최근 애호박은 수확 중 표면 손상을 방지하고, 유통 기간을 연장하기 위해 PET(polyethylene terephthalte)와 PE(polyethylene)를 접합시켜 만든 플라스틱 봉지(두께 0.1mm)를 과실에 덮어씌우는 방법이 시도되고 있다. 본 연구는 플라스틱 봉지의 피복이 애호박의 품질 향상과 유통기간 연장에 미치는 효과를 구명하기 위해 수행하였다. 애호박의 플라스틱 봉지씌우기가 과실 수량과 과실 길이에는 크게 영향을 미치지 않았지만, 무처리에 비해 과실 무게가 가볍고 주당 과실수가 증가하였다. 이는 봉지씌우기를 함으로써 과실 비대가 제한되어 착과 수가 늘어났기 때문인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 플라스틱 봉지씌우기는 애호박의 균일성을 높이고, 저장기간 중 과실의 감모율과 연화를 감소시켰다. 따라서 애호박의 품질을 향상시키고, 저장기간을 연장하는 수단으로 재배 중에 플라스틱 봉지씌우기가 효과적인 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 직삽 양액재배에 의한 ‘백마’ 품종의 줄기공 동화를 경감하고 절화품질 향상시키고자 양액 pH조정 비료종류와 에세폰 살포 효과를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 양액 pH조정 비료종류에 따른 pH 경시적 변화는 수산화 칼륨 처리에서 pH 5.65에서 시작하여 큰 변화 없이 안정 적으로 유지되었다. 화아분화기 이후 양액 pH조정 비료 종류에 따른 절화장, 엽수, 절화중, 및 꽃잎수는 수산화 칼륨 처리가 가장 좋았다. 중탄산칼륨처리는 경경이 두 껍고 내벽이 두꺼워 동공의 크기와 면적이 가장 적었으나, 생육과 절화품질이 가장 좋은 수산화칼륨 처리구에서는 동공이 다소 큰 경향이었다. 화아분화기 이후 양액 pH 조정에 따른 양분 흡수변화는 중탄산칼륨 처리는 전질소, 인산, 칼륨 및 칼슘의 흡수가 가장 적게 일어나 순환식 양액탱크내 잔류량이 가장 많은 반면 수산화칼륨의 경우 전질소, 인산, 칼륨 및 칼슘의 순환식 양액탱크내 잔류 량이 적어 식물체내로 일정하게 흡수되도록 하여 생육 및 절화품질을 향상시킨 것으로 생각되었다. 에세폰 엽면 살포의 농도와 시기에 따른 생육은 관행(무처리)에 비해 500배 처리에서는 생육억제가, 1,000배와 2,000배 처리에 서는 생육촉진 효과가 나타났다. 꽃잎수는 관행 302매에 비해 1,000배 개화 45일전 처리가 331개/송이로 가장 많게 나타났다. 에세폰 처리에 따른 줄기동공은 관행에 비해 2,000배 개화 30일전 처리가 크기 1.0mm, 면적이 7% 정도 더 적은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 국화 ‘백마’ 양액 재배시 화아분화기 이후 수산화칼륨을 이용하여 양액 pH 를 안정화시키고 에세폰 2,000배액을 개화 30일전 처리 하여 줄기동공 크기를 감소시킴으로써 생육 및 절화품 질향상을 도모할 수 있을 것으로 생각되었다.

사용자들이 경험하는 감성 품질과 그 특성을 이해하는 것은 인터랙티브 제품의 사용자 인터페이스를 디자인하는데 있어 매우 중요한 일이다. 본 논문은 사용자 인터페이스와 관련된 감성 품질에 대한 일련의 실험연구와 분석을 통해 감성 품질에 대한 체계적인 접근 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 우선 실제 사용자와 사용자 인터페이스 디자인 분야의 전문가들이 참여한 조사와 실험을 통해 6가지 차원들(유용성, 사용편의성, 심미성, 자극성, 정체성, 조화성)과 18가지 요소들로 구성된 감성 품질 프레임웍을 개발하였다. 다음으로 규명된 감성 품질들을 척도화한 후 실제 인터랙티브 제품과 사용자들을 대상으로 한 실험 연구를 통해 인터랙티브 제품의 다양한 감성 품질을 측정하고 각 품질의 차원들이 제품의 전반적인 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악할 수 있음을 예시하였다. 마지막으로 품질 차원들 사이의 상대적인 중요도와 감성 품질의 변화를 가져올 수 있는 상황요인 등에 대한 분석과 논의를 통해 감성 품질의 구현과 관련된 향후 연구를 위한 기반 지식을 제공하였다.

