        목적:이 연구는 노인전문병원에 입원한 환자들의 일상생활활동과 관련된 요인을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법:연구대상은 전국 8개 노인전문병원에 입원한 환자 1,001명을 대상으로 하였다. 일상생활활동능력 및 그와 관련된 요인은 RAI(resident assessment instrument) Long-Term Care Facility version 한글판을 사용하여 조사하였다. 조사기간은 2003년 1월 26일에서 3월 8일까지였다. 결과:노인전문병원에 입원한 환자들의 79.9%가 신경계 질환을 갖고 있었다. 일상생활활동과 관련된 요인은 인지 기능, 수의운동, 균형능력, 시각기능 및 신경계 질환의 유무였고, R-square 값은 .66이었다. 결론:이 연구결과를 통해 노인전문병원에서 신경계 질환을 갖고 있는 환자가 가장 많이 입원하고 있었으며, 일상생활활동과 관련된 요인은 인지기능, 수의운동, 균형능력, 시각 기능임을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 노인전문병원에서 신경계 질환을 대상으로 하는 재활치료 프로그램이 강화되어야 할 것이다. 그 중 작업치료는 다양한 신체기능 상태를 고려하여 일상생활활동 훈련을 시행하는 보건전문영역이므로 그 역할이 확대되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

        The purpose of this study was to analyze usage frequency and importance of competencies which are required to restaurant industry professionals. For this purpose, opinions of restaurant industry professionals on the competency were surveyed using questionnaires. To develop a questionnaire, a total of 27 competency variables which are required to restaurant industry professionals were drawn through literature review. Questionnaires were distributed to 300 professionals in restaurant industry with different positions using random sampling. Out of 300 questionnaires, 221 questionnaires were used for analysis. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 10.0, including descriptive analysis, ANOVA and t-test. Reliability test and factor analysis were also conducted to evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. As a result, 'attitude and personality' factor was recognized as the most frequently used and the most important competency factor of restaurant industry professionals. Therefore, the competency such as 'sincerity', 'responsibility', 'sense of honesty', 'positive attitude', 'tolerance and justice', should be more emphasized in restaurant management education. The level of current usage and importance of each competency were different according to age, education level, working experience, position, number of employees, type of restaurant and type of management.

        본 연구는 국립공원 탐방로 시설물 설치와 유지관리 개선 방안 마련을 위한 기초 연구로서 소백산국립공원 희방사~연화봉 구간 탐방로를 이용한 탐방객과 전문가의 보행시설에 대한 평가를 목적으로 실시하였다. 이를 위해 대상지를 방문하고 귀가하는 탐방객(125명)과 전문가 패널(12명)을 대상으로 응답자 직접기입 방식을 적용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 연구대상지 보행시설물 6개 유형에 대한 탐방객과 전문가의 감응성 차이가 분명하게 나타났으며 돌깔기와 목재데크는 3개 속성 모두 비교적 우수한 시설물로 평가되었다. 철교량과 철계단의 경우 자원보전 효과는 있으나 주변과의 경관조화성이 떨어져 특히 개선이 요구되는 시설로 평가되었다.

        The purpose of this study was to analyze evaluation variables of service quality of Korean restaurant especially focused on cold noodle restaurants(CNR). The data were analyzed about customer’s expectation of food service quality, service quality was improved by employee’s service in restaurant and employee education in the focus on CNR. The survey was carried out 423 customers and 50 employees in Seoul and Kyunggi province. All statistical data analyses were conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Science(SPSS version 10.0). The consumer’s evaluation score of service quality were significantly different by consumer’s characteristics. The well planned service at CNR must be developed according to consumer variables such as sex and age group. The evaluation score of service quality were not significantly different by seasonal variation and consumer’s menu selection. The evaluation score of service qualities in CNR were significantly different between customer variables with employees variables. All of the evaluation points of service quality in employees were significantly higher than customers. This result was show that well-trained employees were important factors in consumer satisfaction. Through the employee education program, consumer oriented service mind mort be to developed in employees and employees’ recognition about the importance of service increased the satisfaction of customer using CNR.

        This article investigates the content knowledge and beliefs of primary school teachers about reading instruction from the Shulman’s ‘pedagogical content knowledge’ view, and explores the realities of reading instruction in the classroom. For the purpose, questionnaires were used. The questions were consisted of three areas: items for in-class reading instruction, teacher’s belief on reading, and teacher’s content knowledge about reading. The data revealed that the primary school teachers have insufficient content knowledge for reading instruction, particularly in word analysis skills such as phonemic awareness, letter sound relationships, word frequency, and other topics related to reading. However, teachers’beliefs were different from their knowledge. Whereas their content knowledge about phonics, reading aloud, or story-based reading method is lower, they believe that those skills are effective for reading. It was also found that the realities of reading classroom were different from teachers’ beliefs. Although teachers believe that rich print environment facilitates the learners’ reading development, the print environments were little provided and they did not refer to print for their teaching. The result of analysis suggests that teacher training which focuses on reading instruction needs to be emphasized for effective reading instruction.

