농촌 종점 물류는 농촌 주민들의 온라인 쇼핑에 영향을 주는 중요한 요인임. 농촌 인터넷 쇼핑의 서비스 품질은 양호한 종점 물류 배송과 지원이 필요함. 농촌 이커머스의 발전에 의 하여 농촌 주민들이 서비스의 품질에 대한 기대치도 높아지고 있음. 본 연구에서는 이커머스 만족도를 통한 농촌 종점 물류 서비스 품질이 농촌 주민의 온라인 구매행위에 어떠한 영향 미치는지 검토하고, 농촌 종점 물류 서비스의 발전을 위한 개 선 및 발전전략을 제시하였음. 본 연구에서는 구조방정식모델 (SEM)과 온충린의 매개효과 테스트를 적용하여 분석하였음. 1. 신뢰성과 서비스 편의성은 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 원가절약은 만족도에 부정적 영향을 미침. 2. 만족도는 인터넷 쇼핑에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났음. 3. 만족도는 반응성과 구매행위 사이에 매개효과가 있고 경제와 구매행위 사이에도 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났음.
With the advent of the 4.0 era of logistics due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, infrastructures have been built to receive the same services online and offline. Logistics services affected by logistics 4.0 and IT technology are rapidly changing. Logistics services are developing using technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of things, and augmented reality. The convergence of logistics services and various IT new technologies is accelerating, and the development of data management solution technology has led to the emergence of electronic cargo waybill to replace paper cargo waybill. The electronic waybill was developed to supplement paper waybill that lack economical and safety. However, the electronic waybill that appeared to complement the paper waybill are also in need of complementation in terms of efficiency and reliability. New research is needed to ensure that electronic cargo waybill gain the trust of users and are actively utilized. To solve this problem, electronic cargo waybill that combine blockchain technology are being developed. This study aims to improve the reliability, operational efficiency and safety of blockchain electronic cargo waybill. The purpose of this study is to analyze the blockchain-based electronic cargo waybill system and to derive evaluation indicators for system supplementation.
최근 패션 e 커머스 시장이 팽창됨에 따라, 온라인쇼핑몰시장이 급격히 증가하고 있으며 경쟁이 치열한 상황이다. 많은 유통업자들은 온라인 쇼핑몰에 뛰어들어 물류서비스 품질에 대한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구는 패션온라인 쇼핑몰에 대하여 고객만족도와 재구매율에 영향을 주는 물류서비스 품질이 무엇인지, 또 성별에 따라서 차이가 있는 지 조사하였다. 200명의 온라인 쇼핑몰 이용자를 대상을 표집하였으며 SPSS25 패키지를 이용, 분산분석, 요인분석, t-test, 상관분석 등 통계 분석하였다. 그 결과, 반품이유에 따라서 성별에 따른 차이를 나타내었는데, 품질에 차이를 보이거나 다른 제품이 배달되어도 남성은 여성보다 반품을 덜 하고 있었다. 또 패션온라인 쇼핑몰에서도 반품물류서 비스는 일반적인 물류서비스 요소와 동일하게 정보성, 신뢰성, 신속성 등 3가지로 나눌 수 있었으며, 이에 대한 평가 와 고객만족은 정적인 상관관계를 나타내었으며, 이는 재구매 의도에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셀 렉 쇼핑몰이 반품이유, 재구매 의도와 만족도가 높은 반면에 전문쇼핑몰이나 일반 쇼핑몰은 비교적 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 반품물류 유통은 물류서비스의 품질과 구성요소 뿐만 아니라
Logistics companies are worrying about securing of differential competitiveness so as to be competitive companies in keen logistics market. The ground is how users are satisfied by sell-established service system to respond not only economic feasibility of logistics costs but also diversity and advancement of logistics needs. The competitiveness of logistics companies is also caused by customer satisfaction of service and only companies finding and satisfying customer needs continuously may be more competitive. For the competitiveness, it’s the most important to analyze demands of current and potential customers and their pursuing value properly. Therefore, this researcher grasped PSL for online logistics service users with 5-point Likert-scale and quality-level decision method that consider the weighted value based on Kano model, measured customer’s potential Demand for service through PCDI, and suggested methodology for deciding the priority of the improvement with loss function of Taguchi.
Recently, service quality must reflect several demands of customers who show rapid and various changes so as to be compared with the past. So, objective and rapid methods for them are necessary more. For them, first of all, service company must calculate their standard of service quality accurately by measuring service quality exactly. To measure service quality accurately, this researcher collected and analyzed data by survey for customers who are customers of logistics services, grasped potential satisfaction standard(P) by 5 point Likert scale and one survey for accurate classification of quality attributes through weighted customer satisfaction coefficient changing quality attributes by developing the study on Kano model and Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient, and suggested Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement index(PCSI) for examining the improvement of customer satisfaction so as to utilize them as an index of differentiated and concrete measurement of service quality.
