This study has attempted to investigate current asbestos laws in the amended Occupational Safety and Health Act on the removal and disposal of asbestos. Among 800 registered asbestos removal and disposal companies, 499 firms were investigated from August 7 to December 10, 2009. The qualified inspectors (those with Industrial Hygiene Engineer’s License or higher-level technical license) are educated for more than three hours before starting the inspection. In terms of regional distribution, Gyeonggi / Incheon was the highest with 105 companies(21%), followed by Daegu / Gyeongbuk(100, 20%), Chungbuk(97, 19.4%), Jeonbuk(37, 7.4%), Gwangju / Jeonnam (35, 7.0%) and Seoul(33, 6.6%). In terms of the number of education and technical assistances(1,348 in total) among 499 asbestos removal and disposal companies ,‘personal protective equipment and putting it on(287, 21.3%)’ was the highest, followed by ‘safety & health actions by asbestos removal and disposal work(171, 12.7%),’ ‘hazard of asbestos(168, 12.5%),’ ‘NO SMOKING and NO FOOD(164, 12.2%)’ and ‘prevention of asbestos fibers from being airborne(12, 0.9%).’A questionnaire consisted of 11 questions regarding the obse tance of enforcement ordinances associated with the removal and disposal of asbestos. According to an investigation on the current status of the workplace based on inspectors’ checklists, 3 scores were maintained in average. This paper has limitations because it has failed to randomly investigate the workplace because it is very strict to visit the asbestos removal and disposal sites.

In this study fuji apples variation were measured during gradual decay, stored 5 weeks at 25℃. A aluminum and glass emission chamber were used for visual inspection throughout the experiment. The sampling was performed by using polyester aluminum bags and Tenax-TA tubes. In addition, GC/FID/O and TD-GC/MS were used for monitoring the compound of odor and its density variation during each storing period. By visual inspection, we found that the apples started decaying in 4th week and were rotten to core in 5th week. In contrast, individual odor analysis shows that the apples flavor reduced gradually and dramatically increased with the odor of old apples and apple cider in 3rd week, which was before visual identification of decay. This phenomenon was due to ongoing internal decay. ethyl 2-methylbutanoate, ethyl propanoate and 2-methylbutyl acetate were the major factor of this off-flavor in this period (3rd week). After visible observation of decay (4th week and 5th week), ethyl acetate, ethyl butanoate and hexyl ethanoate were emitted, which smells bitter or sour. Above 6 odors are closely related with apples decay, and measurement of smell or density of these odors could easily check the apples status. We expect measuring composition variation can be applied for food storage and management cause of not only internal change checking but also monitoring pre-decay phenomenon.

There are 3 types in the technology of Virtual Reality(VR). whlch are desk-top type, projection type and HMD type. and its development has been motivated by HMD and connected tracking devices with it. As Virtual Reality is that observers perceive a virtual environment structured by computer as a reality through man's all senses, it is known that 80% or more information is received by visualization. Virtual stereoscopic display is divided into glasses and non-glasses types depending on whether observers need to require the glasses additionally and Lhere are HMD, shutter, polarized, color difference methods in the glasses' type. Adverse side- effects while immersed in VR or after VR are divided into visual ones resulting from vestibular-visual conflicts and non-visual ones resulting from instrument myopia, disagreement between accommodation and convergence etc. As stereopsis is well adapted by time going, non-visual side-effects are tend to reduce while visual ones a re not, it is necessary to have an effort to follow- up their causes and eliminate them.

컴퓨터의 성능이 향상되면서 시뮬레이션 기반의 자연 현상 표현 기법에 대한 수요가 늘어나고 있다. 특히 컴퓨터 게임의 배경으로 많이 나오는 바다와 강의 표면을 표현하기 위해 다양한 수면 시뮬레이션 기술이 소개되고 있다. 이 러한 수면 표현 기법은 사실적인 효과를 줄 수 있지만 계산의 복잡성으로 인해 게임에는 제한적으로 적용되어왔다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 게임을 위한 빠르고 자연스러운 수면 표현 기법을 제시한다. 제시된 기법은 게임 엔진 등에 적 용되어 다양한 삼차원 컴퓨터 게임에 응용될 것으로 예상된다.

