        Mushroom flies are one of the most serious threats to mushroom production and cultivation in Korea, and they cause significant losses in yield and quality. In this study, we investigated the occurrence and control of mushroom flies in farms where Agaricus bisporus was cultivated in Chungnam. The cultivation period was more than 7 years in the 32 mushroom farms examined; about 28% were environment-friendly cultivation farms, and 72% were conventional cultivation farms. Mushroom flies were a major pest in about 84% of the examined farms. Most of the mushroom flies were sciarids and phorids (71% and 24%, respectively). The adult flies were found throughout the year, but their occurrence was the highest in September when the temperature increased. In general, the occurrence of mushroom flies in the examined farms was high; however, insect nets and post-crop steaming programs used as basic control methods were not implemented properly. Our findings show that integrated pest management of mushroom flies is urgently required for A. bisporus cultivation in Korea.

        The purpose of this study is to understand how to affect the safety behavior to the organization's trustees to investigate the level of safety awareness, safety awareness via the distribution center workers prepare the logistics industry disaster prevention measures. The survey was analyzed data to target by the clothing distribution center employees of 182 people. Analysis First, the level of safety awareness showed on a positive effect on organization trust. Second, it was found on the safety level of consciousness a positive effect on the safety behavior. Third, the level of safety awareness affect the safety behavior showed that the mediating role of organization trust. That is a higher level of safety awareness, such as the strict practice of business activities, investments, safety rules on safety education and training emphasis on safety increases confidence in the organization. It was confirmed the higher the confidence in the safety organization appears behavior such as actively participating in the work carried out in a safe manner, safety education and training. In addition, the effect was mediated by the organizational impact on confidence in the safety of personnel safety awareness actions. Based on that research results prepared safety awareness was raised through the industrial accident prevention measures

        The trawl fishery is an important fishery accounting for around 30.0% of adjacent water fishery production in Korea, and the commercial fishing is associated with high rate of fatal and non-fatal occupational injury. The hazard analysis for the fishermen's safety of offshore trawler was conducted to serve as basic data for improving the healthy and safe working environment of fishermen using fishermen's occupational accidents of the national federation of fisheries cooperatives (NFFC) from 2012 to 2014 (n=464). As a result, the occupational accident occurrence rate of large powered trawl fishery was 241.4‰ in east sea trawl fishery, 6.9 times the rate of that. In addition, death and missing rate was found to have very serious level management to 97.7‱ in east sea trawl fishery of death at 6.2 times. The accident occurred in 91.7 to 100.0% was happened at sea. The slipping, others and struck by object and son on occurred more frequently in order in the frequency of accident occurrence pattern. However, the occurrence rate of death and missing did not match the frequency of accident pattern. In other words, slipping occurred more frequently while death and missing risk was not high. The fall in the waters was low while death and missing risk was high. The results are expected to help identify and assess safety hazard occurred in offshore trawlers.

        최근 소규모 창업을 위한 상권분석, 지역 산업 수요 조사 등에 잠재적 서비스 인구 통계에 대한 수요가 점차 증가하고 있다. 하지만 센서스 조사와 같이 장기적 시간 간격을 두고 수행되는 방식으로는 현시성 있는 잠재적 서비스 수요를 파악하는데 한계가 있다. 개인의 모바일폰으로 수집되는 이동통신 빅데이터는 센서스 조사의 이러한 단점을 극복할 수 있으며, 실시간으로 변하는 지역 인구 분포와 유동성을 잘 보여줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 이동통신 빅데이터와 공간통계 기법을 이용하여 지역의 잠재적 서비스 수요인 현주인구를 추정하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저, 대구광역시를 사례로 한 민간 이동통신사가 제공하는 '서비스인구'의 성별, 연령별, 시간대별 분포 특성을 살펴보았고, 지역의 인구, 사회, 경제적 특성 변수에 기반한 일반회귀모델(OLS)과 공간회귀모델(SEM, SLM)을 이용하여 집계구별 현주인구를 추정하였다. 사례 분석 결과, 지역 특성을 반영하는 여러 통계 자료를 활용하여 해당 지역의 잠재적 서비스 수요 인구를 유의미하게 추정할 수 있었다. 또한 인구의 공간적 의존성을 명시적으로 반영하는 공간회귀모델이 현주인구를 추정하는데 가장 적합한 모델인 것으로 나타났다. 집계구 수준의 공간 단위에서 추정 오차도 유의미하게 작았으며, 연령별 현주인구의 추정값이 성별, 시간대별 현주인구에 비해 정확하게 산출되었다. 오차의 공간적 분포는 대체로 도심부에서 과대 추정이, 외곽 지역은 과소 추정이 나타났다. 이는 지역간 모바일폰 사용 행태와 이동성의 차이가 추정 정확성에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다.

