중국 소수민족의 민속학은 성 역할과 민족 정체성 간의 관계에 대한 귀중한 통찰을 제공한다. 문화 보존과 혁신의 주요 참여자로서, 여성은 사회 변화 속에서도 소수민족 전통의 회복력을 유지하는 데 중요한 역할 을 한다. 본 연구는 소수민족 여성들을 중심으로, 의식, 전통 의복 및 예 술적 표현에서의 상징적 역할을 탐구한다. 역사적 문서 분석과 현장 조 사를 결합하여, 다양한 공동체의 전통 노래, 춤, 구술 역사를 질적 방법 으로 분석한다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 여성은 문화적 관행을 계승할 뿐만 아니라 전통적인 성 역할과 현대적 영향을 통합하여 문화적 적응과 결속 을 이끄는 혁신적인 역할을 수행한다. 이 연구는 소수민족 민속학 형성 에서 여성의 핵심적인 역할을 강조하며, 다양한 사회에서 문화 통합의 역동성에 대한 폭넓은 통찰을 제공한다.

본 연구는 대한민국에 거주중인 새터민 391명을 대상으로 2022년 3월부터 2023년 7월까지로 1년 4개월간 북한에서 거 주할 당시 이용한 식물 이름과 형태, 이용방법에 대해 질의응답 하였다. 면담자들의 평균 연령은 58.76세로 50대가 주로 참여 했다. 면담조사를 통해 동정한 분류군은 48목 102과 310속 472종으로 확인되었다. 그 중 자생식물이 71.40%를 차지했으 며, 재배식물은 25.21%, 외래식물은 3.39%로 확인되었다. 이 용현황에 대한 양적분석을 수행한 결과, 미나리가 상대적인용빈 도(RFC=0.928)에서 가장 높은 값을 보였다. 이용 범주 별 인용 빈도를 분석한 결과, 21개의 범주가 확인되었으며, 가장 많이 활용된 범주는 식용이었다(23,656회 인용, 전체 60.48%). 면담 조사를 통해 확인된 분류군 수는 472종으로 확인하였는데, 또 한 민속식물 동정 시 면담자들의 기억에 의존하여 사진자료를 통해 동정했다는 점에서 한계점이 있으나 본 연구에서 구축한 민속식물 전통지식 DB를 활용한 추가적인 분석을 통해 북한지 역의 사회적･문화적･경제적 통찰이 가능한 다학제간 연구로 확 대할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

Guangxi is located in the southwest, with multi-ethnic settlements and complex language components. Chinese is mainly spoken in Southwest Mandarin and Cantonese, while also including small dialects of Min, Xiang, and Hakka. The Zhuang language is the most widely used minority language. This language pattern is also widely reflected in various volumes of Guangxi local chronicles, where dialects and language contact can be seen in many places. The article selects five sets of famous objects and words from the volume of “Products” in Guangxi Old Gazetteer, and comprehensively uses methods such as character recognition, comparative analysis, and contextual interpretation to conduct research. The conclusion is helpful for reading local chronicles, studying Chinese history, and revising Chinese dictionaries.

