본 연구의 목적은 효율적인 장애인직업재활을 통한 장애인의 사회통합을 구현하기 위해 우리나라 장애 인직업재활의 운영현황 분석 물론 에덴복지재단 장애인직업재활시설의 발전과정 상에서 드러난 역할이 우 리나라의 장애인직업재활시설 발전에 미친 영향을 평가하고, 그 운영현황을 분석한 결과를 통해 노정된 문제를 해소하기 위해 우리나라 직업재활시설의 발전방안을 제시함으로써 직업재활시설의 효율적인 운영에 이바지하고자 한다. 본 연구의 방법은 우리나라 장애인직업재활에 관한 국내외 통계관련 문헌과 사업실적과 현황의 평가결 과를 알아보기 위해 에덴복지재단의 전문 인력, 사무국장, 기관장 등을 대상으로 전문 인력의 의견수렴을 직접 개별 면접조사와 물론 전문가에 대한 초점집단면접을 통해 장애인직업재활의 운영 현황을 분석하였다. 따라서 연구대상이 되는 에덴복지재단 장애인직업재활시설의 운영현황의 분석한 결과, 판로확보의 문제, 역할의 단순화, 작업직종 선택의 문제, 전문종사인력 부족, 시설 및 설비 부족, 근로장애인 선정의 문제, 재정적 지원 부족, 최저임금 문제 등이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 특히 장애인직업재활시설의 건전한 복지경영에 따른 판로확보의 문제를 해소하기 위하여 관수품의 우선발주제도와 중증장애인생산품 우선구매 비율 확대 로 직업재활시설 근로장애인 임금보전에 도움이 될 필요가 있다. 이를 위하여 국가와 지방자치단체의 직업 재활시설과의 연계역할을 의무화해야 할 필요한 시점이다.

Owing to the development in information and communications technologies have improved the technology for high-speed transmission of massive data, which has changed closed-circuit television (CCTV) video transmission technology. In particular, digitization of the CCTV video format and streaming technology has made it possible to minimize transmission loss and integrate video transmission and camera control(pan/tilt). It has also become possible to provide additional services like remote emergency warning broadcasting with just Internet Protocol (IP). However, because of the structural problems of IP, these changes have also brought about the threat of hacking of CCTV monitoring systems. In this study, we propose a methode to optimize network management by examining cases of enhancement of operational efficiency and security by improving the structure of CCTV monitoring network.

중·저준위 방사성폐기물 처분시설의 운영 중 사고로 인한 방사선적 영향을 평가하기 위해서는 운영 중 발생 가능한 사고 에 대한 타당성이 입증되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 처분시설의 운영 중 사고분석 체계를 처분시설의 구성요소에 대한 안전 기능분석, 잠재위험요소분석, 위험도분석, 그리고 향후 조치대안으로 사고평가체계를 개선하였다. 이를 위하여 위험도분석 에 필요한 설계대안과 관리대안을 추가하여 설계-운영-평가가 연계되도록 하였다. 또한 운영 중 사고의 발생확률과 평가결 과의 심각성에 따라 운영중 사고에 대한 분류기준을 제안하여 처분시설 운영 중 대표 사고시나리오에 대한 정당성을 확보 하였다. 본 논문의 개선된 평가체계를 우리나라의 2단계 중·저준위 방사성폐기물 표층처분시설에 대한 처분시설 운영 중 사고분석의 사례에 대해 적용하였다.

