In order to improve the social service level of museums, digital media and artificial intelligence have become common application technologies in the field of Museum exhibition. The functional orientation of museums is constantly adjusted with the changes of technological development trend, cultural trend and lifestyle in modern society. The development of mobile Internet and intelligent technology has profoundly subverted people’s way of life. Digital exhibition is rising in line with people’s living habits of obtaining information and social communication. However, from the perspective of the relationship between digital exhibition and audience, there are obvious deficiencies in the research field of digital exhibition activities in the field of functional orientation and meaning innovation. Therefore, this paper attempts to explore the function, narrative and meaning of digital exhibition from the perspective of the audience with the concept of “post Museum” and through the analysis of classic cases in the field of digital exhibition. The purpose of this study is to analyze the function and meaning of digital exhibition from the perspective of the audience, clarify the path of the future development of the museum, and explore the narrative structure of exhibition language in the digital context. The research results will provide new theoretical support and design strategies for future museum exhibition design.
목적: 본 연구는 운동과 실행기능에 관한 연구의 출판연도, 연구저자, 공인용, 키워드 현황을 분석하여 운동과 실 행기능에 관한 연구동향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 방법: Web of Science에서 2003년 1월 1일부터 2019년 12월 31일까지 발행된 운동과 실행기능에 관련한 학술지 총 1577편을 대상으로 CiteSpace프로그램을 적용하여, 계량서 지학적 분석, 데이터 시각화분석, 내용분석법을 실시하였다. 결과: 첫째, 16년 동안 출판편수는 지속적으로 상승하 였으며, 주로 미국에서 발표한 연구편수가 많았고, 연구의 영향력도 컸다. 둘째, Arthur F. Kramer와 Yukai Chang 을 중심으로 협력연구가 이루어졌다. 셋째, 피인용이 높은 연구는 주로 메타분석, 체계적 문헌고찰, 무작위대조실 험으로 구성된 연구였다. 넷째, 키워드 현황으로는 연구방법, 관여질병, 관여방식, 연구내용으로 구분되었다. 또한 키워드 클러스터에 따르면 인지기능, 요가, 우주비행, 사건관련전위, 일회성 운동, 자기관리 집단으로 구분되었다. 결론: 운동과 실행기능에 관한 연구는 학자 간 협력이 다수 존재하고 공인용 문헌은 ‘운동은 인지를 변화시킨다’ 와 ‘운동은 인지구조를 변화시킨다’ 두 가지로 나뉘었다. 또한 학자들은 이미 심리학, 인지신경과학 등 여러 분야 에서, 다양한 대상, 방법을 통해 운동과 실행기능에 대한 연구를 진행하고 있다.
한국의 수자원 총량중 이용량은 26.3%로 강으로부터의 취수 비율은 3%에 불과하며, 중국, 인도, 이탈리아, 남아공 등과 함께 물 스트레스 기준 중~고에 해당한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 댐 수자원 확보를 위한 적지선정과 관련하여 연구하였다. 미국, 일본 및 한국의 댐 건설절차에 대한 조사 결과, 정량적인 기준 및 계산 방법 또는 공식이 부재하였다. 댐 적지선정의 정량적 기준 제시를 위하여 먼저 기후 변화 시나리오를 조사, 분석하였으 며, IPCC제 5 차 평가 보고서에 제시된 12.5 km 격자 해상도의 RCP 4.5 및 8.5를 SWAT와 HEC-ResSim를 이용하여 유역 연구에 적용하였다. 댐 시뮬레이션 결과를 토대로 홍수 및 가뭄의 감소 효과를 정량적으로 제시하였다. 그리고 댐 적지 선정 지표 결정과, AHP 기법을 이용하여 평가지표에 대한 전문가 설문을 실시하여 가중치를 부여하였으며, 이를 통해 댐 적지 선정 함수식(FSDS)을 제안하였다. 함수식의 경우 4곳의 기 설치된 유 역에 대하여 보정 및 검증 하였으며, FSDS와 GIS의 'Model builder'를 사용하여 댐 적지선정 자동화 모델을 개발하였다.
