Looking at the recent market trends in the cafe industry, a new business culture called smart cafes is emerging as fears of face-to-face contact have increased due to the pandemic of the new virus infection (COVID-19). Unlike the existing cafe operation method in which store employees receive orders from customers and serve, smart cafes are operated without store employees by smart control technology in a 24-hour non-face-to-face space (untact space). However, smart unmanned cafes, which are currently in the early stages of supply, have not shown satisfactory operational performance due to various problems compared to the existing cafe industry. Therefore, this study aims to derive operational status and problems through a survey of facility managers and store operators of actual smart unmanned cafes and suggest new marketing activation measures to improve them. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to be of great help in establishing and revitalizing a new cafe business culture.

클라우제비츠는 『전쟁론』에서 전쟁은 개별 상황마다 그 본질을 약간씩 변화시키기 때문에 카멜레온과도 같다고 보았다. 클라우제비츠의 이러한 주장은 모든 것이 불확실한 전쟁 상황에서 다양한 요소들이 상호작용을 하여 승패에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 언급한 것이다. 이 글에서는 불확실성 의 요인이 되는 우연과 마찰, 정보, 위험, 육체적 고통을 토대로 이를 해 소하기 위한 5가지 방안을 도출하여 제1연평해전과 연평도 포격전 사례를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 실전적 교육훈련, 둘째, 과감한 권한 위임, 셋째, 부대 운용의 융통성, 넷째, 간단없는 작전지속 지원, 다섯째, 피아 전술 전기 숙달 등을 통해 불확실성을 해소하고 전승을 달성할 수 있었음 을 확인할 수 있었다. 이것이 한국군에 주는 함의로는 첫째, 창의적인 사 고력과 탄력적인 부대지휘 능력을 배양하기 위한 교육훈련의 필요성, 둘 째, 전술교리 적용에 융통성 없이 집착하는 문화 지양, 셋째, 군인으로서 ‘인생의 첫 전투’를 어떻게 수행할 것인가에 대한 준비가 필요하다. 비록 군사과학 기술이 발전하여 전장 상황을 가시화할 수 있게 되더라도 전쟁 의 근본적인 본질인 불확실성은 전쟁 수행에 커다란 영향을 미치는 변수 라는 것을 망각해서는 안 될 것이다.

This study compares and analyzes the drogue shape applied to aerial refueling with the U.S. Navy drog shape through basic analysis of the model based on the flying fish shape, a marine creature. Flying fish is a creature that is advantageous for non-powered downhill, and this shape is applied to the probe feeding method to minimize the burden on the pilot and the need for refueling technology, which are disadvantages of the probe method. To this end, the results through analysis of basic studies were confirmed, and the superiority and insufficiency of the flying fish shape model and the US Navy drogue model were compared. Therefore, as confirmed through analysis, the flying fish model had a 14.1% lower maximum air pressure and a 9.1% faster maximum speed. Based on this, it is hoped that the advantages and disadvantages of flying fish shape models will be confirmed through actual flight tests in the future.

Levels of beauvericin (BEA) and enniatins (ENNs: ENA, ENA1, ENB, and ENB1) were examined in fresh ginger (n = 43) and ginger powder (n = 31) samples from Korea. In the ginger samples, incidence of BEA contamination was highest, at 62.79%, with a maximum detected BEA level of 640.07 μg/kg. ENNs in were found in up to 11.63% (ENB, ENB1) of ginger samples, with a maximum detected level of 91.02 μg/kg (ENA). In the ginger powders, ENB contamination displayed the highest rate of incidence (70.97%), but the highest level of BEA (1,344.18 μg/kg) exceeded that of ENB (413.99 μg/kg). The incidences of ENA, ENA1, ENB, and ENB1 presence in ginger powders were 29.03%, 22.58%, 70.97%, and 35.48%, respectively, and their highest detected levels were 220.45, 156.61, 413.99, and 70.29 μg/kg, respectively. The incidence of BEA and ENN contamination was higher in ginger powder than in ginger. Respective co-occurrence rates of BEA and ENNs in ginger and ginger powder samples were 16.28% and 64.52%, indicating that the BEA and ENN co-contamination rate was highest in ginger powder as well. This is the first report on the presence and co-occurrence of BEA and ENNs in Korean ginger and ginger powder.

