        This study employed text mining techniques to analyze the major topics and research trends in plant ecological studies conducted in the Nakdong River basin. A total of 131 research articles published between 1977 and 2023 were collected from domestic and international academic databases. Our analysis revealed that the primary research themes include: wetland plant management and restoration, regional flora investigation, the relationship between aquatic plant communities and water quality, wetland plant community structure and distribution, riparian vegetation, and Phragmites australis (common reed). The majority of these studies were based on short-term field surveys (less than one year in duration; 79.7%), with a focus on regional flora investigation (30.5%), vegetation mapping (21.4%), and plant growth characteristics (17.6%). To ensure the longterm sustainability of the Nakdong River ecosystem, we suggest prioritizing long-term ecological research (LTER) initiatives and incorporating diverse research approaches, such as mesocosm experiments that manipulate key environmental factors. This comprehensive approach to plant ecological research will be crucial for evaluating the stability and resilience of the Nakdong River ecosystem and will ultimately contribute to the development of robust, scientifically informed decision-making processes and management strategies.

        2008년 노인수발의 사회화를 기치로 출범한 장기요양보험이 올해로 17년째를 맞이한다. 장기요양보험은 나름의 의의와 순기능에도 불구하고 수발서비스 상업화를 심화시켰다는 평가를 받기도 한다. 본 논문은 이 점에 주목해 ‘장기요양보험이 왜 이런 평가를 받게 됐는지’ 그에 대한 하나의 설명을 구하고자 한다. 본 논문은 질적연구방법 중의 하나인 사례연구방법에 기초하여 장기요양보험 법제화(도입) 이후 심화된 수발서비스의 상업화를 분석한다. 특히, 서비스 제공기관인 사회복지조직 종사자들에 대한 심층면접을 통해 그 전개와 양상, 맥락을 분석한다. 분석 결과, 장기요양보험 법제화 이후 다음의 특징들이 나타나고 있었다. 장기요양기관 난립으로 인한 경쟁이 격화되었고, 보조금 방식이 폐지되고 수가 방식 도입되었으 며, 수익과 효율성 중심의 기관 운영이 이루어지고 있고, 정부의 하향식 제도 운영으로 서비스기관들의 상대적 자율성이 미약한 것으로 드러났다. 본 논문의 문제의식과 분석결과는 한국 장기요양보험의 발전과 조망을 돕고, 향후 제도의 사회적 가치를 제고하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

        This study investigated the long-term dynamics of phytoplankton communities, key environmental factors, and indicator species in Mulgeum, a major downstream site of the Nakdong River, from 1993 to 2020. Monthly phytoplankton densities ranged from 189 to 52,757,982 cells mL-1, with diatoms dominating yearround (29.1~93.4%). Notably, cyanobacteria exhibited the highest growth rates, which could exacerbate algal blooms under long-term climate change. Using generalized additive models, five environmental factorsdissolved oxygen, transparency, total phosphorus, phosphate, and discharge-were found to significantly influence monthly variations in most taxa. Cyanobacteria were most sensitive to environmental changes, while chrysophytes showed minimal dependence on specific factors. Principal component analysis grouped environmental conditions into five clusters, with each cluster characterized by distinct conditions and indicator species. A total of 122 species were identified as indicators, with green algae contributing the most. Cluster 1, characterized by high transparency and low phosphorus, was dominated by Stephanodiscus hantzschii, a common species in eutrophic waters. Cluster 4, associated with high phosphorus, highlighted Cyclotella ocellata as a key indicator, emphasizing phosphorus as a crucial determinant for diatom structure. These findings underscore the critical role of hydrological and nutrient factors in shaping phytoplankton communities and provide insights into ecological responses to environmental changes in the Nakdong River system. The results can inform sustainable management strategies to mitigate eutrophication.

        This study used text mining to analyze public interest and research trends related to the Nakdong River. We examined news articles (1990~2024) and academic publications (1960~2024) to understand the evolving relationship between societal concerns and scientific research. Main findings reveal growing public interest towards the Nakdong River, with initial focus on pollution related to the industrial development shifting to large-scale river modification projects and water quality issues. This increased awareness mirrored trends in research, where early emphasis on classic ecology and water quality expanded to include sociocultural, educational aspects and advanced methodologies. The study highlights a dynamic interplay between public discourse and scientific inquiry, with research priorities aligning with societal concerns like water pollution, algal blooms, and biodiversity loss, underscoring the need for integrated, multidisciplinary research that addresses emerging environmental challenges and promotes sustainable management of the Nakdong River ecosystem under climate change and other societal shifts.

