Background: Lower back pain (LBP) is a major cause of disability and a common musculoskeletal disorder encountered at some point in life. Dysfunction of the lumbar vertebrae has been associated with decreased flexibility of the hamstrings, which exhibited a strong positive correlation with LBP. Hamstring tension affects lumbar pelvic rhythm. We aimed to activate pelvic stability with compression by Active Therapeutic Movement (ATM), muscle energy technique (MET) was applied to increase the flexibility of the hamstring. Objects: In this study, we aimed to investigate the effects of MET with ATM and general MET were applied to the hamstring of adults, who were in their twenties with nor without LBP, on their pelvic inclination and the length of their hamstring. Methods: A total of 32 subjects were briefed about the purpose of this study and agreed to participate voluntarily. Before the experiment, all subjects were pre-examined, and they were divided into an LBP group and a no lower back pain group accordingly. Thereafter, all subjects participated in both in a crossover manner. After at least one week, they switched to another group and participated in the same experiment. Results: The study results revealed that both groups demonstrated significant results in the modified active knee extension test (p < 0.01) and the sit and reach test (p < 0.01) performed to assess the hamstring flexibility; an interaction (p < 0.05) was noted. Moreover, a more significant difference was observed between the MET with ATM and the general MET. Although significant results were obtained for the pelvic inclination (p < 0.01), interaction was not noted. Conclusion: Conclusively, in this study, when the MET with ATM was applied to the two groups, there was a significant difference compared to the general MET for hamstring flexibility, but it was confirmed that there was no significant difference for the pelvic inclination.

The purpose of this thesis is to understand the shape of the Sijeon (Licensed-Markets) established around the Jongno and Namdaemun-ro Avenues in Hanyang during the Joseon Dynasty in the 19th and 20th centuries and then to examine the relationship with the urban structures of Hanyang City. By investigating the excavation results of the Cheongjin and Gongpyeong areas, drawings, photos, and documentary records related to the city, this study classified the building types in the Jonggak area. As a result, since the 19th century, the basic form of Sijeon with 2 Gan(間, bay) in the front facade and 3 Gan(間) on the side, in other words, 5m in the front and 8m in the side was arranged in parallel, and it was a type with a corridor-type courtyard inside. The inner sides of Jongno Avenue had an atypical flat shape that suited the more free lot, and a courtyard-type plan with a single entrance was also confirmed in the one or two Bang(房, district). This study reflected the operation method of the Sijeon buildings b between the one unit and the other units, which affected the internal spatial structures, and it found that the size and style of the Sijeon buildings were closely relevant to the size of the lots near Jongno Avenue.

“청년에 의한, 젊은 여성에 의한, 젊은 여성을 위한”이라는 기치 아래 기독교 정신을 바탕으로 시작한 세계YWCA는 복음의 열정으로 출발한 신앙 운동이자 에큐메니컬 정신을 바탕으로 한 봉사 운동이며, 인류의 평화와 화해를 추구하는 평화 운동의 주체로 오랫동안 자리매김 해 왔다. 그 정신을 이어받아 한국 YWCA는 2022년 4월이면 창립 100주년을 맞이한다. 그러나, 한국 학계는 일반사나 기독교사를 막론 하고 YWCA에 대해 큰 관심이 없었다. 한국 YWCA 역시 아시아에서 처음 개최된 항주 세계YWCA 협의회(이하 항주협의회)에 대한 정보가 빈약하다. 1947년에 개최된 이 대회는 전쟁 후 울고 있는 세계를 치유하고 화해를 도모한 여성들의 진한 우정 이야기를 담고 있다. 그래서, 본 연구는 선교역사 연구에서 빠져 있는 한 조각의 퍼즐을 맞추고, 장차 한국교회가 평화 선교로 나아가기를 제안했다.

