본 연구에서는 단지 내 아파트 블록포장 50곳의 현장조사를 통하여 주요 파손형태를 조사하여 공용성을 평가하였다. 공용성 평가결과에 따르면, 조사대상지역에서 9년의 공용연수를 가진 블록포장의 유지관리지수는 7.9에서 8.9사이이며, 블록포장의 상태는 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 건설교통부 '보도설치 및 관리지침'에 10년으로 제시된 보도의 교체주기는 검토할 필요가 있다는 결론을 도출하였다. 또한 블록포장의 공용성을 객관적으로 평가하기 위해서 일본블록포장협회에서 제시한 유지관리 기준과 건설교통부 '보도설치 및 관리지침'의 유지관리기준을 조합하여 국내 현실에 적합한 유지관리기준을 제시하였다. 외국과 비고할 때 국내의 블록포장의 기준에는 내구성 관련기준과 줄눈채움재 및 모래안정층의 품질관리 기준이 명확히 제시되어 있지 않다. 따라서 블록포장의 기대수명과 유지관리비용을 줄이기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 국내외 기준을 비교하여 이러한 기준들을 국내기준에 포함시킬 것을 제안하였다.

2003년 하계 진해만의 수질개선을 위한 육상오염물질 삭감량을 산정하기 위해 생태계 모델을 적용하였다. 모델에 의해 재현된 진해만의 수질은 마산만 측의 내측에서 해양수질 등급 III을 상회하는 수준으로 나타났으며, 등급 II의 수질로 개선하기 위해서는 육상부하를 50% 삭감하는 것이 효율적인 것으로 나타났다. 진해만 전 해역을 목표수질인 화학적 산소요구량 (COD) 농도 2.0mg/L을 만족하는 조 건은 전체 육상부하의 70~90%를 삭감하거나, 전체 육상부하와 저질 용출부하의 50%를 동시에 삭감하여야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 해역 II등급을 유지하기 위해 삭감해야 할 양은 유기물과 영양염을 동시에 삭감할 경우, 유기물 (COD) 5,632kg/day, 용존무기인 481kg/day 및 용존무기질소 7,991kg/day이며, 이 때 오염부하량의 한계 즉, 환경용량은 화학적산소요구량 부하 13,112kg/day, 용존무기인 206kg/day 그리고 용존무기질소 3,425kg/day 이라고 할 수 있다.

Over ten years, 6sigma management is applied a lot in the part of indirect business as well as the manufacturing industry. But it has still been used restrictively the technique used on DMAIC that is a basic Roadmap of 6 sigma. This paper finds the improving skills that is used in the parts of manufacturing and indirect business and demonstrates their available scope with 6sigma projects. And this indicates which skills for improving are used valuable on each step of DMAIC with a systematic classification.

본 연구의 목적은 한국건축프로젝트의 경영적 특성을 파악하는데 있다. 본문은 건축프로젝트의 주요 세 요소인 디자인, 건설, 유지관리의 프로세스 질 관리에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 조사한다. 설문조사는 건축관련 대학원생 및 교수, 설계자, 시공자들의 건축프로젝트에 있어서 프로세스 질 관리에 대한 상이한 시각을 보여주고 있다. 이러한 요소들을 분석함으로써 현재 국내의 질 관리 시스템과 프로그램 내용을 교정하고 개선하는데 도움이 될 것이다. 프로세스 질 관리에 있어서 여러 요소 중 설계자와의 협조가 가장 주요 요소로써 부각되었다.

세립의 포리에틸렌, 카펫부산물, 시멘트와 라텍스로 코팅된 매끄럽고 둥근 규사질의 강자갈을 가지고 실험적인 조사가 이루어졌으며 아스팔트 혼합물 공시체를 만들었다. No. 4번체 이상에 남아 있는 골재만 코팅을 하였다. 개념은 매끄럽고 둥근 강자갈을 코팅함으로서 표면 거칠기를 증가시켜 공학적 특성이 우수한 혼합물을 만들어 내는 것이다. 표준 테스트와 비표준 테스트를 이용하여 아스팔트 혼합물 공시체를 평가하였다. 코팅과정과 제한된 혼합물 공시체 테스트 결과에 근거하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 세 가지 종류로 코팅된 골재를 사용한 혼합물들은 Hveem과 Marshall 안정도, 인장강도와 회복탄성계수가 증가되었으며 이는 코팅되지 않은 골재로 만든 혼합물과 비교하여 소성변형과 균열저항성이 향상된 것으로 판단할 수 있다.

It is necessary to deal with the process capability index carefully because it has been developed with certain assumptions. Companies make a decision on processes through the results obtained by using and treating data extracted from the processes. However if they have incorrect or wrong results, they cannot lead to proper outputs but also bring to loss of the competition in quality. Therefore, this study will show a method to analysis Cp (process capability ; CP) and an idea of mass-production on Pp (process performance ; PP) based on the Sigma Estimate which is one of the uncertainty in the process capability index and makes a lot of error. To apply this method, it is essential to understand and to analyze the processes exactly. Especially, it is required to establish the more accurate process capability index that can quickly and properly respond to changes on processes to recognize the small changes on the process which lies in specification in mass production system that the continual monitoring of quality managers is required.

Standardization strategy is considered as an important approach for the organization growth and competitiveness. Major contents of standardization are the selection of standardization area and management of standardization timing under limited resources. The developments of standardization road map and its driving strategy in construction area are important policy subjects in view of investment scale and national economy. In this paper, we aim to survey on the standardization theory and its application in construction field and suggest research direction for driving strategy of standardization road map development.

본 시험은 월년생 콩과작물의 사초생산성, 품질 및 토양개량효과를 구명하기 위하여 천안 연암대학 실습농장에서 실시하였다. 본 시험은 콩과작물을 크림손 클로버(Trifolium incarnatium L.), 레드 클로버(Trifolium peratense L.) 및 자운영(Astragalus sinicus L.)'Common'을 공시하였다. 자운영은 4월 20일에 개화하고 크림손클로버는 4월 30일 개화하였으나, 레드 클로버는 수확시까지 개화를 하지 않았다