        The results of the measurements using an optical surface roughness meter are shown according to the angle changes of 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, and 3°. Through the experiment, it can be seen that the measurement value is 3.140 at 0°, 3.148 at 0.5°, 3.140 at 1°, 3.151 at 1.5°, 5.078 at 2°, and 4.790 at 3° setting. In addition, the test statistic (P) value is 0.000, which is smaller than the significance level of 0.005, so it was confirmed through the experiment that a measurement error occurs according to the angle change when measuring the surface roughness.

        This study analyzed IoT-based indoor air quality monitoring data in a cooking room at a high school in Seoul. As a result of measuring the type and concentration change of cooking fumes generated during roasting, frying, and stir-fry, each cooking method showed a different pattern. Some cooking fumes were observed high during the distribution process, not during cooking, and it is necessary to observe and control indoor air quality during the entire process of cooking, storage, and distribution as well as various elements of cooking fumes. Through these results, we propose the addition of an IoT-based real-time indoor air quality monitoring system and ventilation facilities linked to it.

        본 연구는 일본의 저출산 문제에 대한 정책적 대응이 어떤 경로로 형성 되고 변화되었는가의 과정을 역사적 제도주의 관점에서 분석한 것이다. 이를 위하여 저출산 정책이 형성된 1990년대 초 엔젤플랜에서 2003년 소자화사회대책기본법의 입법화가 이루어지는 시기에 집중하여 살펴보았 다. 이를 통한 결과는 첫째, 정책형성의 경로는, 1990년 저출산율의 1.57 쇼크라는 외부적 충격에 의한 중대국면에서 과거 일본 정부의 산아 조절 정책의 연속선이라는 우려에서 분리되고자 하는 역사적 유산과의 단절의 측면에서 경로의존적 특성을 보이는 것으로 해석되었다. 둘째, 정 책변화의 경로는, 제도 내부적인 새로운 정책이념의 등장, 저출산 문제의 심각성에 대한 거부권 없는 정치적 합의와 정책 결정 구조의 체계화, 새 로운 제도 내용의 추가적 누적이라는 제도적 맥락을 통해 경로진화와 제 도의 가겹의 특성을 보이는 것으로 해석되었다. 이러한 경로 과정을 고 찰하면서 일본 저출산 정책의 특성과 한계를 살펴보았다.

        This study investigated the spatial distribution of dissolved organic carbon and the changes in tidal flat soil characteristics following the flooding season in the closed estuary of the Geumgang River basin. We found that after the flooding season, a brackish water area expanded due to increased river discharge, which also introduced low concentrations of dissolved organic carbon from the river. Dissolved inorganic carbon predominantly originated from the sea in proportion to salinity, indicating that in the closed estuary area, dissolved carbon supplied from the sea remained a significant source even after the flooding season. Additionally, a substantial amount of tidally transported silt and clay was deposited near the estuary dam after the flood, and its effects continued to influence the sediment characteristics downstream in the intertidal zone. As an empirical study in the closed estuary, our results are expected to contribute to conservation measures for the World Heritage Site in the area.

        Environmental changes play a significant role in the introduction, dispersal, and establishment of invasive species. This study aims to predict the habitat suitability of the newly invasive pest P. absoluta in South Korea by thoroughly considering key environmental factors, including climate and land cover changes. First, the MaxEnt model was developed to simulate changes in habitat suitability using global occurrence data and future climate change scenarios. Subsequently, potential risk areas (PRAs) for P. absoluta within agricultural regions were analyzed based on land cover changes. The results indicated that under all Shared Socioeconomic Pathway (SSP) scenario combinations, the PRA for SSP1 and SSP3 in 2055 were similar, with values of 47.85% and 48.62%, respectively. However, by 2085, these areas showed a marked decrease to 39.28% and 28.52%, respectively. These findings suggest that the PRA for P. absoluta is expected to be most critical in the near future as climate and land-use changes continue to progress. This study emphasizes the urgent need for ongoing monitoring and management to prevent further invasion and spread of P. absoluta into new regions of South Korea. Additionally, it provides scientific evidence to support the development of effective control and management strategies. By thoroughly evaluating the impact of climate and land cover changes on invasive species management, this research presents a foundational framework for predicting the spread and risks of P. absoluta under future climate scenarios.

