The condensation phenomenon can affect the product in terms of function and aesthetics, so it is a complaint of many users from the past, and continuous research has been conducted to solve it. A portable instrument panel is installed inside combat vehicles such as tanks and armored vehicles. Due to the nature of the combat vehicle operated in the special situation of battle, the internal heat generation of the instrument panel has increased significantly, which is presumed to be the cause of condensation inside the instrument panel. In this paper, a study on the development of subsequent processes was conducted to reduce the condensation phenomenon of the instrument panel for combat vehicles. In order to reduce the condensation phenomenon, the experiment was carried out by setting baking time and stabilization time as major factors. This paper is considered to be a reference research data for all systems in which similar assemblies are used as well as instrument panels for combat vehicles.
A provision crane is installed on the stern deck of the ship to load or unload ship supplies. In this study, a ventilation hole capable of circulating internal flow was installed to reduce dew condensation by reducing the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the cylindrical column supporting the provision crane installed at the stern of the training ship. In order to reduce the temperature difference between the inside and the outside, an anti-sweat covering work was carried out by adding insulation material. By reducing dew condensation, we aim to improve the insulation of the electric motor installed inside the cylindrical column and improve the usability of the provision crane
Cloud-aerosol interactions are one of the paramount but least understood forcing factors in climate systems. Generally, an increase in the concentration of aerosols increases the concentration of cloud droplet numbers, implying that clouds tend to persist for longer than usual, suppressing precipitation in the warm boundary layer. The cloud lifetime effect has been the center of discussion in the scientific community, partly because of the lack of cloud life cycle observations and partly because of cloud problems. In this study, the precipitation susceptibility (So) matrix was employed to estimate the aerosols' effect on precipitation, while the non-aerosol effect is minimized. The So was calculated for the typical coupled, well-mixed maritime stratocumulus decks and giant cloud condensation nucleus (GCCN) seeded clouds. The GCCN— artificially introduced to the marine stratocumulus cloud decks—is shown to initiate precipitation and reduces So to approximately zero, demonstrating the cloud lifetime hypothesis. The results suggest that the response of precipitation to changes in GCCN must be considered for accurate prediction of aerosol-cloud-precipitation interaction by model studies
In this study, the types of thermal breakers applied to structures to prevent thermal bridges were identified. Condensation prevention performance was evaluated for apartment houses with standard floor structures to which a thermal breaker was applied. In addition, the effect of thermal cross-blocking was compared by calculating the total heat and equivalent U-value through the wall. (1) As a result of the evaluation of anti-condensation performance, when “가” grade insulation was applied, the surface temperature increased by about 1K due to the application of the thermal breaker. The TDR value increased by about 0.06 to 0.07. When "나" grade insulation was applied, the minimum surface temperature increased by about 1K, and the TDR value increased by about 0.05~0.06. (2) As a result of the evaluation of total heat and U-equivalent, it was possible to reduce the total heat by 38.5~44.9% and U-equivalent by 38.5~45.0% for the "가" grade insulation to which the thermal breaker was applied. In addition, the "나" grade insulation to which the thermal breaker was applied can reduce total heat by 38.9 to 43.6%, and reduce the Uequivalent by 38.9 to 43.7%.
본 연구에서는 국부 비선형 정적 해석을 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 강성응축(Static condensation)을 활용한 해석기법을 제시하였다. 강성응축기법은 자유도 기반의 유한요소 모델 축소기법이며, 해석 모델을 관심 대상(Target) 부분과 응축되어 생략될(Omitted) 부분으 로 구분한다. 본 연구에서는, 관심 대상 부분에는 비선형 영역, 생략될 부분에는 선형 영역으로 지정하였고, 선형 영역에 대응되는 강성 행렬 및 하중 벡터를 비선형 영역, 즉 관심 대상 부분으로 모두 응축하였다. 모델 응축 후에는 비선형 영역에 대한 강성 행렬 및 하중 벡터만으로 이루어진 축소 모델을 구성하였으며, 이 축소 모델만을 뉴턴-랩슨 반복(Newton-Raphson iteration)을 통해 갱신하여 효율적으로 비선형 해석을 수행하였다. 끝으로, 제안된 기법을 다양한 수치 예제에 적용하여 해석기법의 효율성과 신뢰성을 제시하였다.