노벨문학상을 수상한 예이츠와 타고르는 두 개의 다른 문화, 국가, 전통 을 대표하고 있으며 영국의 식민통치하에서 문학 활동을 하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 20 세기 전후 영국 식민지 상황에서 예이츠와 타고르가 자신들의 작품을 통해 민족주의 를 어떻게 표현하고 있는지 고찰하는 데 있다. 예이츠와 타고르는 당시 극단적 민족주의에 대해 거부감을 가지고 자신들이 생각하는 민족주의를 표방한다. 항상 자기 민족을 대변하지만 타고르는 다른 나라의 문화와 종교 그리고 민족에 대한 적대감을 드러내지 않는다. 타고르는 인종적 경향을 강조하는 민족 주의 과정에서 인류애가 결여된 민족주의가 나타난다고 확신한다. 반면 예이츠는 자신 의 조국 아일랜드의 전통과 문화의 변질에 대해 우려한다. 타고르와 예이츠 모두 인류 역사의 비전에서 민족주의를 다룬다.

The aim of this study was to develop a body type suitable for adult men aged from their 20s to their 40s and to present a method of drafting related patterns. To this end, the somatic surface pattern data from previous studies were used. The research method involved drafting torso patterns for each type by setting and distributing the ease to the somatic surface pattern. Appearance evaluation was performed with virtual clothing. Then, the torso pattern for each body type was completed and presented as a draft method. SPSS was used for data analysis in this study. The research results are as follows. Types 1, 2, and 3 were set to 7%, 6%, 5%; 7%, 6%, 4%; and 6.5%, 7%, and 6% for chest, waist, and hip circumference measurements, respectively. The ratio of front to back was 50%:50%, 50%:50%, and 50%:50% of the spare for each body part for Type 1; 70%:30%, 50%:50%, and 60%:40% for Type 2, and 60%:40%, 70%:30%, and 60%:40% for Type 3. A tight-fit torso pattern for each body type suitable for adult males in their 20s to 40s was drafted, which was modified and supplemented through the evaluation of the first and second virtual wear. Considering the practicality of this approach, for generalization of the patterns, the items of the pattern were converted into a drafting method and presented as a draft method.

목적 : 본 연구는 20대가 선호하는 안경집 디자인의 핵심 요소를 도출하고자 실시되었다. 방법 : 서울지역 거주 대학생 집단을 대상으로 3단계에 걸쳐 설문조사를 시행하였다. 다양한 안경집 디자인의 예제들을 수집하고 선호도 조사를 진행한 다음, 도출된 안경집 디자인을 대상으로 SD법을 바탕으로 하는 감성평가 및 요인분석을 실시하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 결과 : 분석 결과 고유값 1을 기준으로 8개의 감성어휘가 도출되어 2개의 축으로 분류되었다. 선호도 조사에서 상위를 차지한 안경집 디자인들에서는 실용적인, 단순한, 가벼운, 단단한, 깔끔한 등의 감성언어에 대응되는 제 1 요인과 고급스러운, 둥근, 무광의 등의 감성언어에 대응되는 제 2요인이 높게 나타났으며 반대로 하위를 차지한 안경집 디자인에서는 제 1요인과 제 2요인이 낮게 나타났다. 결론 : 20대 소비자 집단은 기능성과 심미성을 주요소로 하여 안경집 디자인을 선택하는 경향이 존재하는 것으 \로 나타났다.

본 연구는 한국교회와 그리스도인들을 위해, 예수의 발 씻기 사건 (요 13:1-20)을 선교적으로 읽는 것을 목표로 한다. 필자는 발 씻기 내러티브가 선교적 개념을 말하고 있다고 주장한다. 첫째, 발 씻기 내러티브의 구조와 보냄의 언어가 선교를 말해 주고 있다. 둘째, 예수의 선교는 그의 죽음을 통해 거룩한 공동체를 세우는 일의 성취였다. 셋째, 제자들은 선교를 위해 세상으로 보냄을 받았다. 그들의 선교는 그들의 사랑과 섬김의 삶 방식을 통해 예수를 증언할 뿐 아니라 세상에 복음을 전하는 것이었다. 마침내, 이들 선교적 의의는 오늘날의 한국교 회와 그리스도인들에게 거룩한 공동체, 사랑과 섬김의 공동체, 그리고 진리 안에서 복음 전파를 하는 공동체가 될 것을 도전해 주고 있다.