본 논문은 ‘민간회화로서 무화(巫畵)의 예술적 기치-이미지의 미적특질을 중심으로’를 회화사적 입장에서 실증자료를 토대로 성찰하고자 한다. 그 동안 무화에 관한 도상이 지닌 상징적 의미를 민속학적 관점에서 문화사적 의의를 중심으로 이루어진 측면이 다수를 이루었다. 신의 형상을 그림으로 나타난 것이기에 불화와 마찬가지로 우리 회화사에 서 충분히 논의가 이루어져야 되는 측면에 있으나, 무(巫)에 대한 부정적 시선 과 특정한 사조 또는 대표적인 작가를 중심으로 서술되고 있는 미술사에서 적극적으로 연구가 이루어지지 않고 있는 장르이다. 무명(無名)의 작가에 의 해 그려졌으며 무당이 죽음이 다가오면 자신이 봉안하던 무화를 땅에 묻거나 불태워서 정리하는 관습 때문에 100년 이상 된 무신도를 찾는 것이 어렵다는 현실적인 이유도 무시할 수는 없다. 그러나 이에 관한 연구를 꺼린다면 한국 인의 고유한 신에 대한 관념과 미적인 사유체계에 관한 이해를 외면하는 결과를 낳는 것이라 판단한다. 이러한 연유로 본 논문에서는 무화만이 지닌 미 적 특수성을 찾고자 하며, 이는 기층의 미감을 이해하는 하나의 통로가 될 것 이라 본다. 본인은 무화의 예술적 가치를 미적인 측면에서 논하기 위해서는 방향성이 존재해야 한다고 생각한다. 민속학자인 김태곤은 무화는 민간신앙 속에서 전 승된 일종의 원시회화이므로 민화적 측면에서 고찰되어야 하며, 무화를 전형 적인 순수한 민화이고 말하고 있다. 민(民)에 의해 소통된 민간회화라는 점이 민화의 핵심이라면, 무화(巫畵)는 무당의 집인 신당에서 사용되었지만, 그 당 시 대중들의 욕구에 의해 제작되고 소통되어진 측면이 크기에 민화의 하나로 분류하는데 무리가 없다고 본다. 이러한 이유로 본 논문에서는 무화의 예술적 가치를 민간의 회화라는 측면에서 살펴보고자 하며 통시적 입장에서 사료의 분석과 실제 남아있는 무화의 실견을 통한 검토를 통해 무화라는 이미지가 지닌 본질을 파악하고 그간의 논의를 확장시키고자 한다.

The sustainable development of livelihood is of great significance to improve the livelihood of farmers. It‘s necessary to broaden farmers’ livelihood strategy choices. Intangible cultural heritage tourism diversifies livelihoods and improves stability of farmers‘ lives. Taking Yangjiabu Folk Art Park and Red Sorghum Movie City as research objects, this study uses sustainable livelihood analysis framework, in-depth interviews, and participatory observation methods to explore the impact of intangible cultural heritage tourism on sustainable livelihoods, providing reference for rural development in need of enriching livelihood strategies. The research finds that different paths of intangible cultural heritage tourism lead to different accumulation of livelihood capital. Therefore, when planning and developing intangible cultural heritage tourism, rural areas should solve the shortage of livelihood capital brought by different types of development paths, promoting sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage tourism and farmers’ livelihoods. Secondly, in the process of rural development of intangible cultural heritage tourism, there is a mutual transformation and substitution, mutual influence and restriction relationship between different livelihood capital. Rural development of intangible cultural heritage tourism needs to consider the relationship between various livelihood capital, ensuring they can promote each other and coordinate development.

민속문화는 중요한 관광자원으로서 지역의 경제발전을 효과 적으로 촉진하고 민속문화를 보호하여 홍보하며 지역의 관광 경쟁력을 높일 수 있다. 그러나 현실적으로 민속관광 개발은 민속문화에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 예를 들면, 외래문 화가 관광지 문화에 미치는 문화적 충격, 과도한 개발로 인한 민속유산 훼손, 민속풍토의 동화, 민속문화의 저속화 등의 문제 가 생긴다. 본 논문은 중국 민속관광의 발전과 민속문화의 보 호를 위하여 네 가지 요구 사항을 제시한다. 즉, 개발과 보호, 전승과 발전 간의 관계를 올바르게 처리하고, 지역 실정에 따 라 관광자원을 개발하고, 정책적인 지도를 강화하여 지역사회 에서 민속문화 보호에 대한 인식을 높임이다. 아울러 전문 인 재를 양성하여 민속문화에 대한 연구와 전승을 확대해야 한다 는 결론을 도출하였다.

이 논문은 민력의 이사 택일 이론을 천기대요와 협길통의의 내용과 비교⋅고찰한 것이다. 민력의 이사 택일 이론은 대부분 천기대요와 협 길통의에서 문헌적 근거를 찾을 수 있었다. 민력에 있는 이사 택일 이론의 원리는 年, 月, 日, 時를 기준으로 분류할 수 있다. 민력의 택일 이론은 한 가지 원리가 들어간 것은 드물고, 대부분 두 가지 이상의 원리가 결합된 것 이다. 택일 이론들의 역학적 원리를 보면, 八卦를 기반으로 선천팔괘와 후 천팔괘를 사용한 것이 있고, 河圖洛書를 기반으로 洛書九宮, 三元年·月·日 九星紫白, 生氣福德등을 사용한 것이 있다. 六十甲子와 干支를 기반으로 天 干⋅地支, 六十甲子, 甲旬法등을 사용한 것이 있고, 天文과 기타를 기반으 로 12月, 한 달, 30일, 춘하추동, 사계, 24절기, 북두칠성, 월삭, 공망 등을 사용한 것이 있다. 주제어: 민력, 택일, 이사 택일, 역학적 원리, 신살.

