본 연구는 대한민국 제19대 및 제20대 국회 372개의 법안 데이터를 사용하여 국회에서의 북한 관련 논의를 분석한다. 북한 관련 법안의 가결 여부를 종속변수로, 남북관계 관련 법안, 인권 관련 법안, 북한 도발 관련 법안, 조직 관련 법안 등 법안의 유형을 독립변수로 설정하여 로지스틱 회귀분석을 진행한다. 본 연구는 북한 관련 법안 내에서도 다양한 성격이 존재하고 있음에 주목하여, 어떠한 요인이 법안 가결에 영향을 미치는지 살펴본다. 연구 결과, 인권, 도발, 조직 등과 관련된 법안이 남북관계 관련 법안보다 더 높은 가결률을 보이고 있음을 발견하였다. 또한, 의원 발의 법안보다 그렇지 않은 법안에서 더 높은 가결률을 확인하였다. 남북관계는 협력과 갈등을 반복하며 이루어져 왔고 여전히 해결하지 못한 문제다. 본 연구는 국회 내 북한 관련 법안의 가결 요인을 분석하며, 남북관계에 관한 국회의 역할을 제언하고 지속가능한 대북정책 이행을 위한 정책적 시사점을 도출한다.
아버지의 음주실태와 관련하여 문제음주군과 정상음주군을 조사하고, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 문제음주를 유의미하게 예측할 수 있는 개인 적 특성, 가족관계 특성, 사회경제적 특성 요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 30-50대 아버지 149명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실행하였으며, 연 구의 목적과 활용방안 등에 대해 설명하고 연구에 대한 동의를 얻은 이 후 조사하였다. 아버지의 문제음주를 유의미하게 예측하는 개인적 특성 은 ‘자아존중감’이었고, 가족관계 특성은 ‘배우자의 정서적 지지와 도움’ 이었다. 아버지의 사회경제적 특성은 문제음주와 관련하여 유의미한 예 측변수가 아닌 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 아버지 대상의 문제음주 개입상담 및 교육 프로그램 등에서 중점을 두어야 할 활동 내 용을 제안하였다.
The purpose of this study was to identify the factors related to the problem-solving ability of nursing students who experienced simulation training. Methods: A descriptive survey study was performed using a structured questionnaires consisting of a learning flow state scale, nursing student’s anxiety and self-confidence with clinical decision making scale, simulation design scale, and problem-solving ability scale. Data were collected from 154 nursing students in five nursing schools located in D city and G province. Data were analyzed by frequencies, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0. Results: The significant factors associated to the problem-solving ability of nursing students who experienced simulation training were simulation design characteristics (β=.34, p<.001), learning flow (β=.25, p=.001), and self-confidence with clinical decision making (β=.23, p=.001). These factors explained 46.5% of problem-solving ability. Conclusion: To improve the problem-solving ability of nursing students, the simulation module should be designed with high fidelity.
This study aims to investigate the correlation between the causes of natural disasters and feng shui factors targeting disaster management experts, feng shui experts, and the general public who are interested in feng shui. To this end, it is intended to reveal that the factors of the disaster at Mt. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of three factors on disasters: feng shui factors, natural factors, and social factors. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting feng shui experts, disaster management experts, master's and doctoral students in feng shui geography, residents of the Umyeonsan disaster area, and people interested in feng shui geography. 260 copies of the questionnaire were prepared and 248 copies were used for the final analysis. First, in order to analyze the impact of feng shui factors on awareness of disaster occurrence, after controlling for demographic variables, hierarchical multiple regression analysis was conducted to analyze the impact of feng shui factors on awareness of disaster occurrence. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of natural factors on awareness of disaster occurrence, looking at each independent variable in the second-stage regression analysis. Third, as a result of analyzing the effect of social factors on awareness of disaster occurrence, looking at each independent variable in the second-stage regression analysis. Finally, as a result of the T-test and Anova analysis conducted for discriminant analysis, if the p-value was less than .005, the F value for each group was obtained as a result of the ANOVA analysis on the feng-shui factors
Uranium (U) is a hazardous material that can lead to both chemical and radiological toxicity, including kidney damage and health issues associated with radiation exposure. In South Korea. In Korea, where shallow weathered granitic aquifers are widespread, several previous studies have reported high levels of radioactivity in shallow groundwater. This ultimately led to the closure of 60 out of 4,140 groundwater production wells in South Korea. In this study, we examined aquifers currently dedicated to drinking water supply and investigated a dataset of 11,225 records encompassing 103 environmental parameters, based on the random forest classifier. This dataset comprises 80 physical parameters associated with the hydraulic system and 23 chemical parameters linked to water-rock interactions. Among the hydraulic parameters, the presence of a coarse loamy texture in the subsoil displayed a notable positive relationship with the concentration of uranium, implying that it plays a significant role in forming redox conditions for the leaching of uranium from host rocks. Fluorine (F), a major product of water-rock interaction in granitic aquifers, exhibited a positive correlation with the distribution of uranium concentrations. The positive relationship between F concentration and uranium levels suggests that the dissolved uranium originates from groundwater interacting with granites. In conclusion, our findings indicate that two key factors, namely the infiltration capacity of soil layers and the aqueous speciation in groundwater resulting from interactions with local solids, play important roles in determining uranium concentrations in granitic aquifers.
