We propose a new priority discipline called the strict T-preemptive priority discipline, and derive the waiting time distributions of each class in the strict T-preemptive priority M/G/1 queue. Using this queueing analysis, we evaluate the performance of an opportunistic spectrum access in cognitive radio networks, where a communication channel is divided into time slots, a licensed primary user is assigned to one channel, and multiple unlicensed secondary users may opportunistically exploit time slots unused by the primary user. We also present a numerical example of the analysis of the opportunistic spectrum access where the arrival rates and service times distributions of each users are identical.

This study is to review strategic priority for Defense Quality Management Factors of the Defense Agency for Technology and Quality. It is necessary to decide which quality factors are more important and which quality factors are relatively less important.

In this paper to prevent human errors analyzed the causes of railway accidents and human error in last 5 years(2007~2011). The 2nd Railway Comprehensive Safety Plan currently being implemented in the safety business for prevention of human error. The accidents are often resulted from multiple causes with hardware failure and human errors. And prevention of human error associated with the implementation details of the priority projects, 14 projects were selected by draw. Then Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) methodology was used to select what projects were effective to human error.

This study presents the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a potential decision-making method for obtaining the relative weights of alternatives through pairwise comparison in the context of hierarchical structure. The aim of this study was to elicit prior strategies for brand communication for Korean restaurants overseas. We created a questionnaire and surveyed experts at government agencies, restaurant companies, and universities from October to November 2011. By applying the pairwise comparison matrix, relevance was perceived as a more important strategy evaluation criteria than effectiveness or urgency. The highest-ranked strategy was the 'Identification of the BI and positioning of Korean restaurants' followed by 'Development of Korean food content for overseas promotion', 'Development of locally customized Korean food recipes and new Korean menus', 'Development of marketing communication strategies for Korean restaurants by countries', and 'Development of Korean restaurant differentiation strategies'. The results of this study can be used for effective Korean food globalization by enhancing the competitiveness in the world market.

최근 자전거이용에 대한 관심이 증가하면서, 전국적으로 자전거도로 확충을 계획하고 자전거 이용 활성화를 위해 많은 노력이 이루어지고 있으나 대부분의 계획들은 도시부와 레저형 자전거도로에 치우쳐 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지방부의 생활형 자전거도로 사업의 효율적인 투자를 위한 우선순위를 결정할 수 있는 평가기법을 개발하고자 한다. 먼저 평가지표 개발을 위해 지방부 생활형 자전거도로의 특성을 반영하고 정량화가 가능하여 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 지표를 선정하였으며, 평가지표의 가중치를 산출하기 위하여 계층화분석법을 사용하였다. 또한, 평가항목의 결과만을 기준으로 사업의 우선순위를 평가할 경우 대도시 중심으로 우선순위가 분포되는 경우가 발생할 것으로 판단되어 지역적 형평성(지역균형발전효과)을 고려하기 위해 지역낙후도지수를 고려하였다. 지방부 생활형 자전거도로의 우선순위를 선정하기 위해 시범 적용된 일반국도 구간은 총 23개 구간 160km의 연장으로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서 제시된 지방부 생활형 자전거도로 우선순위 평가방법은 지금까지 없었던 생활형 자전거도로에 대한 구체적인 판단기준을 제시하고 정책적 의사결정에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구에서는 의사결정자의 대립관계가 있는 항만개발 문제에 대한 우선순위 평가와 보상관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 항만개발에 대한 관련문헌을 분석하여 평가요소를 추출하였고, FSM법을 이용하여 평가요소를 구조화하고, 구조화 분석을 통해 평가항목을 선정하였다. 두 번째, 항만개발 평가 주체를 지역주민, 이용자, 지자체로 선정하고 AHP법을 이용하여 종합 평가치를 산출하였다. 세 번째 JMPR법을 이용하여 평가주체간 제휴를 구성하였을때 종합 평가결과와 대체안 선정에 따른 불만량을 최소로 하여 평가하는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 대체안 선정에 따른 보상문제를 정량화하고 보상관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 대상 항만중 부산항 개발이 가장 우선되어야 하며, 항만이용자는 환경에 대한 인식의 개선과, 지자체에서는 환경 친화적인 항만개발을 위한 환경 인센티브 정책을 추진해야 할 것이다.