Recently, according to the total quality management environment, the necessity of the systematic administration about the quality information is gradually enlarged as to vehicle related company. Accordingly, related companies require the operation of the information management system matched with the quality administration task level. And through the storage and share of the efficient quality information, they try to solve the customer claim about the quality and prevent the quality problem recurrence of product. This research suggests the standard business process of the auto part supplier for the efficient management of the quality information and the quick correspondence of the quality problem. In addition, by building and managing the quality information management system will be able to expect the more efficient quality management and the product reliability insurance.

The research proposes the complementary methodology using integrated hypothesis testing and confidence interval models that can be identified the statistical difference and practical equivalence. The models developed in this study can be used in the quality improvement processes such as QC story 15 steps. For the expressions of CI4LSD(Confidence Interval for Least Significant Difference) and CI4TOST(Confidence Interval for Two One-Sided Tests) are simple, quality practioners can efficiently handle them. CI4TOST models as a complement can be applied when CI4LSD models are influenced by sample size and precision.

효율성과 생산성을 중시하는 최근의 사회구조적 특성으로 인해 여성장애인들은 ‘장애’와 ‘여성’이라는 이중적 소외와 차별을 경험하고 있다. 즉 여성장애인은 성차별 의식 속에서 여성이라는 문제와 경쟁적인 구조 속에서 장애라는 문제를 함께 안고 살아가고 있는 것이다. 이들은 복지서비스에 대한 높은 욕구를 가졌음에도 불구하고 상대적으로 불평등한 위치에 처해 있다. 따라서 여성장애인들의 인간다운 삶과 존재의 가치를 높이기 위해서는 여성장애인의 문제를 이해하고, 그러려면 이들이 처한 구체적인 현실과 경험을 토대로 한 접근이 우선적으로 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 여성장애인의 전 생애 중 전반적으로 삶의 질 자체에 영향을 주는 요인을 크게 경제적, 교육적, 가정적, 성적 문제 중심으로 분류하여 여성장애인의 생활실태를 중점적으로 분석해 보았다. 여성장애인은 이 네 가지 영역에서 전반적으로 생활상의 차별을 경험하는 문제를 안고 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 무엇보다 심각한 현상은 낮은 교육수혜로 인해 직업훈련과 취업기회를 가질 수 없으며, 이로 인해 경제적인 어려움을 겪고 있으므로 독립적인 생활을 유지하기 힘들다는 점이다. 그래서 여성장애인을 위한 지원정책도 살펴보고, 이에 대한복지증진적인 과제를 제시해 보았다.

The paper proposes the misuse types of statistical quality tools according to the kind of data and the number of population in DMAIC process of six sigma. The result presented in this paper can be extended to the QC story 15 steps of QC circle. The study also provides the improvement methods about control chart, measurement system analysis, statistical difference, and practical equivalence.

The effects of vinegar, alcohol and ascorbic acid on the color, microorganism, sensory properties and flavor pattern of minced ginger (MG) were investigated during storage for 28 days at 30℃. The values of L (lightness),a (redness) and b (yellowness) of the control (T-0) and all the treatments changed slightly at the initial stage of storage, however the elapse of time accelerated the changes. The total bacterial counts of T-0 showed 5.37 × 107CFU/g at the initial stage, but the MG-treatments decreased the bacteria above 4 log compared to T-0. It was showed that the additives were effective for inhibition of the growth of microorganism. Sensory properties of flavor intensity test showed no significant difference between T-0 and MG-treatments (p < 0.05). The result of volatile flavor contents of electronic nose analyzer (ENZ) showed that MG-treatments (T-I, T-II, T-III) was recognized stronger than non-treatment at the initial stage, but the change of flavor compound were stabilized soon regardless of type or quantity of additives during total storage period at 30℃.

In order to advance the service quality of education, the study is to takes measures on the satisfaction of teachers who are really important personnel resources and can be said internal customers of the education system. Previous studies on the service quality show that most of them focused on students, particularly on the improvement of their satisfaction. Therefore the study tried to measure the satisfaction degrees of teachers, so that it might seek ways for the advancement of the teaching environment and teaching service quality, for which it has utilized the Performance Model developed by Hung et al.(2003). For the purpose, surveys were conducted on 303 teachers of elementary schools and the collected data were analysed with SPSS statistic programme and the Performance Model. As a result a total of 18 items are mentioned as those to be improved. They include : Education Environment, Workplace Conditions, Performance Reward, Budget Arrangement, Welfare System. They are closely related with the two items of Performance Reward and Welfare System. In conclusion, it is confirmed that teachers who belong to the provincial office of education in Gyeongsangbuk-do want the same level of performance reward with that of the other professional groups and they also want to enjoy such a welfare as academic fees for the children who studies at colleges and graduate schools. Therefore it is necessary to improve such complaints that it would give satisfaction to the teachers, the internal customers of the education organization.