A Quantile-based Matching (QM) method has been widely used to correct the biases in global and regional climate model outputs. The basic idea of QM is to adjust the Cumulative Distribution Function (CDF) of model for the projection period on the basis of the difference between the model and observation CDFs for the training period. Therefore, the CDF of observation on training period plays an important role in quantile-based matching. Also, ensembles are highly correlated because ensemble forecasts generated from a combination of randomly perturbed initial conditions and different convective schemes in numerical weather model. We discuss the dependence of the bias correction results obtained from Qunatile-based Matching when there is correlation between ensembles and the variance of observation is larger than that of model. A simulation study is employed to understand the relation and distributional characteristics of observation and model when applying Quantile-based Matching method.
수자원의 추가 확보와 홍수에 대한 선제적 대응을 목적으로 국내 4대강 주요 지점에 다기능보(multi-function weir)를 설치하였다. 다기능보는 흐름 통제 단면으로서 정밀한 유량 산정이 가능한 수리구조물로 하천의 일반적인 수위-유량 관계식보다 정밀하게 산정할 수 있으며, 향후 각 유역의 국가 표준 유량 기준점으로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 강구하는 것이 바람직하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 영산강의 승촌보를 대상으로 현재 취득되는 운영 자료를 분석하여 개선사항을 제시하고, 이를 보완하기 위하여 간접유량추정 방법인 경사-면적법(slope-area method)을 응용하여 정밀한 유량 산정이 가능할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 분석 결과, 현재 상태는 이론적인 유량계수 범위 초과와 급격한 변동, 상 ․ 하류부의 수위차를 연동하지 못하는 등 이에 대한 보완이 필요하였다. 응용한 경사-면적법은 앞서 제시한 한계점을 보완하고, 자연 하도의 검증된 수리학적 이론에 의해 수면경사와 마찰손실을 반복 계산을 통해 오차를 줄여나가는 상호 보완적인 방법으로 물리적으로 타당하여 적용가능성을 확인하였다. 향후, 다기능보의 최적 운영을 위하여 이를 적용한다면, 실제 운영에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
Due to problems concerned with environment pollution in urban areas, the city dwellers’ social demand for urban green space is ever more increasing. The purpose of this investigation is to define the relationship between the Ornamental Linum usitatissimum L. seed germination and temperature for effective use of the seed. The petri-dish (90 mm in diameter) was covered with two sheets of filter papers and 50 Ornamental Linum usitatissimum L. was layered for four times. After then, 10ml of distilled water was supplied. Then, the sprouting test was conducted in chamber where the temperature was controlled at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35°C. The light was adjusted to 12 hours. The source of light was 1341㎛ol・m -2 s -1 by using fluorescent light and halogen. The germination growth was investigated on two day term after the radicle projected by 3 mm. The investigation stopped when there was no further germination growth for seven days. The finding was that the final sprout growth rate was 80% at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30°C, while it was 70% at 35°C. In the optimal temperature investigation that leveraged normal distribution function standardized at the reciprocal of T50, the temperature was found to be 12~13°C, and the sprout growth rate was 80% within the range of 5~30°C.
최근 게임 산업이 크게 발전하고 있는데 온라인 게임과 모바일 게임이 크나큰 비중을 차지하 고 있다. 본 연구에서는 게임 콘텐츠 제작 능력을 알아보기 위해서 초등학생, 중학생, 대학생을 무작위로 선발하여 콘텐츠 제작 능력을 나타내었다. 콘텐츠 제작 능력을 평가하기 위해 초등학 생과 중학생은 단 기간의 교육을 실시하였고, 콘텐츠의 완성도가 조금 낮은 레벨의 결과물을 제작하였다. 대학생들은 이들 보다 몇 배의 교육 기간이 많았고, 콘텐츠의 완성도기 이들보다 더 높은 콘텐츠를 제작하였다. 평가 방법은 동일 인원과 동일 항목 평가 기준으로 하였다. 평가 점수는 100점을 기준으로 초등학생은 80.5, 중학생은 88.3, 대학생은 78.3 점을 나타내었다. 따라 서 중학생 시절부터 게임 잠재력을 개발하기 위해 체계적인 전문 교육을 실시한다면 게임 콘텐 츠 제작 전문 인력을 조기에 양성 할 수 있고, 국가 경쟁력에 크게 기여할 수 있다고 사료한다.