목적 : 본 연구는 전국 일반계 고등학교 재학생 1, 2, 3학년들을 대상으로 작업치료 인식도 조사를 실시하 여 학년별 작업치료 인식도를 확인하고, 그에 따른 학과 탐색의 시기를 파악하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이 를 통해, 작업치료의 인식도를 향상시키도록 하는 효율적인 홍보방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 전국 17개 지역의 일반계 고등학생들을 대상으로 2021년 11월 22일부터 12월 5일까지 알게 된 경로, 최소한의 교육과정, 국가고시 필수 여부, 대상자의 연령대, 업무 범위, 취업처와 같은 작업치료 인식도와 작업치료(학)과 지원 및 홍보 방법에 대한 질의와 응답으로 구성된 N사의 온라인 설문지 공유 를 통해 실시하였다. 수집된 설문지 총 860부 중 부적절한 응답 153부를 제외한 707부를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료 처리 및 분석은 기술통계량을 이용한 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 결과 : 고등학생의 작업치료 인식의 수준은 48.9%로 나타났다. ‘작업치료 대상자의 연령대’를 학년별로 구 분하여 분석한 결과, ‘모르겠다’를 선택한 비율이 1학년 177명(32.2%), 2학년 157명(30.3%), 3학년 84명(23.6%)으로 학년이 높아질수록 낮아지는 것으로 확인되었으며 학년별로 분석한 다른 작업치료 인 식도 항목 또한 같은 결과를 보였다. 고등학생이 희망하는 학과 홍보 방법으로는 ‘Social Network Service(SNS)홍보 게시물’이 26.2%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 결론 : 일반계 고등학생은 학년이 높아질수록 작업치료 인식도가 높아졌다. 이는 고등학생들이 진로를 위한 학과 탐색을 통해 높아지는 것으로 추론할 수 있으며, 충분한 탐색의 시간을 제공하기 위해 고등학생이 희망하 는 학과 홍보 방법인‘SNS 홍보 게시물’을 활용하면 작업치료 인식개선 등의 효과적일 것이라 사료된다.

유선 및 도선 중 선박길이 12미터 미만인 소형선박은 선박안전법에 따른 복원성 기준 적용이 면제되며, 유선 및 도선 사업법에 따라 승객 및 선원이 탑승 가능한 면적을 고려하여 승선정원을 정하고 있다. 이러한 유선 및 도선 중에서는 건조 이후 차양의 설치 등 복 원성에 영향을 미치는 상부 구조물을 설치하는 사례도 적지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 상부 구조물을 설치한 도선에서 실제 발생한 전복 사고의 사례를 바탕으로 해당 도선의 복원성을 추정하여 사고 원인을 분석하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 승선정원을 초과한 상태에서 승객들 이 동시에 하선하고자 기립하여 복원성이 악화된 것으로 나타났으나, 해당 도선이 승선정원을 준수하더라도 한쪽 현의 승객들이 기립하 면 횡경사에 의한 전복의 가능성이 존재하였다. 따라서, 보다 안전한 유선 및 도선사업을 위하여 선박길이 12미터 미만의 유선 및 도선에 대하여 건조 및 개조 시 실선 복원성 시험에 의한 승선정원 산출, 승선정원의 총중량 한곗값 제시 등을 개선방안으로 제시하였다.

