The revitalization of e-business via Internet brings big changes to the postal business, and leads to a tremendous increase of heavy and large sized postal mails with continuing growth of home delivery business. Thus, even though the number of intermediate storages for mail delivery that mailmen use for picking up mails in the middle of mail delivery has been being increased, it has still many problems such as insufficient number and size of the storages as well as avoidance of mail keeping of trust agents. It is necessary that safety of mail keeping, seamless mail delivery, and individual parcel pick-up process reestablishment should be made through an improved counter plan for the problems described previously. This study presents the efficient and right operational plan for the intermediate storage for mail delivery with providing the number and size of intermediate storages per mail delivery sequence according to four different types of post offices.

1992年韩中建交后韩国政府引导地方自治团体和中国城市的姐妹结缘。 姐妹城市使两国间外交在城市立场上组成后盾和友谊的纽带关系。 韩国和中国开始文化的起源虽然有相似性，但是因为无法克服语言和文 化的差异，所以一直存在误会和矛盾。一直到最近为止因为“东北工程”、 “苏岩礁”、“北韩问题”的矛盾也还没有解除。但是这些冲突从民间交流接 近，能实现的远远超出了政府间的外交成果，也可以自然促进相互了解。民 间交流一般是在城市间地方政府的友好协力项目实行过程开始的，所以要强 调地方政府的作用。 釜山市在当下2012年和中国的4个主要城市结交为友好城市，又称为姐 妹城市。釜山市所属的9个基础自治团体也和中国的9个地方政府结成了友好 关系，缔成10条友好协力条例并且进行着友好交流活动。所以，作为姐妹城 市，从釜山整体看来，姐妹关系10例，友好协力13例，正在进行中的友好协 力关系共计23例。2009年，釜山-中国间的交流活动大约70件；2010年，125 件；2011年，133件，由此看来，交流活动呈现每年递增的趋势。但是，人 力交流占大多数，经济，文化，体育，观光等方面的交流反而在减少。釜山 -中国城市间的交流协力在对单纯地互相访问，公务员交流等人力，行政的 交流追求有相应的偏重。为了活跃两城市间的地域经济实质的持续的交流需 要相应的方案和变化。 为了活跃釜山和中国的城市交流方案，进行了对市民团体和专家团体的 问卷调查。市民团体通过中文的学习对中国的理解度相对较高。以市民为对 象对“对中国城市的印象”，“友好协力希望计划”进行来了调查。专家团体是 对和中国有关的学者，中国投资的企业人等等长久从事和中国有关业务的人 为对象。关于国际交流的问题和对策，对专家进行了2次深层的问卷调查。 通过对问卷纸的分析，考察对釜山和中国城市的交流和问题的考察，提出了 对应方案和时事点。 为了搞活和上海姐妹城市的交流协力，需要运营改善方向，开发新的计 划，战略性的运营。运营体系改善方向提出对市民进行积极的宣传，市民参 与计划的扩大和持续性的运营，强化中国交流的专门性，强化经济交流，扩 大釜山上海贸易办事处的作用。新计划开发案提出韩国文化演唱大会，发掘 经济协力原型，激活学术交流。最后战略性的运营方面提出交流计划的产官 学协力，通过体制的研究进行战略性的接近，需要发觉新地域和产业。

In this study, the microstructure and valuable metals dissolution properties of PDP waste panel powders were investigated as a function of milling parameters such as ball diameter size, milling time, and rotational speed during high-energy milling process. The complete refinement of powder could achieved at the ball diameter size of 5 mm due to sufficient impact energy and the number of collisions. With increasing milling time, the average particle size was rapidly decreased until the first 30 seconds, then decreased gradually about at 3 minutes and finally, increased with presence of agglomerated particles of at 5 minutes. Although there was no significant difference on the size of the particle according to the rotational speed from 900 to 1,100 rpm, the total valuable metals dissolution amount was most excellent at 1,100 rpm. As a result, the best milling conditions for maximum dissolving amount of valuable metals (Mg: 375 ppm, Ag 135 ppm, In: 17 ppm) in this research were achieved with 5 mm of ball diameter size, 3min of milling time, and 1,100 rpm of rotational speed.