본 연구는 곡류별 버섯 균사체의 성장률과 효소활성을 측정하였다. 현맥 배양물이 다른 곡류와 비교했을때 균사체 성장 속도가 빨랐다. 효소 활성은 기간별로 측정하였으며 그 결과, α-amylase 효소 활성은 느타리와 상황버섯균이 우수하였으며, β-amylase활성은 느타리와 장수버섯균이 우수하였다. Protease활성은 상황버섯균을 제외하고는 곡물에 관계없이 비교적 고른 생산을 보였다. 담자균 배양에 의해서 명도는 감소하고 적색도와 황색도가 증가하였다.

This study is aimed at proposing the national policy for medical device control system in Korea as deeply analysed the present status of the system. On 1979, Korean government had started to inspect 24 kinds of the medical devices such as X-ray diagnostic equipments, medical sterilizer and etc. mostly imported from advanced countries which USA, Germany and Japan for the first time according to the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law. However medical devices were becoming consideration as an important partner of diagnosis, curing and alleviation of diseases by medical doctors and also much important keeping the health at home. Furthermore medical devices industry can be designated as a national growth engine industry. So it is necessary not only to harmonize to international standards but also the harmonization of the system including pre-market application and post-market surveillance, is strongly needed by the Korea Food and Drugs Administration(KFDA).

기능성 게임은 재미라는 요소를 다양한 분야에 접목시킨 것으로, 기존의 게임에 대한 부정적인 견해를 완화시켜주 고 있어 최근 많은 관심과 함께 다양한 게임이 출시되고 있다. 기능성 게임은 게임 내부의 물체나 캐릭터와 상호 작 용을 통해 체감성을 중시하는 추세이다. 기존의 삼차원 물체 표현은 물체의 외부만을 표현하기 때문에 충돌 검사 나 시뮬레이션에는 부적합하다는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하는 볼륨 메쉬 파라 미터화 기법을 제시한다. 제시된 기법은 기능성 게임의 상호 작용성을 높여줄 것으로 기대된다.

이 논문은 가상 세계에서 발생할 수 있는 지적재산권에 관한 문제 중 특히 특허권의 침해에 대한 문제를 다룬다. 가상 세계에서의 특허침해는 아직 현실적으로 문제가 된 사례는 없으나 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션과 그래픽 기술의 발전으로 Second Life와 같은 가상 현실 프로그램이 등장하면서 충분히 그 가능성이 높아지고 있는 추세이다. 가상 세계에서 특허권이 문제되는 경우는 이미 현실 세계에서 어떤 종류의 물건에 특허가 주어졌을 때, 가상 세계에서 현실 세계의 특허권 침해 행위와 동일한 행위를 한 경우 이를 특허의 침해로 볼 것인지 여부이며, 논문에서는 특히 가상 쥐덫을 예로 들어 가상 세계에서 기계특허의 침해문제를 다루고 있다. 가상 세계에서 사물의 창조, 판매 및 사용 과정은 현실 세계와는 기술적으로 구별되기 때문에 현실 세계의 특허가 그대로 인정되기 어려운 측면이 있다. 따라서 현실 세계의 특허에서 권리범위를 특정하여 가상 세계의 특허까지 보호되는지를 검토하고, 문언상 한계를 넘어 균등침해에 해당하는지와 관련하여 균등론의 적용을 검토할 필요가 있다. 또한 가상 세계에서 특허권이 보호되는 경우에도 이에 대한 침해 행위를 직접 침해나 간접 침해로 나누어 어떤 유형에 해당할 수 있는지 검토하고, 우리나라 및 미국의 특허법상 이를 특허침해에 해당하는지 판단한다. 마지막으로 현실 세계의 특허권자가 가상 세계에서의 특허침해에 대하여 특허권을 보호하고 손해배상을 받을 수 있는 실효적인 구제수단을 검토하여, 특허청구범위에 명시적으로 가상 세계의 특허를 기재하거나 방법발명으로 출원하는 방법을 제시하고 궁극적으로 가상 세계에서의 특허권 보호의 가능성을 조명한다.

