Published in “Pottery divination”, textual research and explication on the writing which existed in the jar by South Korean scholar Mr. Piao Dazhong is incredible. The Jar is modern works, and the decorative texts on it are also modern works, which differed in the style of writing. What’s more, the so-called “Astrology” didn’t exist in the Shang Dynasty.

The words of “ ”、“ ”、“ ”、“ ”in the oracle bone inscriptions have various interpretations. Professor Qiu Xigui claims that it is pronounced as Bi just like the word in the Chinese phrase Cheng Qian Bi Hou, which means warning and subduing. And Professor Qiu’s view is accepted popularly. While Professor Li Xueqin has claimed that it is pronounced as Yi like the word in the phrase Yi Lie. This paper focuses on the shape of the word and its use examples. The writer suggests that the word should be interpreted as Yi.

There are a lot of pictograph in Shang Dynasty Based on the Chronological Record. Pictographic characters on the Chronological Record is to be ideograph and show on two kinds the form of characters differently. Differently the character and the form but the meaning; similar the character and the form but the meaning. The word by these Pictographic characters is the term of Pictographic things. For these reason, It is one character and meaning corresponding words form by more than two Chinese character between the character and the form on the Chronological Record and the Chinese character.

Language is the main carrier of culture. Most Allusion Forms are from the part which has the biggest influence on later generations and the most reflection on national culture in classics literature. Its meaning can embody the people’s value idea, knowledge system, ways of thinking, social condition and so on under the Chinese national culture background, which has the rich cultural connotation. This paper comprehensively studies the Allusion Forms in Stone Inscriptions, and briefly introduces the intension about material culture, spirit culture, system culture and behavior culture.

Tang dynastic is the critical period that Kai-zi(楷字) developed from maturity stage to final settled stage. As a directive standard of the regulation of Chinese character in Tang dynastic, the study of Zi Yang Xue(字樣學) should be build on the reality of social using. As one of the excavated documents, stone inscription has several features, such as enormous amount, maintaining integrity of fonts, clear chronology, and is the most plentiful and reliable material object which keeping the form information of historical Chinese character. So, under the background of digitization, the contrast study of Zi Yang Xue(字樣學) and stone inscriptions, can bring about the important values and meanings to the study of Zi Yang Xue(字樣學) in Tang dynastic, history of middle Chinese characters, modern Chinese characters’ regulation. However, less attention had been paid to the study of Zi Yang Xue(字樣學) during past dynasties, the values has not been full played. Either contents and objects or way of thinking and methods, still remain to break through. Besides, the study of Zi Yang Xue(字樣學) in Japan, Korea and Tai-wan has their different features, so the previous research achievements should be integrated, contrast and unite, and learn from each other.

The Epistle in Kezhai is one of Bronze-stone Series published by National Peking Library. It collected 58 letters from the famous epigraphy of the late Qing dynasty Wu Dacheng(Kezhai) to Chen Jieqi(Fuzhai). Ten of them referred to more than 20 ancient seals altogether. We discuss the explanations of the ancient seals, on basis of absorbing merits in this field.

The content of Warring States, Qin and Han bamboo slips text is huge and of great importance, but there is no handy reference books as index and dictionary yet, so it’s very inconvenient for searching. The corpus construction, which is starting up recently domestically and overseas, has great development space in both content-processing and function-developing. Based on the officially published bamboo slips of Chu in Warring States, Qin and Han dynasty, we’re now working on the Warring States, Qin and Han Bamboo Slips Text Corpus, with different levels of Raw Corpus, Highly-revised Corpus and Highly-processed Corpus. The corpus has multiple archaeology and character explaining properties, focused on both popularization and researching, and highly connected among all levels.

This paper mainly indicates the comparative study between the Changsha DongPaiLou bamboo Slips and Wuwei Medical Bamboo Slips, selected 11 groups from the two materials commonly used in Group 303 to make a comparative study, from the two different perspective “different parts” and “different strokes” to investigate the differences of the evolution of shape and different characters used in different regions in DongHan Dynasty, nearly one hundred years in history.

Geba script is a syllables used by Naxi people. A huge contradiction between Logographic sign and phonetic function in Dongba script provides motivation for the birth of pure syllable writing. Because there is a great retarding force for Dongba script’s continuing to develop into the syllables writing, Geba script is prompted to appear. Geba script, after a long preparation, mainly borrows Dongba script, Chinese, Tibetan characters and rules and one-syllable-for-one-character expression method. In the past, Geba script was developing during the process of assisting Dongba script’s use. Finally it forms with mark of writing independent sentence.

We hope that the Chinese cultural circle of scholars to share these resources. This study sketch out the Jaryujuseok, edited by Yoon-yong Joeng in 1856. Jaryujuseok is classified Korean word books as well as a Chinese dictionary. It consists of 35 classified items which are based on 10,958 Chinese character-lemmas. There are two rare books called ‘Kyujanggakbon’ and ‘Myeoknambon’, however, ‘Myeoknambon’ is roughly assumed to be the original of Jaryujuseok rather than ‘Kyujanggakbon’ since papers used for ‘Myeoknambon’ is old, and the content seems written by one person as well as 四聲平仄 Zonglun’s red and green points described in introduction are found. Therefore, in this study I will analyze in accordance with Myeoknambon’. The total number of Chinese characters Jaryujuseok contains is 10,958, which is divided into two books, 6,193 words in vol.1 and 4,765 words in vol.2. On the volume including天道部(499 words), 地道部(1,297 words), 人道部(I) (4,397 words); the next volume, including人道部(Ⅱ)(2,503 words), 物類部(2,262 words) and Appendix. 10,958 words of title in Jaryujuseok is divided into thirty-five meaning, each semantic class several areas of significance to the overall control of the income of Chinese characters, Income in the Chinese characters of the same semantic class are interrelated in the sense. Jaryujuseok system is Chinese characters Korean Explanation, Chinese characters sound and Chinese character comment. Here are appear form information, pronunciation information, mean information etc.

Quan yun Yu pian is a dictionary of North Korea times in Korea. It carries rich information of Chinese character’s forms, pronunciation and meanings. The dissertion analyses comparatively between 2139 tongzi of QuanyunYupian and tongshangzi of Yu pian’s editon of Song Dynasty in order to reveal the rules of outside Chinese characters’ development and change.