        The world population is rapidly increasing; over the past 40 years, it has risen by 3.3 billion, reaching 7.8 billion people. Globally, Solanaceae plants contribute more than 6.5 million tons of food to the world’s diet, with potatoes being the fourth most produced crop, cultivated in over 300 countries. However, caution is necessary when consuming plants from the Solanaceae family, as they contain toxic substances known as alkaloids. While alkaloids can offer beneficial effects, such as antioxidants, anti-inflammatory compounds, and anti-cancer properties, tolerance to these compounds varies among individuals, meaning even very small amounts can have fatal effects.Among the major crops in the Solanaceae family, potatoes contain solanine and chaconine; tomatoes contain tomatine; and eggplants contain solasonine and solamargine. The concentration of these substances varies depending on the part of the plant, its developmental stage, and its variety. Additionally, levels can increase significantly due to environmental stress. The environment profoundly impacts the synthesis of secondary metabolites related to survival and defense. Research has confirmed that environmental conditions-such as high-temperature cultivation, low-temperature storage, drought and rainfall, strong light, weak light (shade conditions), and excessive fertilizer application-can increase alkaloid synthesis. Therefore, this study reviews research on alkaloids in Solanaceae crops.

        Black bear (Echeveria spp.) and Adromischus maculatus are ornamental succulents that change color in response to light and temperature. Colors of leaves play an important role in their ornamental value and market demand. However, there is a lack of quantitative research on flavonoids contained in succulent leaves. In this study, a colorimeter and ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) were used to analyze color changes of leaf surfaces and components of bioactive substances to understand the relationship between color change and internal bioactive substances of black bear and A. maculatus. The colorimeter analysis showed that red, green, and blue colors of black bear increased by 42.31%, 49.32%, and 21.58%, respectively, compared to their initial values, resulting in a clear change in leaf color from reddish-black to green. On the other hand, in A. maculatus, the red color decreased by 0.15% and the green color decreased by 10.44%, resulting in a more pronounced red spotted pattern and an increased area. UPLC analysis detected quercitrin in Black Bear leaf extracts and quercetin-3-O-sambubioside in A. maculatus. These substances are considered to play a key role in the concentration of anthocyanins and color changes in response to environmental changes such as light and temperature. Results of this study could be used as basic data to understand the correlation between leaf color change and bioactive substances in succulents in response to light and temperature.

        Cold-pressed rapeseed oil (CPRO) is a rich source of bioactive components, but it is more susceptible to deterioration due to absence of chemical refining. Proper storage conditions are essential to maintain oil quality. This study evaluated the quality properties of seed-stored oil (SSO) and oil-stored oil (OSO) under various storage conditions. Both the seeds and the CPRO obtained from the ‘Jungmo7001’ and ‘Yuryeo’ varieties were stored for 24 months at 4℃, 25℃, and ambient temperature (AT). After 24 months, the acid value (AV) at 4℃ was lower than at 25℃ and AT. Additionally, the AV increased by 3.0-fold in SSO and 1.9-fold in OSO at AT compared to initial storage levels. OSO was found to be relatively more stable against oxidation than SSO. The canolol content in SSO increased with both storage temperature and period, but this was not observed in OSO. However, no changes in fatty acid composition or tocopherol content were noted based on the storage conditions, indicating that these properties remained relatively stable during storage. These results provide foundational data for the stable distribution of CPRO.

