Granulosa cells of the follicles, of which the diameter is 2~4 mm and 6~10 mm, were collected from ovary of slaughtered pig that each follicle of diameter 1~4 mm and 6~10 mm. We extracted glanulosa cell proteins by M-PER Mammalian Protein Extraction Reagent. Proteins were refined by clean-up kit and quantified by Bradford method until total protein was 200 μl. Immobilized pH gradient(IPG) strip used 18 cm, 3~10 NL. SDS-PAGE used 10% acrylamide gel. After silver staining, Melanie 7 and naked eye test were used for spot analyzation. Increasing proteins in glanulosa cell of 6~10 mm follicle were 7 spots. This spots were analyzed by MALDI-TOF MS and searched on NCBInr. In results, 7 spots were similar to zinc/ling finger protein 3 precursor (RING finger protein 203), angiomotin, heat shock 60 kDa protein 1 (chaperonin) isoform 1 (HSP60), similar to transducin-like enhancer protein 1 (TLE 1), SH3 and PX domains 2A (SH3PXD2A). Those proteins were related with transfer between cells. Increase of proteins has an effect on follicular development.
This study examined the vastus medialis oblique (VMO) and the vastus lateralis (VL) onset time differences (OTD) during quadriceps contraction in different hip positions. Twelve healthy subjects were recruited (four men, eight women). Surface EMG activities of the VMO and VL were measured during a quadriceps strengthening exercise in a long sitting condition and in a sitting at a chair with feet hanging condition. For each condition, subjects were tested in two hip positions (neutral and adduction). The OTD between the two muscles was calculated for each condition, by subtracting the onset time of the VL from the VMO. Therefore, the negative value of OTD represent earlier EMG onset of the VMO compared to the VL. The OTD was not significantly different between the hip neutral and the hip adduction position in the long sitting condition (p=.064). However, the OTD was significantly different between the hip neutral position (15.83±109.51 ms) and hip adduction position (-5.58±121.08 ms) during the sitting at a chair with feet hanging condition (p=.047). The negative OTD value in the hip adduction condition during quadriceps strengthening exercises is the result of earlier onset of the VMO than VL. Therefore, quadriceps contraction in the hip adduction position can prevent the risk of patella lateral tracking. We expect that quadriceps strengthening exercise in the hip adduction position will be a safe way to prevent patellofemoral pain syndrome resulting from abnormal patella lateral tracking.
The purpose of this study was to suppose basis data the influence of different chair type and pelvic control on quadriceps muscle activity and strength during knee joint extension isometric exercise in hemiplegic patients. This research were investigated in ten healthy adults and tens hemipelgic patients. Surface electromyography (EMG) and Biodex system were used to collect kinematic data and muscle activity, respectively. Independent t-test, paired t-test and one-way repeated ANOVA were used to determine a statistical significance. The results showed as follows: (1) Posterior pelvic angles in healthy group and hemiplegic group were significantly different on isokinetic equipment (p<.05). (2) Different chair type and pelvic control on quadriceps muscle activity and strength were significantly different in hemiplegic patients (p<.05). From the result of this research, posterior pelvic angle control during knee joint extension isometric exercise in hemiplegic patients on isokinetic equipment is necessary to increase quadriceps muscle strength in hemiplegic patients.
The purpose of this study was to examine contraction of abdominal muscles on surface electromyographic (EMG) activity of superficial cervical flexors, rib cage elevation and angle of craniocervical flexion during deep cervical flexion exercise in supine position. Fifteen healthy subjects were participated for this study. All subjects performed deer cervical flexion exercise with two methods. The positions of two methods were no volitional contraction of abdominal muscles in hook-lying position with 45 degree hip flexion (method 1) and 90 degrees hip and knee flexion with feet off floor for inducing abdominal muscle contraction (method 2). Surface EMG activities were recorded from five muscles (sternocleidmastoid, anterior scaleneus, recuts abdominis, external oblique, internal oblique). And distance of rib cage elevation and angle of craniocervical flexion were measured using a three dimensional motion analysis system. The EMG activity of each muscle was normalized to the value of reference voluntary contraction (%RVC). The EMG activities, distance of rib cage elevation. and angle of craniocervical were compared using a paired t-test between two methods. The results showed that the EMG activities of sternocleidmastoid and anterior scaleneus during deep cervical flexion exercise in method 2 were significantly decreased compared to method 1 (p<.05). Distance of rib cage elevation and angle of craniocervical flexion were significantly decreased in method 2 (p<.05). The findings of this study indicated that deep cervical flexion exercise with contraction of abdominal muscles could be an effective method to prevent substitute motion for rib cage elevation and contraction of superficial neck flexor muscles.