The development of advanced nuclear facilities is progressing rapidly around the world. Newly designed facilities have differences in structure and operation from existing nuclear facilities, so Safeguards by Design (SBD), which applies safeguards at the design stage, is important. To this end, designers should consider the safeguardability of nuclear facilities when designing the system. Safeguardability represents a measure of the ease of safeguards, and representative evaluation methodologies are Facility Safeguardability Analysis (FSA) and Safeguardability Check-List (SCL). Those two have limitations in the quantification of safeguardability. Accordingly, in this study, the Safeguardability Evaluation Method (SEM), which has clear evaluation criteria based on engineering formulas, was developed. Nuclear Material Accountancy (NMA), a key element of Safeguards, requires the Material Balance Area (MBA) of the target facility and performs Material Balance Evaluation (MBE) based on the quantitative evaluation of nuclear materials entering or leaving the MBA. In this study, about 10 factors related to NMA were developed, including MBA, Key Measurement Point (KMP), Uncertainty of a detector, Radiation signatures, and MUF (Material Unaccounted For). For example, one of the factors, MUF is used in MBA to determine diversion through analysis of unquantified nuclear materials and refers to the difference between Book Inventory and Physical Inventory, as well as errors occurring during the process in bulk facilities, errors in measurement, or intentional use of nuclear materials. This occurs in situations such as attempted diversion, and accurate MUF evaluation is essential for solid Safeguards implementation. MUF can be evaluated using the following formula (MUF=(PB+X-Y)-PE). The IAEA’s Safeguards achievement conditions (MUF < SQ) should be met. Considering this, MUF-related factors were developed as follows. ( = 1 − ) In this way, about 10 factors were developed and described in the text. This factors is expected to serve as an important factor in evaluating the safeguardability of NMA, and in the future, safeguardability factors related to Containment & Surveillance (C&S) and Design Information Verification (DIV) will be additionally developed to conduct a comprehensive safeguardability evaluation of the target facility. This methodology can significantly enhance safeguardability during the design stage of nuclear facilities.
This study was a qualitative investigation into the food security and food variety among the rural elderly. For the qualitative data collection, nineteen elderly people who lived in Yangpyeong-gun were interviewed individually. Food security and variety was evaluated based on accessibility and affordability. The participants seemed to have difficulty preparing their own meals and eating with their families or others. The frequency of vegetable intake was found to be high, as vegetables were available through cultivation. However, in terms of diversity, the intake of meat and milk, which are sources of protein and calcium, was found to be significantly low. This has to do with very poor physical accessibility. A lack of nutrition education was identified as the biggest reason for not following dietary therapy despite having a pre-existing disease condition. Therefore, for the elderly in Yangpyeong-gun, it is suggested that a basic nutrition policy for food supply that can increase their actual intake is more essential than education on cooking and nutrients. Moreover, periodic nutrition education or a regular counseling system for dietary therapy through local public health centers may help improve the health of the elderly.
