혁신창업 생태계는 지역을 중심으로 한 다양한 행위자들의 상호보완적 관계와 상호 작용을 통해 지속적인 혁신창업을 촉진하고, 궁극적으로 경제 성장에 기여하는 역동적 시스템이다. 이 가운데 대기업은 혁신창업 생태계의 핵심 행위자이자 자원 공급자로서 중요한 역할을 수행 하지만, 그 역할을 체계적으로 설명하는 이론적 프레임워크와 그 영향 및 성과에 대한 실증적 연구는 여전히 부족하다. 본 연구는 통합적 문헌 연구(Integrative Literature Review)를 통해 대기업이 혁신창업 생태계에서 수행하는 역할과 그에 따른 성과 창출 양상을 체계적으로 탐구 하였다. 선행 연구를 토대로 대기업의 역할을 (1) 비즈니스 창출 및 네트워크 접근 기회 제공, (2) 혁신 인재의 저수지 역할, (3) 선별적 지원과 협력, (4) 회수시장 조성의 네 가지로 도출하고, 이를 분석의 이론적 틀로 설정하였다. 또한 이러한 역할로 인해 창출되는 성과를 창업기업 수준의 성과 (Startup Performance)와 생태계 수준의 성과(Systemic Performance)로 구분하였다. 이후 Web of Science 데이터베이스에서 2003년 이후 20년간 출판된 기업 전략 관련 논문 271편을 검토하고, 최종 25편을 선정하여 네 가지 역할에 따라 분류·분석하였다. 분석 결과, 대기업의 전략적 활동은 혁신창업 생태계 내에서 개별기업 수준과 생태계 전반의 성과와 긍정적인 관련성이 보고되었다. 특히 대기업의 자본·기술·인적 자원 이전은 혁신창업 기업의 혁신성과, 재무성과, 생존율과 긍정적인 관련성이 제시되었으며, 지식 파급효과와 인력 순환 또한 생태계 전반의 생산성과 지속가능성과 관련된 결과로 논의되었다. 본 연구는 대기업의 역할을 이론적 기반에서 구조화하고, 이를 중심으로 기존 연구의 성과 논의를 통합적으로 재분류함으로써 혁신창업 생태계에서 대기업 역할과 성과에 대한 이해를 체계적으로 정리하였다.

Vascular malformations comprise a spectrum of structural anomalies of blood vessels that may present with variable symptoms and clinical behavior. Among these, venous malformations are the most common low-flow lesions and can involve both cutaneous and mucosal tissues. However, intraoral venous malformations, particularly those arising in the buccal mucosa, are uncommon and may be misdiagnosed as other benign oral lesions. In such cases, subtle clinical findings and nonspecific symptoms can delay diagnosis and appropriate management. Imaging modalities, including Doppler ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging, are useful for confirming the low-flow nature of the lesion, delineating its extent, and distinguishing it from other vascular anomalies or soft tissue masses. Therapeutic options range from observation to sclerotherapy, laser treatment, or surgical excision, and must be adapted according to lesion size, location, and symptom burden. This report describes a low-flow venous malformation of the buccal mucosa and outlines the clinical, radiologic, and therapeutic considerations relevant to this rare presentation in the head and neck region. By presenting this case and reviewing the pertinent literature, we aim to raise awareness of buccal venous malformations and provide practical guidance for their evaluation and management.

Synovial chondromatosis is a rare benign metaplastic disorder of the synovial membrane, characterized by the formation of multiple cartilaginous nodules within the joint cavity. Involvement of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is particularly uncommon and often presents with clinical features that closely resemble internal derangement or osteoarthritis, frequently resulting in diagnostic delay and inappropriate management. Recognizing the distinctive clinical, radiologic, and histopathological characteristics of synovial chondromatosis is essential for accurate and timely diagnosis. In this report, we review the features of synovial chondormatosis of the TMJ and describe a case involving a 73-year-old female who presented with pain during mastication without limitation of mouth opening. Radiologic examination demonstrated multiple calcified nodules within the left TMJ space. Given the wide range of TMJ-related pathologies, such as myofascial pain and degenerative changes, which often present with similar symptoms, the identification of characteristic imaging and histopathologic findings is crucial for distinguishing synovial chondromatosis from other TMJ disorders and ensuring appropriate treatment. Through presentation of our clinical observations and a review of relevant literature, we aim to assist clinicians in recognizing synovial chondroamtosis of the TMJ and avoiding misdiagnosis, thereby facilitating prompt and effective patient care.