본 연구에서는 가뭄의 특성분석에 유리하며, 확률론적 접근이 가능한 은닉 마코프 모델(HMM) 기반의 가뭄 분석 기법을 적용하였다. HMM 기반의 가뭄의 심도뿐만 아니라 지속시간을 동시에 평가할 수 있도록 코플라 함수 기반의 이변량 가뭄빈도해석 기법을 도입하여 우리나라의 2015년 가뭄 빈도를 평가하였다. 가뭄빈도분석 결과 최근 40년 자료를 기준으로 영동지방에 비해 영서지방이 전체적으로 가뭄이 발생할 경우 가뭄의 심도가 큰 것으로 평가되었다. 심한가뭄의 발생 비율의 경우에 철원의 경우 10%를 상회하는 등 임진강 유역에서 상대적으로 심한가뭄의 발생비율이 크다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 한강유역 일부지점에서는 2014/2015년의 가뭄 지속기간 및 심도의 결합재현기간이 1,000년이 넘는 가뭄이 발생하고 있는 것으로 평가되었다. 특히 북한강 및 임진강 유역에 심한 가뭄이 발생하고 있으며 전반적으로 100년 이상의 기왕최대가뭄을 나타내고 있는 것으로 판단되었다.
In the present study, different expression of protein from Taekwang was revealed by 2-DE, and expressions of protein on each week after flowering was investigated. After analysis of expression of protein, MALDI-TOF was executed to identify expected protein function. Results revealed that there were three patterns of expression of protein during the maturing. The first pattern was that proteins were gradually expressed as up-regulation from 1 week to 6 week. The second pattern was that proteins were expressed gradually from 1 week to 5 week and then it started down-regulation in 6 week. The last pattern was that proteins were gradually as up-regulation from 1 week to 3 week and then down-regulation until 6 week. This phenomenon suggests that young stage has more protein related to correspondence mechanism against disease and growth and then maturing stage has more expression of protein related to storage protein. In MALDI-TOF analysis, p24 oleosin isoform A protein was identified that relates oleosin which is synthetic product in oil body. This protein spot increased gradually until 5 week and then decreased after 5 week. It explained that the protein is active until maturing stage to protect oil in seed and then its activity has gradually degraded. This result may be expected that a protein, related to growth of a seed has increased until maturing and then a seed fills up with a storage protein
Soybean is very useful crop to supply vegetable protein for human. Supply of soybean is increased because it has useful ingredient. Recently, cultivation of soybean in paddy field is increasing due to the increase of rice stockpile in Korea. Hence, in this study, expression of protein was identified regarding different environment for cultivation to investigate the effect of different environment on protein expression. Two-dimensional electrophoresis was performed to investigate the expression of protein using image analysis program to measure degree of protein expression in numerical value. Hannam-kong, Beakcheon-Kong, Hwangkeum-Kong, and Danwon-Kong were used as plant material. 2-DE combined with image analysis revealed that each degree of protein expression of Hannam-Kong and Hwangkeum-Kong in upland field was higher than degree of protein expression in paddy field. However, in case of Beackcheon-Kong, the phenomenon was opposite. In Danwon-kong, the degree of protein expression was not different between up-land field and paddy field. To this end, major protein spots were not different between paddy field and upland field among all cultivars. It could be suggested that protein expression is not severely different by various environment, but different environment affects degree of protein expression.
Transcription factors are essential for the regulation of gene expression in plant. They are binding to either enhancer or promoter region of DNA adjacent to the gene and are related to basal transcription regulation, differential enhancement of transcription, development, response to intercellular signals or environment, and cell cycle control. The mechanism in controlling gene expression of transcription can be understood through the assessment of the complete sequence for the maize genome. It is possible that the maize genome encodes 4,000 or more transcription factors because it has undergone whole duplication in the past. Previously, several transcription factors of maize have been characterized. In this review article, the transcription factors were selected using Pfam database, including many family members in comparison with other family and listed as follows: ABI3 / VP1, AP2/EREBP, ARF, ARID, AS2, Aux/IAA, BES1, bHLH, bZIP, C2C2-CO-like, C2C2-Dof, C2C2-GATA, C2C2- YABBY, C2H2, E2F/DP, FHA, GARP-ARR-B, GeBP, GRAS, HMG, HSF, MADS, MYB, MYB-related, NAC, PHD, and WRKY family. For analyzing motifs, each amino acid sequence has been aligned with ClustalW and the conserved sequence was shown by sequence logo. This review article will contribute to further study of molecular biological analysis and breeding using the transcription factor of maize as a strategy for selecting target gene.