최근 4차 산업혁명의 주요 변화동인 중 하나인 “빅데이터” 기술을 활용하여 다양한 산업에 적용하기 위한 연구가 활발히 이루 어지고 있다. 선박이 운항 하면서 발생되는 데이터에는 1해리 당 소모연료량, 엔진출력, 대지속력, 대수속력, Main Engine RPM, FOC, SFOC, DFOC 등의 여러 지표가 있다. 본 논문에서는 Gathering 데이터간의 민감도를 분석 하여 각 변수들간의 영향력을 판단하여 선박 운 항 관련 에너지효율에 대한 주요 변수를 분석 하고, 분석 기법 중 수학 모델을 이용한 근사 모델을 생성 하여, 실측 데이터와 예측결과를 비교분석 하였다. 이를 통해 빅데이터 분석 기술을 활용하여 운항 선박의 에너지효율 관련 변수 간 민감도 확인, 근사모델을 이용한 연비 관련 지표 예측에 활용 할 수 있는 가능성을 확인 하였다. 핵심용어

In the current administration, the government's main policies for youth employment and job creation are recognized by the Ministry of National Defense as a special environmental group. In particular, we believe that the self-help efforts of the advanced armed forces of the military, which are being pursued by the military, will fully demonstrate synergies with the current government policies. For this purpose, this study focuses on the people who are the targets of the youth employment, and suggests ways for them to have better jobs and values after the whole world. In accordance with the policy trends of job creation and job creation, we plan to propose a plan to link the national technical qualifications of the Korea Human Resources Development Service with the various projects currently underway for an average of 250,000 human resources development methods of 250,000 soldiers each year. This study suggests the link between IP (criticality performance) analysis and the Boston Consulting Group 's matrix (BCG Matrix) on the relevance of military human resource operations and qualifications. The results will be presented in conjunction with the military-oriented development projects of advanced countries currently under military control.

국립대학 실습선은 STCW협약에서 요구하는 항해사 및 기관사 자격 취득을 위해 국립대학에서 학생들의 승선실습 목적으로 운영되고 있는 선박이다. 실습 선은 많은 인원이 승선하며, 국제항해에 종사하는 특수목적의 선박으로서 다른 선박들보다 엄격한 안전관리가 요구된다. 실습선은 교육부 소속의 선박으로 안 전관리에 대해서는 각 대학의 자체규정에 따라 운영되고 있으며, 이를 규율할 수 있는 법 또는 제도가 없다. 무엇보다 국제해사협약에서도 실습선에 대한 별 도의 지위가 없으며, 비상업용 정부선박으로 간주되어 인적분야에 해당하는 일부 협약의 적용대상에서 제외된다. 특히 안전관리시스템 구축을 위한 ISM Code와 선박 및 항만의 보안을 위한 ISPS Code가 적용 제외되어 실습선에 대한 안전관리가 사각지대에 놓여있는 부분이 있다. 이와 관련하여 이 논문은 실습선의 법적지위 및 안전관리에 관한 문제점을 파악하고, 실습선의 안전관리가 체계화 될 수 있는 법제도적 개선방 향을 제시하고자 한다.

Air compressor is an important facility with electric power in the industry. However, because of the noise and vibration of air compressor and is installed outside the building management difficulty. In this study, MCP (Micro Control Processor) to remote monitoring of the air compressor via the compressed air through improved quality and allows stable maintenance were designed. So, increase the productivity improvement of energy-saving effect can be obtained. Remote real-time information stored on your PC to manage air compressor equipment was higher reliability. Monitoring system is developed in this study was applied to embedded systems. It is easy to install air compressor, and low maintenance costs was to raise the economic impact.

As enterprises, based on the forecast of the customer's demand and collaboration with the suppliers, establish the integrated system directing supply, production, and distribution for the increase of productivity, Thus, this study intends to find the most urgent and critical factors for the improvement of the information system by externalizing factors affecting the operation of information system, suggest the process to improve the relevant functions of information system, and design the process. As a result of the analysis of the previous studies on the improvement of the information system, many studies were conducted on the improvement of ERP and SCM, yet there was no study conducted targeting about APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling). Thus, this study chose APS as the subject for the design of the process for the improvement for the information system.