목적 : 본 연구는 노인들의 인지기능과 삶의 만족도간의 관계에서 노인구강건강요인의 매개효과를 분석하 기 위해 수행되었다. 연구방법 : 8차 고령화연구패널조사(2020년)에 수집된 60세 이상의 중고령자 6,169명을 대상으로 분석하 였다. 노인구강건강 요인은 노인구강건강평가지수(Geriatric Oral Health Assessment Index; GOHAI)의 기능적 차원 요인, 심리사회적 차원 요인, 통증 및 불편함 요인으로 세분화하였고 각 요인의 매개효과를 Mplus 8.4를 활용하여 경로분석을 수행하였다. 결과 : 6,169명의 평균 연령은 70.77세였다. 인지기능과 삶의 만족도 사이에서 노인구강건강 요인 중 구강건 강관련 기능적 차원 요인(β = 0.207, 95% Confidence Interval; CI = 0.169, 0.207)이 23%로 가장 큰 부분매개효과를 나타났다. 심리사회적 차원 요인은 22%(β = 0.202, 95% CI = 0.171, 0.236), 통증 및 불편함 요인은 16%(β = 0.146, 95% CI = 0.119, 0.175)로 기술한 순으로 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 결론 : 인지기능과 삶의 만족도 사이에 구강건강 관련 기능적 차원 요인, 심리사회적 차원 요인, 통증 및 불편함 요인이 미치는 영향력을 확인하였다. 따라서 노인의 인지수준을 고려하고, 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 구강건강 요인을 세분화하여 파악한 결과를 통해 개개인의 맞춤형 재활치료 접근 전략을 세우고 노인의 삶의 만족도를 높일 필요성을 제시하고자 한다.
목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 녹내장의 예방 및 조기진단을 위해 진단되지 않은 녹내장의 특징과 관련 인자의 상관 관계를 알아내는 데 있다.
방법 : 국민건강영양조사 제7기 2017∼2018년 안검진을 받은 만 40세 이상 성인 7,546명을 대상으로 하였다. 참가자는 빛간섭단층촬영, 시야검사, 안저사진 촬영 검사를 통해 녹내장 판정을 받았다. 그리고, 자가 설문 응답 조사를 통해 사전 진단 여부를 파악하였다. 통계는 카이제곱 검정을 사용하였고, 관련성은 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다.
결과 : 7,546명의 참가자 중 325명이 녹내장 진단을 받았으며 유병률은 4.3%였다. 이 중 47명은 사전 녹내장 진단을 받은 이력이 있고, 180명은 이전에 녹내장 치료를 받은 적이 없는 미진단 녹내장 환자로 79%를 차지했다. 연령과 성별을 보정한 관련성 분석에서는 안과를 방문한 지 1개월 이내 집단보다 1개월에서 1년 이내에 안과를 방문한 집단에서 관련성이 21배 높았다(p=0.002), 1년 이상 안과를 방문하지 않은 군에서는 1개월 이내 집단보 다 126배 높았다(p=0.001). 굴절이상과 관련도는 우안의 원시 굴절이상 환자군에서 녹내장 관련도가 8배 (p=0.043) 더 높았다. 다른 사회학적 및 건강 관련 요인에서는 진단되지 않은 녹내장과 진단된 녹내장에 대해 통 계적 유의성이 발견되지 않았습니다.
결론 : 안과 의사의 정기적인 방문과 원시 굴절이상 환자는 진단되지 않은 녹내장의 조기진단에 중요한 요소입 니다.
Background: Despite fall prevention strategies suggested by researchers, falls are still a major health concern in older adults. Understanding factors that differentiate successful versus unsuccessful balance recovery may help improve the prevention strategies.
Objects: The purpose of this review was to identify biomechanical factors that differentiate successful versus unsuccessful balance recovery in the event of a fall.
Methods: The literature was searched through Google Scholar and PubMed. The following keywords were used: ‘falls,‘ ‘protective response,‘ ‘protective strategy,’ ‘automated postural response,’ ‘slips,’ ‘trips,’ ‘stepping strategy,‘ ‘muscle activity,’ ‘balance recovery,‘ ‘successful balance recovery,‘ and ‘failed balance recovery.’
Results: A total of 64 articles were found and reviewed. Most of studies included in this review suggested that kinematics during a fall was important to recover balance successfully. To be successful, appropriate movements were required, which governed by several things depending on the direction and characteristics of the fall. Studies also suggested that lower limb muscle activity and joint moments were important for successful balance recovery. Other factors associated with successful balance recovery included fall direction, age, appropriate protective strategy, overall health, comorbidity, gait speed, sex and anticipation of the fall.
