        정부는 정책적으로 ICT 기반 시설원예의 첨단화로 농작물의 생산성을 높이고 에너지 절감형 스마트 온실의 보급 확대를 계획하고자 한다. 그러나 농업 분야에 있어서 모니터링 및 제어의 다양성 및 연계성은 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에 자동화된 시설원예를 활용하여 다양한 모니터링 및 제어를 위한 복합형 알고리즘을 활용한 농업생산 전주기적 과정의 지능적 시스템화를 위한 현장 중심형 사물인터넷 기반 스마트팜 융합 서비스 시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 따라서, 농업분야 ICT 현장적용 관련 국내·외 연구 동향을 소개하고 이로부터 시설원예 분야에 접목 가능한 ICT 기반 미래 핵심기술을 분석 및 제시하고자 하였다.

        In this study, the current regulations to be adequate in industrial site have to be renew in order to prevent the fatal injuries by mobile cranes. Fatal injury analyses were conducted with several accident cases by the mobile cranes. For each accident, the causes of the injuries were examined and proper safety measures were proposed. This study proposed a revision of the standard guideline as an accident prevention measures through in-depth analysis of fatal accidents. First, fatality rate per 10,000 persons by the mobiles cranes was 0.57 in 2011. Second, the in-depth analysis of the mobile crane accidents showed that the main factors of the accidents were the overturn of mobile crane, the fracture of connection part between mobile crane boom and rope, the breaking of rope and the misunderstanding over the signal between a mobile crane driver and workers around a mobile crane. Third, the order of high defection of connecting parts was bucket bolt, bracket and extension parts. Fourth, since there were several cases of overturn of mobile crane by itself in the in-depth analysis of the mobile crane, the over slop-proof device was proposed as the main alternative in this study. Fifth, the revision of standards of safety factor that shall be more than 10, of connecting parts of mobile crane was proposed.

        This study was conducted, using 10 high-quality rice varieties, at 24 experimental sites in 2013 and 2014 to analyze the comparative relationship among head rice yield (HRY), its attributes and sub-attributes. In the data set pooled across sites, years and varieties, where regional and varietal variations were combined, HRY was associated with milled rice yield (MRY) more closely than percentage of head rice (PHR) although both MRY and HRY demonstrated significant relationship with HRY. In the PHR higher than 80%, compared to 80% or less, fitness of the regression between PHR and HRY decreased. MRY and PHR, the two attributes of HRY, were not significantly associated with each other. Regional variation of HRY was associated only with MRY while varietal variation of HRY was related to both MRY and PHR. HRY and MRY showed regional variation greater than varietal variation meanwhile PHR demonstrated regional and varietal variations in a similar range. In the data set pooled across sites, years and varieties, MRY demonstrated relationship with spikelets per square meter (SPIK) in a higher significance than percentage of grain filling (PGF) and 1000-brown rice weight (TBRW). Both regional and varietal variations of MRY showed significant relationship only with SPIK, neitherwith PGF nor TBRW. It is concluded that regional variation of HRY was affected by MRY, varietal variation by both MRY and PHR, and region-variety combined variation mainly by MRY.

        Rice is the most important staple food and the consumption is increasing in Europe and America. It is expected that the rice price will be increased due to the unstable supply and demand because of abiotic stress. Experts expect that the rice supply of Korea will be deficient in 2050 for the reason of global warming. Conventional breeding methods need to be supplemented with recent biotechnology to meet the problem such as growing population and climate change. Using rice biotechnology, a number of agronomically important traits and nutritional value have been improved. In this paper, the current situation of rice cultivation and production situation and supply and consumption in the major country were investigated to prepare future food security. Also the research trends of rice biotechnology and kinds of transformed rice as well as safety issues were reviewed by considering the scientific, social and economic values of rice.

        Study objectives are: 1) to investigate the difference in consumer perceptions of the model’s image and physical attractiveness according to advertising model types; 2) to explore the effect of the difference between the model’s image and the consumer’s self image, the difference between the model’s image and the brand’s image, and the physical attractiveness of the model on attitude toward the advertising model; and 3) to explore the effect of attitude toward the advertising model on attitude toward the advertisement. A total of 306 female consumers over the age of 45 participated in experiments with advertisement stimuli for a senior apparel brand. Results showed a significant difference in the model’s images and physical attractiveness according to each model type. The consumer’s attitude toward the advertising model was determined by physical attractiveness of the model, not by the difference between model’s image and the consumers’ self-image, nor by the difference between the model’s image and brand image. Attitude toward advertisements was determined by attitude toward the advertising model. The findings imply that advertising models of a senior apparel brand can be selected based on the physical attractiveness of the model. Consumers do not consider whether the model’s image fits well with their self-images or the brand’s image when building an attitude toward the advertising model, and this precedes the consumer’s attitude toward the advertisement. These results can be used as guidelines to select appropriate models for advertisements of senior apparel brands.