The main aim of this study is Joseph Cornell’s (1903-1972) box construction ofPenny Arcade Portrait of Lauren Bacall, and how the designing process fromproduction of the film to the screening embodied in a box the centre of Cornell’sgeneral interests: Penny Arcade Machine, Cinema and Actress, and to bring out itsvisual meaning with a cinematic view.Joseph Cornell was a Dutch American artist who had produced works of art usinga variety of forms of media such as collage, assemblage and film-making sincel930’s. As abstract expressionism was becoming the trend in art in America, he wasvigorously devoting his artistic talents to the making of a box construction whichwas regarded by some as ‘strange’. Ironically, Cornell’s major features: repetitivecomposition of adopted images and use of object were transformed into modern artafter the l960’s, and this illustrated his irresistible influence. His box constructionwas the centre of attention of both artists and art critics. Cornell’s box, which wasschematized compositing with collages of copied famous paintings and photographsin the box were sporadically made with no consideration of certain periods; themeslike his series of boxes:the Soap Bubble Sets, the Ballet, the Medici Slot Machine,and the Bird Cage from the l930’s to l950’s. The Penny Arcade Portrait of Lauren Bacallis evaluated as his masterpiece,which demonstrates his artistic values and his interpretation of the world as if hiswhole life was displayed in his own individual exhibition: Romantic Museum, at theHugo Gallery-Portraits of Woman in l946. Whilst Cornell was engrossed in MediciSlot Machine series, he became fascinated by the leading Lauren Bacall after he hadwatched her performance in the film ‘To have and have not’(1944) rather than beinspired by the movie itself. This brought him to start work on The Penny ArcadePortrait of Lauren Bacall.The most significant point in this work is to show its morphological featurethrough the motive, and through his record of the work. In other words, Cornell hadleft a dossier about Bacall from earliest beginning until 1970, two years before hisdeath. On the basis of the records, this research will describe the process of how heimported the structural features of Penny Arcade Machine which is the original formof film, and other filming techniques into this work. This also divided into Mise-en-Scene editing and showing aspects from filming to screening. First of all, Mise-en-Scene, which includes camera angles, movement and framing in a movie shows howrestraint photos in the frame was reconstituted in a formative way, and withreproduction of time, space and the controlling of distance between spectators.Secondly, editing confirms that each frame has a big effect on vision and brings asatisfactory result as interpreted frames by Mise-en-Scene are closely connected.Needless to say, predictable flow of works formed with narrative, generallydevelops with panoramic formation. Whilst Penny Arcade Portrait of Lauren Bacalldoes not have a clear direction or narration nor substance and was not summarizedas a special event, however, Cornell expanded the narrative by use of a montage, anda cross-cutting technique in his film.Lastly, The Screening, which is the core of this research, ‘Screening’does not refer to the practical meaning of showing. ‘Screening’at this point is a descriptiveword for basic installation, stimulation of illusion and, effectively, realization. Theapplied materials of the effective screen are that the first interlocking device in theform of Kinetoscope - as if pieces of film are moving, the second, ball in motion,and the third, Bacall’s close-up photo like a screen of film. Sorting through Bacall’sclose-up photographs, there are questionable facts which are evaded, trends in themovie, such as Bacall’s eyes towards the spectators; frame in frame, and exposingglasses as it stands. These features represent self reflection in a film, which meansan awareness of unrealistic illusion.Cornell tells us about the unrealism, and the fact that it is only installation whichleads people to look at fantasy, and intended vision by the use of self-reflection, as ifexposing that which lies beneath a mask. Through the characteristic of self-reflection in the media, Cornell presumably expressed his regret at the controversialremarks about Bacall as sexual material according to the opinion of the Researcher.