교통공학 분야에서 비상사태와 기후 변화로 인한 교통망의 영향을 연구하는 주제는 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 특히, 많은 인구가 거주하고 있는 도심지역 교통망에 대해서는 비상사태에 대응하기 위한 적절한 교통운영관리 대책이 필요하다. 이를 위해 교통망 수요와 공급에 비정상적인 상황이 발생했을 때, 영향권 내에 있는 차량들의 신속한 대피와 그 근방 지점으로 접근 하는 차량들에 대한 우회경로 정보제공 전략 개발을 위한 다양한 시뮬레이션 모형이 개발되어 왔다. 비상사태의 특성에 따라 요구되는 교통운영관리 전략 및 대응방안이 달라지는 것이 일반적이다. 이에 대한 연구의 일환으로 최근 들어 유비쿼터스 (ubiquitous) 통신 및 센서네트워크 기술을 적용하여 비상사태 발생 시 개별 맞춤 정보제공을 통해 교통운영관리의 실효성을 증진하기 위한 방안이 개발 중에 있다. 신속하고 정확한 비상사태 관련정보의 수집, 연계, 제공으로 교통운영관리에 대한 관리기반을 확보하고, 보다 체계적인 교통운영의 상황조치와 모니터링으로 교통운영관리의 시스템 안전성을 유지하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이에 필요한 핵심 사항 중 비상사태 발생 시 차량에 대한 대피 및 우회정보 제공을 위한 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 알고리즘은 비상사태 발생 시 교통망에 근거한 동적 대피 및 우회경로 제공을 위해 동적 최단경로 탐색기법과 동적 통행배정모형을 기반으로 하였다. 이를 서울시 강남구 도로망에 적용하였고 가상 시나리오(테러 발생)에 따라 모형의 성능을 평가하였다.
Withsuffering financial crisis in 1997, Korea's fashion market has grown in the direction that satisfies the reasonable price and diverse consumer's sensitivity and needs. The aim of this study is to examine whether the cutting portion in the waist line is surely necessary for designing the jacket pattern in men's wear, by closely examining the effects of the cutting portion in the waist line on the external appearance and functionality given designing the jacket pattern in men's wear for the standard body type in 20s. The results of the study are as follows.
As a result of evaluating the external appearance, when having evaluated by dividing into 14 items such as the whole surface, the side, and the back side, the experimental clothing, which wasn't cut the waist line, obtained the highest mark in 13 items and, the significant difference was indicated in 10 items except 4 items. As a result of evaluating performance, the experimental clothing, which wasn't cut the waist line, obtained the highest mark in 13 items among 25 items in the total. Next, the cutting portion in the waist line obtained the highest mark in 10 items for the experimental clothing with opening in 1.0cm. The next was indicated to be in order of the experimental clothing with 1.5cm and the experimental clothing with 0.5cm. Given seeing the above result, the cutting portion in the waist line given designing the jacket pattern for the standard body type in 20s could be known that the experimental clothing with the most excellent mark in the evaluation of performance was all the experimental clothing with 0.0cm whose waist line wasn't cut.
