목적: 본 연구는 인간작업 모델을 기반으로 한 여가활동이 지역사회 거주 장애인의 삶의 질, 자기효능감, 시간 사용에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 보건소 지역사회 재활 사업에 참여하는 지역사회 거주 장애인 15명을 선정하여 대상으로 했다. 대상자와 작업치료 학부생 봉사자 2~3명을 매칭하였고, 지역사회 재활 담당 작업치료사와 작업치료학과 교수의 지도하에 평가와 중재를 제공하였다. 연구설계는 단일집단 사전⋅사후 설계를 적용했다. 중재는 10주 동안 10회기 실시하였으며 중재 전⋅후를 비교하기 위해 삶의 질 평가를 위해 한국판 WHO 삶의 질 척도-단축형(Korean Version of The World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief Version), 자기효능감 평가를 위해 일반적 자기효능감 척도(General Self-efficacy Scale), 시간 사용 평가를 위해 작업 질문지(Occupational Questionnaire; OQ)를 사용하였다. 결과: 10주간의 인간 작업모델을 기반으로 한 여가활동을 통해 지역사회 거주 장애인의 삶의 질은 전반적 삶의 질, 신체적 건강, 사회적 관계에서 상승을 보였다. 자기효능감은 유의한 변화를 보이지 않았다. 시간사용은 OQ의 전 문항에서 유의하게 변화가 있었다. 결론: 지역사회 거주 장애인이 삶에서 원하는 여가활동을 할 수 있도록 많은 방문재활이 이루어지기를 기대한다.
Information about time spent in microenvironments plays a critical role in exposure assessment of the person concerned, considering that personal exposure relies on the characterization of time-activity patterns of the population at risk as human activities impact the timing, location, and level of personal pollutant exposure. The purpose of this paper was to present the time-activity patterns of Korean adults from a population-based study, and to determine the time spent each day in microenvironments. The population-based study collected time-activity data of about 46,000 adults for two consecutive days on weekdays (n=28,152) and weekends (n=18,800). The mean times spent at one’s own house, workplace or school, other’s house house, restaurant or bar, other places, and transportation related to the whole sample of 28,152 people were 14.90 hrs (62.08%), 4.28 hrs (17.81%), 0.24 hrs (1.01%), 0.51 hrs (2.14%), 2.45 hrs (10.21%), and 1.62 hrs (6.74%) on weekdays, respectively. Looking at the total time spent indoors by adults in different countries, the following four countries were ranked as follows, from lowest to highest: USA > Canada > Korea > Hong Kong. Due to cultural, socioeconomic and climatic differences, it may not be appropriate to directly apply statistical data of other countries to the Korean situation. This paper provides information on how the proportion of persons in different locations changes by time of day, on weekdays and weekends. Here, we can see that over 90% of respondents were in a residence from about 11 PM to 5 AM, and the largest proportion of respondents in workplaces or schools and other places is found between 8 AM and 5 PM.
왕지네는 전통 생약중 하나로 유효물질 탐색 및 약리활성 연구 등의 주요한 생물자원으로 한방에서 중풍, 해독, 관절염 등의 민간 약제로 이용되고 있다. 이에 왕지네를 실내 사육하기 위하여 먹이 및 활동특성을 조사하였다. 먹이를 갈색거저리구, 닭고기구, 돼지고기구, 닭고기+돼지고기 혼합구, 닭고기+ 돼지고기+갈색거저리 혼합구로 나누어서 실험한 결과, 성충 1마리당 먹이량, 체중증가량 등으로 볼 때, 갈색거저리보다 닭고기, 돼지고기, 닭고기+돼지 고기 혼합구의 발육이 우수하여 왕지네 먹이로는 닭고기, 돼지고기 등이 적합한 것으로 생각된다. 또한 카메라 영상장치를 이용하여 1개월 동안 왕지네의 활동시간대를 조사한 결과, 분산유충은 낮 12시에 가장 활발하고 먹이활동 은 오후 4시-8시 사이에 이루어졌다. 성충은 활동 시간대가 저녁 9시-새벽 6시이었고, 새벽 0시-2시가 가장 활발하였다. 먹이활동은 오후 9시-새벽 2시에 먹는 것으로 나타나, 지네 먹이를 줄 때는 가능한 저녁시간에 주는 것이 먹이의 신선도 유지와 부패를 막는 방법이라고 판단된다.
Objective : This study examined the impact of a sixteen-week time-use intervention perio on the depression and rehabilitation motivation of stroke patients with psychological difficulties.Methods : Ten stroke patients who were divided into an experimental group and a control group participated in this study from May 2014 to August 2014. Depression changes were measured using a Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), and their rehabilitation motivation was evaluated using the Rehabilitation Motivation Scale.Results : The results of the present study showed that the experimental group and control group presented significant differences before and after intervention in terms of their depression and rehabilitation motivation. However, after intervention, the depression and rehabilitation motivation did not differ between the two groups.Conclusion : The results of this study indicate that time-use intervention was effective in improving the depression and rehabilitation motivation of stroke patients, and therefore time-use intervention with occupational therapy will be useful as a clinical method for improving their level of depression and rehabilitation motivation.