A citric acid functionalized graphene oxide nanocomposite was successfully synthesized and the structure and morphology of the nanocatalyst were comprehensively characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray analysis, X-ray diffraction patterns, atomic force microscopy images, scanning electron microscopy images, transmission electron microscopy images, and thermogravimetric analysis. The application of this nanocatalyst was exemplified in an important condensation reaction to give imidazole derivatives in high yields and short reaction times at room temperature. The catalyst shows high catalytic activity and could be reused after simple work up and easy purification for at least six cycles without significant loss of activity, which indicates efficient immobilizing of citrate groups on the surface of graphene oxide sheets.
This study is empirically intended to look into the effects of HVAC management on condensation cause and prevention in indoor swimming pools. The findings are summarized as follows.
First, the experience of condensation in indoor swimming pools showed that 132 out of 142 people in total experienced the condensation in indoor swimming pools, which they had a high experience rate of 92.3%. For the location of condensation, the wall joints were 46.8% and the windows were 34.5%, which a total of 72.3% occurred in the wall joints and windows. Second, the effect of construction design, HVAC management and building construction on the cause of condensation in indoor swimming pools showed that building construction had an effect on the cause and location of condensation depending on the seasonal time, partially adopting hypothesis 1. Third, the effect of condensation-causing factors on condensation-preventing factors in indoor swimming pools showed that condensation had a close relationship with air and temperature conditions depending on the time and location of condensation, adopting hypothesis 2.
As for the above-stated findings, the HVAC management in indoor swimming pools is an important concern factor that continues to cause condensation despite the development of advanced construction materials. Especially, building construction is a main factor that has a direct effect on condensation in the HVAC management of facilities. This implies that the window management is important in maintaining the wall joints - which can suppress the selective use and defect occurrence of construction materials - or confined spaces for a long time.
실리콘 폼은 고성능 가스켓, 열 차폐, 진동 마운트 및 Enter 키 패드로 많은 산업 분야에서 난연성 소재로서 매우 유용하다. 실리콘 발포체는 실온에서 백금 촉매 및 무기필러 존재하에서 비닐기를 함유한 폴리실록산 (V-silicone) 및 수산기를 함유한 폴리실록산 (OH-silicone)과 하이드라이드를 함유 한 폴리실록산 (H-silicone)의 수소와의 수소축합반응의해 가교와 발포를 동시에 일으켜 제조하였다. 이 러한 방법은 종래의 발포와 경화를 각각 실시한 공정보다 매우 편리한 방법이다. 이 실험에 사용 된 기 능성 실리콘수지들은 1.0 meq/g의 vinyl기를 가진 점도 20 Pa-s의 V-silicone과 0.4 meq/g의 수산기를 가진 점도 50 Pa-s의 OH-silicone 및 7.5 meq/g의 하이드라이드기를 함유한 점도 0.06 Pa.s.의 H-silicone으로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 실리콘의 종류 및 함량, 촉매, 충전제 등의 변화에 따른 실리콘수지 발포체의 구조 및 기계적 특성에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다.백금 촉매는 실리콘 수지에 대하여 0.5 wt%이면 충분하였다. 낮은 점도의 OH-silicone의 첨가는 초 기 발포 속도를 높이며 발포체 밀도는 감소시키지만, 낮은 점도의 V-silicone의 첨가는, 인장 강도뿐만 아니라 신율도 감소시킨다. SF-3 조건에서 얻은 실리콘수지 발포체의 밀도, 인장강도 및 신율을 각각 0.58 g/cm3, 3.51 kgf/cm2 및 176 %를 얻을 수 있었다. 본 발포 시스템에서의 알루미나 충전재 역시 실리콘수지 발포체의 기계적 특성을 향상시키는 중요한 역할을 하였다.
This study was conducted to investigate the influence of moisture removal using a moisture condensation tube on the odor concentration, when sampling a malodorous substance from an odor discharge facility’s emission sites. For high-temperature and humid gas streams, the odor concentration was decreased through the use of a moisture condensation tube. The multiple odor concentration of the high-temperature and humid gas streams emitted from boiler-burning equipment decreased from a 3,000 to a 1,221 dilution factor when using one or two moisture condensation tube. This multiple odor concentration was further decreased to a 1,000 dilution factor by using two moisture condensation tubes and glass beads, and also was decreased to a 374 dilution factor by using two moisture condensation tubes and silicagel. Among the designated offensive odorous substances, ammonia, trimethylamine and acetaldehyde that have high solubility in water showed high reduction rate of their concentration. Compared to the result using a sampling tube only, the concentration was decreased by 94.8% ~ 97.7% for ammonia, by 87.5% ~ 95.9% for trimethylamine and by 100% for acetaldehyde. The findings of this study indicate that sampling using a moisture condensation tube affects the concentration of multiple odors. Therefore, it is considered that using a sampling tube only for emissions sampling enhances analytical accuracy and precision rather than using moisture condensation tube with sampling tube, even for the emissions containing moisture.
