If it does not underestimate the livestock feces, it is analyzed that the potential energy of consumption is sufficient. If consequently economic value evaluation of the livestock feces, environmentally use, the use of opportune and proper quantity, the logistics system development which connected the transportation and scattering, environmentally plan of public control facilities for livestock feces as a precondition of livestock feces consuming is been sufficient, the livestock feces problem of both farmhouse and the area which occurs excessively will be solve more economically and will be the possibility resources more efficiently as chemical fertilizer transfer.

TCA(Total Cost Assessment) can be defined by a tool to evaluate actual profit about investment. Also, It can be used by method to make more reasonable decision-making in business. Enforcement of ‘direct payment system’ for environment friendship farmhouse of government is spreading recent times. But, it is true that it is no definite standard about appropriation of disbursement amount of money. TCA method can be utilized usefully for solution of these problem. Also, It will help to decide price grasping invisible cost and environment cost. Therefore, We tried that may can apply TCA theory in farmhouse class, and attempted economic performance estimation which use this. This study introduces TCA theory and developed applicable expense list in agriculture field. Also, We applied TCA theory to farmhouse. This theories referenced domestic and the foreign countries’ connection literature. But, It handled part about invisible cost and social cost etc..

The objectives of this study are to analyze the producer’s behaviors and characteristics of environmentally friendly agricultural products(organic agricultural products and non-chemicals agricultural products, low-chemicals agricultural products excluded). Firstly the present situation of environmentally-friendly agriculture is analyzed. Secondly the producer’s behavior and attitude is analyzed tabularly and the social and economic characteristics of producers is analyzed by logit model with the results of sample surveys on 341 farmers who have been producing qualitycertificated environmentally friendly agricultural products. Thirdly based on the results of this study, problems and alternatives means in order to activate production of environmentally friendly agricultural products are finded and showed.

Farm economy is getting worse because of the free trade trends in agriculture sector and unreasonable application of market economy principles to agricultural products. And The worldwide issues of environmental pollution as well as want of food, water and energy make human future be anxious. In addition, consumers raise questions in argument about safety of foods produced by traditional farming or imported. So I propose the urban-rural living community movement(URLCM) as an alternative plan for sustainable domestic agriculture. URLCM based on environmentally friendly agriculture and community consciousness will be able to solve many of present issues on agriculture and rural society through incessant interchanges between urban and rural community. This URLCM has to be basically founded on principles of symbiosis-coexistence and life circulation. So those that have to be driven forward are organizing producers and consumer cooperatives, making environmentally friendly rural region and products, combining with consumer cooperatives, training the participants and so forth.

The effect of feeding extracts from rhus trees on performance of broiler were performed to investigate development of natural antibiotic in process of broilers production. A total of 320 broiler chicks at 7 day of age were fed the commercial diet and water, water containing 0 ppm (control), 300 ppm (T1), 600 ppm (T2) and 1000 ppm (T3) of extracts from rhus trees for 7 weeks. The body weight gain and feed conversion ratio were improvement by feeding extracts from rhus trees at 7 to 21 days of age (P<0.05), but amount of feed intake and mortality were not different among the four group. When 21 to 35 days of age, body weight gain, amount of feed intake, feed conversion ratio and mortality were almost same results when 7 to 21days of age, but it was not significantly different. When 35 to 49 days of age, body weight gain in T1 and T3 group was significantly improvement than control group (P<0.05), also feed conversion ratio was improve by feeding extracts from rhus trees. There was a decrease in the microflora population of both E coli. and salmonella in the cecum contents and feaces in broilers by feeding extracts from rhus trees. Emission of ammonia and VFA gas from excreta were significantly decreased at 5 to 10 days of storaged period (P<0.05). The digestibility of dry matter, crude fat, and crude ash of feed were tend to increased in broiler feeding extracts from rhus trees. Digestibility of crude protein of feed in broiler three treatmental groups was significantly improved (P<0.05) as compared with those in control group. These results indicated that the feeding extracts from rhus trees of 300 to 1000 ppm of broiler production were improvement in the body weight gain, feed conversion ratio, and mortality due to increasing nutrients digestibility from feed, decreasing of microflora population of both E coli. and salmonella in the cecum contents and feaces, decreasing emission of ammonia and VFA gas from excreta.

This study were conducted to determine the optimum warm casting rate(0, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500㎏/10a) for the yield of food canna in jeju island. The plant height was ranged from 109.4 to 134.7㎝ as organic fertilizer of worm casting increased from 0 to 500㎏/10a, but it was no significance between 400 to 500㎏/10a. Leaf length, leaf width, number of leaves, number of tillers and bulb per plant were shown higher as the amount of worm casting was increased. Stem diameter were the same trend with plant height response. Fresh yield of food canna increased significantly 13.4 to 22.6MT/㏊ as fertilizer rate increased from 0 to 500㎏/10a. Fresh weight of above-ground part and bulb were shown the same trend with fresh yield of food canna.

This study was carried out to clarify the effects of antagonistic microorganism, Bacillus sp. JC181 isolated from the greenhouse soil grown cucumber plants on the growth inhibition of plant pathogen, fusarium wilt (Fusarium oxysporum) occurred in cucumber plants in greenhouse. Antagonistic bacterial strains were isolated and were investigated into the antifungal activity of the antagonistic microorganism against fusarium wilt. Screened fourteen bacterial strains which strongly inhibited F. oxysporum were isolated from the greenhouse soil grown cucumber plants, and the best antagonistic bacterial strain designated as JC181, was finally selected. Antagonistic bacterial strain JC181 was identified to be the genus Bacillus sp. based on the morphological and biochemical characterization. Bacillus sp. JC181 showed 58.2% of antifungal activity against the plant pathogen growth of F. oxysporum. By the bacterialization of culture broth and heated filtrates of culture broth, Bacterial strain, Bacillus sp. JC181. showed 91.2% and 26.0% of antifungal activity against F. oxysporum, respectively.