Conclusion: This review discusses biomechanical factors related to successful versus unsuccessful balance recovery to help understand falls. Our review should help guide future research, or improve prevention strategies in the area of fall and injuries in older adults.
This study investigated the potential role of dietary factors associated with obesity and metabolic syndrome (MetS) in Koreans. The scoping review method was used to evaluate the studies that utilized the secondary data sets comprising the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) and the Korean Genome and Epidemiology Study (KoGES). Articles published between 2012 and 2022 were identified using RISS, KISS, DBpia, PubMed, and ScienceDirect databases. In all, there were 32 published articles on obesity and 119 on MetS. Obesity research included eight articles on nutrients, 12 on food items/food groups, two on dietary patterns, nine on dietary behavior/eating habits, and one on the dietary index. MetS studies comprised 34 articles on nutrients, 43 on food items/food groups, seven on dietary patterns, 25 on dietary behavior/eating habits, and 10 on the dietary index. Carbohydrates, alcohol, and coffee consumption were the most frequently studied dietary factors for obesity and MetS. The primary areas of study were largely focused on nutrients and food items/food groups. Thus, to overcome the paucity of information on the relationship of dietary patterns and dietary indexes with obesity and MetS, there is a need for further research using the KNHANES and KoGES data sets.
Background: Ameloblastoma are benign but locally invasive neoplasms that represent 10% of all odontogenic tumors. Despite its benign characteristics, ameloblastoma has a high recurrence rate after treatment with a recurrence rate of 55-90%. It is important to identify the risk factors of recurrence to improve patient’s quality of life in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods: Patients who underwent surgery at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Pusan National University Dental Hospital for 5 years from 2017-2021 and were diagnosed with ameloblastoma as a result of postoperative histological examination were included. The patients were divided into two groups, recurrent and non-recurrent, and comparative analysis was performed according to various factors. Results: First, when the lesion was involved with the inferior alveolar nerve (IAN), recurrence was more likely than when it was not. Next, recurrence occurs more often when cortical bone perforation is observed than when it is not. In particular, when resorption is shown on the lingual cortical bone, a remarkable tendency of recurrence is shown. Moreover, in radiographic characteristics, the multicystic type showed a higher recurrence tendency than the unicystic type. Conclusion: When the lesion is multicystic, perforating the cortical bone, infiltrating the adjacent soft tissue, or involving the IAN, a high recurrence rate is shown. The results of this retrospective analysis of the recurrence trend of ameloblastoma over a 5 years period are to contribute significantly to insight and reduction of recurrence rates in treatment for polymorphic lesion in oral and maxillofacial area.
목적 : 한국인 노년층을 대상으로 건성안 관련 요인을 분석하고자 하였다.
방법 : 노년 36명(72안, 남 17명, 여 19명, 평균연령 62.11±4.84세)을 대상으로 SPEED 건성안 설문지를 이 용하여 건성안을 판별하고, 눈물의 양은 OCCUTUBE로, 눈물막 안정성은 눈물막파괴시간검사(TBUT)로 평가하였 으며, 눈물막 지방층 두께(LLT)와 눈깜박임 양상 및 마이봄샘 이상은 LIPIVIEW IIⓇ로 측정하고 Image J® 프로 그램을 이용하여 분석하였다.
결과 : 건성안의 SPEED 설문값은 10.11±4.91점, OCCUTUBE 측정값 및 TBUT는 각각 3.38±1.15 mm, 4.49±1.31초로 정상안과 차이가 없었으나, 지질층 두께는 80.36±20.78 nm로 정상안보다 두꺼웠다(p=0.021). 마이봄샘이 손상된 grade(MG dropout, MG curling, Gland thickness)는 각각 1.17±0.70, 0.47±0.61, 0.61±0.60로 정상안보다 유의하게 손상이 심했다. 지질층 두께는 SPEED 설문값과 양의 상관성을 보였고(p<0.009), 마이봄샘 손실률과 음의 상관성을 보였고, 마이봄샘 손상도는 마이봄샘 비대 및 손실과 상관성이 있었다(p<0.050).
결론 : SPEED 설문지로 감별한 노년층 건성안의 원인은 눈물막 지질층 두께와 관련이 있으며, 지질층 두께는 과분비성 마이봄샘 기능이상과 관련이 있는 것으로 사료된다.