        This study was to analyse the eating out behaviors of customers who visit a Koran restaurant especially focused on CNR(cold noodle: naengmyun restaurant) and to find out the marketing promotion points. Through the snowball sampling, 423 customers data were surveyed in summer and winter as respects of seasonal variation. The collecting data were analysed descriptive data and statistical different using the Statistical Package for the Social Science(SPSS version 10.0). The results were as follows; The participants of the study were composed of 209 man(49.4%) and 204 woman(50.6%). Most customers were 30's(36.2%), office worker(27.5%) and spend 5,000~10,000 won(46.3%) for eating out. The consumer more preferred a specialty restaurant, the reason was to expect better taste(37.1%). In visiting CNR, the customer frequently ordered complement menu(90.1%) with cold noodle, complement menu should be developed periodically. The important factor to visiting CNR was the accessing convenience for the shop and desirable taking time was within 15 minutes. The buckwheat noodle in broth(mulnaengmyun) was the most favorite selecting menu. And the noodle texture was key evaluation factor in all types of cold noodle and the other factor was different according to the types of cold noodle. The visiting frequencies of CNR were not significantly different according to seasonal variation and sociodemographic variable. Above the half of customers visited at CNR with his/her family. This study find out the suggestion that consumer eating concepts about CNR was family eating therefore the cold noodle. specialty restaurant should be create more delight atmosphere and developed menu for families' eating out place.

        목적 : 치매환자 치료를 위한 전문팀에서의 작업치료사 역할정립과 전문성을 구축하기 위하여 고령자치매를 위한 전문작업치료사 교육과정을 개발하기 위함이다.연구방법 : 2005년 3월부터 2006년 2월까지 한국치매협회와 대한작업치료사협회가 공동으로 교육과정을 개발하기위하여, 정규대학의 작업치료전공 교육과정과 치매관련 문헌고찰을 통하여 치료활동 프로그램에 관한 자료를 수집하였다. 작업치료활동 프로그램은 대학병원 2곳과 노인요양시설 5곳에서 고령자치매환자를 대상으로 1주일에 1번, 하루에 2시간씩 실시하여 그 결과를 수집하고 분석하였다.결과 : 교육과정은 44주 동안 한 주에 8시간씩 격주로 이론 100시간, 실습 100시간이며, 교육 자료집은 강의와 실습을 위하여 평가집, 치료활동프로그램, 실습지침서를 개발하였다.결론 : 작업치료의 전문영역을 확대하고, 궁극적으로는 치매환자를 포함한 노인의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 보건복지 사업에 적극적으로 참여할 수 있는 근거를 제시하였다.

        The purpose of this study was to research eating-out information search methods according to college student's lifestyle and their influences on overall satisfaction at fast-food restaurants in eastern province of Kangwondo. Lifestyle was divided into 7 factors and 6 clusters. According to the results, information search methods through Newspaper, magazine and word of mouth were used the most preferably by Cluster 3, 'Brand preference intention'. And TV advertising was used the most preferably by Cluster 4, 'Convenience intention', and the advertisement through internet was used the most preferably by Cluster 5, 'Health · effort intention'. However, Information searches through TV advertising and word of mouth had negative influence on the overall satisfaction. But method through internet had positive influences on the overall satisfaction. Eventually, it's proved that information search methods had significant differences according to student's lifestyle. And some information search methods influenced their overall satisfaction. Therefore, food-sonics corporations need to try reducing negative images of various advertisements and activating positive aspects of specialized promotion instruments.