        This study investigated the preference of sensibility expression factors regarding fashion materials, such as the color, pattern and texture of fabric. Moreover, this study analyzed the relationship between the preference of sensibility expression factors and the preference of fashion images by identifying the preference of fashion images. The survey subjects were 312 women ranging in age from 20 to 40 years old. This study utilized a questionnaire as a measurement tool. First, this study performed a factorial analysis on the preference of sensibility expression factors of fashion materials. In regards to color preference, this study considered color depth such as light tone color, moderate tone color, dark tone color and vivid tone color. In regards to pattern preference, this study examined: geometric pattern, floral pattern, animal skins pattern, check pattern and symbolical pattern. In regard to preference of the texture, this study assessed: roughness, luster, flatness and lightness. Second, this study performed a factorial analysis on the preference of fashion images. This study examined five factors: dignity, uniqueness, femininity, activity and simplicity. Third, this study analyzed the effects of the preference of sensibility expression factors of fashion materials on the preference of fashion images. As a result, the color preference was related to the image preference associated with dignity, femininity and simplicity, whereas the pattern preference was related to the images of uniqueness, femininity, activity and simplicity. Moreover, the preference of texture image was related to the images of dignity, uniqueness, femininity and activity.

        The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effect of time remaining to use mileage in the notification message from retailers on consumer responses. A total of 577 consumers participated in experiments involving different notification messages of the time remaining to use mileage. Results showed: 1) a significant difference in mileage benefit perception, positive emotion, negative emotion, attitude toward retailers, and repurchase intention according to the remaining time to use mileages, 2) benefit perception positively affected positive emotion and negatively affected negative emotion; positive emotion positively affected and negative emotion negatively affected attitude toward retailers; and attitude positively affected repurchase intention on retailers, and 3) the remaining time to use mileages moderates the relationship between attitude and repurchase intention. Findings highlighted the importance of timing of the message to notify the consumer as to remaining time to use mileage. In the case of a message indicating long remaining time to use mileage, consumers showed more positive responses toward retailers than did consumers who had a message indicating short remaining time to use mileage. These results can be used as guidelines to select the optimal time to send notification messages of remaining time to use mileage in order to generate positive consumer responses.

        이 논문에서는 고속철도교량 설계를 위한 활하중 모델을 통계 및 확률적 방법으로 검토하고, 하중조합의 하중계수가 주는 안전율을 분석하였다. 이 연구는 철도교량 설계기준에 대한 한계상태설계법 개발의 일환이며, 이를 위하여 경부고속철도를 운행하는 열차를 대상으로 약 한달 동안 실측하여 데이터를 수집하고 분석하였다. 이 데이터를 대상으로 교량의 설계수명에 맞도록 4가지 통계 방법들을 적용하여 설계하중을 추정하여 비교․검토하였다. 또한, 철도교량의 설계하중조합이 주는 안전율을 검토하기 위하여 신뢰도지수를 구하고 이를 분석하였다. 실측 데이터로부터 추정한 활하중효과에 대하여, 현행 고속철도 설계활하중인 표준열차하중의 0.75배를 적용한 설계활하중 효과의 크기가 최소 30~22% 더 크게 나왔다. 신뢰도분석을 통하여, 극한한계상태만을 기준으로 본다면, 추가적인 하중계수 감소의 가능성이 있음을 알 수 있다.

        The main object of this study is to investigate the collection characteristics of an electro-static multi-staged impaction system, experimentally. The experiment is carried out to analyze the characteristics of pressure drop and collection efficiency for the present system with the experimental parameters such as the inlet velocity, stage number, applied voltage and shape of discharge electrode, etc. In results, the pressure drop is shown below 148 mmH2O lower than that of the conventional bag filter at inlet velocity 3.46 m/s and 5 stage. For 5 stage , the collection efficiencies are to be 97.4, 99.0% with the applied voltage 0 kV at the inlet velocity 2.07, 3.46 m/s, while 98.4, 99.9% with 40 kV of a sharp edge discharge electrode. Additionally, the present system is to be considered as an effective compact system for a removal of particulate pollutants from marine diesel engines due to much higher collection efficiency and appropriate pressure drop.