        At the SBSTA 42 (The 42th Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice), there was rich exchange of views on the topics of in-session workshop among the Parties. And draft conclusion (FCCC/SBSTA/2015/L.2) was adopted through the contact group meetings. Agriculture is a distinctive area of issues on food security and economies of most countries, in particular developing countries, as it has suffered from undesirable negative climate change impacts. Early warning systems (EWS) are essential to ensure the sustainability of agricultural systems, safeguarding the food production capacity and welfare of people related to agriculture directly or indirectly. Hence, it is the key component of any adaptation strategy. EWS should be integrated into information and communication technology (ICT) affordable and appropriate to local situation. The UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) should promote, in collaboration with relevant international organizations, measures to support adaptation of agro-ecosystems to the adverse effects of climate change. Korea had submitted its opinion on the development of early warning systems in relation to extreme weather events. The SBSTA 42 took note of the views submitted by Parties during the two insession workshop held at this session, and agree to consider the reports on those workshops at SBSTA 43. Also, it will continue its works referred to in paragraphs 87 ~ 89 of document FCCC/SBSTA/2014/2.

        원자력발전소에서 전기를 생산하고 난 후 발생하는 사용후핵연료 또는 이들 사용후핵연료의 재처리/재활용 공정으로부터 발생하는 고준위폐기물은 인간환경으로부터 안전하게 장기간 격리시켜야 한다. 최근 심부시추공 굴착기술의 획기적인 발전 으로 인하여, 방사성폐기물의 심부시추공 처분기술에 대한 연구가 의미 있게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 심부시추 공을 활용하여 고준위 방사성폐기물을 지하 3~5 km 심도에 격리시키는 심부시추공 처분기술의 국내 적용 가능성을 분석하 기 위하여 국내 심부 지하환경 특성에 대하여 예비분석 하였다 이를 위하여, 미국 및 유럽권 국가 연구사례와 기술개발 현황 을 검토하고, 실제 국내의 심부 지질조건을 검토하기 위하여 고지열 분포지역에 개발 중인 지열 탐사공을 대상으로 3~4 km 심도까지의 암석, 지온 등 특성 자료를 수집, 분석하였다. 결정질 암반 심도 및 지온경사 등 분석 결과와 국내 발생 사용후 핵연료를 바탕으로 심부시추공 처분시스템 구성요소인 처분용기, 밀봉시스템 등에 대하여 예비단계의 개념을 제안하였다.

