본 연구는 도시거주 독거노인의 경제상태, 건강상태, 독거기간이 삶의 만족도 관계에서 고독감의 매개효과를 검증하여 독거노인의 삶의 만족도를 증진하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이 연구의 자료수집은 2022년 7월 1일 부터 8월 31일까지 D시에서 거주하는 독거노인 200명을 대상으로 미기재한 29 부를 제외하고 유효한 총 171부의 설문지를 자료분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 도시거주 독거노인의 경제상태는 삶의 만족도 관계에서 고독감이 부분매 개효과를 보였다. 둘째, 도시거주 독거노인의 건강상태는 삶의 만족도 관계에서 고독감이 완전 매개효과를 보였다. 셋째, 도시거주 독거노인의 독거기간은 삶의 만족도 관계에서 고독감이 완전매개효과를 보였다. 이상의 분석결과는 도시거 주 독거노인의 고독감을 감소시키고 삶의 만족도 향상을 위한 제언에 시사하는 바가 크다.
This study was conducted to investigate the dietary adaptation and use of the university foodservice (UF) in Korea according to the residence period of foreign students. The average length of residence in Korea of t he subjects was 8.2 months. The period of residence was divided into quartiles: 1-4 months in the first quartile (average 2.2 months), 5-7 months in the second quartile (average 6.3 months), 8 months in the third quartile, and 9-66 months in the fourth quartile (average 18.3 months). The regularity of meals tended to be the highest in the 1st quartile and lowest in the 2nd quartile and then increased in the 3rd and 4th quartiles. The frequency of consumption of delivery food and convenience store food was lowest in the first quartile and highest in the second quartile and then decreased with the period of residence. The frequency of night eating increased according to the period of residence after the second quartile. The degree of adaptation to Korean foods was highest in the first quartile. The use of the university cafeteria was significantly higher in the 1st and 4th quartiles than in the 2nd and 3rd quartiles (p<0.05, p<0.01, respectively). The satisfaction with the UF decreased as the residence period increased. Based on these results, since international students are very positive and try to adapt to the dietary life in Korea in their early years of studying in Korea, it would be desirable to intensively support them to adjust to their dietary life at this time. In addition, since it takes about 18 months or more to assimilate the Korean food culture and show positive changes, it is necessary to continuously operate the Korean food culture adaptation program for international students over this period.
This study aims to find the causal relationship between the effects of apartment inhabitants’ life management and administrative management on housing satisfaction. The study results are as follows. Firstly, life management showed to have a positive effect on life satisfaction. In other words, the better the management of public order and facilities, the higher the satisfaction of housing satisfaction. Thus, the principal agent of management needs to increase inhabitants’ housing satisfaction through education and training on developing life management techniques. Secondly, administrative management showed to have a positive effect on life satisfaction. Thus, the more accurate the completion documents and management transfer process necessary for administrative management, the higher the cost-cutting effects of accounting, construction, and service contracts, the more transparent the resident agreement process in accordance with management policies, the more transparent the election process of building representatives and resident representatives, and the higher the effects of energy saving, the higher the housing satisfaction of inhabitants. This revealed that the principal agent of management needs to increase housing satisfaction through education and training on developing administrative management techniques because the level of administrative management had a positive effect on housing satisfaction. As a result, in order to create reliability between inhabitants and the principal agents of management, the transparency of administrative management such as document disclosure must be ensured, thus improving the housing satisfaction of inhabitants.
목적 : 연구의 목적은 지역사회 거주 뇌졸중 환자의 인지ᆞ신체기능에 따른 활동수준과 생활만족도를 알아보고, 상관성 및 영향을 미치는 요인에 관해 알아보는 것이다.
연구방법 : 뇌졸중 환자 159명을 대상으로 한국판 몬트리올 인지평가(Korean-Montreal Cognitive Assessment; K-MoCA), 신체기능평가(Outpatient Physical Therapy Imporvement in Movement Log; OPTIMAL), 한국형 활동분류카드(Korean-Activity Card Sort; K-ACS), 생활만족도를 평가하였고, 피어슨 상관분석 및 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다.