휴양지역의 평가기준 설정을 위한 다양한 시각매체의 활용가능성에 대한 관심이 높다. 그러나 기준평가를 위한 시각 매체의 유용성은 시각매체가 얼마나 정확하게 현장 상태를 반영하는가에 달려있다. 본 연구는 정적 이미지와 동적 이미지를 이용하여 산정된 조우기준을 비교함으로써 움직임의 효과를 평가하였다. 연구대상지는 무등산도립공원 내 중머리 지역이었다. 총 50명의 대학생이 실험실 조사에 참여하였으며 Photoshop과 Flash 컴퓨터 프로그램을 이용하여 제작된 정적이미지와 동적 이미지의 허용도를 평가하였다. 조사결과, 정적 이미지와 동적 이미지 간에 최대허용수에 차이가 없는 것으로 분석되었으며 전반적 조우규범측정곡선도 거의 동일한 것으로 나타났다. 이미지 노출 순서와 움직이는 사람의 비율에 따른 조우기준도 조사되었다. 그러나 본 지역과 같은 특정 상황에서 조우기준을 개발하기 위하여 정적 이미지 대신 보다 복잡한 방법을 요구하는 동적 이미지를 이용함으로써 얻는 이점은 없다고 판단된다. 보다 정교한 매체이용에 따른 장단점에 대하여 토의하였으며 다른 자원환경 평가에 움직임 또는 소리와 같은 요소들이 조우규범에 미치는 영향에 대한 보다 많은 연구가 요구된다.
본 연구는 김치건조분말을 제조하는 과정에서 김치의 발효과정과 건조 전후에서 나타나는 향기성분의 변화를 조사하고, β-cyclodextrin의 첨가로 인한 향기성분 포집효과를 검증하고자 GC-MS를 이용하여 분석실험을 실시하였다. 김치를 제조하여 20oC에서 발효시켰을 때, 초기 2일째는 dimethyl sulfide와 carbon disulfide가 생성되었고, 7일이 경과하였을 때, dimethyl disulfide, methyl 2-propenyl disulfide, allyl methyl sulfide, and di-2-propenyl disulfide의 황화합물이 주된 향기성분으로 검출되었다. 본 김치시료를 감압건조 하였을 때, 11개 화합물이 검출되지 않았고 dimethyl sulfide, acetaldehyde and methanethiol를 주로 포함하는 13개 화합물이 잔류하였다. 건조공정 중에서 김치 향기성분의 손실을 최소화하고자 0.25-1.0% 농도의 β-cyclodextrin을 건조보조제로 첨가하였을 때, 향기성분의 포집효과에 의해 건조 김치분말에 잔류하는 향기성분의 함량이 평균 3% 증가하였다. 본 연구결과로 볼 때 cyclodextrin은 건조 김치분말 제조공정뿐만 아니라 건조식품제조에서 건조보조제로 효과적으로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
Building on the readings of Yeats’s esoteric poems and A Vision, I pose to rethink the dimensions of his occultism, more specifically his reflection on an encounter with the supernatural beings. The need for rearticulation of the role of relation to the other gains urgency because the supernatural beings are by nature obscure, indistinct, and indefinite. They resist too much clarification and determination that may reduce their complicated and irreducible beings to distinct concepts. The difficulty, therefore, lies in the question of how Yeats could present the beings in a manner as precise, proper, and rigorous as possible and at the same time he could respect and honor the mode in which the beings conceals themselves in the mystery, by letting them be the mystery that they are.
Applying the concept of “ecstasy” and “epiphany” to Yeats’s three poems, my paper investigates how each poem reflects and illustrates the nature and the structuality of “ecstasy” and “epiphany.”
In “The Double Vision of Michael Robartes” the girl dancing between a Sphinx and a Buddha in the fifteenth night is the anti-self of Yeats. In a moment the girl, the Sphinx, the Buddha and the poet himself had overthrown time in contemplation. They remain motionless in the contemplation of their real nature. when Robartes meets the girl, he can be a totally subjective mind, overcome the illusion of duality, and find a “revelation of realty.” They finally all integrated into one and accomplish the ultimate reality as a phaseless sphere. This poem Robartes shows how ecstasy or epiphany in an encounter with the supernatural being not only arises from the contemplation of things vaster than the individual and imperfectly seen but also escapes from the barrenness and shallowness of a too conscious arrangement.