이 연구는 사유림 기능평가에 적합한 산림기능 유형 및 기능 우선순위를 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 전문가그룹과 시군산림공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 제안한 산림기능유형의 적정성과 산림기 능의 우선순위를 평가하였다. 현행 산림기능유형에 대한 기능명칭 변경, 통합의 필요성에 대해서 전반적 으로 동의하는 것으로 나타났으며, 최종적으로 4개의 산림기능(자원순환, 수자원함양, 생활환경보전, 산 림보전) 구분체계를 제시하였다. 또한 산림기능 우선순위는 집단간, 권역별 우선순위에 차이가 존재하므 로 전국 사유림 기능평가시 국공유림처럼 획일적으로 기능 우선순위를 부여하는 것보다는 권역단위로 기능 우선순위를 상이하게 적용할 필요성이 있는 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구에서는 국민건강영양조사 1998년(제1기)부터 2008년(제4기 2차) 조사까지 총 5기의 식품섭취조사 자료를 이용하여, ‘들깻잎, 생것’, ‘들깻잎, 데친것’, ‘들깻잎, 찐것’, ‘들깻잎, 통조림’의 섭취자 및 섭취량에 대한 분석을 시행하였다. 특히, 국민건강영양조사의 식품 섭취량 자료로부터 합리적이고 객관적으로 들깻잎 섭취자의 수 및 섭취량을 산출할 수 있는 방법을 개발하였다. 들깻잎의 섭취량에 대한 분석은 국민건강영양조사의 전체 응답자의 평균 섭취량(응답자 평균 섭취량), 들깻잎 섭취자의 평균 섭취량(섭취자 평균 섭취량), 상위 5%의 극단 섭취자의 평균 섭취량(극단 섭취량), 남성 및 여성의 평균 섭취량, 20세 미만과 20세 이상의 평균 섭취량의 5가지의 항목으로 구분하여 분석되었다. 들깻잎 섭취자의 수 및 섭취량을 분석한 결과 들깻잎 섭취자의 수는 조사연도별로 균일한 분포를 나타내었으며, 1일 7-10명 중 1명이 들깻잎을 섭취한다는 결과를 도출하였다. 남성과 여성의 섭취자 비율은 여성이 남성에 비해 평균 1.22배 더 많았다. 응답자 평균 섭취량은 2.20 g이었으며, 섭취자의 평균 섭취량은 2005년에서 가장 높았고(21.40 g), 1998년과 2008년에 비하여 0.24 g 정도 증가하였다. 대부분의 조사연도에서 남성의 섭취량이 여성에 비해 높았고, 20세 미만의 섭취량은 전체적으로 20세 이상 섭취량보다 낮았다. 극단 섭취량 1998년에서 2005년까지의 섭취량이 평균 78.02 g으로 높았지만, 2007년과 2008년에는 평균 55.58 g로 낮아졌다. 들깻잎 섭취형태를 분석한 결과 ‘들깻잎, 생것’, ‘들깻잎, 통조림’, ‘들깻잎, 데친것’, ‘들깻잎, 찐것’ 순으로 응답자 수 및 섭취량 순위가 결정되었다. 그 중 ‘들깻잎, 데친것’, ‘들깻잎, 찐것’의 데이터가 충분치 않아 결과가 좋지 않게 나왔다. 또한 국민건강영양조사 식품 섭취량 데이터는 2007년부터 상시 조사를 시작하였으며, 그 이전에는 시행된 연도에 따라 조사 기간 및 계절이 1998년과 2001년에는 11-12월, 2005년에는 4-6월로 일관되지 않았기 때문에 연간 일일 섭취량을 판단하는 데 한계가 있을 것이라 생각된다. 본 연구의 결과를 확대하면 들깻잎 이외의 다른 농산물, 축산물, 수산물 및 이들의 가공품에도 적용할 수 있다. 이러한 식품의 섭취량에 대한 객관적인 정보는 농축수산물 및 가공식품을 통해 의도 또는 비의도적으로 섭취하는 화학 잔류물질의 위해성 평가를 위한 좋은 기초 자료가 될 것이다.

기존교량의 내진보강 우선순위 결정방법은 교량을 지진도 그룹으로 분류한 후 교량의 취약도 및 영향도를 고려하여 4개의 내진그룹으로 분류된다. 그러나, 현재 사용되고 있는 내진보강 우선순위 결정방법을 442개의 국도상 기존교량에 적용한 결과 비합리적인 부분이 조사되었다. 지진도를 정량화하여 좀 더 세분화할 필요가 있고, 연속경간장이 긴 PSC 박스거더교량의 취약도가 과소평가되는 모순점을 개선할 필요가 있었으며, 영향도 수준 또한 취약도 수준으로 증가시킬 필요가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 기존 교량의 조사 결과를 근거로 기존 평가기법을 수정 보완하여 개선된 내진보강 우선순위 결정방법을 제안하였다.