Although all costs concerned in transportation be separated by region and each terms and conditions of Incoterms that state cleary them who have to pay the charges. But, almost lcl exporters donot want to pay their charges the carriers at loading port eventhough they make the contracts with the importer as FOB and CFR of Incoterms. And the carrier have been do not bill the FOB charges to the shipper. Now, there are no more Incoterms in LCL transportation. So, the importer have been payed loading port charges twice, first, the contract with the shipper, secondly, through the destination charge. These problems make decreasing of trading volume and increasing of logistics costs. We suggest every traders and carriers separate the costs as per the price terms and conditions of incoterms and bill / receive the costs separated the trader who have to pay the charges as per their price terms. It will bring mutual success in the world and increasing trade.

On cold start operation of an SI engine, a catalyst shows poor performance before it reaches activation temperature. Therefore, fast warmup of the catalyst is very crucial to reduce harmful emissions. In this study, an appropriate control strategy is investigated to increase exhaust gas temperature through changes of spark timing and exhaust valve timing. Combustion stability is also considered at the same time. Experiments showed that retarded spark timing promotes the combustion at the end of expansion stroke and increases exhaust gas temperature during cold start.An advance of exhaust valve timing decreases residual gas in cylinders due to decrease of valve overlap period. It helps improvement combustion stability by virtue of reduced residual gas. A control strategy of proper valve timing and spark timing is suggested in order to achieve fast light-off of the catalyst and stable operation of the engine in a cold start and idle operation

본 연구는 IT 운영관리 부분이 글로벌 환경 하에서 기업의 경쟁력 및 기업의 역량을 키우기 위해 관리개선에 집중하고 있으며 기업에서는 이를 위해 아웃소싱을 통해 운영관리 프로젝트의 성능 및 품질 개선의 일환으로 프로젝트의 목표와 수행실적을 극대화하기 위하여 SLA(Service Level Agreement)를 적용하는 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 성공적인 SLA (Service Level Agreement) 적용을 위하여 구체적인 사례 연구를 통해 서비스 제공 수준을 최소 서비스 수준 이상의 IT 서비스 품질을 보장함으로써 비즈니스 경쟁력의 우위를 확보하여 각 영역별 서비스 품질 측정을 위한 목표 서비스 수준보다 개선된 IT 운영관리 개선을 이루고자 사례연구를 통하여 살펴 보았고, 프로젝트 운영 관리는 점진적으로 진보되고 있으며 이에 따라 대부분의 프로젝트 관리에 있어서 프로젝트의 목표와 수행 실적은 목표대비 수행 실적이 정량적인 지수로 나타나기는 하나 보다 구체적인 SLA(Service Level Agreement)를 도입하여 품질관리에 있어서 향상된 결과를 얻기 위하여 최소한의 목표보다 더욱 향상된 결과를 도출할 수 있으며 최적의 결과를 얻기 위해 선택할 수 있는 체계적인 평가기준 정립은 매우 중요하다.

This study suggest a way to improve duty process of KTX(Korea Train Express) high-speed train driver. A new operating system which based on safety was introduced to operate high-speed train which travel above 300km/h on the high-speed railroad but below 200km/h on the general railroad. There were some studies on the operation of high-speed train which travel on the high-speed railroad and on the general railroad with safety. However they overlooked the elements of human errors. The duty-load of KTX train driver's 14 basic operation processes was measured using NASA-TLX and found four processes with high duty-load. In this paper, critical tasks of the high duty-load processes are determined using a questionnaire. Some suggestions which include the improvement of facilities, operating system and operating skill are proposed to lighten duty-load of the critical tasks. The validity of the proposed new task processes is demonstrated by making question to KTX train driver. To use this results cost-benefit analysis, hazards analysis etc. should be performed additionally.

This study develops a improved gate assignment algorithm and decision support system using its algorithm to extract a assignment result minimizing a walking distance of passengers in airport and maximizing the utilization rate of avaliable gates in domestic airports. By operation support system, it may contribute greatly in efficient enlargement of airport operation and increase the airport reliability through quickly coping with takeoff and landing delay of flight due to weather change, preservation and repair of gate, etc. Also, passengers who use airport terminal can minimize time and walking distance for departure, arrival, and transit, and it may greatly reduce the additional operation cost for common gates through maximizing the utilization rate for exclusive usage gates for airplanes which use gates.