        This study was carried out in order to evaluate the design suitability of gas scrubbers, which have been operated in Siheung and Ansan Smarthubs, as an odor removal device. Detailed design data of 31 gas scrubbers installed between 2005 to 2014 were investigated. All the scrubbers investigated were found to use a “packed bed” design, and 30 of them used pall rings as packing materials. In determining the bed diameter of scrubbers, many facilities used incorrect packing parameters, which resulted in inappropriate design values for the bed diameter. In determining of the height of packed bed, the height of transfer unit (HTU) was calculated incorrectly because of the misuse of both the constants of packing materials and Schmidt numbers. In addition, the values of number of transfer unit (NTU) were found to be underestimated due to the low removal efficiency goal. Therefore, the adapted values of packed bed height were quite different from the ones calculated in many facilities.

        The aging of Korea is rapidly advancing in an unprecedented rate in the world. Indoor and outdoor safety accidents involving the elderly frequently occur, with elderly population increasing. Because the physical strength of elderly is decreased, it is necessary to develop devices that aid the everyday life of the elderly to prevent safety accidents. Among many activities, the motions of standing from and sitting on a chair require much physical strength from particular body parts, which causes an overload for particular body parts. To the elderly the repeating motion of standing from and sitting down on a chair is burdensome, because they do not have enough physical strength compare to young persons . As a result the elderly could be injured or falling during standing or sitting. Therefore, the development of a lift chair that considers the problems mentioned above is necessary to prevent the safety accidents of the elderly. The study designed a non-motorized lift chair that comfortably aids the standing and sitting down motion for the use of the elderly by reflecting the anthropometric data of the Korean elderly over 65 years old. Also the design was implemented to smoothly aid the standing motion by considering the knee angle of the elderly when standing. Because the regained strength to stand from a chair is depend on the knee angle. Unlike existing lift devices, this device utilizes a tilting mechanism that does not use electric power so that the product could be composed inexpensively than existing chairs released in the market.

        목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 국내 학교작업치료사의 직무특성을 조사하고 직무범위를 정의한 직무기술서를 토 대로 학교작업치료사들에게 업무의 중요도 인식과 수행 빈도를 조사하여 학교작업치료 직무분야를 체계 화하는데 있다. 연구방법 : 2012년 11월부터 2015년 3월까지 학교작업치료 전문가 그룹의 자문을 통해 학교작업치료사의 업무범위를 정립하고 학교작업치료 직무기술서를 작성한 후 이를 토대로 설문지를 구성하여 학교작업치료사 그룹(39명)에게 직무특성 조사 및 타당성 조사를 실시하였다. 직무특성에서는 근무현황, 클라이언 트의 진단적 분류, 치료지원 서비스 제공 방법과 형태를 조사하였다. 직무내용은 중요도와 수행 빈도를 조사하여 우선순위를 제시하였다. 작업(task)에서 중요도와 수행 빈도가 모두 평균 이상인 항목을 핵심 작업으로 추출하였다. 결과 : 학교작업치료사의 클라이언트 진단적 분류 조사 결과 신경학적 분류에서는 뇌성마비, 발달적 분류에 서는 지적장애, 정신사회적 상태에서는 자폐스펙트럼장애가 가장 많았다. 치료지원 제공방법 및 형태에 서는 특수학급 순회 방법과 1:1 개별 치료가 가장 높게 나타났다. 직무분석에서 중요도와 수행 빈도가 가장 높게 나타난 것은 임무(duty)는 ‘학교작업치료 계획’이었으며, 작업(task)에서는 ‘상지기능 증진하 기’로 나타났다. 핵심작업은 전체 43개 작업 중 22개의 작업이 추출되었다. 결론 : 장애아동들이 교육환경에서 비장애아동과 함께 최대한 적절한 교육을 받을 수 있도록 돕는 것이 학교작업치료사의 책무이다. 본 연구의 결과는 학교작업치료사의 업무를 체계화하는데 기초자료가 될 것이 며 핵심작업을 중심으로 보수교육 및 학교교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

