Dual frequency acoustic pinger(AP) was manufactured to reduce study effect by long-term use of developed single frequency AP to prevent cetacean bycatch. Directivity characteristic of transducer was the omnidirectional pattern which showed less than ±3dB the change range of sensitivity on the beam pattern of right and left. Source power level(SPL) was 1384311pa with epoxy window before casing however after casing 1170B11Pa at sea. Dual frequency Af was tested to identify the avoidance behavior of bottlenose dolphin by its working. However the efficiency of dual frequency AP about the study effect was verified experiment repeatedly using single and dual frequency AP.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 실정에 적합한 원전 기초지반의 지진안정성을 평가할 수 있는 적절한 해석모델을 제시하는 것이다 입력지진의 작용방향, 경계조건, 해석모델의 폭 및 깊이, 단층연약대의 모델링방법 등의 해석조건에 대하여 활동면해석법, 등가정적해석법, 동적해석법을 적용하였다. 해석결과 측면경계조건은 등가정적 해석시 수평롤러, 동적해석시 전달경계, 해석영역의 폭은 구조물 폭의 5배 이상, 깊이는 구조물 폭의 2배 이상을 적용하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 나타났다.

한반도 서해 천수만에서 해안선 변화 및 조간대 해빈 특성을 조사하기 위하여 1년 동안 지형, 표층퇴적물, 퇴적율과 해안절벽의 침식율 등을 조사하였다. 천수만의 해안선은 심하게 풍화된 퇴적암과 풍화토층으로 구성되어 있고 관측결과 -58.9~-73.3 cm/yr 후퇴하였다. 해안침식을 지시하는 톱날 모양의 해안선, 고조선 해빈의 전석, 침식되지 못하고 남아있는 잔류암맥, 그리고 바위섬 모양의 "Island Stack" 등의 여러 가지 특징들이 발견되었다. 한편, 해빈 퇴적물의 조성 성숙도는 돌출부에서 만입된 중앙으로 갈수록 성숙된 경향을 보인다. 이는 해빈을 구성하는 사질퇴적물의 기원이 남측과 북측의 돌출부에 있음을 의미하며, 침식된 퇴적물은 파랑에 의해 야기된 연안류에 의해 만입된 중앙으로 이동되는 것으로 해석된다.

부산지역에서 PM10 과 PM2.5중의 금속 성분 농도를 파악하기 위하여 2004년 3월부터 2004년 12월까지 조사하였다. PM10의 평균농도는 58.2μg/m3 농도범위는 8.3~161.1μg/m3이었으며, PM2.5의 평균농도는 29.3μg/m3, 농도범위는 2.8~65.3μg/m3였다. PM10의 평균 질량농도는 황사시 121.5μg/m3, 비황사시 56.0μg/m3로 나타났다. 10 이상의 지각농축계수를 보인 성분은 Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb 및 Zn로서 인위적기원을 받은 것으로 추정된다. PM10과 PM2.5 중 미량금속 성분의 지각농축계수는 황사시보다 비황사시에 높게 나타났으며, 인근의 공단지역으로부터 인위적 오염물질이 수송된 것으로 추정된다. PM10과 PM2.5의 토양입자의 평균 기여율은 각각 15.2%와17.5%였다. 토양기여율의 황사/비황사비는 PM10과 PM2.5에서 각각 1.9와 2.1로 나타났다.

Many researchers have proved that risk measurement of information systems is a very effective tool for improving confidence of information systems. However, information system risk in Korea still includes many subjective judgements. This study deals with applying a quantitative model to improve risk measurement of information system quality. First of all, we have come up with solutions to improve the evaluation efficiency on risk measurement. We have merged the risk guidelines of COBIT and CMM, and developed a quantified evaluation scheme that call by risk point. We have proved the validity of this model by interviews with experts and by case studies.

ZnO nanostructures with various shapes were synthesized under ambient pressure condition by a wet chemical reaction method. Nanorods of ZnO with hexagonal cross-section and their aggregates with radiate shape were synthesized. Precursor concentration affected considerably the shape evolution of ZnO nanorods. Low precursor concentration was proved to be more preferable to the growth of ZnO nanorods, which is attributed to the intrinsic characteristics of chemical reaction in the synthesis of ZnO from zinc compounds.