DPPH 라디칼 소거 활성 측정 결과 발효장뇌삼엽차의 추출물이 장뇌삼엽차의 추출물보다 활성이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 장뇌삼과 발효장뇌삼이 장뇌삼엽차와 발효장 뇌삼엽차보다 항산화 활성이 높은 결과를 얻었다. 장뇌삼과 발효장뇌삼의 항산화 활성은 비슷하였다. SOD 유사활성도 측정에서는 대조군인 vitamin C와 비교할 때 모든 군이 SOD 유사활성도가 약한 것으로 분석되었다. 아질산염 소거능은 pH 1.2, 3.0의 조건에서 1 mg/mL의 농도로 처리 하였을 때 아질산염 소거능이 장뇌삼엽차, 발효장뇌삼, 장뇌삼, 발효장뇌삼의 순으로 높은 것으로 나타났고, pH 6.0의 조건에서는 모든 군이 아질산염 소거능이 약한 것으로 분석되었다. HeLa cell에서 시료 중 장뇌삼과 발효장뇌삼엽차의 추출물이 1 mg/mL의 농도에서 30% 이상의 암세포 증식 억제율을 나타내었다. 발효장뇌삼과 장뇌삼엽차는 각각 약 24%, 22%로 분석되었다. MCF-7 cell 발효장뇌삼과 장뇌삼엽차의 추출물이 1 mg/mL의 농도에서 27% 이상의 암세포 증식 억제율을 나타내어 비슷하였고, 장뇌삼 추출액이 21%로 가장 낮았으며, 발효장뇌삼엽차 추출액이 70% 이상으로 나타나 암세포 증식 억제율이 각 시료 중 가장 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

This study was conducted to investigate for mineral contents, total polyphenol compounds,betaine, choline and DPPH free radical scavenging activity of halophyte. The mineral concentrations of Salicornia herbacea (top part) were Na 100,006 mg/kg, K 1,385 mg/kg, Mg 6,263 mg/kg, Ca 2,750 mg/kg, Fe 90.4 mg/kg, Mn 98.9 mg/kg, Zn 33.3 mg/kg, Cu 3.4 mg/kg respectively. And Suaeda Japonica (top part) were Na 85,332 mg/kg, K 710 mg/kg, Mg 7,005 mg/kg, Ca 4,344 mg/kg, Fe 1,434.9 mg/kg, Mn 119.1 mg/kg, Zn 19.2 mg/kg, Cu 2.7 mg/kg respectively. The betaine contents of Salicornia herbacea (top part) were 15.09 mg/g and Suaeda Japonica (top part)were 14.64 mg/g. The choline contents estimated by the DBAP-choline derivatives of Salicornia herbacea (top part)were 20.9 mg/100 g, Salicornia herbacea (root) were 23.4 mg/100 g, Suaeda Japonica (top part) were 23.1 mg/100g and Suaeda Japonica (root) were 23.8 mg/100 g. Total polyphenol compounds of Salicornia herbacea (top part) were high 36.0 mg/g in growth phase. The DPPH radical scavenging activities of methanol extract Salicornia herbacea (top part) were high 90.1% in growth phase. The frozen dried powder of Salicornia herbacea (top part) 1 g was equal to Quercetin 30.26 mg, Rutin 42.65 mg, TBHQ 20.32 mg, BHA 25.86 mg, BHT 40.75 mg, Ascorbic acid 22.86 mg in DPPH radical scavenging activities.

Among 18 Bacillus thuringiensis isolates with spherical parasporal inclusion from soils, B. thuringiensis subsp. israelensis CAB199 was selected. It was showing over 90% mortality against Aedes aegypti and Culex pipiens moletus. It was confirmed that this B. thuringiensis subsp. israelensis CAB199 isolate also had a insecticidal activity against Culex inatomii that was occurred in the marsh. Because most of mosquito larva were primarily situated or shifted from under- to surface water, we need to select long floating formulations on surface water for controlling mosquito larva. It was tested the pesticidal and control effects in the laboratory and wetland with two formulation types of B. thuringiensis subsp. israelensis, for example, wettable power (WP) and suspension concentrate type (SC). Laboratory test showed that SC formulation type was relatively faster and more effective against 3 tested mosquito species, C. pipiens, Aedes aegypti, and C. inatomii. Otherwise, the control efficacy of SC formulation type was more rapidly appeared against C. inatomii in the wetland.