In the second section of “Vacillation,” Yeats presents a ritual ceremony in which “Attis’ image” is hung between the two parts, uniting death with eternal life, assuring immortality. He who performs this rite “May know not what he knows but knows not grief.” Yeats in his poetry consistently and repeatedly alludes to an ancient sacrificial ritual and the imitations of ritual techniques through words and rhythms. For him, the ritual enacts an inner vision of permanent beauty and harmony and enables us to participate in the transcendental experience of a rite. Yeats often clearly sees and evokes the effects of sacrifice to ensure symbolize the transcendental vision of whole beyond ordinary experience or expression.
Yeats showed Unity of Being in “Byzantium.” He attains the Ultimate Reality completely, in which subject and object are unified in the space without the time. He achieves the ultimate reality as an eternal instant. This ultimate reality is Yeats’s Unity of Being.
소형의 담액 수경재배기를 이용하여 기본 배양액에 셀레늄(Se) 1mg L-1과 계면활성제 PVA-95(polyvinyl alcohol-95) 1, 2, 4mg L-1과 CLS(calcium lignosulfonate) 5, 25, 50, 100mg L-1을 처리하여 청경채와 상추 식물체의 Se과 양이온 함량, 생육, 그리고 비타민 C 함량을 조사하였다. 생육은 처리간에 차이는 있지만 종류와 농도 별로 일정한 경향을 보이지 않았다. 총 비타민 C 함량은 두 작물 모두 모든 처리구에서 대조구에 비해 약간 증가하는 경향을 보였으나 유의성은 없었다. K 함량은 싱추의 경우는 일정한 경향이 없었지만, 청경채의 경우 Se 1+PVA-95 4mg L-1 처리구가 가장 높았고, Se 1+CLS 처리에서는 대조구에 비해 5mg L-1 농도에서는 증가하였지만 처리 농도가 증가할수록 감소하였다. Ca 함량은 두 작물 모두 Se 1+PVA-95와 CLS 처리에서 대조구에 비해 증가하였다. Mg 함량은 상추에서는 계면 활성제 처리에 의한 Mg 함량의 변화가 없었으며, 청경채에는 Se 1+CLS 25mg L-1 처리구가 대조구에 비해 증가하였고 기타 처리는 차이가 없었다. 식물체내 Se 함량은 상추에서는 계면 활성제 PVA-95 처리와 CLS 처리가 대조구에 비해 Se 함량이 모두 높았고, PVA-95 처리에서는 농도의 증가에 따라 Se 함량이 낮아졌으며, CLS 처리에서는 50mg L-1 까지는 높아졌지만 100mg L-1에서는 낮아졌다. 청경채의 엽내 Se 함량은 계면활성제 PVA-95 처리가 큰 효과가 없었으나 CLS 25mg L-1 처리에서 현저히 증가되었다.
콘크리트에서 강도는 콘크리트의 물리적 특성을 평가할 수 있는 중요한 인자중 하나이며 압축강도의 경우 실험의 편리함과 범용성으로 인해 널리 사용되고 있다. 콘크리트는 재료와 양생조건 등에 따라 압축강도가 달라지며, 특히 동일 재료라 하더라고 양생조건에 따라 강도는 변한다. 그러므로 현장에서 시공한 콘크리트의 강도를 알기위해서는 현장과 동일한 양생조건에 놓여야만 정확하게 강도를 측정할 수 있다. 그러나 현실적으로 밤낮으로 변화하는 현장의 양생조건을 실내에서 묘사하기란 쉽지가 않다. 또한 실제 콘크리트 포장의 강도를 측정하기 위해 포장체에 코어를 뚫기 때문에 손상이 가해지는 걸 피할수는 없다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 이미 비파괴 기법에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되어 왔으며 그중 탄성파를 이용해 이미 콘크리트의 압축강도와 탄성파 속도와의 상관관계가 높음이 입증되었다. 본 연구에서는 양생조건에 따른 압축강도와 전단파 속도의 상관성을 분석하기 위해 동일 시멘트 페이스트를 3가지 서로 다른 양생온도에서 재령별 압축강도와 탄성파 속도의 변화를 측정했으며, 이 두 변수간의 상관관계를 파악하였다. 그 결과 양생온도는 재령별 압축강도증진과 탄성파 속도증가에 각각 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 압축강도와 전단파 속도와의 상관관계에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
In order to prevent upper extremity musculoskeletal disorders, effective keyboard selection is an important consideration. The aim of this study was to compare upper extremity muscle activity according to transverse plane angle changes during vertical keyboard typing. Sixteen healthy men were recruited. All subjects had a similar typing ability (rate of more than 300 keystrokes per minute) and biacromion and forearm-fingertip lengths. Four different types of keyboard (vertical keyboard with a transverse plane angle of 60˚, 90˚, or 120˚, and a standard keyboard) were used with a wrist support. The test order was selected randomly for each subject. Surface electromyography (EMG) was used to measure upper extremity muscle activity during a keyboard typing task. The collected EMG data were normalized using the reference contraction and expressed as a percentage of the reference voluntary contraction (%RVC). In order to analyze the differences in EMG data, a repeated one-way analysis of variance, with a significance level of .05, was used. Bonferroni correction was used for multiple comparisons. There were significant differences in the EMG