Changes in the surface morphology and light scattering of textured Al doped ZnO thin films on glasssubstrates prepared by rf magnetron sputtering were investigated. As-deposited ZnO:Al films show a hightransmittance of above 80% in the visible range and a low electrical resistivity of 4.5×10-4Ω·cm. The surfacemorphology of textured ZnO:Al films are closely dependent on the deposition parameters of heater temperature,working pressure, and etching time in the etching process. The optimized surface morphology with a cratershape is obtained at a heater temperature of 350oC, working pressure of 0.5 mtorr, and etching time of 45seconds. The optical properties of light transmittance, haze, and angular distribution function (ADF) aresignificantly affected by the resulting surface morphologies of textured films. The film surfaces, havinguniformly size-distributed craters, represent good light scattering properties of high haze and ADF values.Compared with commercial Asahi U (SnO2:F) substrates, the suitability of textured ZnO:Al films as frontelectrode material for amorphous silicon thin film solar cells is also estimated with respect to electrical andoptical properties.

벼멸구(Nilaparvata lugens)는 한국에서 월동하지 못하고 이주해 오는 종으로 서, 매년 한국의 벼 재배에 큰 손실을 주고 있다. 한국의 지역별로 채집된 벼 멸구의 유전적 변이 및 다양성을 알아보고자 마이크로새털라이트를 이용하여 실험을 수행하였다. 한국의 다섯 지역, 곤양, 광양, 진주, 남해, 남원에서 벼멸구를 각각 채집하 였고, 마이크로새털라이트 5개의 위치(18, 27, 65, 67, 76)를 기준으로 분석하 였다. 그 결과, 3개의 위치(27, 65, 67)에서 높은 유의성을 확인할 수 있었고, 한국의 벼멸구 개체 간에도 유전적으로 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 마이크로새털라이트 마커를 이용한 방법은 벼멸구의 근원지 및 이동을 결 정하기 위한 실질적인 방법이 될 것으로 생각되며, 이러한 방법을 통해 비래 해충인 벼멸구의 개체군 다양성을 분석함으로서 발생 근원지와 이동경로를 파악할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

국립공원 내 양서류 로드킬(Roadkill) 현황을 파악하기 위해 2006년부터 2008년까지 3년 동안 24개 노선을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 총 2목 5과 9종 1,748개체가 차량에 의해 로드킬 된 것으로 나타났으며, 년차별 비교결과 2006년에 비해 2007년, 2008년에 로드킬이 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 3월부터 6월 사이에 북방산개구리, 두꺼비, 물두꺼비가 집중적 피해를 입은 것으로 나타났으며 "산림-하천" 및 "산림-산림" 환경에서 교통사고가 집중 발생하였고, 덕유산국립공원 국도 37호선, 속리산국립공원 지방도 517호선, 오대산국립공원 국도 6호선, 월악산국립공원 지방도 597호선 등 총4개 노선에서 집중적으로 로드킬이 발생하였다. 따라서 이 지역의 주요 로드킬 대상종이 북방산개구리와 물두꺼비로 확인됨에 따라서 이들 종에 대한 저감대책 수립이 시급한 것으로 판단되었다.

The purpose of this study verifies: the relationships between trust in supervisor and innovative behavior, and mediator effect of the organizational commitment(affective commitment, continuance commitment). In order to verify the relationships and mediator effect, data obtained from 140 employees working in business office in Ulsan Metropolitan City and they were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0. The findings are as follows: First, the relationship between trust in supervisor and the organizational commitment(affective commitment, continuance commitment) is positively related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between affective commitment and innovative behavior. Finally, affective commitment played as a partial mediator on the relationship between trust in supervisor and innovative behavior. However, there was no empirical evidence for the mediating effect of continuance commitment on the relationship between trust in supervisor and innovative behavior. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

현재 진행되고 있는 대부분의 로봇 연구는 특정한 목적을 수행함에 있어서 기능적으로 안정적이고 원활한 움직임을 보이는 것과 더불어 사용자가 원하는 정보를 적절하게 전달하는 것에 초점을 맞춰 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 로봇의 작업수행 상태가 아닌 외부로부터 입력 값이 없는 대기상태의 행동패턴을 제시하여 보다 자연스러운 인간-로봇 상호작용을 제시하고자 하였다. 로봇의 대기상태 행동패턴을 디자인함에 있어서 비디오 판독 방법을 선택하였고, 실제 서비스업에 종사하는 10명의 사람들을 비디오로 녹화하여 사람들과 상호작용이 없는 대기상태의 반복적인 행동패턴을 관찰하였다. 각각의 비디오 데이터로부터 총 21개의 반복적 행동을 기록하였고, 비슷한 항목들을 통합하여 최종적으로 11개의 행동패턴을 추출하였다. 추출된 패턴들 가운데 6개의 대표적인 행동들을 EEEX라는 로봇에 적합하도록 인코딩 작업을 하였고, 이것들이 사람들에게 올바르게 인식되는지를 확인하기 위하여 검증실험을 수행하였다. 사람들은 대부분의 로봇 행동패턴을 실험에서 의도한 바와 같이 인식하였으나 로봇의 하드웨어 특성상 몸과 팔의 움직임에서 약간의 혼동 요소가 있었다. 추후 실험을 통해 EEEX를 대형 마트의 입구에 실제로 배치하여 대기 중에 중립행동을 보일 때와 보이지 않을 때의 손님의 관심도 차이를 조사해보고자 한다.