        지구과학은 다양한 생명체가 살고 있는 지구를 연구하는 학문으로, 주로 우리 후손들을 위한 건강하고 풍요롭고 쾌적한 환경 조성에 관심을 가진다. UNESCO와 국제지질과학연맹(IUGS)은 과학자들, 의료 전문가들, 그리고 일반 대중에게 의학지질학의 중요성을 널리 알리고자 1996년 의학지질학 연구회를 설립한 이후, 5년간의 국제 지질대비 연구과제(IGCP 454 Medical Geology, 2000-2004)의 성공적인 수행에 이어 2006년에는 국제 의학지질학 연합(IMGA)의 활동에 힘쓰고 있다. 의학지질학과 IMGA는 그동안 수많은 국제회의, 세미나, 워크샵, 심포지움 및 각종 출판물들을 통해서 자연계의 지질학적 요소들과 사람 및 동물들이 고통 받는 질병 간의 관계를 알리는 데 큰 성과를 거두었다. UNESCO에 의하여 추진되고 있는 의학지질학과 IMGA에서 보여주는 바와 같이, 지구과학은 의학 및 치의학과 매우 밀접하게 관련되어 있으므로 생물, 화학, 물리 뿐 아니라 지구과학도 반드시 의 치의학 전문대학원 입시 과목으로 채택되어야 한다. 여기에서는 UNESCO IGCP 454 의학지질학 사업과 IMGA의 활동을 소개함으로써 앞으로 지구과학이 의 치의학 전문대학원 입시 과목으로 선정되어 우리나라 과학 교육의 균형 발전에 이바지하기를 기대한다.

        The purpose of this thesis addresses a development of an expert system to support a decision making of the vender selection. The researches related to the vender selection problems have been studied and they provide 23 criteria to select proper venders. In this thesis, 8 criteria have been used to construct a knowledge base of the expert system. The system in this thesis consists of 6 steps in its procedure. Step 1 decides a specification that satisfies customer's needs and Step 2 chooses a part supplied by a vender. The type of an outside order is decided in Step 3 and some venders satisfying the customer's needs are selected in Step 4. Some of the venders chosen from step 4 which do not satisfy the fatal cirteria(that is Quality, Delivery, Price) can be deleted in Step 5. In the last step, 8 cirteria is used to select 3 venders according to their ranking. Consequently, this program provides for a man, who does not have the experiances, an efficient way to select appropriate venders in the vender selection problems.

        Modern management considers customer satisfaction as a baseline standard of performance and a possible standard of excellence for any business organization including the college. Quality function deployment(QFD) is a structured approach to seek out voice of customers, understanding their needs, and ensure that their needs are met. The strategy value proposed by Chien et al. combines importance, satisfaction, performance, and ability to enhance decision making effectiveness. But in their model, the correlation among the strategic alternatives isn't considered the decision chain and is therefore eliminated. This paper proposes how to calculate the new weight of columns to consider various strength levels of correlations matrix, representing the correlation among the strategic alternatives, using normalization procedure. The aim of this paper is to present and original customer satisfaction survey conducted in the college. Thus, this paper presents an original customer satisfaction survey in the college and provides to demonstrate the practical usage of the design model to compare this model with Chien's model.

        Expert systems are popular ways to solve very complex and hard problems. However, it is well-known that knowledge acquisition is a bottleneck process to develop them. Furthermore, the development of the systems can fail because there is no expert or an expert less qualified. In order to overcome the problems that they possess, this thesis focuses on an extended architecture of the expert systems. A simulator and an induction system are added to the existing architecture of expert systems. An expert system for schedule-based material requirements planning(SBMRP) has been implemented to show how the extended architecture works, and produces better results than existing SBMRP systems.

        The purpose of this research is to develop the management strategy for a take-out specialty sore on the basis of SWOT analysis which requires analysis of internal and external environmental informations. The survey was performed in order to gather the internal and external customer informations for a take-out specialty store. The questionnaires developed were distributed to customers (N=188) and employees (N=23) at 5 take-out specialty store branches from April 25, 2002 to April 29, 2002. The statistical data analysis was completed by SPSS WIN 10.0 for descriptive analysis, factor nalaysis, and Pearson's correlation. IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) was applied in order to identify the critical management issues which would be explained with the organization's weakness or strength. SWOT analysis was performed through identifying the organizational strength and weakness as internal environment factors and external environmental opportunity and threat as uncontrollable external factors.

        As public gives more attention on the well being trend, the aim of this study on the Sommelier - an industry profession in the hotel and food service industry is to suggest the educational plan to meet the demand as a professional and to help establish the direction to the effective curriculum. Findings from this study showed that a Sommelier need to possess knowledge in not just wine but in areas such as foreign language, computer, management, hotel and restaurant, global manner, and etc. It was also recommended to authorize the sommelier license as an official and to develop educational entities for sommelier.

        This study was to suggest the necessity of depth research in order to enhance the effectiveness of technical consulting system. And the purpose of this study was to decrease the construction accidents to some extent, being on the increase day by day as it takes issue properly and suggest a reform measure. As for research method, it executed the collection of public opinions widely and questionnaire with the bibliography, expert of construction safety, the related institutions, academic world, safety association, and director of construction site. Also, it was to suggest the reform measure by the stage, classifying the problems on the system and operation by 4 stages like a stage of delivery of subscription and supervision, a stage of contract with guidance of technology, a stage of executing the guidance work of technology, and a stage of performance of advice.