        ‘Shinseong’, a winter forage triticale cultivar (X Triticosecale Wittmack), was developed at the Department of Rice and Winter Cereal Crop, NICS, RDA in 2015. The cultivar ‘Shinseong’ was selected from the cross RONDO/2*ERIZO_11//KISSA_4/3/ ASNO/ARDI_3//ERIZO_7 by CIMMYT (Mexico) in 1998. Subsequent generations were handled in pedigree selection programs at Mexico from 1999 to 2004, and a line ‘CTSS98Y00019S-0MXI-B-3-3-5’ was selected for earliness and good agronomic characteristics. After preliminary and advance yield testing in Korea for 3 years, the line was designated ‘Iksan47’. The line was subsequently evaluated for earliness and forage yield in seven locations, Jeju, Iksan, Cheongwon, Yesan, Gangjin, Daegu, and Jinju from 2013 to 2015 and was finally named ‘Shinseong’. Cultivar ‘Shinseong’ has the characteristics of light green leaves, yellow culm and spike, and a medium grain of brown color. The heading date of cultivar ‘Shinseong’ was April 24 which was 3 days earlier than that of check cultivar ‘Shinyoung’. The tolerance or resistance to lodging, wet injury, powdery mildew, and leaf rust of ‘Shinseong’ were similar to those of the check cultivar. The average forage dry matter yield of cultivar ‘Shinseong’ at milk-ripe stages was 15 MT ha-1, which was 3% lower than that (15.5 MT ha-1) of the check cultivar ‘Shinyoung’. The silage quality of ‘Shinseong’ (6.7%) was higher than that of the check cultivar ‘Shinyoung’ (5.9%) in crude protein content, while was similar to the check cultivar ‘Shinyoung’ in acid detergent fiber (34.6%), neutral detergent fiber (58.6%), and total digestible nutrients (61.6%). It showed grain yield of 7.2 MT ha-1 which was 25% higher than that of the check cultivar ‘Shinyoung’ (5.8 MT ha-1). This cultivar is recommended for fall sowing forage crops in areas in which average daily minimum mean temperatures in January are higher than -10℃.

        아이코사노이드는 탄소수 20 개의 다가불포화지방산 산화물로 구성된다. 이들 다가불포화지방산의 생합성 전구물질을 탐지하기 위해 파 밤나방(Spodoptera exigua)의 서로 다른 조직으로부터 지방산을 분리하여 GC/MS로 조성을 분석하였다. 파밤나방 5령 유충에서 소화관, 지방체, 혈구 및 체벽을 분리하고, 각 조직에서 지질을 추출하여 각각 중성지질, 당지질 및 인지질로 분리하였다. 대부분의 조직은 palmitic acid (16:0), stearic acid (18:0), oleic acid (18:1), linoleic acid (18:2) 그리고 linolenic acid (18:3)를 주요 지방산으로 함유하였다. 그러나 이들 지방산의 조성은 조직과 지질 종류에 따라 상이하였다. 지방체와 혈구세포는 이들 주요 지방산 이외에 myristic acid (14:0)와 3 종류의 미동정 지방산들이 추가로 검출되었다. 서로 다른 지질 종류 가운데 인지질은 중성지질이나 당지질에 비해 상대적으로 높은 linolenic acid를 지닌 반면 포화지방산의 함유량은 낮았다. 전체 불포화지방산의 조성도 조직과 지질 종류에 따라 상이하였다. 인지질은 지방체, 혈구 및 소화관에서 높은 불포화지방산 함유 량을 나타냈다. 세포성 인지질분해효소인 calcium-independent phospholipase A2 (iPLA2)는 지방산 조성을 조절하는 데 역할을 담당하였다. 이 유전자의 RNA 간섭은 중성지질과 인지질에서 지방산 조성의 변화를 유발하였다. 본 연구는 아이코사노이드 생합성의 전구물질로 여겨지는 아라키도닉산을 검출하지 못했다. 이는 곤충에 있어서 아이코사노이드는 포유동물과는 다른 새로운 생합성 과정을 통해 형성되는 것으로 추정된다.

        This study was aimed to demonstrate how the analysis of the impact on confidence in the safety-conscious organizations target the clothing distribution center employees and organizational commitment. Safety awareness of employees of the clothing distribution center safety rules, safety education, road safety interests, divided into risk handling and trusted organization with the emotional trust and cognitive trust, organizational commitment was divided into affective, cognitive and normative commitment. Data collection was surveyed 185 people clothing distribution center workers, tested the hypothesis through regression analysis. The results are safety conscious exerts a positive effect on organizational trust, organizational trust was found to have a positive impact on organizational commitment.