현대 사회의 산업화와 서구화된 생활습관으로 인해 만성 염증성 질환이 급증하고 있으며, 염증성 사이토카인의 과도한 분비가 다양한 질환의 근본 원인으로 주목받고 있다. 본 연구는 국내외 학술 데이터베이스를 활용하여 최근 10년간 발표된 염증성 사이토카인 관련 연구와 약용식물의 항염 효과에 관한 논문을 체계적으로 수집·분석 하고, 전통 본초 문헌에 기록된 약재의 효능과 현대 생명과학·약리학적 연구 결과를 비교 검토하였다. 연구 결과, IL-6 억제 효과를 나타내는 한약재로는 상황, 방기, 신 이, 적소두가 확인되었으며, TNF-α 억제 효과를 보이는 한약재로는 모과, 황금, 인 동등, 자초가 규명되었다. 이들은 RAW 264.7 대식세포와 다양한 염증 모델에서 염 증성 사이토카인 발현을 유의하게 억제하였으며, NF-κB 및 MAPK 신호 경로 차 단을 통한 분자적 기전이 입증되었다. 전통적으로 해열, 해독, 활혈, 소종의 효능으 로 기록된 이들 약재의 항염 효능이 현대 분자생물학적 기전을 통해 과학적으로 입 증되었으며, 이는 전통 지식이 과학적 근거를 내포하고 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 해 당 약재들은 항염증 보조치료제, 기능성 식품, 천연물 신약 개발의 유망한 후보군이 될 수 있으며, 향후 통합적 염증 치료 전략 수립에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Sialadenoma papilliferum is a rare benign salivary gland tumor, accounting for approximately 0.4–1.2% of all salivary gland neoplasms. It most commonly occurs in the hard palate, followed by the soft palate, buccal mucosa, upper lip, and, rarely, the esophagus. The condition is typically asymptomatic and is often discovered incidentally during routine oral examinations. We report the case of a 56-year-old man who presented with pain in the left hard palate and was referred to Kyungpook National University Dental Hospital. Enhanced CT revealed a 1.5-cm ovoid lesion in the left paramedian hard palate. Biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of sialadenoma papilliferum, and based on the radiological findings, surgical excision was performed under general anesthesia. The microscopic histopathological examination of the specimen (size: 1.0 x 0.7 cm) revealed papillary proliferation of stratified squamous epithelium with hyperkeratosis and underlying ductal structures lined by mucin-producing cells with mucinous material in the cystic spaces.

본 연구는 북한이탈주민과 남한 주민의 사회통합을 위한 연구로써 연 구자는 통합적 문헌 고찰 방법으로 접근하여 사회통합에 기여할 수 있는 이론적 통찰과 방법론적 함의를 도출하고자 하는 목적에서 출발했다. 본 연구에서는 총 42편의 논문을 분석했다. 문헌 분석은 북한이탈주민의 법 적 지위와 법제 통합, 외국 사례의 분석과 시사점 연구, 대북지원과 통합 정책 평가와 방향 제시, 사회적 자본과 멘토링 연결망, 북한이탈주민의 동질성 회복 및 공생, 학교 적응과 교육, 차별과 취업 불만, 낙인, 문화 적응과 관계 형성, 소통과 심리적 통일, 포섭과 배제의 연구 문제로 나누 어 분석했다. 연구 결과에 근거하여 북한이탈주민들의 정치적 다양성, 주 체사상의 극복과 새로운 시민으로서의 정체성 재구성, 북한이탈주민들의 문화자본 등에 대한 연구의 필요성과 함께 제3국에 거주하고 있는 북한 이탈주민 여성 자녀들의 문제와 지지방안 수립에 관해 논의했다.