This study was undertaken to examine body image distortion among female adolescents and identify related factors. Raw data from the 14th Korean Youth Health Behavior Survey were used. The proportion of participants exhibiting body image distortion was 39.5%, with the ratio being higher among female students of normal weight as compared to underweight female students. Logistic regression revealed that the risk of having a distorted body image was higher among high school females than in middle school females having lower subjective academic performance and household economic status. In addition, the risk of having a distorted body image was higher for students who drank alcohol when compared to students who did not drink, for the group engaging vigorously in physical activity (exercise) more than three times per week as opposed to the group exercising less than three times per week, and for the group consuming less than one serving of fruit per day as compared to the group consuming more than one serving of fruit per day. Taken together, the results of this study indicate that continuous nutrition education needs to be provided so that adolescents can correctly perceive their body images and form desirable eating habits.
본 연구는 한국의 다문화 청소년 및 일반 청소년의 건강위험행위와 폭력피해경험을 비교하고 폭력피해 경험과 관련된 요인을 건강위험행위를 중심으로 규명하고자 하였다. 제15차 청소년 건강행태 온 라인 설문조사(2019)의 자료를 사용하여 35,574명의 청소년을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/Win 22.0을 사용하여 복합 표본 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과, 다문화청소년은 일반청소년보다 흡연, 습관적 약물 사용, 폭력피해 경험이 유의하게 더 높았다. 다문화청소년과 일반청소년 모두 가족과 함께 거주하지 않을 수록, 흡연경험과 습관적 약물사용 경험이 많을수록 폭력피해경험이 더 많았다. 일반청소년의 폭력피해경 험은 성별, 학력, 경제적 상태, 음주경험과 유의한 관련이 있었다. 따라서 다문화 청소년과 일반 청소년의 폭력피해 경험을 예방하기 위해서는 가족과 함께 살지 않는 청소년에 대한 사회적 지원이 필요하며, 흡연 및 습관적 약물 사용 경험이 있는 청소년에 대한 세심한 주의가 필요하다. 또한 다문화 청소년은 일반 청소 년에 비해 건강위험 행위와 폭력피해에 더 취약하므로 다문화청소년의 올바른 건강행위 실천과 폭력피해 경험을 예방하기 위한 교육 프로그램이 필요하다.
To assess the influence of environmental factors on the phytoplankton community structure and total phytoplankton biomass during four seasons in 2014, we investigated the abiotic and biotic factors at 25 stations in the Busan coastal region. The phytoplankton community and total phytoplankton biomass were strongly dependent on the discharge from the Nakdong River, and the high density of phytoplankton was related with the introduction of the Tsushima Warm Current (TWC), particularly in the thermohaline fronts of the fall season. The relationship between the salinity and nutrient (Dissolved inorganic nitrogen=DIN: R 2=0.72, p<0.001 and Dissolved inorganic silicon=DSi: R 2=0.78, p<0.001) highly correlated with the river discharge, implying that those nutrients have played a crucial role in the growth of diatom and cryptophyta. The total phytoplankton biomass was highest in the summer followed by autumn, spring, and winter. Diatom and cryptophyta species were dominant species during the four seasons. Additionally, there were strong positive correlations between Chlorophyll a and total phytoplankton biomass (R 2=0.84, p<0.001), cryptophyta (R 2=0.76, p<0.001) and diatom (R 2=0.50, p<0.001), respectively. In particular, we found that there were significant differences in the nutrients, phytoplankton community compositions, and total phytoplankton biomass between the inner and the outer coastal region of Busan, depending on the amount of river discharge from the Nakdong River, particularly during rainy seasons. Therefore, the seasonal change of TWC and river discharge from the Nakdong River serve an important role in determining phytoplankton population dynamics in the Busan coastal region.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of extract mixture of C. wilfordii and P. umbrosa (IPLUS-CWPU) on bone growth in 4-week old young male SD rats. To confirm the effect of IPLUS-CWPU, we measured the length of bone growth plate, the ratio of proliferative zone to the length of growth plate and the expression level of insulin-like growth factor, IGF-1. The IPLUS-CWPU treatment shows a significant increase of tibial and femoral growth plate and the ratio of proliferative zone in growth plate. Especially, the length increased by 13.9% and 25.3% in the tibia and femur, respectively, in the high-dose group compared to the normal group. Moreover, the expression of IGF-1 gene in liver was upregulated in IPLUS-CWPU treated groups. These results indicated that IPLUS-CWPU administration could increase the proliferative zone of bone growth plate in early developmental stage by upregulation of IGF-1 gene.