시판 유통 중인 건조 인삼류(백삼 24점, 홍삼 26점) 포 장 제품을 수집하여 곰팡이 발생 조사를 수행하였다. 백 삼과 홍삼은 각각 50%와 46%의 시료에서 곰팡이가 검출 되었고 검출 시료의 평균 곰팡이 오염도는 각각 0.5와 0.2 log10 CFU/g이었다. 백삼에서는 Penicillium polonicum, P. chrysogenum, Rhizopus microsporus가 각각 18.2%로 우점하 였으나 홍삼은 Aspergillus spp.이 87.6%로 우점하였으며 이 중 A. chevalieri가 50.0%로 가장 높았다. 이 중 독성 종으로 알려진 P. polonicum, P. chrysogenum, P. melanoconidium, A. chevalieri 균주의 citrinin 독소 생성 가능성을 분석한 결 과, 13 균주 모두 독소 유전자가 검출되지 않았다. 이 결 과는 조사한 시료의 곰팡이독소 오염 위험은 매우 낮지만, 건조 인삼류에 곰팡이 오염이 가능함을 보여준다.

사주명리학 이론 중에 용신이론(用神理論)은 몸의 정신에 비유할 정도로 운 명을 추론(推論)하기 위한 가장 핵심이론이다. 용신(用神)은 일간(日干)의 역량 을 저울질하여 음양의 균형을 맞추고 오행의 구성과 조화를 기준으로 구(求) 한다. 이러한 용신(用神)의 종류와 취용법은 다양하다. 대표적 사주명리서 중에서 滴天髓는 중화사상을 근본으로 억부, 통관, 조 후, 병약용신을 취용하며, 또한 강한 기세를 따르는 종화론(從化論)을 원칙으 로 취한다. 子平眞詮은 격국에서 취하는 격국용신을 쓰며 순용용신과 역용 용신을 취한다. 窮通寶鑑은 십간을 12월에 배치하여 주용신과 보좌용신을 두며, 전체적으로 조후용신을 기반으로 하지만, 오행의 기능적 용신(用神)역할 이 스며들어 있다.窮通寶鑑 <희용제요>와 본문의 내용이 일치하지 않는 15개 부분 중 가을 甲木과 1월 庚金의 용신을 계절의 관점과 오행의 관점에서 체(體)와 용(用)으로 비교하고, 원문 검증하여 고정(固定)하였다. 비교 검토한 결과 窮通寶鑑은 조 후론을 기반으로 표현하지만, 철저한 오행의 상호기능적 관점이다. 계절의 관점 으로 본다면 가을의 甲木은 추수하는 계절에 결실이 목적이니 庚金을 우선한 다. 그러나 용신의 기능적 관점으로 보면 甲木을 보호하기 위하여, 먼저 丁火를 주용신으로 취하여 예리하게 제련된 庚金으로 수삭(修削)해야 한다. 窮通寶鑑의 용신(用神)은 오행의 역할에 따라 용신(用神)을 구(求)하고 그 용신(用神)은 세트로 짝을 지어 기능적 작용을 한다. 전체의 균형과 안정을 위 하여 필요한 각각의 기능을 상호의존적으로 수행하는 파슨스의 구조기능론과 부합된다. 즉, 甲木이 丁火로 인화(引火)하고, 인화(引火)된 丁火가 庚金을 제 련하고 제련된 庚金이 甲木을 벽갑(劈甲)하여 결실을 얻는다. 木生火, 火剋金, 金剋木의 생극제화 과정이다. 丁⋅庚⋅甲이 세트로 짝을 지어 임무를 수행하 는 상호기능적 관점의 용신(用神)특징을 갖고 있다.

Porous ceramics have the advantages of low density, low thermal conductivity, and excellent mechanical properties. Among porous ceramic manufacturing methods, the replica template method allows the easy manufacturing of porous filters with the highest porosity and pores of the desired size, but it also has the disadvantage that the resulting filters have low mechanical strength. To overcome this shortcoming, mullite (3Al2O3·2SiO2) whiskers, which have excellent thermal stability and high mechanical strength, were introduced in porous ceramic structure. The mullite whiskers were synthesized using a composition of Al2O3, flyash and MoO3. The morphologies and crystal structures of the mullite whiskers with MoO3 contents were investigated in detail. When the porous ceramic with mullite whiskers was fabricated using 20 wt% MoO3 catalyst the most uniform microstructure was obtained, and the mullite whiskers showed the highest aspect ratio of 47.03. The porosity and compressive strength of the fabricated porous ceramic were 82.12% and 0.83 MPa, respectively.