인터넷으로 대표되는 정보통신망은 일상생활에서 없어서는 안 될 필수적인 요소이다. 그러나 이러한 인터넷의 확산은 기존의 법률제도에서 예상하지 못한 문제점을 발생시켰고, 새로운 범죄유형이 나타나게 되었다. 사이버폭력을 가상공간에서 이루어지는 폭력성 범죄행위라고 할 때, “정보통신망을 통하여 타인을 모욕하거나 타인의 명예 또는 권익을 침해하는 행위“로 정의할 수 있을 것이다. 사이버폭력의 유형으로는 사이버명예훼손, 사이버협박, 사이버모욕, 사이버음란, 사이버사생활침해 등이 있다.사이버폭력의 특징은 피해 범위가 넓으며, 가해자를 특정하기 곤란하고, 처벌이 곤란한 경우가 많으며, 2차 피해의 가능성이 크다고 할 것이다.최근 유명연예인에 대하여 인터넷상 댓글 등으로 명예훼손을 하여 처벌한 사례가 있으며, 유명정치인에 대한 명예훼손도 처벌한 사례가 있다. 또한 인터넷을 통하여 옛여자친구 등 일반인에 대한 명예훼손적인 표현을 하여 처벌된 사례도 많다.사이버폭력이 빈번하다고 하여 정보통신망을 폐쇄할 수는 없다. 정보통신망은 벌써 우리 사회와 국가의 중요한 자산이며, 개인에게도 없어서는 안 될 사회기반이다. 그러나 사이버폭력을 당한 사람이 목숨을 스스로 끊고 개인의 사생활이 파탄되는 경우가 발생하는 것은 막아야 하는 것이 국가의 책임이다. 최근 사이버 모욕죄 신설 여부, 인터넷 실명제 전면적 실시 등이 논의되고 있으나, 어디까지 정보통신망에서의 표현의 자유와 개인의 사생활과 명예감정을 조화롭게 보호하는 방향으로 개선되어야 할 것이다.

Nowaday mobile phone is an essential item for convenient daily life. Mobile phone enables us to obtain a lot of necessary and important things such as communication, information, leisure and entertainment. As the technology of mobile phone has been developed, the function of mobile phone can be compared to small computer. Customer's need of mobile phone has been varied and changed according to individual taste and preference. The main purpose of this research is to analyze priority of mobile phone brands using evaluation method of intangible assets with five major brands.

The effort for GSI based IT system consolidation has been continued due to the increase of the system and complication increase of system connection, mainly by the global company. Since successful example of GSI realization by part of developed company affect to Korea, global level IT system consolidation has been examined mainly by the domestic company that have great deal of overseas business. Although they have examined consolidation possibility mainly on R&D, finance, operation management part which is the base part of company management, there are limitation for consolidation realization because of the difference between regional business problem of huge cost needed for consolidation. To overcome these realization limitations, it is necessary to lead risk and cost reduction through stepwise part unity and decide Priority Evaluation Framework for Consolidation target and systematic consolidation strategy. For GSI realization, appropriate distributions of unification time according to target system are needed. In this study, based on easiness and usefulness of consolidation and connection between the targets, evaluation methodology for Priority Evaluation Framework of system consolidation has been developed. Priority Evaluation Framework has been decided by applying developed methodology to global production company of high tech industrial part. Through this methodology, companies can realize successful and stable GSI by investing global resources intensively by Priority Evaluation Framework of consolidation target system

It is very important to evaluate the priority of prevention factors and strategies in order to minimize industrial accident. It provides decisive information for accident prevention and safety management. Therefore, this paper proposes evaluation method of the priority through statistic testing with prevention factors and strategies by the cause analysis of cause and effect models. Especially, this paper uses priority matrix criterion to justify application of rank and objectivity. This paper is based on the results of a questionnaire of workers and managers who are engaged by real manufacturing and construction industries with less than 300 workers in the central region of Korea, where most of the fatal accidents have happened. Finally, the result provides one way to implement safety management for industrial accident prevention.

미국에서 많은 특허개혁과제들이 계속하여 입법화에 실패하여 온 이유는 다양한 특허개혁과제들에 대한 우선 순위를 설정하는 도구가 없었기 때문이다. 차별적인 충격법은 다양한 특허개혁과제들에 우선 순위를 설정하는 유용한 도구이다. 차별적인 충격법은 나쁜 특허에 대하여만, 혹은 나쁜 특허에 대하여 더 충격을 가하는 특허개혁과제를 우선 입법하여야 한다고 말한다. 우리나라에서도 차별적인 충격법은 유용한 도구가 될 수 있다. 많은 특허개혁과제들에 대하여 차별적인 충격법을 적용하면, 입법의 우선 순위를 설정할 수 있다. 차별적인 충격법은 좋은 특허와 나쁜 특허의 구별에서 유래한다. 이러한 구별은 내용 면에서의 구별이다. 내용 면에서 접근하는 특허개혁 과제가 우선 순위일 가능성이 높다. 특히, 특허소송의 불확실성 제거나 특허에 대한 정보접근권의 보장과 관련된 특허개혁과제가 차별적인 충격을 가하게 되므로, 입법의 우선 순위가 될 가능성이 높다.