Pi Cang《埤蒼》appeared in the early Wei Dynasty and died out after the Southern Song Dynasty. It follows from Shuo Wen《說文》and followed by Yu Pian《玉篇》, which has been quoted by a large number of dictionaries, thesauruses, Buddhist scriptures and other works. It is an important character book in the Middle Chinese period. Pi Cang《埤蒼》includes a lot of dialectical and folk words in the Middle Chinese period, which is of great value to the research on Chinese history, and is conducive to the tracing of modern Chinese dialectical and folk words to their source. Xuan Ying Yin Yi《玄應音義》cites more than 150 words from Pi Cang《埤蒼》. On the basis of the excellent research results of ancient and modern times, this paper selects seven dialectical and folk words that are still in use in modern Chinese dialects to make a brief analysis.

Global fashion houses have recently incorporated traditional Korean motifs within their inspiration. This trend is an opportunity to showcase the colors of traditional Korean culture by investing in the new design content. Products specifically based on traditional Korean culture are lacking in brand awareness despite the success of Korean content. Accordingly, this study designs cultural products based on Korean folk painting that captures Korean people’s satirical sense of humor. Korean folk painting theories are analyzed, from which different types of folk paintings are classified based on research of bibliographies and online documents. Following classification, the results are dataized as different types of folk paintings and their meanings. Furthermore, images of folk paintings are categorized and scanned digitally. The digitized images of the folk paintings are processed through Adobe Photoshop CS for overall layout and Adobe Illustrator CS for detailed designs. Traditional categories of Korean folk paintings are used, including flowers and birds, letters, and study stationery. Using the main elements of the flower and birds category, designs with cultural products such as images of flowers, birds, animals, and fish are produced. The final designs are used to create fashion items that can easily be used for embellishment or self-presentation: a scarf and a necktie. The scarf and the necktie are not only merchandise; they also symbolize the story, humor, and hope that Korean folk paintings once symbolized.

전통 민화는 근, 현대 미술계에서 회화작품으로 인정받지 못 하고 공예미술의 일부로 인식되었다. 대부분의 작품에 서명이 없고 정형화된 밑그림을 바탕으로 그렸기 때문이다. 내용은 주 로 민중의 염원을 담아 필요한 곳에 걸어두는 양식이었기에 더 욱 그러했다. 이러한 이유로 전통 민화는 1970년대 후반 현대 화 작업에 박차를 가하던 미술계에서 존재감이 미약하였다. 1980년대 한국 사회는 역사 인식의 새로운 성찰을 통한 민족 적 경향이 나타나게 된다. 권위주의에 대한 국민의 저항을 시 작으로 봉건사회의 해체가 시대정신으로 자리 잡으면서 미술계 에서도 전통적 규범에 얽매이지 않은 현대적인 화풍(畫風)을 수립하려는 시도가 시작되었다. 이때부터 미술계 일부에서 한 국의 정신성과 조형성이 담겨있는 전통문화를 연구하기 시작했 고 이 중 일부의 한국화 화가들은 전통 민화에 담긴 예술성을 발견하고 시대감각과 결합한 새로운 화풍을 개척하였다. 이 시기 전통 민화를 연구해서 작품을 제작한 대표적인 화가 로 박생광을 들 수 있다. 1970년대 후반 한국 미술계가 서양 미술에 경도되어 그들의 철학과 화풍을 추종할 때 박생광은 일 찍이 한국의 전통문화에 주목했다. 특히 시대감각이 뒤처졌다 고 터부시되던 전통 민화를 받아들여 현대적으로 변용한 독창 적인 화풍을 선보이며 한국 미술계에 큰 파란을 일으켰다. 박생광의 새로운 시도는 근대화 초기 유입된 일본 화풍과 서 양화풍으로 인해 흔들리던 한국미술의 정체성을 정립시킬 수 있는 큰 역할을 하였다. 전통 민화를 차용하여 한국적인 화풍 을 제시한 박생광의 업적을 통해 로컬미술의 국제적 흐름 속에 한국미술이 세계에 진출할 가능성을 가늠해보고자 한다.