주둥이방아벌레과는 종간의 형태가 매우 유사하면서, 지역적 종 분화가 많이 이루어진 분류군의 하나임으로 형태학적 종 동정이 어려운 경우가 많다. 이번 연구에서 직접형태분류가 완료된 국내외의 종과 NCBI에 등록된 염기서열을 대상으로 총 83종 408개체에 대한 DNA 바코드를 분석한 후 각 종에 대한 DNA 바코드 특성 및 형태형질과의 연관성을 진단하고자 하였다. 그 결과, DNA 바코드와 형태분류와의 일치는 63종(75%)에 불과 하였다. 특히, 형태분류에서 동일종으로 결론지었던 4종으로부터 8종(9.6%)의 동소적 또는 이소적 은밀종을 새롭게 확인 하였고, 형태적 난분류군 4종(4.8%)은 명료한 종 진단이 가능하게 되었다. 또한 형태분류를 통한 2종(2.4%)에서 신종을 재확인 할 수 있었고, 2종(2.4%)에 대해서는 각각 지리적 신아종에 대한 가능성이 진단되었다. 2종(2.4%)에서는 형태적 차이가 명료하나 단일 종 묶음이 형성되었으며, 2종(2.4%)에서는 종내 지역집단에서 유전적 차이가 모호하여 별종 가능성을 제시하기 어려운 경우도 있었다. 결론적으로 형태분류와 DNA 바코드 분석을 통합 적용하여 총 83종 중 81종(97.6%)에 대한 명료한 종 진단이 가능함을 확인 할 수 있었다.

톱다리개미허리노린재 페로몬은 수컷이 먹이를 발견했을 때 동종의 암수 성충 및 약충을 유인하기 위해 분비하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서 페로몬 트랩에 유인된 수컷이 집합페로몬을 계속 분비하도록 먹이를 제공하였을 때 트랩의 유인 효율성에 대해 조사했다. 콩포장과 대학캠퍼스에서 수반트랩과 피쉬트랩을 사용하여 집합페로몬 트랩에 대한 먹이첨가의 효과 시험 결과, 수반트랩의 경우 페로몬+먹이 트랩이 페로몬 단독 트랩보다 성충에 대한 유인력이 높았다. 반면, 피쉬트랩에서도 페로몬+먹이 트랩이 암수성충과 약충에 대한 유인력 증가경향이 있었지만 통계적 차이가 없었다. 따라서 페로몬 트랩에 먹이를 첨가하는 것은 트랩의 유인력을 증가시킬 것으로 판단되지만 트랩형태에 따른 유인력 차이가 또 다른 과제로 남았다. 단감원의 주요 노린재류 해충은 톱다리개미허리노린재를 포함해 갈색날개노린재, 썩덩나무노린재 3종이다. 썩덩나무노린재는 갈색날개노린재의 페로몬에 같이 유인이 되는데, 이 점에 착안해 톱다리개미허리노린재와 갈색날개노린재 페로몬을 혼합해 하나의 루어로 만들어 상기의 3종 노린재에 대한 유인력을 시험했다. 두 종의 페로몬을 혼합하여도 3종 노린재에 대한 유인력은 단독 페로몬 트랩과 비교하였을 때 감소하지 않았으며, 혼합 페로몬 성분을 GC로 분석하였을 때 성분 변화도 없었으므로 혼합페로몬을 앞으로 사용하는데 문제가 없을 것으로 판단된다.

As far as recent investment in railway, disused railway yards is increased in each line and region. As a result, related local government and agencies has been increased interest for utilization of disused railway yard. In this study, we investigated the status of the disused railway yards and conducted legal review on the use of disused railway yards. In addition, we analyze the disused railway yards use practices through case analysis and suggest plans to diversify ways to use.