본 연구는 독거노인의 정서적 안녕을 증진하기 위한 생활지원사 의 치유적 돌봄 역할에 관한 국내 문헌을 체계적으로 고찰하고, 해 당 개념의 구조와 실천 가능성을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위 해 2010년 이후 발표된 국내 학술논문을 대상으로 연구대상, 개입 내용, 연구방법, 주요 변수 등을 기준으로 문헌을 분류·분석하였다. 분석 결과, 독거노인을 위한 정서적 돌봄 개입은 다양한 형태로 시도되고 있었으며, 특히 음악·미술·회상치료 등은 우울감 감소와 삶의 질 향상에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 생활지원사의 정서적 돌봄 기능에 관한 연구는 매우 제한적이었고, 이들의 치유적 역할에 대한 제도적 인식과 지원은 미비한 것으로 드러났다. 이에 본 연구 는 생활지원사의 치유적 돌봄 가능성을 이론적·실천적으로 조망함으 로써, 돌봄서비스의 질적 전환과 정책적 기반 마련을 위한 시사점을 제공한다.

A 48-year-old woman visited the oral and maxillofacial surgery department complaining of swelling under the left mandible. The patient said that the size of the small lump had not changed much since it was first discovered, but it seemed to have grown slightly recently after 5 years. She visited another hospital 1 week ago and had a CT scan, but no specific findings were found. A firm and mobile mass was palpated in the submandibular gland area during clinical examination. Ultrasound imaging and contrast-enhanced CT were performed, and the patient was diagnosed with pleomorphic adenoma. Submandibular gland resection was performed, and the mass was confirmed as pleomorphic adenoma by histopathological examination. There has been no recurrence to date, 8 years later. In this study, we will examine the diagnostic process of a rare submandibular gland pleomorphic adenoma and review the literature.

Intraductal papilloma is a rare benign epithelial neoplasm of the salivary duct system, characterized by papillary proliferation of ductal epithelium into a cystic lumen. It predominantly occurs in minor salivary glands, particularly in the lips and buccal mucosa, and is rarely found in the mandibular region. We report a case of intraductal papilloma in the left retromolar trigone of a 46-year-old woman. Clinically, the lesion presented as a painless, well-circumscribed bluish submucosal mass. Radiographic findings were nonspecific, and a provisional diagnosis of hemangioma was made. The lesion was surgically excised under general anesthesia. Histopathological examination revealed a cystic cavity lined by cuboidal to columnar epithelial cells with intraluminal papillary projections, consistent with intraductal papilloma. Scattered mucous-producing cells were also noted. No evidence of recurrence was noted at the 24-month follow-up. This case highlights the importance of histopathological confirmation in diagnosing intraoral submucosal lesions.

본 연구는 체계적 문헌 고찰 방법을 활용하여 지역사회환경 연구 동향 을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 RISS와 국회도서관 데이터베이스에서 ‘지역사회환경’, ‘노인’의 검색어가 함께 포함된 논문을 검색하여 총 24 편의 문헌을 최종 선택하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 지역사회환경 관련 연구는 2021년 이후에 급격히 증가하였으며 주로 게재된 학술지 분야는 사회과학 분야에 집중되었다. 둘째, 지역사회환경의 유형을 물리 적·사회적 환경을 중심으로 측정한 연구가 대부분을 차지한 반면, 서비스 환경을 지역사회환경으로 분류한 연구는 적었다. 따라서 서비스환경을 지역사회환경의 유형으로 분류한 연구가 추가로 필요하다. 셋째, 지역사 회환경과 노인의 정신건강, 삶의 만족도 등의 관계를 분석한 논문들이 대다수를 차지하였으며 지역사회환경에 만족할수록 정신건강과 삶의 만 족도는 좋아지는 것으로 일관되게 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 지역사회환경 후속 연구를 위한 제언과 더불어 지역사회환경 관련 정책을 위한 기초자료를 제시하였다.