Titanium dioxide was prepared by Polymer Complex Solution Method(PCSM) according to the mole ratio of Titanium (IV) isopropoxide(TTIP)/solvent and polymer(Poly Ethylene Glycol). Polymer electrolytes were usually made by dispersing preproduced ceramic nanoparticles in a polymer matrix. Using this method, pure and nano-sized powder was synthesized through a simple procedure and polymer entrapment route. At the optimum amount of the polymer, the titanium ions are dispersed in solution and a homogeneous polymeric network is formed. The maximum intensity of anatase phase of was achieved by calcining at for 2h. The synthesized powders were nano-sized and the average size was about 50nm. LEDs have been shown to be a safe, efficient, light-weight, and less-expensive alternative to heal wound. LED irradiation at the same biostimulatory wavelength of previous laser studies have similar biochemical effects The purpose of present study is to evaluate the effects of wound healing by LED irradiation. Thirty 34-day-old sprague dawley were used for present study. 1.5mm diameter defected holes were formed in both ear lobes of rat by rubber dam punch. 635nm and 890nm irradiation was performed by LED for 2 weeks, followed by histologíc examination staíned with H&E and Masson trichrome. Also, RT-PCR was carried out to find out the mRNA expression level in gingival fjbroblast irradiated by 635nm for 1 hour. In gross exarnination, wound healing was observed in irradiated group comparing to control For microscopic exarnination, repair by connective tissues was filled in defects of irradiated group, while dense cellular bands consisting of fjbroblasts and capi llaries were found at the end of defect in control By staining of masson trichrome, amount of collagens were found in irradiated group. In a result of RT-PCR, mRNA expressions of TGF- ß , MMP-1,3 and Timp-3 were down-regulated in irradiated group comparing with their expression in control group. Taken together, LED irradiation increase the prolifeation and the activity of fibroblasts and down-regualted the TGF-ß , MMP- 1,3 and Timp- 3 mRNA, followed by activation of would healing.

정서를 경험하는 동안 자율신경 반응과 외현적 반응, 그리고 얼굴 표정, 몸짓, 자세, 언어 등과 같은 정서적 의사소통을 나타낸다. 안면근육반응은 공포, 놀람, 행복, 혐오, 슬픔, 분노와 같은 감정적인 표현을 측정하는 하나의 수단으로, 특정한 안면근육에 기초를 둔 반응을 식별할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 아동이 긍정정서와 부정정서를 느낄 때 나타나는 안면근육반응의 변화를 알아보고, 아동이 느끼는 긍정정서와 부정정서의 구분이 가능한지를 알고자 하였다. 시청각 동영상(Audiovisual Film Clips)을 이용하여 긍정정서 (기쁨)와 부정정서를 유발하였고, 47명의 아동이 이들 정서를 느끼는 동안 안면근전도(Facial EMG : 우측 corrugator supercilii와 orbicularis oris)를 측정하였다. 또한 아동이 경험한 정서의 심리반응 결과를 평가하기 위하여 정서평가척도를 사용하였다. 두 정서에 대한 높은 적합성(85%이상)과 효과성(기쁨 3.15, 공포4.4, 5점 만점)을 보였다. 안면근육반응 결과, 두 정서 모두에서 안정상태와 정서 상태간의 유의한 차이가 있었다. 정서에 따른 반응 결과, 긍정정서와 부정정서에 따라 corrugator supercilii와 orbicularis oris 반응의 차이가 나타났다. corrugator supercilii는 긍정정서일 때 부정정서보다 근육의 활동이 더 증가하였다. orbicularis oris는 부정정서일 때 긍정정서보다 근육의 반응이 더 증가하였다.

한국산 산개구리류 3종의 분류학적 형질을 명확히 하기 위하여 형태학적, 계량형태학적 방법을 이용하여 한국산 산개구리류 3종(북방산개구리, 계곡산개구리, 아무르산개구리)과 일본산 산개구리류 1종(R. tsushimensis)을 비교 분석하였다. 형태학적 비교 분석결과, 산개구리류는 손가락 끝과 발가락 끝의 모양, 아래턱에 형성된 반문의 발달유무, 윗입술선의 유무, 물갈퀴의 발달 정도, 서구개치열의 형태 등이 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었으며, 계량형태학적

밤나무혹벌 산란동아수의 품종별 차이를 비교한 결과, 석추 및 다압에서 가장 적었고 전체적으로 신초의 하부로 갈수록 산란동아수가 많았으며 특히, 옥광, 축파, 유마 에서 이러한 현상이 뚜렷하였다. 대부분의 품종에서 동아당 평균 1.0개 이상 다중 산란되었으며 신초하부의 경우 산란수가 재래종, 축파, 옥광, 평기에서는 3.0개 이상이었으며 석추와 다압은 1.0개 미만이었다. 산란동아별 난수는 모든 품종에서 상부의 동아에 산란된 난수가 가장 적었고, 하부의 동아에 많은 경향을 보였다. 신초하부의 경우 축파는 산란된 알이 평균 15개 이상으로 가장 많았던 반면, 다압은 한개 이하로 가장 적었다. 품종별 산란비율은 모든 품종에서 밤나무혹벌이 산란한 동아를 발견 할 수 있었으며, 재래종이 로 가장 높았고, 축파와 유마에서는 각각 78.5와 이상의 산란율을 나타내었다.