        This study analyzed the nutritional composition of Korean landrace crops, including 4 rice and 3 legume varieties, before and after cooking. The study aimed to provide fundamental nutritional data for these traditional crops, valuable for dietary planning and product development in the food industry. The results showed that cooking significantly affected most nutrients, except some minerals and vitamins. the nutritional content of the landrace crops was generally similar to common varieties, with some notable differences. Jaepat had higher carbohydrate content than common red beans. Most landrace crops showed higher phosphorus levels compared to common varieties, except Seonbijabi-kong. Potassium content was notably higher in all landrace rice varieties. Regarding vitamins, beta-carotene was not detected in landrace rice, and vitamin B1 and B3 levels were lower in landrace crops. However, Geomeunkkae-ssal-byeo had the highest vitamin E content among landrace rice varieties. This study provides valuable nutritional data on Korean landrace crops, which can be used to promote the consumption and preservation of these genetic resources. The study also suggests that the obtained nutritional information can be utilized as a basis for meal planning by consumers and food service facilities, as well as for product development in the food industry.

        This study analyzed the epilithic diatom community and ecological health of freshwater streams using environmental DNA (eDNA)-based metabarcoding technology. eDNA metabarcoding is a method that analyzes biological communities by performing PCR amplification followed by next-generation sequencing (NGS), offering higher sensitivity and faster results compared to traditional microscopic analyses. The study compared the eDNA metabarcoding results of ribulose bisphosphate carboxylase large chain gene (rbcL) targeting epilithic diatoms according to Taq polymerases (SuperFi II, GainBlue, EzPCR, and AccuPower). SuperFi II and GainBlue yielded the highest number of reads and zOTUs, with GainBlue showing particularly uniform read distribution, allowing for more accurate analysis for community diversity of epilithic diatoms. On the other hand, EzPCR and AccuPower exhibited lower number of reads and zOTUs, making them less suitable for the community diversity. In terms of community similarity analysis, SuperFi II and GainBlue produced highly similar results, while EzPCR and AccuPower showed significant differences. This study demonstrates that PCR Taq polymerases significantly influence community diversity and similarity analyses of epilithic diatoms, with GainBlue providing the most stable and accurate results. Our findings serve as a valuable foundation for improving the accuracy of eDNA-based metabarcoding analyses of diatoms.

        본 연구는 유아교사의 디지털 교수효능감과 디지털 놀이지원역량의 관 계에서 변화개방성과 전문성 지원환경의 매개효과를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 D시와 S시의 유치원과 어린이집에 재직중인 유아교사 165명을 대상으로 자료를 분석하였다. 병렬다중매개모형을 분석하기 위 해 Hayes(2018)의 PROCESS Macro Model 4가 적용되었다. 분석 결 과, 유아교사의 디지털 교수효능감, 변화개방성, 전문성 지원환경, 디지 털 놀이지원역량은 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또한 유아교사의 전문성 지원환경이 디지털 교수효능감과 디지털 놀이지원역 량 간의 관계에서 유의미한 매개효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과는 유아교 사의 디지털 놀이지원역량 향상을 위하여 디지털 교수효능감과 전문성 지원환경을 중요 변인으로 고려되어야 함을 시사한다. 본 연구결과는 유 아교사의 디지털 놀이지원역량 증진을 위한 실질적이고 유용한 기초자료 를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다.

        Along with the increase in the number of vehicles in circulation, the indoor air quality in automobiles is attracting attention as another possible health concern. However compared to data regarding indoor air quality in other spaces, there are insufficient data on indoor air quality in automobiles. In addition, there is no standard for the evaluation method. In this study, the change in the concentration of particulate matter in the vehicle while driving under real road conditions was analyzed in order to use it as basic data for a method to evaluate vehicle indoor air quality. Through the selection of measurement target materials and test vehicles and the preparation of test methodologies, evaluation was performed on vehicle, route, and HVAC modes. The concentration of particulate matter in the vehicle was the lowest in the RC (In-vehicle recirculation) condition, and it was confirmed that it decreased with time. The highest average concentration was confirmed in the OA (Outside air ventilation) condition, and the concentration change according to the changing HVAC mode was observed in the Auto condition. The concentration of pollutants inside the vehicle showed a significant correlation with factors such as season, external concentration, and HVAC conditions, along with a weak correlation to powertrain type. The results of this study can be used as basic data for developing methods for evaluating vehicle interior air quality in future work.