본 연구는 남녀 임금근로자의 우울 유병률과 우울 관련 융복합적 요인의 규명을 위해 시행되었다. 2014년, 2016년 국민건강영양조사 자료를 이용하여 19세 이상 65세 미만 성인 3,763명(남성 1,888명, 여성 1,875)을 대상으로 분석하였다. 우울은 Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9)으로 측정하였으며 전체 근로자의 우울(PHQ-9≥10)은 4.1%(남성 3.2%, 여성 5.0%)로 나타났다. 남녀 근로자의 우울 영향 요인을 평가하기 위해 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 남성 근로자에서 일 관련 특성인 고용 유형, 주당 근로시간은 인구사회학적 특성, 건강 관련 특성, 생활습관 특성을 보정한 후에도 우울과 유의한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 여성 근로자에서 일 관련 특성은 유의한 관련을 보이지 않아 남성과 차이를 보였다. 그러므로 우울 위험 요인의 성별 특성을 고려한 직장 내 상담 또는 정신건강 증진 프로그램을 개발, 수행할 필요가 있다. 또한 남녀 모두 건강 관련 특성(우울증 진단 여부, 자살 계획 여부, 스트레스 인지 수준, 미충족 의료서비스 여부, 주관적 건강상태)이 우울과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났으므로 이들 요인에 대한 지속적인 관리가 요구된다.
In this study, data from the 7th (2016~2018) and 8th (2019) Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Surveys were used, which included 5,325 subjects. Health behavior, dietary and nutrient intake status, physical measurement and biochemical characteristics, and risk factors for elderly related chronic diseases were classified and analyzed according to the changing composition of single households and other households in the current society. As a result, the ratio of current smokers and drinkers in young adult single households, walking less than 30 minutes per day, subjective health status was poor, breakfast rate less than three times per week, eating out frequency more than once a day, lipid intake ratio to total calories, saturation fatty acid intake were significantly higher. In addition, waist circumference, and diastolic blood pressure were significantly higher. However, dietary fiber intake level was significantly lower. The results for hypertension, which is the representative chronic disease that causes old age-related chronic diseases, were significantly higher in single households (ORs=1.400 (95% CI: 1.095, 1.791), p=0.007). Although young adults may not have showed particularly serious health problems yet, education is believed as important to recognize and prevent age-related disease risk factors.
목적 : 본 연구에서는 60대 이상 고령산재노동자의 직업복귀에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 알아보고자 하였다.
연구방법 : 2017년 1월부터 12월까지 산재요양종결 노동자를 대상으로 실시한 산재보험패널조사(Panel Study of Workers’ Compensation Insurance; PSWCI) 2차 코호트 중 1차 자료를 활용하였다. 표본 3,294명 중 60대 이상인 893명의 데이터를 추출하였고, 그중 자영업자 19명, 결측 3명은 제외하여 871명의 데이터를 분석하였다. 독립변수는 인구사회학적 특성, 신체적 특성, 재해사업장 특성, 사회경제적 특성을 사용하였고, 종속변수는 취업과 미취업으로 정하였다. 분석은 대상군의 특성을 파악하기 위하 여 기술통계 및 카이제곱검정을 실시하였고, 취업에 미치는 영향요인을 알아보기 위하여 로지스틱회귀분 석을 사용하였다.
결과 : 고령산재노동자에서는 성별, 배우자유무 등의 인구사회학적 특성이 취업에 영향을 주지 않았다. 반면 신체적 특성에서는 통증이 없을수록, 업무수행능력이 좋을수록, 요양기간이 짧을수록 취업률이 높았다. 재해 사업장 특성에서도 근무기간이 길수록, 월평균임금이 150만원 미만에 비해 150-250만 원인 경우 취업률 이 높았다. 사회경제적 특성 또한 사회경제적 지위가 하층에 비해 중하층인 경우, 월평균가구소비가 높을수 록 직업복귀에 유리한 것으로 나타났다.
결론 : 고령산재노동자는 타 연령집단과는 직업복귀에 다소 차이를 보이므로 이를 고려한 다양한 직업복귀 서비스를 제공할 필요가 있다.