Oral Lichen Planus (OLP) is a T-cell-mediated autoimmune disease, with the reticular type being the most common among its subtypes, while the erosive type is known to have a relatively higher risk of malignant transformation. The reticular subtype of OLP has a low risk of malignancy, whereas the erosive subtype has a higher risk, leading to a debate on whether OLP should be considered a precancerous lesion. On the other hand, Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma (OSCC) is the most common malignant tumor occurring in the oral cavity. It often originates from precancerous lesions, and due to its often unclear early symptoms, there is a growing need for early diagnosis. This study aims to identify salivary biomarkers associated with malignant transformation from OLP to OSCC through a literature review. The review was conducted using the PubMed and Google Scholar databases, focusing on the last 20 years. The search keywords used were "Oral lichen planus reticular," "Oral lichen planus erosive," "Oral squamous cell carcinoma," and "Biomarker." Compared to healthy controls, a total of 48 biomarkers showed increased or decreased expression in OLP-reticular, 43 in OLP-erosive, and 54 in OSCC. There were 27 common biomarkers between OLP-reticular and OLP-erosive, and 11 common biomarkers between OLP-erosive and OSCC. Nine biomarkers were common across OLP-reticular, OLP-erosive, and OSCC. Among the 27 biomarkers showing a shift from OLP-reticular to OLP-erosive, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, and TBARS were observed to increase in expression as the condition progressed from OLP-reticular to OLP-erosive. The nine biomarkers involved in the transition from OLP-reticular to OLP-erosive and subsequently to OSCC were TNF-α, IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, CD44, MMP-9, Catalase, and Survivin. Notably, Survivin was found to decrease in expression in both OLP-reticular and OLP-erosive compared to healthy controls, but its expression increased in OSCC, making it the most noteworthy biomarker.

한반도의 Donacia속에는 2아속에 속하는 6종이 있다(An, 2019). 이 중 Chujo (1941)는 북한 함경북도 웅기에서 채집한 표본을 D. aquatica (Linnaeus, 1758)로 보고하였고, Kimoto and Kawase (1966)는 D. japana로 표기하여 보고하였다. 그리고 Hayashi (2020)는 한국에 기록된 D. japana가 D. aquatica로 오인되었을 수 있다고 밝혔다. 이러한 혼란을 해결하기 위해 본 연구는 한국(포천과 울산)에서 채집한 표본과 D. japana에 대한 기재문, 수컷생식기와 같은 형태적인 부분(Hayashi, 2020), COI 유전자 염기서열을 비교하였다. 그 결과로 한반도에 기록된 D. japana은 D. aquatica로 대체되고, D. japana는 일본 고유종이라고 결론을 내리고자 한다.

Parotid gland ancient schwannoma is an extremely rare entity, with only 6 cases reported to date. Ancient schwannoma present degenerative alteration, including cystic changes, hyalinizing stroma, hemorrhages, infiltration of macrophages, and cellular atypia with hyperchromatic nuclei. These factors have the potential to mimic malignant tumors, resulting in an overestimation of diagnosis and subsequent inappropriate management. In the present case, we report a case of parotid gland ancient schwannoma, which developed relatively fast degenerative alteration without a large-sized mass. We reviewed all the cases of parotid ancient schwannoma, and suggest that the character of parotid gland tissue can deceive the change of tumor growth size. We also suspect that pre-surgical manipulation, such as FNAB or CNB, can cause degenerative changes in a relative short period. It is important to consider reactive degenerative alteration of schwannoma, and not to misinterpret as a malignant entities, notably when needle biopsy history is present.