결과 : 전체 활동수준에 영향을 주는 요인은 인지기능 중 시공간/집행기능, 지남력, 주의력, 추상력, 신체기능 중 하지 기능으로 나타났다. 활동수준 하위영역의 수단적 일상생활에 영향을 주는 요인은 인지기능 중 시공간/집행기능, 주의력, 지남력, 신체기능 중 하지 기능으로 나타났다. 여가생활에 영향을 주는 요인은 인지기능 중 지남력과 추상력, 신체기능 중 체간과 하지 기능으로 나타났다.
결론 : 인지ᆞ신체기능이 지역사회 거주 뇌졸중 환자의 활동수준 및 생활만족도와 상관성이 있으며, 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 다양한 영역의 참여가 요구되는 지역사회 거주 뇌졸중 클라이언트의 활동수준 향상을 위해 관련된 인지ᆞ신체기능 요소를 고려한 프로그램의 개발과 적용의 효과를 기대 할 수 있다.
Studies with various approaches are required for the globalization of Korean Food. The objectives of this study were i) how the preferences of foreign students residing in Korea on K-Wave, K-Drama, K-Pop and K-Friend affect their preference, satisfaction level and repurchase intention on Korean food, and ii) which of the factors have the strongest effects on their preference, satisfaction level and repurchase intention on Korean food. The results showed that the higher K-Wave, K-Drama, K-Pop and K-Friend preferences, the stronger effect on the preference, satisfaction level and repurchase intention on Korean food (p=0.0001). Among the factors for Korean food preference, the most critical one was K-Wave preference (p=0.0001), followed by K-Drama preference (p=0.0500). For the satisfaction level of Korean food, the most important factor among the four was K-Wave preference (p=0.0496), followed by K-Drama preference (p=0.0500). For the repurchase intention on Korean food, the most significant factor was the preference for K-Friend (p=0.0004), followed by K-Drama (p=0.0016) and K-Wave (p=0.0030). Based on these results, more efforts to invigorate the preferences for K-Wave and K-Drama, as well as various attempts to improve the preference for K-Friend are required for the globalization of Korean Food.
The two purposes of this study were to understand service encounters in Korean restaurants by foreigners living in Korea and to examine the effect of service encounters on the customer's emotion feelings, customer satisfaction, and behavioral intention. Based on the reactions of a total of 614 foreigners obtained by empirical research, this study reviews the reliability and fitness of the research model, and verifies a total of 4 hypotheses using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously using a structural equation model (SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data: χ2 683.466 (df=216), CMIN/df 3.164, RMR 0.095, GFI 0.911, AGFI 0.886, NFI 0.933, CFI 0.953, and RMSEA 0.059. As a result of empirical analysis, the physical environment, interactions with employees, and interactions with other customers were quantified as service encounter factors in Korean restaurants. These factors were indicated to have an influence on customer's emotion feelings. Also, customer's emotion feelings had a positive influence on customer satisfaction and behavioral intent. Limitations and future research are also discussed.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived walking environment around neighborhood on satisfaction for old adults in Daegu. The study was conducted using 407 questionnaires were collected through the survey. The walking environment was categorized into accessibility to neighborhood walking facilities and walking environment around path. Regarding perception of walking accessibility, access to ‘public transit stops’ and to ‘medical facilities’ was relatively high. For walking environment, ‘pavement condition’, ‘continuity of sidewalk’, and ‘slope of sidewalk’ were rated relatively high. Multiple regression analysis after factor analysis of walking environment variables showed that religious and convenient facilities, park and leisure facilities, and medical and welfare facilities had a significant effect on satisfaction in walking accessibility. For walking environment the convenience for walking, safety for walking, and amenities for walking had a significant effect on satisfaction. The findings from this study can be used for improving the walking environment for old adults.
The purpose of this research is to carry out an analysis of resident' satisfaction in a Smaller House with low market competitiveness and low architectural level in order to provide basic data on the development and construction of in a Smaller House in the future. For the purpose, we have conducted a questionnaire survey on their satisfaction with the residents who live in a Smaller House in JinJu, Gyeongsang Namdo as target , and the collected data was analyzed using SPSS 18.0 Statistical Program. As for methods of analysis, we carried out such analysis as frequency analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, t-test, and One-way ANOVA. The supply of closed and uniform one-bedroom apartments continues to take into account the efficiency of supply, and previous studies point to the worsening housing conditions, Therefore, smaller apartments that are relatively less competitive in the market need to improve their technology and performance levels. Theregore, it is expected that matters concerning usage behavior and satisfaction shown in this research result in planning and building small houses in the future will be actively utilized.