        Recently, owing to the development of ICT industry and wide spread of smart phone, the number of people who use car sharing service are increased rapidly. Currently two-way car sharing system with same rental and return locations are mainly operated since this system can be easily implemented and maintained. Currently the demand of one-way car sharing service has increase explosively. But this system have several obstacle in operation, especially, vehicle stock imbalance issues which invoke vehicle relocation. Hence in this study, we present an optimization approach to depot location and relocation policy in one-way car sharing systems. At first, we modelled as mixed-integer programming models whose objective is to maximize the profits of a car sharing organization considering all the revenues and costs involved and several constraints of relocation policy. And to solve this problem efficiently, we proposed a new method based on particle swarm optimization, which is one of powerful meta-heuristic method. The practical usefulness of the approach is illustrated with a case study involving satellite cities in Seoul Metrolitan Area including several candidate area where this kind systems have not been installed yet and already operating area. Our proposed approach produced plausible solutions with rapid computational time and a little deviation from optimal solution obtained by CPLEX Optimizer. Also we can find that particle swarm optimization method can be used as efficient method with various constraints. Hence based on this results, we can grasp a clear insight into the impact of depot location and relocation policy schemes on the profitability of such systems.

        This survey was conducted as a sector study of a reasonable management plan for uninhabited islands. we conducted bird surveys at 233 uninhabited islands of Shinan-gun, Jindo-gun, Wando-gun in Jeollanam-do from May to October, 2012. In this study, total 26 family and 39 species were observed. Among them three bird species, falcon, eagle owl, oyster catcher belonged in endangered category I and II which is protected by the law in Korea, and four species, tattler, storm petrel, streaked shearwater, oyster catcher which are Near Threatened (NT) according to IUCN (International Union for the Conservation of Nature) Red List (2015) were observed. Uninhabited islands are used as habitats of many resident and/or stopover birds and need to be conserved and protected from destroying by human outdoor activities. This survey is to aim at making a comprehensive plan to conserve these islands if necessary.

        최근 우리나라의 도로포장은 환경의 영향, 교통량의 증가 및 차량의 중량화 등 여러 요인에 의해 설계 수명에 이르지 못하고 조기에 노후화되어 이를 위한 유지보수가 빈번히 시행되고 있다. 유지보수로 인해 발생하는 폐아스팔트 콘크리트는 주요 건설폐기물로써 이에 대한 처리는 중대한 사회적 문제로 나타나고 있으며, 유지보수 시 공사구간 통제로 인한 차량지체현상으로 사용자비용이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서 는 이러한 현실적 문제를 극복하고자 폐아스팔트 콘크리트를 순환골재로 이용함과 동시에 개질 유화아스 팔트를 적용한 상온 긴급보수재료 개발에 대한 실험적 분석을 수행하였다. 개질 유화 아스팔트를 사용하여 상온에서 마샬 안정도 시험을 실시한 결과 순환골재(RAP)를 사용했을 때 신규골재(VA)를 사용했을 때 보다 1-2%의 바인더 절감 효과가 나타났으며, 성능이 더 우수함을 확인 할 수 있었다. 또한, 습윤 마모 시험을 통하여 순환골재(RAP)와 신규골재(VA)를 비교한 결과 순환골재 (RAP)의 마모저항성이 더 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다.

        Fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) nanoparticles have been successfully synthesized using ultrasonic spray pyrolysis. The morphologies, crystal structures, chemical bonding states, and electrochemical properties of the nanoparticles are investigated. The FTO nanoparticles show uniform morphology and size distribution in the range of 6-10 nm. The FTO nanoparticles exhibit excellent electrochemical performance with high discharge specific capacity and good cycling stability (620mA h g−1 capacity retention up to 50 cycles), as well as excellent high-rate performance (250 mA h g−1 at 700mAg−1) compared to that of commercial SnO2. The improved electrochemical performance can be explained by two main effects. First, the excellent cycling stability with high discharge capacity is attributed to the nano-sized FTO particles, which are related to the increased electrochemical active area between the electrode and electrolyte. Second, the superb high-rate performance and the excellent cycling stability are ascribed to the increased electrical conductivity, which results from the introduction of fluorine doping in SnO2. This noble electrode structure can provide powerful potential anode materials for high-performance lithiumion batteries.