Four major agricultural insect pests, Bemisia tabaci, Myzus persicae, Plutella xylostella and Tetranychus urticae, were irradiated with 30, 50, 70, or 100 Gy electron-beam. Longevity, egg hatching, emergence, and fecundity of the test insects were measured. Hatchability of B. tabaci, P. xylostella and T. urticae declined with increasing irradiation doses, and all B. tabaci and T. urticae eggs were dead at 100 Gy. When eggs of B. tabaci, P. xylostella and T. urticae were irradiated, hatch was inhibited. B. tabaci adults grown from 70 Gy irradiated eggs did not lay eggs. Fecundity of P. xylostella from the 100 Gy irradiated eggs decreased. When B. tabaci, P. xylostella, M. persicae and T. urticae nymphs/larvae were irradiated, the results were similar as those of the hatched eggs. When P. xylostella pupae were irradiated with 100 Gy, fecundity of emerged adults decreased and no eggs hatched. When B. tabaci, P. xylostella, M. persicae and T. urticae adults were irradiated with 70 and 100 Gy, fecundity decreased and egg hatch of B. tabaci was inhibited. However, the longevity of adults did not change and electron-beam irradiation of all developmental stages had no effect on the longevity of adults.

본 논문은 복합재료 패널로 보강된 철근 콘크리트 보의 휨 실험과 해석을 통하여 패널의 보강효과에 대하여 알아보고자 한다. FRP 복합재료 패널은 전통적인 재료인 강재와 콘크리트에 비해 단위 무게당 강도 및 강성이 크고 부식에 대한 높은 저항성, 절연성, 고내구성 및 낮은 열전도성 등 우수한 물성으로 유지관리 측면에서 매우 유리하여 최근 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 범용 유한요소 해석 프로그램인 ABAQUS를 이용하여 복합재료 패널로 보강된 철근 콘크리트 보의 극한 하중을 예측하고 실험을 수행하여 그 보강효과에 대한 고찰하였다. 복합재료 패널은 복합재료 패널 층의 유리섬유직조 형태에 따라 LT, DB, DBT로 구분하고 복합재료 패널의 층 개수에 따라 2ply, 3ply로 구분하였다. 실험을 수행한 결과, 해석과 일치하였으며 복합재료 패널로 보강한 철근 콘크리트 보가 극 한강도 측면에서 효율적이었다는 결론도 얻었다.

This study was conducted to show the odor emission characteristics between the well maintained environment fundamental facility and the poorly maintained environmental facility. It also draws major components of odor emission based on facilities, stages, and suggest the proper way to reduce the level of odor for insufficient facilities. Insufficient facilities" air direct sensory and air dilution value levels are following: foodwaste ＞ livestock ＞ wastewater ＞ night-soil ＞ sewage. For the sewage and waste water facilities, the common characteristic of odor emission on each fundamental facility showed higher air dilution value in depositing reservoir and concentrator. And sulfur and aldehyde compounds came out to be the major odor causing components. In the case of night-soil and livestock facilities, the air dilution value was high in flow equalization tank and liquid erosion tank. And sulfur as well as ammonia component was the major malodorous substance. Foodwaste facility showed higher air dilution value than other facility, which sulfur and acetaldehyde compounds were acting as major malodorous substances.

최근 들어 일상생활 속에서 휴대폰이나 PDA와 같은 모바일 기기의 사용이 늘어나고 있다. 모바일 기기의 성능이 비약적으로 발전하고 있음에도 불구하고 데스크탑 컴퓨터와 비교하면 낮은 CPU 성능, 낮은 GPU 성능, 적은 메모리 등으로 인해 자원의 제약이 심한 편이다. 이런 이유로 인해 화려한 그래픽 기술들이 모바일 기기에 적용되지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 삼차원 메쉬의 위치 정보를 압축하는 기법을 제시한다. 제시된 기법은 삼차원 모바일 게임을 비롯한 다양한 모바일 그래픽스 분야에 응용될 것으로 예상된다.

광주천의 5개 지점에서 2003년 4월부터 2004년 2월 까지 부유 및 부착 조류를 조사한 결과 총 8강 19목 6아목 35과 4아과 79속 274종이 동정되었다. 군집 구조는 규조류가 절대우점하는 가운데, 녹조류와 남조류 등이 포함된 다양한 종조성을 나타냈다. 조사기간 동안 부유조류는 방림교정점과 양동시장정점에서 총 137종이 채집되어 가장 다양한 부유조류 분포를 나타냈고, 유촌교정점에서 118종이 출현하였으며 동산타워정점에서는 50종이, 증심천정점