The purpose of this study is to provide information about annual variations in catch size and changes in reproductive biology in the common octopus, Octopus vulgaris, a commercially important species in Jeju Island. Samples were collected from coastal waters of Jeju Island, Korea by coastal trap fishery from January to November 2021. Octopus vulgaris have been decreasing in this region since 1984. The mantle length (ML) ranged from 4.5 to 17.8 cm and body weight (BW) ranged form 88.5 to 2,657.5 g. A χ 2 -test revealed that the number of males was significantly greater than females (χ 2 = 32.712, df = 10, P<0.05). Mature females were found from January to July and male occurred January to August. The gonadosomatic index value was higher from July to August than other months. The relationship between mantle length and body weight was BW = 2.4527ML 2.3139 (female) and BW = 2.6785ML 2.3159 (male). At 50% group maturity, female and male average weight was estimated to be 554.7 g and 330.6 g, respectively.

The objectives of this study are to increase the contents of functional compounds and antioxidant activity obtained from ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) extracts using fermentation and enzyme. The optimal conditions (1%, Aspergillus luchuensis) for extraction methods were determined through fermentation treatment of ginger (concentrations of 0.5 and 1%; Aspergillus oryzae and Aspergillus luchuensis). The quality characteristics of the ginger extract for each treatment method (HW, hot water treated; EZ, enzyme; AL, fermentation; ALEZ, fermentation and enzyme) were observed using the optimal conditions. The water-soluble index (WSI) and total sugar content of the ALEZ increased by 2.6 times and 6.5 times, respectively, compared with that of the HW. However, the sum of gingerol and shogaol contents of ALEZ were 73.9% in ratio compared with lower than that of the HW. Antioxidant contents were generally higher in ALEZ, similar to the WSI trend. Therefore, ALEZ was more effective in enhancing antioxidant activity than EZ and AL. The fermentation and enzymatic approach described in this study would be beneficial to food industries for developing ginger functional products and materials.

The purpose of this paper is to propose part management and standardization to reduce cost and increase compatibility of parts through standardization and standardization of parts to be applied to urban air mobility(UAM) systems, Personnel Air Vehicle(PAV), Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL), and so on. In other words, parts used in the urban air transportation system must be verified from the initial design stage in accordance with the aviation standard, and a systematic management system for various parts must be established to secure stability and improve quality. Therefore, as a system similar to the aviation component management system, it should be thoroughly managed for urban aviation components.

This study is designed to compensate for the lack of children’s clothing relics from the early 18th century and to reproduce young upper-class girls’ costume as hanbok content. The shapes and materials of costumes are based on the record of Sukjongsilrok  in 1701 and the characteristics of adult ladie’s costume relics in this period, but reproduced as miniatures of these relics as like Joseon children’s clothing of another period. The reproduced costumes are formal wear for 3~4 year-old girls, consisting of yeoui [女衣], long unlined skirts, and lined skirts. Sizes were set at a height ratio of approximately 155:95. Yeoui is sam-hoejang-jeogori using pine pollencolored damask with a grape-squirrel pattern and a purple damask with flowertreasure pattern. The full length of yeoui is 24.5cm. It has a square-dangko outer collar with square inner collar. The long unlined skirt is a six-width overskirt that is 82cm long, made with lotus patterned sa. The lined skirt is a five-width skirt that is 61.3cm made with flower-treasure patterned red damask and ju. Several long pleats on both sides of these two skirts have been omitted. The result provides meaningful content for children’s clothing in the early 18th century and will be used as costume for an educational trial performance.