Logistics companies want to be competitive companies in fierce logistics market and are worrying about securing of differentiated competitiveness for it. The standards judging if logistics industry maintains the competitiveness are based on the satisfaction of users due to the well-established service system that can response not only economic feasibility of logistics costs such as transportation costs, storage costs, unloading charges, information costs, etc. but also diversity and upgradability of logistics needs. Therefore, this study focuses on seeking of service quality improvements with VBSD(Value Based Service Design) model focusing on customer value factors based on Kano model and QFD based service design approach from angles of customer value improvement and service costs reduction.
Logistic enterprises want to be competitive enterprises in fierce logistic market and worry about the securement of discriminative competitiveness for it. The standards for the judgement of logistic industry’s maintenance of competitiveness are not only economic feasibility of logistic costs but also the satisfaction of users because well-established service system for variety and enhancement of logistic needs. Some of the quality attributes sufficiently satisfy expectation of customers, but not guarantee high-quality satisfaction. Therefore, it’s difficult to grasp quality attributes with the existing approach of perceived service quality. Quality attribute model suggested by Kano is widely used as the concept is accurate, there is high possibility to be used at the stage of product/service planning, and it can be easily applied. Kano model has a limitation that quality attributes are classified with mode and the differences between strong property of the quality attribute and week property in quality attributes were ignored. Therefore, Timko calculated customer satisfaction coefficient with the result of Kano’s survey and effects of customer satisfaction and unsatisfaction through relations between satisfaction coefficient and unsatisfaction coefficient. The purposes of this study are to use ASC, the average of satisfaction coefficient and unsatisfaction, as the satisfaction of quality characteristics, decide the importance of quality characteristics with TOPSIS, a representative multi-standard decision-making method, and calculate strategy improvement propriety of logistic service quality.
Compound logistics is a service aimed to enhance logistics efficiency by supporting that shippers and consigners jointly use logistics facilities. Many of these services have taken place both domestically and internationally, but the joint logistics services for e-commerce have not been spread yet, since the number of the parcels that the consigners transact business is usually small. As one of meaningful ways to improve utilization of compound logistics, we propose a brokerage service for shipper and consigners based on the hybrid recommendation system using very well-known classification and clustering methods. The existing recommendation system has drawn a relatively low satisfaction as it brought about one-to-one matches between consignors and logistics vendors in that such matching constrains choice range of the users to one-to-one matching each other. However, the implemented hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system can provide multiple choice options to mutual users with descending ranks, which is a result of the recommendation considering transaction preferences of the users. In addition, we applied feature selection methods in order to avoid inducing a meaningless large size recommendation model and reduce a simple model. Finally, we implemented the hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system that shippers and consigners can join, which is the system having capability previously described functions such as feature selection and recommendation. As a result, it turns out that the proposed hybrid recommendation based brokerage service system showed the enhanced efficiency with respect to logistics management, compared to the existing one by reporting two round simulation results.

오늘날 물류 서비스 산업에서는 수요예측을 통해 불확실성을 줄여나가는 것이 경영상 매우 중요한 이슈로 제기되고 있다. 비교적 시장 점유율이 견고하게 유지되는 제조산업과는 달리 물류 서비스 산업은 매우 빠른 속도로 시장이 성장하고 변화하기 때문에, 시장 환경의 변화를 반영하여 정확한 수요 예측에 기반한 적절한 물류 서비스 공급을 위한 운송 및 인력 공급 계획을 수립하여 운용하여야 한다.
본 연구는 물류 서비스 업계를 위하여 추세 요소, 계절 요소 등 수요에 영향을 미치는 요소를 분석하고, 영향 효과를 산출하여 물류 서비스 산업을 위한 수요예측 시스템에 반영하는 방안을 연구하였다. 특히 지역 특산물, 기상효과, 음력으로 발생하는 명절 효과 등 수요를 크게 변화시키는 중요 영향 요소에 의한 수요 변동을 수요 예측에 활용하는 방안을 도출함으로써, 물류 서비스 산업계의 수요 예측을 위하여 분해법(Decomposition Method)을 제시하였다.
We must adapt to the rapid speed of information-oriented society well for outstanding central logistics nation of 21th century's Northeast Asian. Moreover, we must provide customers or enterprises with sufficiently satisfactory service about diversified desire of customers. In particular, we try to find the service process with RFID about air logistics that has many demands and is required to develop accurate and rapid service technique. As a result, we apply RFID to overall process of air logistics. After that, we will test the process and analyze results of the test. We are going to provide real possibilities of RFID enterprise and other service process. We will promote technology development of service process for air logistics' service.
21세기 동북아지역 물류중심국가로 발돋움하기 위해서는 변화속도가 빠른 지금의 정보화시대에 잘 적응해야 하고, 다변화하는 소비자의 욕구에 충분히 만족할 수 있을만한 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 특히, 항공물류에 있어서 많은 수요가 있고 정확하고 빠른 서비스 기술의 개발이 요구되는 것을 파악하여, RFID를 이용한 개발 방안을 모색해 보고자 한다. 항공물류 서비스 전 프로세스에 RFID를 적용하고, 이것을 테스트하여 테스트 결과 분석을 하는 RFID 사업을 검토하여 현실 가능성과 추후 연구 과제를 제시하고, 항공 물류 서비스 기술 개발을 도모하고자 한다.