본 연구는 2020년 3월 18일부터 20일까지 영동지역에 강풍이 발생했던 사례(남고북저형, 대류권계면 접힘에 의해 급격하게 발달하는 저기압)의 종관 및 열역학적/운동학적특성을 조사하기 위해 AWS 관측 자료, 종관 일기도, ECMWF 재분석 자료, 레윈존데, 윈드프로파일러 자료를 이용하였다. 분석결과, 사례 기간 영동지역 5개소에서 관측된 최대 순간 풍속은 20 m s−1 이상으로 나타났으며 대관령(27.7 m s−1)에서 가장 강하게 나타났다. 종관분석에서는 남고북저형의 기압배치와 함께 영동지역으로 등압선의 모양이 사인(sin)파 형태를 보이며 강한 기압경도력에 의해 강풍이 발달 하다가 3월 19일부터는 한반도 북부지역에서 하루 내에 19 hPa 이상의 기압 하강과 함께 발달하는 저기압에 의해 지속적인 강풍이 발달했다. 북강릉 단열선도에서 역전층의 고도는 하층 강풍대와 함께 산 정상의 약 1-3 km 고도에 위치 하였고, 레윈존데 및 수직 측풍 장비(윈드프로파일러)의 연직 바람장 분석 결과와 일치함을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 열역학적 및 운동학적 연직 분석에서, 하층에서 온위의 연직 경도에 의한 강한 바람과 대류권계면 접힘에 의한 위치 소용돌이도의 발달이 영동지역 강풍 발생에 큰 역할을 한 것으로 사료된다.

In this study, Ti-Mo-EB composites are prepared by ball milling and spark plasma sintering (SPS) to obtain a low elastic modulus and high strength and to evaluate the microstructure and mechanical properties as a function of the process conditions. As the milling time and sintering temperature increased, Mo, as a β-Ti stabilizing element, diffused, and the microstructure of β-Ti increased. In addition, the size of the observed phase was small, so the modulus and hardness of α-Ti and β-Ti were measured using nanoindentation equipment. In both phases, as the milling time and sintering temperature increased, the modulus of elasticity decreased, and the hardness increased. After 12 h of milling, the specimen sintered at 1000oC showed the lowest values of modulus of elasticity of 117.52 and 101.46 GPa for α-Ti and β-Ti, respectively, confirming that the values are lower compared to the that in previously reported studies.

The Sijeon (Licensed Markets) legally permitted by the government along the Jongno and the Namdaemunro Avenues played a central commercial role in Hanyang. However, after the opening of the port in the late Joseon era, the Licensed Markets suffered a blow and declined due to the introduction of a new product of civilization and the appearance of foreign merchants. Although the Licensed Markets, which have been maintained without major changes for a long time, have played a major role in the urban spatial structure, the exact location has not been still determined, and researches until now has remained limited for such that. In this study, based on the 1912 land survey records, the location of the Licensed Markets pre-and post- 1910 is identified, and the spatial change of the dismantling process is investigated.