This study was a time activity pattern assessment focused on transportation in subpopulation groups using the ‘Time-Use Survey’ conducted by the National Statistical Office in Korea in 2009. The time activity patterns of transportation on weekdays were analyzed, looking at average travel time in Seoul, Gyeonggido and the whole country. Various subpopulation groups were classified such as students, the elderly, workers and housewives. The population of Gyeonggido had a higher average transportation time than that of Seoul. Workers showed the highest weekly average travel, while the students group showed the lowest tendency. The times spent in walking, bus, subway and taxi were the highest in areas other than Gyeonggido, where the use of private vehicles such as car was higher. Therefore, exposure to hazardous air pollutants may vary depending on the transportation method and time spent. This results indicate that time activity pattern assessment on transportation may be an important element of exposure assessment.
This paper reviews an implementation strategy of activity breakdown for the assessment of process time. In addition, the study proposes the classification models for estimating the process time of Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing (TDABC) based on various types of activity breakdown structures, including activity interface perspective, activity decomposition perspective and activity priority perspective.
Hazardous air pollutants such as NO2, VOCs and PM10 were measured Daegu, Korea in major micro-environments,where housewives spend the most of their time, and personal exposure times were estimated by using time activitypatterns and exposure scenarios. The major microenvironments of housewives were selected using the ‘Time-UseSurvey’ conducted by the National Statistical Office in Korea in 2009. A total of 4,514 (weekdays) and 3,063(weekends) housewives were recruited for the ‘Time-Use Survey.’ It seems that housewives are spending about80% of their time in the house, and about 5% of their time outdoors during weekdays and weekends. The indoor/outdoor ratio of the average concentration of NO2 was more than 1, which indicated that the source was indoors.Toluene was shown to have higher concentrations indoors than outdoors. Ethylbenzene and xylene displayedsimilar characteristics to toluene, and the concentration ratio for indoor/outdoor was shown to be 1.29 ± 0.76 and1.04 ± 0.45, respectively, higher concentrations indoors. Based on the results of the time activity patterns ofparticipants, 3 kinds of exposure scenarios were formulated. The spent time and air concentration in eachenvironment were assumed as normal and lognormal distribution, respectively. And then the Monte-Carlosimulation was conducted. According to the result of the simulation, the exposures to hazardous air pollutantsrevealed an increasing pattern as housewives visits other indoor environments such as supermarkets.
목적 : 본 연구에서는 휠체어럭비 활동에 참여하고 있는 경수손상 환자들과 휠체어럭비 활동에 참여하고 있지 않은 경수손상 환자들을 대상으로 시간사용과 삶의 질을 비교하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 연구대상자는 총 24명이었고, 이중 휠체어럭비 활동에 참여하고 있는 경수손상환자는 11명이었다. 시 간사용량과 삶의 질을 조사하기 위해 Occupational Questionnaire, 한국판 세계보건기구 삶의 질 척도-단축형을 각각 사용하였다. 결과 : 작업영역별 시간 사용량을 비교한 결과 휠체어럭비 참여군의 여가 시간사용량이 높았고, 전체 작업수행 중요 도와 흥미도, 삶의 질이 높았다(p<.05). 연구대상자들의 일과 여가활동의 수행도, 중요도, 흥미도가 높을수록 시간 사용량도 높았다(p<.05). 결론 : 본 연구의 결과를 통해 경수손상 환자들을 위한 작업치료 중재에 효율적인 시간사용이 포함되어야 하고, 작 업수행 영역의 다양화를 위해 휠체어럭비 활동에 대한 소개와 작업치료에 활용하는 것이 필요함을 제안하였다.
In this study, we estimated nitrogen dioxide (NO2) concentrations in microenvironments where residential indoor, residential outdoor, other indoors, and transportation using measured personal exposure and multiple linear regression analysis of time-weighted average model, and compared with measured NO2 concentration in microenvironments. Measured residential indoor, outdoor and other indoor NO2 concentration was 22.22±9.59 ppb, 23.64±9.62 ppb, and 22.07±13.90 ppb, respectively. NO2 concentrations in residential indoor and outdoor, total outdoor, other indoor, and transportation by multiple regression analysis were significantly estimated as 20.48 ppb, 32.79 ppb, 24.35 ppb, and 28.82 ppb, respectively (p= 0.000). Measured and estimated NO2 concentration were similar with each other, therefore NO2 concentrations in each microenvironment were able to be estimated using time-weighted average model and personal exposure with multiple regression analysis.

