The purpose of this study was to investigate how menu quality, human · amenity service quality, perceived risk affected quality · price menu value, social · emotion menu value and how quality · price menu value and social · emotion menu value influenced satisfaction. Also this study investigated how satisfaction affected loyalty. The model was tested in hotel restaurants settings of five-star hotels using a sample of customers visiting and enjoying menus in Daegu metropolitan city and Gyeongju city. Empirical results confirmed that not only do menu quality and human · amenity service quality increase quality · price menu value and social · emotion menu value but that perceived risk reduces social · emotion menu value. It was also found that significant antecedents of satisfaction were quality · price menu value and social · emotion menu value. Also, loyalty was also found to be a significant consequences of satisfaction.

안근 불균형으로 인한 양안시 이상의 대표적 변수인 사위와 안근 불균형과 관련된 양안시 이상의 다른 변수간의 상호관계를 분석， 조사하여 임상에서 외사위가 있는 사 람의 진단 및 처치의 우선순위를 결정하기 위하여 본 연구를 수행하였다. 안근불균형과 관련된 6가지 변수를 얻기 위하여 사위검사와 융합력 검사， 주시시차 검사를 실시하였으며 피검사자는 18명의 양안시 이상 증상을 느끼는 증상 집단과 23 명의 양안시 이상 증상을 느끼지 못하는 비 증상 집단으로 분류하였고， 증상 집단과 비 증상 집단， 그리고 전체집단으로 검사결과를 비교하였다. 본 연구에 의하여 사위 에 미치는 변수들의 상대적인 영향력의 크기는 전체집단과 증상 집단에서는 Sheard’s criterion > Percival' s criterion > Y -intercept > X -intercept > Slope of F.D.C. 의 순으로 나타났고， 비 증상 집 단에 서 는 Sheard’s criterion > Percival’s criterion > Y -intercept > Slope of F.D.C. > X -intercept의 순으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 검사자가 임상에서 외사위가 있는 사람을 처치할 때 쉐어드기준 (Sheard’s criterion) 이 우선적으로 고려되어야 할 변수로 판단되며， 종합적인 진단 및 처치를 위해서는 주시시차 각 (Y -intercept) 이 부가적으로 고려되어야 할 변수로 판단 되었다.

The effect of parameters on the consequence of the flash fire accident by the release of heavy gas(in this study, xylene vapor) was analyzed. Simulation results showed that the distance with the lower flammable limit(XLFL) was increased with the increase of the release hole diameter. For the case of the elevated release, XLFL was increased with the increase of the wind speed and the release height, but XLFL was not affected by the wind speed for the release on the ground level. Therefore, the accident in the elevated release was more dangerous than the release on the ground level. In this condition, the release height had more effect on XLFL at the night time than the daytime and in the urban area than the rural area.

This paper deals with a survey on the present status of the participating companies in HBA of Kangwon province including the motivation of participation, participating period, and the purpose of participation. The survey results show that they are participating in HBA for manpower interchange, information gathering, mutual utilization of management resources, and their company's growth. To become a dynamic and vital association, it is necessary to share, learn, and discuss their managerial problems based on mutual trust and respect at the regular monthly meeting.

In yen dollar exchange rate and export amount of Machinery, former variable gives an unilateral Granger cause to latter that. Also, call rate gives an unilateral Granger cause to export amount of Machinery. In case of M3 & export amount of Machinery, former variable have an influence on latter that at 5% Confidence level.

ISO 9000 is a management standard that provides customers with assurance thu their registered suppliers have a consistent quality system to which they adhere. this paper draws on four sources to show how ISO 9000 can lead to performance improvement. 1)theories of induces innovation and improvisation 2) the literature on ISO 9000 3) a case study of a telecom company. we find that the extent to which ISO 9000 is associated with performance improvement depends on the level of its assimilation, and the degree to which an organization goes beyond the minimal requirements of the standard.

This research suggests critical and specific decisive variables that affect general service quality of the products in family restaurants, considering features of services in which consumption and production happens simultaneous by collecting the raw data through point of sales. It also analyses the factors and helps to offer them practical strategies by providing managers of the restaurants and marketers with empirical viewpoints based on the research. Generally, family restaurants need their own physical environment and are required to encourage customers to revisit themselves by maintaining pleasant environment as well as, considering space for customers and for employees' working routes and effective maintenance of the facilities. The result of the study also tells that even if the unimportant factors did not affect much on the restaurants, management over these factors can be a differentiated strategy for competitive advantage over the other businesses.

비보존력(non-conservative force)을 받는 외팔기둥의 동적 안정성 거동특성을 조사하기 위하여, 전단변형 및 감쇠효과가 고려된 Hamilton의 원리를 적용하고 무차원화 된 운동방정식 및 유한요소 정식화 과정을 제시한다. 유도된 행렬운동방정식을 이용하여 외팔보(Beck's column)의 고유치해석에 의한 정적좌굴(divergence) 및 동적 좌굴하중(flutter load)을 산정하고 Newmark-{\beta}법에 의해서 시간응답해석을 실시한다. 이러한 해석법을 이용한 매개변수연구를 통하여 전단변형 및 회전관성효과, 비보존력의 방향파라미터에 대한 임계하중의 영향, 그리고 내적 및 외적 감쇠하중의 영향이 비보존력계의 동적 안정성에 미치는 영향을 분석한다.

In case Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands, the relative importance of monetary policy and Industrial production Is different from these countries. In case Italy and the Netherlands, monetary policy is primary factor at stabilizing for volatility of stock price. In case Korea, increasing monetary policy and industrial production is positively affected stock market. It is that the positive effect of stock price is caused by mollifying monetary policy and economic growth. Specially, this conclusion is similar to US. In Korea, gradual increase in monetary and industrial production is necessary to stability of stock market. It is different to previous results on basis of increasing stock price of money in long period.

This paper uses a data mining methodologies to improve and predict cause of defect process variables in manufacturing process. Traditional statistical process control (SPC) techniques of control charting are not applicable in many process industries because it is difficult to analyze the cause of many process variables. The paper suggests that data mining methodologies useful when sequence rule, SVM (classification) methods are find out cause of defect process variables and SVM (prediction) methods used to predict process variables in manufacturing process. Therefore, it is allowing improved control in manufacturing process.