목적: 본 연구는 애플리케이션 기반의 인지중재에 대한 국내연구를 대상으로 치료의 대상, 유형과 효과에 대해 체계적으로 분석함으로써 인지재활 분야에서의 애플리케이션 활용에 대한 근거를 제시하고자 한다. 연구 방법: 자료수집은 국내 학술논문 데이터베이스인 DBpia, e-article, Research Information Sharing Service (RISS), Korean Studies Information Service System (KISS)을 사용하여 2010년 1월부터 2023년 6월까지 게재된 논문을 대상으로 문헌을 검색하였다. 검색어는 (“어플리케이션” OR “애플리케이션” OR “앱” OR “태블릿” OR “아이패드”) AND (“인지” OR “기억력” OR “주의집중력” OR “문제해결” OR “실행기능”)이었다. 검색된 총 4 3 9편의 문헌 중 최종적으로 12편을 선정하였다. 연구 결과: 선정된 12편의 문헌에서 질적 수준 Ⅰ단계에 해당하는 무작위대조군 연구는 5편으로 파악되었으며. 대상자는 주로 성인(75%)이었고, 질환으로는 뇌졸중(33.3%)이 가장 많았다. 중재된 인지영역은 기억력과 주의력이 각각 10편으로 가장 많았고 다음으로는 시각인지로 5편이었다. 12편의 문헌에서 총 18개의 애플리케 이션이 이용되었다. 애플리케이션을 이용한 인지중재는 인지 기능뿐만 아니라 일상생활수행, 삶의 질, 우울, 불안, 치료선호도 등과 관련된 기능 향상에도 유의미한 효과를 나타냈다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 애플리케이션이 인지 중재를 지원하는 유망한 치료도구임을 확인하였으며, 애플리케이션을 활용한 디지털 인지재활의 근거 기반 중재를 위해, 관련 연구의 질적 수준, 대상, 중재 방법, 효과 유무 등에 대한 정보를 제공하였다는 데 의의가 있다. 인지중재의 임상적 효과의 일반화를 위해 관련 연구의 활성화가 필요하며, 이에 본 연구의 정보가 기초자료로 활용될 수 있길 기대한다.

The primary focus in the nuclear power market revolves around the advancement of small modular reactors (SMRs) featuring fourth-generation nuclear technology. Microreactors, a subset of SMRs, are characterized by their portability due to their very small size. Despite the accelerated development of microreactors, there are currently no regulations concerning their transportation. To pave the way for future regulatory requirements, existing laws and standards were initially examined. This included a review of basic standards, special conditions of the Road Traffic Act, road transport regulations for nuclear material shipments, and physical protection regulations. Additionally, summaries were provided for design standards related to acceleration loads and vibration tests during road transport and land-based nuclear power plant designs. The anticipated outcome of this study is comprehensive coverage of considerations for designing a transport system for micro-nuclear reactors, providing developers the flexibility to selectively apply them to their specific needs. Furthermore, it is anticipated that this information can serve as fundamental data for establishing licensing requirements in the future.

전북특별자치도 수박(Citrullus lanatus (Thumb.) Matsum. et Nakai) 재배면적은 2,235ha이며, 익산과 정읍은 주요 수박 재배 지역이다. 본 연구는 수박에서 발생하는 해충 목록 작성을 위한 기초자료 구축 을 목적으로 최근 20년간 보고된 문헌자료를 조사하였다. 문헌조사에 따르면, 수박에서 발생하는 주요 해충은 총 7목, 11과, 22종으로 정리되었다. 이 중 점박이응애(Tetranychus urticae Koch), 목화진딧 물(Aphis gossypii Glover), 아메리카잎굴파리(Liriomyza trifolii Burgess) 등이 우점해충으로 다수의 문헌 을 통해 확인되었다. 그 외 파밤나방(Spodoptera exigua Hübner), 꽃노랑총채벌레(Frankliniella occidentalis Pergande), 목화바둑명나방(Diaphania indica Saunder)등의 해충들이 최근 연구로부터 추가되었다. 본 연구 결과를 기반으로 앞으로 수박 해충에 대한 현장 조사 계획을 수립하고, 적합한 방제 전략을 세우 고자 한다.