amplitude of all seven muscles (upper trapezius, middle deltoid, anterior deltoid, extensor carpi radialis, extensor carpi ulnaris, flexor carpi radialis, and flexor carpi ulnaris) assessed during the keyboard typing task. The mean activity of each muscle had a tendency to increase as the transverse plane angle increased. The mean activity recorded during all vertical keyboard typing was lower than that recorded during standard keyboard typing. There was no significant difference in accuracy and error scores; however, there was a significant difference between transverse plane angles of 60˚ and 120˚ with regard to comfort. In conclusion, a vertical keyboard with a transverse plane angle of 60˚ would be effective in reducing muscle activity compared with vertical keyboards with other transverse plane angles.
The purposes of this study were to compare abductor hallucis (AbdH) muscle activity during toe curl exercise according to position of interphalangeal joint (IPJ). Fifteen healthy subjects with neutral foot were recruit for this study. All subjects performed toe curl exercise with towel while maintaining the IPJ in flexion (condition 1) and extension (condition 2). Toe curl exercise with towel was perform three trials for five second periods in each condition. Surface electromyography (EMG) activities were recorded from three muscles (AbdH, tibialis anterior, peroneous longus) in each condition. EMG activity was normalized to the value of maximal voluntary isometric contraction (%MVIC). The EMG activities acoording to position of IPJ were compared using a paired t-test. This study showed that the EMG activity of AbdH during toe curl exercise with IPJ extension significantly increased compared to those during toe curl exercise with IPJ flexion (p<.05). However, the EMG activity of tibialis anterior and peroneus longus were not significantly different between the conditions (p>.05). These results suggest that toe curl exercise with towel must be performed with extension of IPJ in order to strengthen intrinsic muscle in subjects with overuse injuries related to excessive pronation.
Anticipatory postural adjustments is an example of the ability of the central nervous system to predict the consequence of the mechanical effect of movement on posture and helps minimize a forth coming disturbance. The aim of this study was to evaluate the sequence of activation of the trunk muscles during the performance of hip and shoulder movement and to determine the relationship between anticipatory activity and subjects' motor and functional status in subjects with hemiplegia post stroke. Twenty-four poststroke hemiparetic patients enrolled in this study. Electromyographic activity of the lumbar erector spinae, latissimus dorsi, and of the obliquus internus muscles was recorded bilaterally during flexion of both arm and from the rectus abdominis, obliquus externus, and obliquus internus muscles during flexion of both hip. Onset latencies of trunk muscles were partially delayed in the subjects with hemiplegia post stroke (p<.05). With upper limb flexion, the onset of erector spinae muscle and latissimus dorsi muscle activity preceded the onset of deltoid on both side respectively (p<.05). A similar sequence of activation occurred with lower limb flexion. Also the onset of external oblique muscle and rectus abdominis muscle activity preceded the onset of rectus femoris muscle on both side (p<.05). Major impairments in the activity of trunk muscles in hemiparetic subjects were manifested in delayed onset between activation of pertinent muscular pairs. These problems were associated with motor and functional deficits and warrant specific consideration during physical rehabilitation of post stroke hemiparetic patients.