Compressed air has many uses on board ship, ranging from diesel engine starting to the cleaning of machinery during maintenance. In an effort to enhance the performance of the marine compressed air system, this work studied a way to reduce condensation from the air compressor via experiments. Especially more condensation is produced when the temperature at compressor outlets and the humidity of the air are higher. so in the research, drain production change has been observed by additionally installing the cooling fan on the suction portion of the air to air compressor and this is the method for reducing the compressed air drain that has passed through the compressor. For the result, it was verified that when the cooling fan was used, less drain was made where per hour it was 500.9ml of drain and the measured result after installing the cooling fan was that less drain was made. Other additional and various researches are needed including experiments like silica gel passing through the suction portion afterwards.
PURPOSES : This research is to analyze the influence in terms of misreading rate and legibility time for drivers when condensation occurs on the road signs. METHODS : In this research, the dew occurred road signs provided to drivers to measure legibility time and misreading rate to compare with normal road sign. In order to identify the difference of legibility time between normal road sign and dew occurred road sign, the T-test and ANOVA test were used. And the vision system was used to recognize the region of dew occurrence on the road sign, then the brightness of dew occurrence region on the road sign was changed to check the misreading rate of drivers according to the change rate of brightness. RESULTS : The legibility times were measured 2.65s for normal road sign and 4.08s for dew occurrence road sign and misreading rates were measured 2.8% for normal road sign, 21.7% for dew occurrence road sign.
본 연구는 우리나라 온실 피복재의 결로 발생을 억제하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 토마토 재배용 실험온실의 포차변화 및 피복재에 발생하는 결로량의 변화를 분석하였으며 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 실험온실의 경우 포차가 병 발생을 유발하기 쉬운 한계포차인 0.2kPa보다 더 크게 유지되어 온습도환경이 양호한 것으로 판단되었고 제습여부 결정을 위한 임계포차인 0.5kPa보다는 작게 나타나 제습은 필요한 것으로 판단되었다. 내부피복재의 표면온도는 외부온도와 커튼상부온도의 평균값 보다 약간 더 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 대체로 외부온도의 변화에 비례하여 변화하는 것으로 나타났다. 외부의 온도 및 습도 변화에 상관없이 커튼 상부의 습도는 거의 100%에 가까운 상대습도를 유지하여 결로 발생이 용이한 조건인 것으로 나타났다. 커튼하부의 습도는 내부습도의 큰 변화에도 불구하고 75~90% 정도로 안정된 값을 유지하였으며, 이는 온풍난방을 실시하여 온도를 15℃로 유지하였기 때문으로 판단된다. 실험조건 및 피복재의 종류에 따라 결로 발생량은 많은 차이가 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 실험온실의 결로 발생량은 Seginer와 Kantz(1986)의 연구결과와 가장 잘 일치하는 것으로 나타났으나 다른 온실실험 결과들과는 약간의 차이를 보여주고 있기 때문에 앞으로 실험을 통해서 더 자세한 검증을 거친다면 우리나라 온실 피복재에 발생하는 결로량을 분석하는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
선박에 적재된 곡류, 철강재 등의 산적화물에 여러 가지 이유로 손상이 발생될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 코일 운반선의 화물손상 원인 중 특히, 결로에 의한 손상과 그에 대한 방지대책에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 결로란 주위 온도가 이슬점 이하로 떨어져 물체 표면에 공기 중의 수증기가 물방울로 맺히는 현상을 말하며 일반적으로 실내외 온도차가 큰 건축물이나 선박의 화물창에서 많이 발생한다. 특히, 비슷한 시기에 기온차가 있는 전 세계를 운항하는 선박에서 흔히 발생할 수 있는 현상이다. 본 연구에서는 코일 운반선의 결로에 의한 화물손상 방지 대책에 대해 고찰하고 화물손상을 방지하기 위해 제습장치와 가열온풍장치를 병용하는 새로운 방법의 제안과 습도, 습기량, 제습장치 용량, 결로수량, 화물 및 공기와 외기의 온도 차이에 따른 화물창 내 공기와 화물 가열에 필요한 열량, 가열장치 용량 등의 산정법을 제시한다.