본 연구는 도시의 범죄취약지역에서 거주자(주민) 만족도에 영향을 미치는 주요 계획요인을 규명하고자 하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구의 주요 차별성은 서비스디자인방법론과 통계방법론을 혼합한 새로운 방법론적 플랫폼을 통하여 기존 연구들이 가지는 방법론적 한계점을 극복할 수 있다는 점과 이를 통해 시민의식기반의 영향요인을 좀 더 세밀하게 규명할 수 있다는 점이다. 서비스디자인방법론인 이용자여정지도(User Journey Map)와 표적집단면접법(Focus Group Interview)을 통한 목표 계층 거주자의 심층인터뷰 등의 기법과 기존의 전통적 통계방법이 가지는 문제점을 개선한 PLS-회귀분석을 혼합하였으며, 이를 통하여 범죄취약지역에서의 주민들이 원하는 핵심적인 요구사항을 명확하게 도출하고 개선사업을 위한 우선순위를 밝힐 수 있었다. 범죄발생 및 두려움에 대한 취약성 요인은 범죄유형 특성과 인구·사회적 특성, 물리적 환경특성, 심리·행태적 특성 등으로 나누어 고찰하였다. 분석결과, CCTV와 가로등의 사각지대와 막다른 길과 공간, 야간 누군가 튀어나올 것 같은 걱정(두려움), 야간 골목길의 전반적인 어두움, 열악한 보행환경, 산책 및 주민소통 공간의 부족 등이 해당 대상지역의 주민 만족도를 제고시킬 수 있는 핵심 요인으로 도출되었으며, 지역의 인구·사회적 특성요인인 외국인 근로자에 대한 걱정(두려움)요인은 예상과는 달리 거의 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 본 사업대상지역에서의 막다른 길과 공간요인은 CPTED의 디자인기법으로 활용되어온 Cul-de-sac 설계개념과는 다르게 위험한 환경특성 요인으로 인식되었다. 따라서 향후 이에 대한 지역특성을 고려하여 새로운 디자인 기회요소로서의 인식과 세부 계획요인을 발굴할 필요가 있다고 사료된다.
This study analyzed the types of Rural Villages, divided the areas with six criteria such as geographical environment and selected three target areas to observe them. Through these target areas, it attempted to analyze the difference and correlation of satisfaction with the residential environment depending on the characteristics of the Rural Village. In investigating and analyzing the satisfaction of the residents in the Rural Villages, it divided it into 'satisfaction with rural village life', 'satisfaction with housing' and 'satisfaction with village environment,' and compared and analyzed them with the physical environment of the Rural Village. Based on this, according to the type of local Rural Village, it analyzed with what part there were high relations with resident's satisfaction with the Rural Village. As a result, there was no significant difference between groups by the Rural villages, but residents were more satisfied with the natural environment of the village rather than individual housing. The analysis of the correlation between satisfaction with Rural villages and various factors, the more distance there is between the individual housing and the meeting facility, the lower their satisfaction with the Rural village became. In the future, when a community center or meeting facility is planned, it would heighten the resident's happiness when it is located at the physical center of the village rather than at the entrance of it.
본 연구는 해양건축물 또는 워터프런트 개발계획에 있어 특히 워터프런트에 입지하는 주거단지 계획에 역점을 투어 사용자의 측면에서 기존 워터프런트 주거단지의 거주환경 만족도를 조사, 분석 하였다. 또한 통일 주거단지 내에서도 각층별, 방위별, 위치별 쾌적성에 대해 분석하여 가장 선호하는 층, 방위 위치 통에 관한 근거를 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 1) 만족도의 순서는 남향, 남동향, 동향, 남서향의 순으로 나타났으며 남향, 남동향의 선호 경향이 절대적으로 우세한 것으로 나타났다. 2) 전체 응답자의 67%이상이 향보다는 외부로의 조망이 좋아야 한다고 응답하여 워터프런트 주거단지에 있어서는 조망에 대한 중요성이 매우 크다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 3) 경관 선호도를 분석한 결과는 안벽형 워터프런트, 호안형 워터프런트 덴 하천형 워터프런트의 세가지 Type의 경관별로 약간의 차이는 있었으나 공통적으로 고층부 경관이 가장 높은 선호도를 보였으며 저층부 경관이 상대적으로 가장 낮은 선호도를 보여주었다.
