The medium and small companies located in Gangwon-do are much concerned about customer-centered quality management, automation, new technologies, process improvement, and the acquirement of ISO 9000 certification. They are also interested in factory rationalization by 5S and suggestion system. As information technology has been developed rapidly, recognition on it's importance has been increased. At present, information technology is being applied in various fields, playing an important role in improving results of companies' product and economic activities. 현실적으로 최근 공작기계의 고속화가 급속히 진전되고 있는 것이 세계적인 기술 추세이다. 이와 맞물려 고속공작기계 내지는 고속가공시스템 표준 평가방법의 정립이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문은 고속가공기의 특성이나 성능평가 방법을 위해, 가공방향 조도상차이, 표면조도, X,Y축 이송에 의한 직각도 및 Z축 떨림, 상한돌기, 직경감소와 미소지정, 열변형랑, 가공시간등의 테스트항목을 선정하여 육안검사시편을 개발 및 가공함으로써, 고속가공기의 특징을 분석하여 최적의 기계성능을 활용할 수 있게 하고자 한다.

곡면가공에서 5축 가공은 복잡한 형상의 공작물에 대한 가공의 필요성이 증대되면서 3축가공보다 자유곡면 가공을 위한 시도와 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있으나 가공 시 충돌과 간섭의 문제를 해결해야하는 어려움으로 공구경로 생성에 많은 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 최근에는 다양한 5축 CAD/CAM Software가 개발 되었고 이를 활용하는 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자유곡면으로 이루어진 대표적인 형상인 Impeller의 복잡한 형상을 CAD Software를 이용하여 모델링 하였고, CAM Software로 공구 경로를 생성 및 검증하였으며 5축 가공기로 직접 가공하였다.

최근 고속가공에 있어서 고속가공 기술의 도입으로 금형소재의 고정밀 및 고능률가공에 대한 요구가 급증하고 있다. 가공정밀도의 개선은 제품의 부가가치를 높여주고, 생산성의 개선은 가공경비를 감소시켜 가격 경쟁력을 높여 준다. 그러나 기존의 일반절삭에 의해서는 각종 공구 및 공작물의 재질에 따른 절삭조건의 제한으로 이러한 요구에 부응하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 고속가공은 황․정삭 가공 개념 없이 생산성 향상과 밀접한 관계가 있으며 가공 능률 향상과 공정감소로 인한 경비절감을 꾀할 수 있어 최근 이에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 고속가공에 있어서 그 표면거칠기를 모델링하여 최적화하고자 한다. 고속가공에서 주축회전수, 이송속도를 변화시켜가며 가공 실험하여 얻은 표면거칠기 데이터를 바탕으로 bicubic polynomial 곡면보간법으로 주축회전수와 이송속도에 따른 표면거칠기 곡면 근사식을 유도한다. 즉 이 근사식을 이용하여 표면거칠기의 최적해를 구하고자 한다.

일반적인 제품들은 복합곡면의 형상을 가지고 있으며 해석곡면과 자유곡면을 동시에 가지며 응용분야에서 활용할 수 있는 충분한 정보를 가진 모델링 기법이 필요하다. 초기 설계단계에서는 정확한 데이터나 형상이 이루어지지 않기 때문에 지속적인 수정, 보완작업을 통하여 최종 모델에 도달하게 된다. 최근에는 데이터 측정장치의 발달로 물체 표면의 정확한 측정이 가능하게 됨으로써, 측정데이터로부터 곡면을 형성하는 방법에 대한 역설계, CAD/CAM등 여러분야에서 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 역설계를 통한 블레이드를 모델링하여 여러가지의 복합곡면을 재구성하였다.

This paper deals with the problem of batching and scheduling of jobs whose processing times are given as the duration from the lower limits to the upper, which makes it possible to group jobs into batches. The grouping of jobs is desirable because of the capability of the batch processor to accommodate several jobs at once. The time required to process the jobs in any batch depends on their lower limit processing times. Once processing is initiated on a batch processor, the batch cannot be interrupted, nor can other jobs be started. And all jobs are assumed to be simultaneously available. This paper develops the model to describe these situation and a heuristic method to minimize its total tardiness.

Today, the size of a parcel delivery service market, which is a part of logistics, at home and abroad has extended rapidly and its growth rate is expected to increase hereafter. At this point, when service is applied strategically in a parcel delivery service, we need to understand the feature of logistics service quality by view of customer differentiation. In this study, we try to constitute a model of the feature of logistics service, which is combined five features of service quality(Responsiveness, Empathy, Reliability, Accuracy and Tangibility) based on measuring model of SERVQUAL with logistics service, and to know the feature of logistics service from parcel delivery service by jobs with statistical tool.