베트남내 지역별로 채집된 벼멸구의 유연관계 및 개체간의 다양성을 Micro-satellite marker를 이용하여 조사하였다. 벼의 주요해충인 벼멸구(Nilaparvata lugens)는 벼를 직접 흡즙하여 피해를 줄 뿐만 아니라 2차적으로 벼에 virus병을 매개하여 벼 재배지에 심한 피해를 주고 있다. 상세한 지역 간에 유전적 변이를 확인하기 위해 베트남의 네 지역, Haipong, Ha Tay, Can Tho, Cuu long에서 채집한 벼멸구를 마이크로새털라이트 마커를 이용하여 유전적 다양성을 분석하였다. 5개의 위치(18, 27, 65, 67, 76)를 기준으로 분석한 결과, Haipong과 Ha Tay, 그리고 Can Tho와 Cuu long 지역이 각각 유전적으로 비슷할 것으로 나타났다. 이는 북쪽과 남쪽은 지리적으로 멀기 때문에 유전적 교류가 적게 일어나고, 남북의 각 지역 간에는 개체군의 이동이 보다 쉽게 발생하기 때문으로 생각된다. 이러한 정보는 베트남 지역 간에 벼멸구의 이동과 분산의 근원과 경로를 파악하는데 중요한 기초자료가 될 것으로 생각된다. 또한 비래하는 벼멸구의 근원지와 이동 경로를 분석하여 예찰함으로서 벼 재배지에 벼멸구 대발생 피해를 최소화 할 수 있을 것이다. 더 정확한 결과를 위해서는 더 많은 연구가 수행되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

경남의 온실(비닐하우스) 내에서 위치에 따른 담배가루이(이하 가루이)의 년중 밀도변동을 조사하였다. 온실은 보통 남북 방향으로 배치되어 있으므로, 이 점을 감안하여 남쪽･중앙･북쪽의 밀도변동, 하우스 중앙과 벽 쪽의 밀도변동, 온실의 환풍구와 바깥 사이의 밀도변동 등을 알아보고자 함안의 2곳, 진주 사봉의 1곳을 선정하여 온실 내에서 담배가루이의 밀도를 1년간 조사 하였다. 1년간 온실내의 가루이의 밀도변동은 이식후 부터 환풍구로 가루이가 유입되어 밀도가 일정한 시기(유입 및 감소 시기, 8월~11월), 온실 밖의 온도가 내려가 온실 내에 가루이의 밀도가 국지적으로 나타나는 시기(정체 및 국지적 발생 시기, 12월~3월), 온실 밖의 온도가 올라가 온실내의 가루이의 밀도가 증가하는 시기(증가시기, 4월~7월) 등 크게 3개의 시기로 나눌 수 있었다. 3곳의 온실에서 세 시기의 기간은 다소 차이를 보였으나, 유입 및 감소 시기에서는 가루이가 환풍구(천장에 설치된 환풍구)로 유입되어 온실 전체적으로 밀도가 일정했고, 정체 및 국지적 발생 시기는 방제를 함에도 불구하고 온실의 일정부분이 아닌 곳곳에서 가루이가 발생했다. 증가 시기는 온실주변의 온도가 상승하면서 전체적으로 가루이의 밀도도 증가하였다. 이 결과로 보아 시기별로 방제 방법을 달리해야 될 것으로 보이며, 이식 초기와 가루이의 밀도가 증가하는 3월~4월경 집중적인 방제가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

In order to develop "textile electrode - sensing clothing" which is a sort of smart clothing to measure electric activities of heart, we propose possible ways to develop textile electrode and design of sensing clothing, ultimately aiming to develop "ECG sensing clothing for lifestyle monitoring". Conventional sensors for measuring typical electric activities of heart keep certain distance between measuring electrodes to measure signals for electric activities of heart, but these sensors often cause inappropriate factors (e.g. motional artifacts, inconvenience of use, etc) for monitoring natural cardiac activities in our daily life. In addition, most of textile electrodes have made it difficult to collect data due to high impedance and unstable contact between skin and electrodes. To overcome these questions, we minimized distance between electrodes and skin to maximize convenience of use. And in order to complement contact between skin electrodes, we modified textile electrode's form and developed ways to design clothing. As a result, we could find out clinical significance by investigating possible associations of clinical electrocardiogram (ECG) with variation of distance between electrodes, and could also demonstrate clinically significant associations between textile electrode developed herein and clothing.