Seed spray는 종자, 비료 및 기타 재료들을 섞어 살포하는 방법으로 주로 대면적의 경관을 조성할 때 주로 사용되는 기법이다. 살포된 종자는 온도조건에 따라 경관형성 소요시간은 달라지나 시공시 식물생장과 온도간의 관계를 고려되지 않는다. 본 연구에서는 수레국화 종자의 효율적인 사용을 위하여 수레국화종자발아에 필요한 적정온도와 발아소요시간을 설정하는데 있다. 시험방법은 2013년 3월부터 4월까지 국립원예특작과학원에서 진행되었다. 시험재료는 수레국화이며 생장상을 이용하여 온도처리를 하였다. 시험방법은 페트리디쉬와 필터페이퍼에 100립씩 4반복으로 치상 후 10ml씩 1차 증류수를 관수하여 7수준의 온도를 처리하였다. 처리온도는 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30℃이다. 시험 중 광원은 4~4.5 μmoles/m2/s를 유지하였다. 조사방법은 실내시험에서는 페트리 디쉬에 치상 후 2일 간격으로 발아율을 조사하였다. Parabolic 함수를 이용하여 발아율 50% 기준으로 온도와 발아소요시간의 관계 나타낸 결과 수레국화 종자의 발아 최저온도는 0℃, 최적온도는 12.3℃, 최고온도는 24.5℃로 나타났다. 그리고 최적온도에 따른 발아율 50%까지 발아소요시간은 6.6일이었다.
Maize is one of the most important food and feed crops in the world including Southeast Asia. In spite of numberous efforts with conventional breeding, the maize productions remain low and the loss of yields by drought and downy mildew are still severe in Asia. Genetic improvement of maize has been performed with molecular marker and genetic engineering. Because maize is one of the most widely studied crop for its own genome and has tremendous diversity and variant, maize is considered as a forefront crop in development and estimation of molecular markers for agricultural useful trait in genetics and breeding. Using QTL (Quantitative Trait Loci) and MAS (Marker Assisted Breeding), molecular breeders are able to accelerate the development of drought tolerance or downy mildew resistance maize genotype. The present paper overviews QTL/MAS approaches towards improvement of maize production against drought and downy mildew. We also discuss here the trends and importance of molecular marker and mapping population in maize breeding.
서울지역 28개 지하구조물에 대한 정밀안전진단 결과를 활용하여 제안된 균열집중구간 및 탄산화 기반 한계상태함수를 산정하여 우선적인 보수구간을 선별하고자 하였다. 상태평가를 위해 분할된 503개 쉬트에 대한 균열밀도는 로그정규분포, 탄산화 및 피복은 정규분포의 현장조사 결과를 얻었다. 각 구간별 실시한 강도, 초음파속도, CO2농도, 철근부식도, 염화물함유량 등을 고려할 수 있도록 환경지수를 도입하여 합리적인 보수 우선순위를 제안하고자 하였다.
The use of generating functions for solving optimal rendezvous problems has an advantage in the sense that it does not require one to guess and iterate the initial costate. This paper presents how to apply generating functions to analyze spacecraft optimal reconfiguration between projected circular orbits. The series-based solution obtained by using generating functions demonstrates excellent convergence and approximation to the nonlinear reference solution obtained from a numerical shooting method. These favorable properties are expected to hold for analyzing optimal formation reconfiguration under perturbations and non-circular reference orbits.