        Background: In the stroke patients with the characteristics of hemiplegic gait, turning direction of the affected and unaffected side influences turning time. Therefore, it is important to investigate the walking response to turning directions in stroke patients. Objects: This study aimed to measure the walking time while turning direction in hemiplegic patients depending on balance ability measured by Berg Balance Scale. Methods: A group of forty-five subjects with stroke (Berg Balance Scale score≥46 were twenty-eight, Berg Balance Scale score≤45 were seventeen) were enrolled in this study. Subjects were asked to perform the Timed Up and Go test. Testing indications included two directions for turning in each subject. These indications were for turning toward the affected and unaffected side in stroke patients. The duration of total analysis duration, sit to stand phase, stand to sit phase, mid-turning phase, and end turning phase were recorded. The obtained data were analyzed by using paired t-test and Wilcoxon signed rank test in the group that are below and above 45 points of Berg Balance Scale score. The significance level was set at ɑ=.05. Results: There were significant increase time in the analysis duration and end turning phase duration while subjects were turned the unaffected side in stroke patients that presented a Berg Balance Scale score≤45 (p<.05). However, the comparison between the affected side and the unaffected side in the stroke patients with Berg Balance Scale score≥46, revealed no significant differences of the measured parameters. Conclusion: This finding should be suggested in the specific definition of turning direction for evaluation with Timed Up and Go test in the Berg Balance Scale score≤45, and other intervention for hemiplegic patients need to be suggested the direction of turning during walking training program.

        Recently, car pump market is positively growing in emerging countries as well as advanced countries. A increasing attention is recently drawn to electric vehicle but, still commercialization is expected to take a long time. This research is to study on the performance analysis for change in number of teeth of internal gear oil pump with three different numbers of teeth in the inner gear. After measuring real design features, modeling, velocity distribution and pressure distribution are conducted numerically. Pressure changes and volumetric efficiencies are compared with three different cases in order to analyze the performance for inner gears. Finally, optimum volumetric efficiency is determined with the sequence of case 1, case 2, and case 3.

        본 연구는 월동배추를 주로 이용하는 한국인의 전통적인 김장방법으로 인한 김장철 배추가격 급등락의 문제해결에 기 여하고자 상대적으로 사용도가 낮은 봄배추를 이용한 김치 의 저장기간 연장과 품질유지를 목적으로 수행되었다. 실험 결과, 경도는 수확시기가 가장 늦은 7월초 김치가 6월 중순 김치보다 유의적으로 높았으나(p<0.01) 숙성이 진행됨에 따 라 저장 8주차에는 수확시기에 따른 유의적인 차이를 보이 지 않았다. 김치 숙성과 상관성이 높은 pH와 산도 측정결과 전반적으로 저장 초기에 비해 pH는 감소하였고, 산도는 증 가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 관능평가 결과, 외관은 김치의 제 조시기와 숙성기를 종합하여 6월말 제조 김치의 외관이 가 장 우수하였고(p<0.05), 저장 4주차와 8주차에는 7월초 김치 가 가장 우수한 것으로 평가되었으나 유의적인 차이는 없었 다. 조직감 및 전반적인 기호도 항목에 있어서도 처리구별 유의적인 차이는 보이지 않았다. 따라서 수확시기에 차이를 둔 봄배추로 김치 제조 시 생배추 상태 또는 제조직후의 차이에 비해 절임과 숙성과정, 양념의 첨가 등을 통해 그 유의 적 차이가 감소됨에 따라 수확시기가 봄배추로 제조된 김치 품질에 미치는 영향은 크지 않음을 확인할 수 있었다. 다만, 수확시기가 가장 늦은 배추로 제조된 김치의 경우 생배추 상 태에서 경도가 유의적으로 높았으며 숙성기간 및 저장기간 이 연장되었으므로 이를 수확시기나 작황사정과 연결하여 차 후 심화된 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
