열 변이(동의치환, 同義置換, synonymous substitution)를 확인할 수 있었다. 포장 조사에 서 두 종의 유충이 콩의 잎과 꼬투리를 가해하였고, 한 포장에서 동시에 발생하였다. 전체 포장에서 어리팥나방의 평균 밀도는 팥나방보다 약 1.5 배 높았다. 이 결과는 콩이 두 종의 동일 기주임을 명백하게 제시하였다. 별도로 이 속의 유충 기생파리로서 Elodia flavipalpis (파리목: 기생파리 과)가 발견되었고, COX1 서열로 동정되었다.

        The Cu2ZnSn(SxSe1-x)4 (CZTSSe) absorbers are promising thin film solar cells (TFSCs) materials, to replace existing Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) and CdTe photovoltaic technology. However, the best reported efficiency for a CZTSSe device, of 13.6 %, is still too low for commercial use. Recently, partially replacing the Zn2+ element with a Cd2+element has attracting attention as one of the promising strategies for improving the photovoltaic characteristics of the CZTSSe TFSCs. Cd2+ elements are known to improve the grain size of the CZTSSe absorber thin films and improve optoelectronic properties by suppressing potential defects, causing short-circuit current (Jsc) loss. In this study, the structural, compositional, and morphological characteristics of CZTSSe and CZCTSSe thin films were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF), and Field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), respectively. The FE-SEM images revealed that the grain size improved with increasing Cd2+ alloying in the CZTSSe thin films. Moreover, there was a slight decrease in small grain distribution as well as voids near the CZTSSe/Mo interface after Cd2+ alloying. The solar cells prepared using the most promising CZTSSe absorber thin films with Cd2+ alloying (8 min. 30 sec.) exhibited a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 9.33 %, Jsc of 34.0 mA/cm2, and fill factor (FF) of 62.7 %, respectively.

        클라우제비츠는 『전쟁론』에서 전쟁은 개별 상황마다 그 본질을 약간씩 변화시키기 때문에 카멜레온과도 같다고 보았다. 클라우제비츠의 이러한 주장은 모든 것이 불확실한 전쟁 상황에서 다양한 요소들이 상호작용을 하여 승패에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 언급한 것이다. 이 글에서는 불확실성 의 요인이 되는 우연과 마찰, 정보, 위험, 육체적 고통을 토대로 이를 해 소하기 위한 5가지 방안을 도출하여 제1연평해전과 연평도 포격전 사례를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 실전적 교육훈련, 둘째, 과감한 권한 위임, 셋째, 부대 운용의 융통성, 넷째, 간단없는 작전지속 지원, 다섯째, 피아 전술 전기 숙달 등을 통해 불확실성을 해소하고 전승을 달성할 수 있었음 을 확인할 수 있었다. 이것이 한국군에 주는 함의로는 첫째, 창의적인 사 고력과 탄력적인 부대지휘 능력을 배양하기 위한 교육훈련의 필요성, 둘 째, 전술교리 적용에 융통성 없이 집착하는 문화 지양, 셋째, 군인으로서 ‘인생의 첫 전투’를 어떻게 수행할 것인가에 대한 준비가 필요하다. 비록 군사과학 기술이 발전하여 전장 상황을 가시화할 수 있게 되더라도 전쟁 의 근본적인 본질인 불확실성은 전쟁 수행에 커다란 영향을 미치는 변수 라는 것을 망각해서는 안 될 것이다.

        Flavobacterium 속(genus)은 Bacteriodetes 문(phylum), Flavobacteriaceae 과(family)의 대표 속(type genus)으로서, 이 속의 세균들은 황색 색소를 함유하는 그람 음성 간균이다. 이 속 세균들은 자 연계의 다양한 환경에서 분리되고 있다. 황색색소를 함유하는 그람음성 간균이 경남 창원시 소재 창원대 학교 교내의 연못에서 분리되었고, 이 세균은 균주 B1으로 명명되었다. 균주 B1을 생리학적, 생화학적 및 계통분석학적으로 분석한 결과, Flavobacterium 속에 속하는 것으로 결론지어졌다. 이 세균의 16S rRNA 유전자 염기서열을 BLAST로 분석해 본 결과, 다른 어떠한 세균과도 16S rRNA 유전자 염기서 열의 상동성이 99.0%를 넘지 않았다. 균주 B1의 주된 지방산은 iso-C15:0(19.6%), summed feature 3(C16:1 ω7c and/or C16:1 ω6c, 16.1%), iso-C17:0 3OH(10.2%), iso-C15:0 3OH(8.4%) 및 iso-C15:1 G(6.6%)인 것으로 밝혀졌는데, 이는 다른 Flavobacterium 종들의 지방산 함량과 확연한 차이가 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 세균의 16S rDNA 염기서열은 genbank에 accession number OP060681로 등록 되었다.

        Architectural Monuments have to overcome the challenge of time due to physical properties. The fundamental issue must be grounded in an understanding of history and art to overcome this challenge and make them sustainable. Many efforts to preserve the monuments through the 19th century and at the beginning of the 20th century to record them in scientific form were successful. To be aware of the meaning of the art and not to be ‘barbare’ anymore was behind the promotion of these activities. Above all, the 19th-century French architect Viollet-le-Duc contrasted the concept of barbarism with the concept of art and tried to redefine architecture as art. The ritual to escape ‘barbare’ played an important role in the end. This consciousness was also at work in the propaganda for the preservation of medieval architectural monuments in France, led by intellectuals such as Rodin. Also, the concept of ‘barbare’ served as an important yardstick whenever the cause of their loss was questioned while important monuments were destroyed in the First World War. From the viewpoint of Germany, Dehio was the pioneer of the preservation movement and documentation of monuments. The principle he advocated was preservation, not restoration. The historian Pevsner, who moved to England, also surveyed monuments in various parts of England and left them in the same format as Dehio. These facts show that architecture as art plays a fundamental role in the history of human life.