본 연구는 뷰티 인플루언서 마케팅의 중요한 소비계층인 20-30대 여성 소비자를 대상으로 뷰티 인플루언서의 특성이 메이크업행동과 색조화장품 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하고자 하였다. 더불어 뷰티 인플루언서를 활용한 색조화장품 마케팅 및 시장 확대에 도움이 되는 기초정보를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 설문지는 서울 및 수도권 지역에 총 563부를 배포하였으며, 최종 531부를 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 인구통계학적 특성(연령별)에 따른 뷰티 인플루언서 특성의 영향 요인은 신뢰도, 전문도에 따라 차이가 있는 것을 확인하였다. 뷰티 인플루언서 특성의 하위요인별 신뢰도와 전달능력은 모든 메이크업행동에 정(+)의 영향, 전문도는 베이스 메이크업에만 정(+)의 영향, 색조화장품 구매의도에는 신뢰도, 전달능력, 매력도가 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 중 신뢰도가 가장 큰 정(+) 의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 뷰티 인플루언서 특성을 바탕으로 소비자와 소통·공감하고, 보다 다양한 메이크업 및 색조화장품 관련 정보를 더욱 정직하게 전달함으로써 장기적인 관계 유지를 위해 노력해야 할 것이다.

In this study, consumers’ perception and consumption behavior of blended tea were investigated. Also, consumer perception of Siberian chrysanthemum, consumption behavior, and awareness of efficacy were investigated. As a result of the survey, it was confirmed that it was necessary to develop a blended tea with taste and flavor characteristics that consumers prefer, having the capability of relieving stress, and preventing cold or respiratory disease. In addition, the degree of recognition of Siberian chrysanthemum was very low, and the recognition of the efficacy appeared in the order of 'cold relief' and ‘respiratory disease relief’. Factor analysis results, safety attributes, health attributes, product attributes, marketing attributes, and sensory attributes were factorized into five factors, and after analysis, it was concluded that the sensory attributes of taste and aftertaste were considered the most important. Consumers surveyed appeared to consume blended tea for ‘relieving mood or stress relief’, to enjoy the taste, and to prevent cold or respiratory diseases. Siberian chrysanthemum displays efficacy in cold relief and relief of respiratory diseases. Therefore, developing Siberian chrysanthemum as a blended tea could be a practical application that can expand the range of its use, making it more popular and increase its commercial applications.

국내 멸종위기 어류 25종의 먹이원을 문헌 조사한 결과, 먹이원은 20문, 31강, 58목, 116과, 154속으로 나타났다. 먹이원 중 가장 많은 어류가 섭식한 먹이원은 분류군에 따라 절지동물문, 곤충강, 파리목, 깔따구과로 조사되었으며, 식물류 먹이원은 돌말문, 윷돌말강, 반달돌말목, 반달돌말과로 조사되었다. 계층적 군집분석과 NMDS를 이용하여 멸종위기 어류 20종의 먹이원 유형화 결과, 어류를 주로 포식하는 충식성 어류와 식물플랑크톤을 섭식하는 어류 2가지 유형으로 나타났다. 네트워크 분석의 허브 점수가 높은 먹이원은 파리목, 하루살이목, 날도래목, 강도래목, 딱정벌 래목으로 나타났으며 식물류 먹이원 중 허브 점수가 높은 쪽배돌말목과 반달돌말목, 김발돌말목으로 조사되었다. 먹이원 폭이 큰 어류는 연준모치 (PP)와 열목어, 좀수수치, 가는돌고기, 꼬치동자개, 퉁사리, 묵잡자루, 미호종개로 Bi 지수 값이 0.3 이상으로 조사되어 다양한 먹이를 먹는 것으 로 조사되었다. 반면, 금강모치, 부안종개, 감돌고기, 흰수마자, 다묵장어, 돌상어, 얼룩새코미꾸리, 북방종개는 Bi 지수 값이 0.1 이하로 조사되어 먹이원 다양성이 낮게 조사되었다.