In the present work, bismuth nanopowders with various particle size distributions were synthesized by controlling argon (Ar) gas flow rate and chamber pressure of a gas condensation (GC) apparatus. From the analyses of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images and nitrogen gas adsorption results, it was found that as Ar gas flow rate increased, the specific surface area of bismuth increased and the average particles size decreased. On the other hand, as the chamber pressure increased, the specific surface area of bismuth decreased and the average particles size increased. The optimum gas flow rate and chamber pressure for the maximized electrochemical active surface area were determined to be 8 L/min and 50 torr, respectively. The bismuth nanopowders synthesized at the above condition exhibit 13.47 of specific surface area and 45.6 nm of average particles diameter.
Iron(Fe)-Molybdenum(Mo) alloyed nanoparticles and nanowires were produced by the chemical vapor condensation(CVC) process using the pyrolysis of iron pentacarbonyl() and Molybdenum hexacarbonyl(). The influence of CVC parameter on the formation of nanoparticle, nanowire and size control was studied. The size of Fe-Mo alloyed nanoparticles can be controlled by quantity of gas flow. Also, Fe-Mo alloyed nanowires were produced by control of the work chamber pressure. Moreover, we investigated close correlation of size and morphology of Fe-Mo nanoparticles and nanowires with atomic quantity of inflow precursor into the electric furnace as the quantitative analysis. Obtained nanoparticles and nanowires were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.
In this paper, it is intended to investigate the condensation characteristics of a supply vent cap, which is designed and developed for natural ventilation systems for ondol heating spaces. Numerical simulations are conducted using a CFD package to analyze airflow and thermal conditions around the vent cap. Temperature and humidity distributions are obtained to predict condensation on the surface, depending on the material properties. As the thermal conductivity decreases, decreased is the condensation surface area. The thermal conductivity of the vent cap is found to be less than 1 W/mK in order to prevent condensation under the winter design condition of Seoul. An experimental technique is introduced to visualize condensation on surfaces using water-absorbing mud film. Analytical results are in good agreement with experimental observations. Discussion are also included for the thermal comfort and flow characteristics around the vent cap observed by the flow visualization and temperature visualization studies.
Nano-sized tungsten disulfide () powders were synthesized by chemical vapor condensation (CVC) process using tungsten carbonyl () as precursor and vaporized pure sulfur. Prior to the synthesis of tungsten disulfide nanoparticles, the pure tungsten nanoparticles were produced by same route to define the optimum synthesis parameters, which were then successfully applied to synthesize tungsten disulfide. The influence of experimental parameters on the phase and chemical composition as well as mean size of the particles for the produced pure tungsten and tungsten disulfide nanoparticles, were investigated
축소시스템 기법은 전체 구조의 거동을 나타내는 저차 고유모드를 근사화한다. 지난 연구에서 축소시스템을 구축하기 위한 2단계 축소기법을 제안하였다. 또, 기존의 2단계 축소기법을 반복적 IRS기법을 통해 중간 주파수 대역의 고유모드에 대한 해의 정확도를 높이는 방안에 대해 연구가 제안되었다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 향상된 2단계 축소기법에 다단계 부구조화 기법을 적용하는 기법을 제안한다. 첫 단계에서는 전체 시스템을 그래프 분할을 통해 계층적으로 부구조로 분할되고, 두 번째 단계에서는 각각의 부구조를 개선된 2단계 축소기법을 이용하여 축소한다. 각각의 축소된 분절화된 고유치문제의 조합을 총해 최종적 축소시스템을 구축하고 이렇게 구한 축소된 고유치 문제를 란초스 기법(ARPACK)을 통해 해석한다. 최종적으로 제안된 기법의 성능을 수치 예제를 통해 검증한다.
Ordered to FePt nanoparticles are strong candidates for high density magnetic data storage media because the phase FePt has a very high magnetocrystalline anisotropy , high coercivity and chemical stability. In this study, the ordered FePt nanoparticles were successfully fabricated by chemical vapor condensation process without a post-annealing process which causes severe particle growth and agglomeration. The nanopowder was obtained when the mixing ratio of Fe(acac) and Pt(arac) was 2.5 : 1. And the synthesized FePt nanoparticles were very fine and spherical shape with a narrow size distribution. The average particle size of the powder tended to increase from 5 nm to 10 nm with increasing reaction temperature from to . Characterisitcs of FePt nanopowder were investigated in terms of process parameters and microstructures.