        This study aimed to investigate antioxidant activities from 11 forest plants, and determine their total phenolics, flavonoids and proantocyanidins contents. In addition, the antioxidant activities were correlated with antioxidant compounds. Among the samples, Cornus officinalis, Castanea crenata, Lindera erythrocarpa, Carpinus laxiflora and Pourthiaea villosa showed significantly higher 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) (IC50=21.12~28.93 μg/mL) and 2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothia zoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) (IC50=28.18~52.55 μg/mL) radical scavenging ability with reducing power (IC50=59.91~93.64 μg/mL) than other plants; and C. crenata, L. erythrocarpa and Rubus coreanus showed strong nitric oxide (NO) inhibition activity (≥60%). In addition, L. erythrocarpa, C. laxiflora and P. villosa showed higher oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) values (≥1,100 μM TE/g sample) than other samples. High total phenolic contents were observed in C. crenata (429.11 mg GAE/g), L. erythrocarpa (437.11 mg GAE/g), C. laxiflora (408.67 mg GAE/g) and P. villosa (404.11 mg GAE/g). The DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity with reducing power were significantly correlated with total phenolic contents (R2=0.71~0.79), but total phenolic contents were not correlated with NO inhibition and ORAC (R2=0.35~0.43). Therefore, these results suggested that C. officinalis, C. crenata, L. erythrocarpa, C. laxiflora and P. villosa are potential natural antioxidative candidate ingredients.

        The objective of the research was to identify the presence of adiponectin receptors and to study adiponectin action on glucose uptake and growth in mouse mammary epithelial cells. These cells expressed adiponectin receptors, AdipoR1 and AdipoR2. Insulin (10 ng/ml) or insulin like growth factor-I (IGF-I, 10 ng/ml) alone did not alter the degree of AdipoR1 and AdipoR2 genes expression from 0 to 4 h incubation. Prolactin (10 ng/ml) or epidermal growth factor (EGF, 10 ng/ml) alone also did not induce the two genes’ mRNA in the incubation time. Adiponectin (1 μg/ml) alone or pre-incubation of insulin alone (100 ng/ml) for 2 h prior to adiponectin stimulation did not increase 2-deoxy-D-glucose,[1,2-3H] uptake but adiponectin+pre-incubation of insulin significantly increased glucose uptake compare to control (p<0.05). In a similar way, insulin alone or pre-incubation of adiponectin alone (2 h) did not increase glucose uptake but insulin+pre-incubation of adiponectin increased glucose uptake compare to control (p<0.05). Insulin sensitization for 2 h prior to adiponectin stimulation tended to increase glucose uptake response by the following adiponectin stimulation showing small interaction effect between insulin and adiponectin (p<0.1). However, adiponectin sensitization for 2 hours prior to insulin stimulation did not shown interaction effect between adiponectin and insulin (p>0.1). The glucose uptake by both of hormones seems to be not interactive but additive (p<0.05). Adiponectin in the presence of 2% FBS decreased DNA synthesis of mammary epithelia (p<0.05). AICAR (100 or 200 μM), AMPK activator, decreased mammary epithelial cell growth in the presence of 2% FBS. These results indicate that adiponectin pathway has inhibitory effect on mammary epithelial cell growth.

        글로벌 시대에 미래 사회를 주도할 학생들을 위한 학교교육의 방향에 대하여 고민하지 않는 교육 관계 자는 없을 것이다. 그 고민의 해결책은 21세기 핵심 역량 중심의 다양한 교육의 변화일 것이다. 남을 배려 존중하고 협동심 및 사회성 등의 인성과 자기주도학습능력 배양, 창의력과 협력적 문제해결능력 중심의 글로벌 핵심 역량 교육에 초점을 맞추어야 할 때이다. 본 연구 결과 학교에서 실시하는 거의 모든 프로그 램에 학생들의 참여 열기가 매우 높아졌으며, 매직언어 사용, 학급규칙 제정, 학급별 학교폭력 예방 캠페 인 활동 등의 운영으로 글로벌 인재 역량 중 인성교육에 큰 도움이 되었다. 또한 에빙하우스 피드백 프로 그램, 자기주도학습실 및 우수사례 책자 활용 참여 등으로 학습의욕과 흥미가 생겨 글로벌 인재 역량 중 자기주도학습 능력이 향상되었다. 마지막으로 러시아 학생 1:1 교류, CNN 청취, 사설시사탐구반 등 방과 후학교, 수학과학 영재학급, 전국학생통계활용대회, 도서관 활용(독서100시간활동제) 등의 수월성 선택 프로그램 운영으로 학생들의 의사소통능력, 협력적 문제해결력 등에 기여하여 글로벌 인재 역량 함양의 새 패러다임으로 전환하는 계기가 되었다.