Culturally, it is wonderful that they try to integrated their ordinary life on the earth into heavenly spiritual life through their funeral rituals and song so called Yeong-Jang-Sori as same context as in the Pacific. During life, they eat traditional bread ( Bing-Teok) and drink traditional liquor (O-Me-Gi Ssol) and wear persimmon-dyeing Gal-ot healthily and they meet each other in the heaven eternally through happy dying. We are evidently sensitive to the unique cultural heritage of the island. UNESCO’s mission is the promotion of peace amongst peoples and its cultural heritage is also dedicated to working with indigenous peoples’ on their eco-friendlly knowledge of a sustainable planet. As Jeju Island is inscribed in part as both a World Heritage Site and a UNESCO Biosphere, it is important to give due consideration to the natural and cultural heritage of the island, as seen and experienced by the islanders. As such, if there is something useful we can discuss, for example the recognition of the special relationship between Jeju islanders and sacred natural sites on the island.

Feel the Rhythm of KOREA” 6부작의 뮤직비디오 「수궁가」는 이날치의 노래와 앰비규어스의 춤, 실험적 연출기법을 통해 판소리 「수궁가」의 “토끼의 여행” 모티프를 재현해낸다. 본고는 판소리 「수궁가」의 동물우화의 기원을 『자타카』의 불교설화로 보는 주류학설과 달리, 고조선기에 이미 발생한 것으로 추정되는 한국 고유의 동물우화가 불교적 인식과 융합된 지혜담으로 전승되어 왔다는 주장을 제기해 보았다. 「수궁가」의 동물우화는 전란을 거친 조선 후기에 소빙하기의 천재지변까지 빈번해지면서, 참담한 현실에 절망한 민중들이 고대의 지혜담을 판소리에 소환한 것으로 여겨진다. 「수궁가」 뮤직비디오의 성공 요인은 유구하고 보편적인 지혜담 모티프를 활용했다는 점, 그리고 한국문화 특유의 ‘풍류도(風流道)’의 전통을 현대화했다는 점과 판소리의 ‘마당’의 느낌을 살린 실험적인 연출기법에서 찾을 수 있다. 아울러 「수궁가」에 내재한 자력구원사상과 ‘정토’라는 이상세계가 판데믹 시대의 대중들에게 고난 속의 지혜와 치유의 의미로 다가갔기 때문이라 결론지어진다. Feel the Rhythm of KOREA” 뮤직비디오는 판소리라는 전통음악예술을 통해 한국의 토박한 습속과 정서, 불교미학을 보여주는 성공적인 문화관광콘텐츠의 사례로서 주목될 수 있을 것이다.

Chinese characters spread to the Korean peninsula, forming a huge Chinese character document, unearthed inscriptions, handwritten copies and manuscripts in volume. Investigating the changes in the use of characters in their documents, most of them inherited the normal and popular characters in China. Until the Li Dynasty of Korea, regional popular characters gradually became characteristics. Especially in pen-based and block-printed editions, there are many variants of folk characters, and the types include province variants, understanding variants, symbol variants, cursive variants, and vulgar variants. The article examines the regional variations of “邊” “懷” “竄” “儒” “滅” “釋” “辭” “聲” “樂” in Korean historical documents.

중국 후난(湖南) 쌍즈(桑植) 민요는 무형문화재의 일종으로, 그 자체의 가치가 주로 노래의 가락과 형식에 나타나 있다. 상쯔민요는 일종의 문화유물이고 동시에 민요 자체가 집단생활의 상태가 중요한 문화적 가치를 지니고 있음을 보여준다. 쌍즈민 요는 민족문화가 강하고 대대로 전해 내려오는 전통문화이기도 하다. 따라서 민족문화의 계승과 보호를 위해서는 이러한 현상 을 해결할 필요가 있다. 쌍즈민요는 그 역사를 통해 발전해 왔으며, 점차 독특한 예술 풍경과 소중한 문화유산으로 자리매김하고 있다. 음악사 연구를 위한 쌍즈민요는 중요한 역사적 가치를 가지고 있어 본 논문은 쌍즈민요의 문화적 변화를 연구함으로써 소수자 (minority) 민요의 지속적인 발전을 도모하고자 한다.