Since the first detection of African swine fever (ASF)-infected wild boar in October 2019, the ASF virus has been circulating among wild boars in the Republic of Korea. The priority for ASF control is to understand the epidemic situation correctly. The basic reproduction number (R0) can be used to describe the contagious disease epidemic situation since it can assess the contagiousness of infectious agents by presenting the average number of new cases generated by an infected case. The current study estimated R0 for the 2019/20 ASF epidemics in wild boars in the Republic of Korea using the reported number of ASF cases and a serial interval of the ASF virus. The estimated mean R0 was 2.10 (range: 0.06 – 10.24) for the 2019/20 ASF epidemics, 2.94 (range: 0.43 – 9.89) for the 2019 ASF epidemics, and 2.00 (range: 0.06 – 11.10) for the 2020 ASF epidemics. In addition, the estimated mean R0 was 3.82 (range: 1.16 – 8.78) in winter, 1.39 (range: 0.16 – 6.30) in spring, 4.82 (range: 0.26 – 17.08) in summer, and 2.21 (range: 0.51 – 5.86) in fall. Even though the Korean government has applied ASF control measures, including hunting or fencing, the ASF epidemic situation in wild boars has intensified. For ASF control in wild boars, tailor-made hunting, wild boar management, or active searching for carcasses are required to reduce the ASF virus. For ASF prevention in domestic pigs, no contact between wild boars and domestic pigs and a biosecurity plan by veterinarians are needed to decrease the risk of ASF virus transmission from wild boars to domestic pigs.

염증성 장질환은 장관 내 비정상적인 만성 염증이 호전과 재발을 반복하는 질환으로 아직까지 명확한 발병기전은 밝혀져 있지 않다. 그 중 궤양성 대장염은 염증 및 혈변, 설사 심한 경우에는 발열을 동반한다. 현재 치료제로는 설파살라진, 메살라민과 같은 항염 증제, 항생제 등을 사용하고 있지만, 부작용으로 두통, 빈혈 등의 있고 드물게는 간염, 폐렴 등이 유발되기 때문에 보다 안전한 방법이 요구되는 실정이다. 본 실험은 5주령의 수컷 마우스를 일주일간 적응기간 후, CON군 DSS군, 저농도군, 중농도군으로 나누었다. CON군을 제외한 모든 군에 DSS를 일주일간 투여해 장염을 유발한 후 2주간 WK-20을 투여한 후 검사를 한 결과 저농도, 중농도군에서 대장염의 증상이 유의적으로 완화된 것으로 보였다. 따라서, WK-20은 DSS를 통해 유발되는 대장염에서 치료적 효과를 보이지만 MTT 검사를 통해 농도의 조절이 필요한 것으로 사료된다.

A Y6-xCa1.5xSi11N20O:Ce3+(x=2.5) oxynitride phosphor is synthesized at 1,750 oC in a mixed gas atmosphere of 5% H2 and 95 % N2 by using YN, Ca3N2, Si3N4, and CeO2 as raw material reagents. The crystal structure is a trigonal crystal system that has a P31c (no.159) space group and has lattice parameters of a, b = 9.8876(3), and c = 10.6806(4). This structure is an Er6Si11N20O structure type in which a Y6-xCa1.5xSi11N20O structure is formed by substituting a trivalent Y3+ element and a bivalent Ca2+ element at the position of Er element having an oxidation number of +3. Here, the charge difference caused by different oxidation numbers is balanced by the occupancy of a partially vacant 2c site and an O/N anion ratio in the Er6Si11N20O structure type. The Y6-xCa1.5xSi11N20O:Ce3+ (x = 2.5) phosphor is yellow powder with yellow luminescence; performing Rietveld refinement on the phosphor on the basis of the data obtained by XRD measurement results in the lattice parameters as described above. The Y6-xCa1.5xSi11N20O:Ce3+ (x = 2.5) phosphor has a broad emission band due to Ce3+ as an activator with the center wavelength of 565 nm. This phosphor has a broader emission band than a YAG:Ce3+ phosphor, which is a representative LED phosphor, and thus extends further into the blue and red spectrum ranges. Accordingly, this phosphor is an interesting phosphor that can be used for 1pc-LED with an improved color rendering index.
