Logistics is one of the most important factors to manage a stream of materials in economic environment. Establishing effective logistics system needs to consider some constraints which are fluctuation of materials volume, a long distance between makers and consumers, one way logistics and small quantity batch production. It is estimated that Unit Load System should be a powerful method to cope with those problems. It helps to realize the key issues which are Standardization and Logistics Pool System The Material Unification of Logistics System is able to participate in all kinds of industries including manufacturing, distribution and logistics. This system has some merits which are a long distance transportation cost down, product recovery, and treatment in the unbalance of demand and supply caused by unstable materials volume. Four strategies of Material Logistics Model are Packing Rationalization, Logistics Pool System, JIT System application and establishing effective infrastructure. The Material Unification Of Logistics System based on Unit Load System achieves efficiency of logistics and largely decreases moving cost.

Since 1990's, many enterprises have constructed Integration Information System. Especially, they want to become an advanced company use ERP package. Already, ERP system come to high level which is stabilized and support independent business process of many industry sectors. Therefore, important success factors for ERP project are change management and organization activation. Although most companies had previous good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and discontinued next activity for promotion. This paper studied success factors of project team and plan for organization activation. Also, it proposed next study subject about investigate the role of the member of task force team as a factor that makes the ERP system a success. The results of this study can be used for a successful construction of the ERP system as a solution about internal problems of Project team.

Air pollution problem has been one of the most urgent global environmental problems since UN Framework Convention on Climate Change accepted in Rio Conference, 1992. International environmental regulations of global community to reduce the green house gases have Influenced the domestic environmental policies. Recently, various policy have been made to cope with foreign environment restrction and active supports for development of related technology have been carried out in our government confrontation strategy still leaves much to be desired. In this paper, government confrontation program to climate agreement, counter strategies in motor and also electrics, electronics industries are investigated and discussed.

This research analyzes clean room major fire prevention standard of clean Room (FM, IRI, and NFPA Code), the structure of Performance-Based Fire Safety Design (PBD) applied the korean fire industry situation. Performance-Based Fire Safety can operate effectively the performance of fire protection equipment & building design, so the fitness of fire safety system can be embodied by operating this. moreover, cost to be consume fire safety of real building can reduce and Performance-Based Fire Safety is considered to important technique in fire protection field. A fire in a clean room may cause a serious loss by spreading smoke particles. We will be investigated by using a computational fluid dynamics, for loss prevention by smoke spreading from one fire area to another for clean room and compared the Performance-Based Fire Safety Design with the prescriptive code design. The methodology of fire safety performance-based fire safety design and guarantee of many kinds design skill of fire system and developing design procedure will be very serious one in order to improve efficiency of domestic system. Therefore, This research will be contributing to secure safety of clean room and to set up the performance-based fire safety design in Korea by regulation for the performance-based fire safety design effectively.

In this report, we provide the focus on suggesting a method of estimating and measurement of CBM(Customer Behavior Model). Through the use of internet, a new trend of business for e-CRM on B2C Web Site known as EC has emerged. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the customers of a shopping mall and CBM characteristics. It can be used to gain a better understanding of customers. From this we can determine trends, and so refine business toward customer's needs and target new products to particular customer groups. Result shows that there is a significant relationship between the customers pattern of shopping mall and CBM, CVM(Customer Visit Model).

Recently most universities are suffering from students leaving their majors. In order to make a countermeasure for reducing major separation rate, many universities are trying to find a proper solution. As a similar endeavor, this paper uses decision tree algorithm which is one of the data mining techniques which conduct grouping or prediction into several sub-groups from interested groups. This technique can analyze a feature of type on students leaving their majors. The dataset consists of 5,115 features through data selection from total data of 13,346 collected from a university in Kangwon-Do during seven years(2000.3.1 2006.6.30). The main objective of this study is to evaluate performance of algorithms including CHAID, CART and C4.5 for classification of students leaving their majors with ROC Chart, Lift Chart and Gains Chart. Also, this study provides values about accuracy, sensitivity, specificity using classification table. According to the analysis result, CART showed the best performance for classification of students leaving their majors.

Reducing the logistic cost may be accomplished by numbers of logistic management methods, but the most fundamental and essential one is the accomplishment of the consistent reverse logistics system that is the core of worker performance system, and the purpose of consistent reverse system is the treatment of logistic functions such as transportation, storage and unloading with consistent logistics, and increasing the turnover ratio is required for the improvement of the system. As the turnover ratios is increased, this paper make reverse worker performance evaluation system with lifetime value include of weight variables.

The purpose of this study is suggest to improve method about team activation through analysis the Project team member's individual personality as a factor that makes the success of Project team. This paper studied success factors of project team and plan for organization activation. The results of this study can be used for a successful implementation of the ERP system as make of Project team consider of individual personality and administer a Project team.

Ten years have passed since the establishment of KOSHBA(Korea Small and medium enterprises Hybrid Business Association), KOSHBA is composed of over 400 regional groups; over 4,000 enterprises are participating in the association. This paper deals with a survey on the present status of the participating companies in HBA of Kangwon province including the motivation of participation, participating period, and the purpose of participation. The survey results show that they are participating in HBA for manpower interchange, information gathering, mutual utilization of management resources, and their company's growth. To become a dynamic and vital association, it is necessary to share, learn, and discuss their managerial problems based on mutual trust and respect at the regular monthly meeting.

제품을 로트(lot)단위로 구분하고 로트에서 취한 샘플을 검사하여 얻은 품질 특성의 값을 이용해서 로트의 합격여부를 판정하는 것을 샘플링검사(sampling inspection)라 하고, 검사하는 품질특성이 제품의 수명 특성치인 경우에 이를 신뢰성 샘플링 검사(reliability sampling inspection)라 한다. 그 중 벌크재료에 대한 샘플링 검사방식을 알아 보도록한다.

In mold structure machining, tool interference is a phenomenon which results from a collision between a blade of tool and a workpiece. Also tool collision is a phenomenon which results from a collision of holder with the object to be machined. These phenomena not only cause damages to mold and tool but also increase machining time and cost. To detect a collision of a tool to mold structure, first of all, the mold structure and a tool must be defined with famous geometric models such CSG, B-rep, and Voxel. A tool is defined as a combination of the blade, the shank, and the holder. This thesis reviews various collision detection algorithms using z-map and computer 3D graphic collision detection algorithms for the tool in machining a mold structure.

The purpose of this paper is to present a methodology that can be used by corporations to ensure a product's reliability, safety, and maintainability, with minimal costs, by measuring dependability levels and conducting DEA analysis. The methodology will be a way for corporations to adopt an optimal dependability management system based on a quality management system of ISO 9001:2000 standards.