The purpose of this study is to approach for the flow analysis of changing central-place functions and basic demands between the central city and the small town. Under the rural society progressed, this study examines how the small town changes in the relation to the central city. The subject of study is based on changes in demand for retail and hospitality. The small town is providing basic demands and urban services primary for the rural in the settlement system. Because of the rural depopulation and the aging of society, Retail and hospitality in the rural is reducing of the facility followed. But the majority of related researches are stocks approach. These studies are useful to find out the characteristic of small town, but is difficult to consider the influence of the central city. In this situation after this study using the function index is set up a concept model, it examines for the basis of changes in demand for the small town. The result of the analysis is that the changes of retail and hospitality are more severe in the more small town than in the central city. Whereas the small town with a population decline is consistent with the reduced number of branches, Population growth in the central city is reduced to the number of the Number of branches. The central-place function has been strengthened in the central city. While the younger generation, recreation, etc. related retail are disappearing rapidly, the mainstream of small town is grocery, home improvement, restaurants.
In this study we established the high throughput screening system of high functional soybean cultivars using PLS modeling from FT-IR spectral data of soybean(Glycine max L) seeds. Crude extract of 20% methanol from soybean seed powders (153 lines) were used for FT-IR spectroscopy. Total fatty acid, carotenoids, flavonoids and phenolic compounds contents from soybean seed powders were analyzed using UV-spectrum and GC analysis respectively. PCA analysis showed that 153 soybean lines formed a single clusters with a few outlier. PC score 1 and 2 represented 39.5, 16.4% of total variation, respectively. And than showed change patten from the middle to outside for PCA plot. We conducted PLS regression analysis between FT-IR spectral data and fatty acids data. Palmitic acid showed the highest regression coefficient (R=0.78). This result implied that the content of palmitic acid could be predicted from FT-IR spectral data from soybean seed powders with relatively high fidelity. PLS modeling of total carotenoids also showed regression coefficient of 0.69. Regression coefficient of total flavnoids and phenolic compounds were 0.44, 0.39, respectively. At present, we are trying to confirm the accuracy of PLS prediction modeling using targeted metabolite analysis (GC-MS, LC-MS) from predicted soybean lines. To increase the accuracy of PLS modeling, we also trying to standardization of spectroscopy and spectral data processing. Furthermore we are going to develop PLS modeling from GC-MS, LC-MS data. The PLS prediction modeling established in this study could be applied for high throughput screening of other leguminous plant.
The world’s first geostationary ocean color imager (GOCI) is a three-mirror anastigmat optical system 140 mm in diameter. Designed for 500 m ground sampling distance, this paper deals with on-orbit modulation transfer function (MTF)measurement and analysis for GOCI. First, the knife-edge and point source methods were applied to the 8th band (865 nm) image measured April 5th, 2011. The target details used are the coastlines of the Korean peninsula and of Japan, and an island 400 meters in diameter. The resulting MTFs are 0.35 and 0.34 for the Korean East Coastline and Japanese West Coastline edge targets, respectively, and 0.38 for the island target. The daily and seasonal MTF variations at the Nyquist frequency were also checked, and the result is 0.32 ± 0.04 on average. From these results, we confirm that the GOCI on-orbit MTF performance satisfies the design requirements of 0.32 for 865 nm wavelength.
Inbred lines were gained from corn genetic resources collected by our lab and also deveolped by our Corn Breeding Lab. Materials used were eleven hybrids including yellow waxy corn hybrid CNU19 (applied as Daehakchal Gold 1 in 2007). These hybrids were harvested at 30th day after fertilization for antioxidants activity analysis; polyphenol compounds, inhibitory effect of xanthin oxidase activity, catalase activity, superoxide dismutase activity and DPPH radical scavenging activity. Daehakchal Gold 1 among hybrids were midseason variety and higher than check Chalok 1. The ratio of ear height to stem height was low as 50% below. Kernel set ratio was also higher than check hybrid. Among antioxidant analysis, Polyphenol compound was the highest in Daehakchal Gold 1 (CNU 19) as 3.77μg/ml, and CNU 21, CNU 93 and CNU153 including check were high trend compared to others. Xantine oxidase(OX) catalase activity, SOD activity and DPPH radical scavenging effect by using methanol extracts were also comparatively higher in CNU 19 hybrid than others. Besides, catalase activities of Daehakchal Gold 1 hybrid extracted by methanol and haxane were higher than other hybrids. From experiment results, this hybrid was superior to other used hybrids in botanical character, table quality and funtion.