The population based study collected time activity pattern of about 32,000 Korean for two consecutive days. The mean times spent at home, other indoors, outdoors, and transportation in related to the whole sample of 19.025 people are 14.23hrs(59.3%), 6.80hrs(28.3%), 1.26hrs(5.2%), and 1.75hrs(7.3%) in weekday, respectively. Database provides information on how the proportion of persons in different locations changes by time of day in weekday. Here, we see that over 90% of respondents were in a residence from about 11 PM to 5 AM, and the largest proportions of respondents in offices, factories, schools and public buildings occur between 8 AM and 5 PM.
목적 : 본 연구는 중증장애인의 활동보조서비스 지원시간과 일상생활활동 항목 간의 상관관계 및 지원시간 결정요인을 분석하여 활동보조서비스에 대한 정보를 제공하여 지역사회 장애인에 대한 효과적인 작업치료 개입전략을 수립하고자 한다.
연구방법 : 21세부터 65세까지의 재가 장애인 50명을 대상으로 FIM을 이용해 일상생활수행능력을 평가하였고 활동보조서비스 판정 인정조사표를 통해 활동보조서비스 지원시간을 판정하였다.
결과 : 서비스 이용인원 연령이 노인층이 많이 있었으며, 독거 유무에 따른 지원시간에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 그리고 활동보조 시간을 결정하는 일상생활 수행의 하위 영역은 목욕하기와 기억력은 부적인 영향이 있고, 이해하기는 정적인 영향이 있다.
결론 : 활동보조서비스는 자립생활 운동의 기본 이념과 철학에 바탕을 두고 평가도구 및 평가방법이 다원화되어야 한다. 또한 지역사회 참여를 중재하는 작업치료사가 코디네이터로 포함되어야 한다.

목적: 이 연구는 체육수업에 참여하는 학생들을 대상으로 체육교사와 동료의 관계성지지가 학생들의 심리적 욕구, 학습참여와 여가시간 신체활동에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 규명하였다. 방법: 연구 참여자들은 서울 및 경기도 소재 중학교에 재학 중인 1,004명의 학생이다. 연구 참여자들을 대상으로 체육수업 상황에서 지각하고 있는 교사와 동료의 관계성지지, 심리적 욕구, 학습 참여(학습 목표)와 여가시간 신체활동 의도에 관한 설문조사를 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 통계 프로그램을 이용하여, 기술통계, 신뢰도 분석, 타당도 분석, 상관 분석과 경로 분석을 진행했다. 결과: 체육교사와 동료의 관계성지지는 학생들의 심리적 욕구, 학습참여와 신체활동 의도와 정적 상관 및 영향력을 행사하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 무엇보다 동료의 관계성지지는 교사의 관계성지지 보다 학생들의 심리적 욕구, 학습참여와 신체활동 의도와 더 높은 상관 및 예측력을 지닌 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 체육수업 상황에서 교사만큼이나 동료의 관계성지지가 학생들의 긍정적인 정서 및 심리적 경험을 유도하는 선행변인이라는 것을 보여준다. 본 연구의 결과는 체육수업 및 스포츠 상황에서 교사와 더불어 동료의 영향력에 관한 정보를 교육 현장에 제공하여 실제적인 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.
Purpose: This study was to verify the difference between reaction time of information processing and decision making information related with physical activity according to exercise self-schema. So it would have the hypothesis that exercise self-schema affected to judgement, remember and expectation of the content related with physical activity. Methods: The participants of experiment were 36(male:15, female21,Mage=21.25). Task was presented at computer screen. Participants reaction time and contents were saved automatically. And it was measured the physical activity’s amount for 7 days through questionnaire. All anaysis were conducted by SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18. Results: It was shown that the participants who had higher exercise self-schema had faster information processing about physical activity content than the participants who had lower exercise self-schema. Also group of higher exercise self-schema had more vocabulary comments. And at the expect behavior related physical activity, the group of higher exercise-self schema seek more physical activity than the group of lower exercise self-schema. Finally, higher exercise self-schema group had more physical activity. Conclusion: it had identified that exercise self-schema was significant factor at information processing related physical activity. So it is needed to study and develop the program which help developing exercise self-schema.
The time management and allotments for various activities of daily life is much different by age groups. This study analyzes time allotments of different age groups for various activities of daily life to figure out the change of main activity by aging through 2009 time use survey by National Statistical Office. Especially we focus on time allotments of rural elderly population and intangible factors for life quality of people instead of physical and environmental elements. The results show that there is a large gap of time allotments for paid and unpaid working time of rural and urban elderly population. Whereas the time for leisure of elderly women in rural areas is much shorter than that of urban elderly women and rural elderly men spend more time to provide community services and help to other households. However, the percentage leisure time of rural elderly people for passive activities such as TV, radio, magazine etc. is longer than that of urban elderly people. We hope that our analysis data could be used for developing new policies and project to improve the life quality of rural elderly population.