        Tricholoma matsutake, one of the most famous edible mushroom in Asia, has been cultivated in red pine forest. Because of its difficulty in artificial cultivation, T. matsutake cultivation has relied on foraging in the forest. Under certain environmental conditions, T. matsutake form the Shiro, the condensed mycelium, and develop into fruiting bodies. Among the certain environmental conditions, fungal communities play a major role in the mushroom development. Therefore, fungal community investigations for Bonghwa and Yangyang have been conducted on soil with fairy rings in the past, soil with existing fairy rings, and soil with presumptive fairy rings developing in the future. From the six soil samples, total 163 genera of fungi were detected and species diversity and species abundance of each sample were also analyzed. In result, the species diversity and species abundance of the fairy rings in Yangyang were lower than those in Bonghwa. In comparison with the fairy rings in Yangyang and Bonghwa, the dominance of the genus Tricholoma was higher and that of the genus Motilella was lower in Yangyang. Through the continuous study, establishment of optimal environmental conditions to promote the T. matsutake cultivation is highly expected.

        This study examined the spatiotemporal changes in Jilnal Wetland using satellite image-based time series data and field surveys. The analysis focused on changes in open water surface area and vegetation using the JRC Surface Water Monthly Water History dataset and Landsat imagery from 1984 to 2020. The impact of hydrological changes on vegetation was assessed through surveys conducted before and after the 2023 monsoon season. Results indicated a continuous decrease in open water surface area since the 1980s, with a sharp decline post-2003. NDVI analysis showed an inverse relationship between water area reduction and increased vegetation vigor and coverage. Field surveys revealed that hydrological changes directly affected vegetation structure, leading to new herbaceous communities and greater diversity post-monsoon. These findings highlight significant ecosystem changes driven by anthropogenic factors and natural succession, necessitating a comprehensive conservation strategy, including development control, hydrological management, terrestrialization prevention, and long-term monitoring.

        Climate change significantly impacts biodiversity, particularly for endemic species in restricted habitats. This study focuses on the Korean fir (Abies koreana), an alpine conifer species in South Korea, to evaluate potential habitat changes under SSP climate scenarios (SSP1-2.6, SSP2-4.5, SSP3-7.0, SSP5- 8.5). Using high-resolution ensemble climate data from the KMA (Korea Meteorological Administration) and integrating 10 species distribution models (SDMs) into an ensemble model, we predicted habitat suitability for the period 2010~2090. The species data was refined and constructed with a focus on location data so that it could be used in this model, using the National Ecosystem Survey, Baekdudaegan Conservation Area Survey of the National Institute of Ecology, and the National Park Natural Resources DB of National Park Service. The results identified BIO1 (mean annual temperature) and BIO13 (Precipitation of Wettest Month) as the most influential bioclimatic variables for habitat suitability. SSP1-2.6 exhibited fluctuating habitat area with partial recovery by 2070s, while SSP5-8.5 projected a near-complete loss of suitable habitats by 2090s. The ensemble model demonstrated robust performance, providing reliable predictions across all scenarios. This study highlights the substantial impact of climate change on the habitat suitability of Abies koreana and underscores the importance of understanding these changes to preserve vulnerable alpine ecosystems.

        이 연구는 직장 여성의 속눈썹 연장 시술 동기 및 이미지 변화 자신감과 시술 효과성에 미치는 영향의 필요성에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 이 연구는 서울 및 지방도시 지역에 거주하는 20세 이상의 직장 여성을 대상으로 2024년 5월 10일부터 2024년 6월 5일까지 최종 286부를 SPSS 25.0 프 로그램을 활용하였다. 분석결과 속눈썹 연장 시술 동기의 하위요인별 외모 단점 보완, 이미지 개선은 심리적 효과성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 속눈썹 연장 시술 동기의 하위요인별 외모 단점 보완, 이미지 개선, 대인 지향은 사회적 효과 성 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과 직장 여성들의 삶의 질 향상에 속눈썹 연장 시술이 전체적인 이미지 변화에 매우 효과적이며 한국 여성들의 추구하는 세련된 이미지 변화에 만족도를 높일 수 있는 미용산업의 한 분야 로 판단된다. 갈수록 심화 되는 미용산업의 경쟁구도 속에 자리 잡고 있는 속눈썹미용 이 더욱 체계화되고 전문화시킬 수 있는 교육과 전문가 양성, 프랜차이즈 개 발, 프로그램 개발이 필요하다고 생각된다.
