본 연구의 목적은 정적 플랭크 운동의 동작 차이에 따른 코어근육의 근활성도를 비교하는 것이 었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 “J”대학교 20대 남성 10명을 대상으로 진행하였고(연령, 23.20±0.65 세; 신장, 174.54±1.51 cm; 체중, 70.00±2.24 kg; 신체질량지수, 22.94±0.51 kg/m2), 4가지의 풀, 엘보우, 사이드 및 리버스 정적 플랭크 동작을 수행하였으며, 근전도 분석을 위한 표면전극 부착 부위는 신체 근육의 우측 복직근, 외복사근, 광배근 및 척추기립근으로 설정하였다. 본 실험 결과, 광배근과 척추기립근의 근활성도 는 리버스 플랭크 동작 시 가장 높게 나타났고(p<.001), 복직근과 외복사근의 근활성도는 엘보우 플랭크 동작 시 가장 높게 나타났다(p<.001). 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 추후 정적 플랭크 동작 시 효과적인 운동 프로그램의 자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.
In this study, the structural analyses were conducted for each model by applying the loads into the design of a large commercial truck seat. Model C with three vertical frames has the smallest total deformation among all models, indicating the strongest stiffness. The maximum total deformation of model C was shown to be 0.68 times smaller than that of model A and 0.79 times smaller than that of model B. The equivalent stress of model C was also shown to be the lowest, indicating the greatest stiffness. The maximum equivalent stress of model C was shown to be 0.8 times smaller than that of model A and 0.91 times smaller than that of model B. At the upper part of the seat or the part where the force was applied, all three models were shown to have the largest total deformations and equivalent stresses. If the result of this study is applied to the design of automotive seat frame, it is thought that the durable and rigid sheets can be manufactured efficiently. By utilizing this study result, the equivalent stress and total deformation are investigated without the real experiment by shape at the seat of large commercial truck, and the durability and rigidity can be seen.
We evaluated the protective effects of cricket methanol extract (CME) on ultra-violet B (UVB)-induced photoaging in human skin fibroblasts. The fibroblast cells were treated with 10, 50, and 100 μg/mL of CME for 24 h, and then exposed to UVB (30 mJ/cm2). CME showed a dose-dependent cytoprotective effect without any observable cytotoxicity. CME reduced UVB-induced production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) by 34.4, 34.9, 40.6% at concentrations of 10, 50, 100 μg/mL respectively. CME inhibited the release of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) 1 and 3. Furthermore, CME also reduced UVB-induced collagen degradation in the fibroblast cells. Taken together, our data suggests that CME has a significant protective effect on UVB-induced photoaging of the skin. This benefit occurs through multiple mechanisms. The results also suggest a potential role for CME as an ingredient in anti-photoaging cosmetic products in the future.
2016년에 쌍별귀뚜라미는 식품의약품안전처 식품공전에 등록된 식품원료로 가장 큰 장점은 월동 없이 연중 대량 사육이 가능하다는 것과 60% 이상의 단백질 함량이다. 본 연구에서는 사육공간, 인건비 등의 문제로 인하여 귀뚜라미 사육이 불가능할 때를 대비하여 저장조건을 설정하 였으며, 산란율이 높은 산란처 선발과 알의 동종포식률을 조사하였다. 산란은 상토 산란처에서 가장 선호도가 높았으며(p < 0.05), 알의 동종포식 률을 보았을 때 10 L 당 종령 약충 62마리 이하, 1일 동안 산란을 받는 것이 가장 적합한 것으로 판단되었다(p < 0.05). 알의 저온 저장을 하였을 때는 28℃에서 10일간 보관 후 16℃에서 10일간 저온 저장했을 때 부화율이 가장 높았고, 저장을 하지 않았을 때와 비교하였을 때 12~14일 부 화를 연장할 수 있었다(p < 0.05). 쌍별귀뚜라미의 산란처, 산란 방법 및 알 저장조건을 설정함으로써 효율적인 생산방법을 제시하였다.
PartI of this paper identified the location and size of the noise sources from the axial flow fans, and partII based on that, identified the magnitude of sound pressure from the case and the blade according to frequency in the range of 2200 Hz to 5000 Hz. The equation of Lighthill was used for calculation. Generally, when measuring noise, the analytical area was extended more than 1m from the outlet of the fan. To eliminate the effects of backflow coming from the rear of the fan, the analytical area was extended a little longer than 1m. From the results of the analysis, high noise occurs in the low frequency area, and the lower noise becomes in the high frequency area. The maximum sound pressure generated in the range of 2000Hz~5000Hz is 65dB at a distance of 1m and 82dB at the outlet of the fan. Noise of the fan mainly occurred around the blade and guide, and the noise decreased as the frequency increased between 2200Hz and 3400Hz, but the noise increased as the frequency increased between 3800Hz and 5000Hz.
The purpose of this paper is to analyze factors affecting the net income of regional and industrial fisheries cooperatives in South Korea using panel data. This paper utilizes linear or GLS regression models such as pooled OLS model, fixed effects model, and random effects model to estimate affecting factors of the net income of regional and industrial fisheries cooperatives. After reviewing various tests, we eventually select random effects model. The results, based on panel data between 2013 and 2018 year and 64 fisheries cooperatives, indicate that capital and area dummy variables have positive effects and employment has negative effect on the net income of regional and industrial fisheries cooperatives as predicted. However, debt are opposite with our predictions. Specifically, it turns out that debt has positive effect on the net income of regional and industrial fisheries cooperatives although it has been increased. Additionally, this paper shows that the member of confreres does not show any significant effect on the net income of regional and industrial fisheries cooperatives in South Korea. This study is significant in that it analyzes the major factors influencing changes in the net income that have not been conducted recently for the fisheries cooperatives by region and industry.
The pattern of the “bie(别)+V+le(了)” structure is divided into three types: ① “object+bie(别)+V+le(了)” ② “bie(别)+V+object+le(了)” ③ “bie(别)+V+le(了)+object”. These are based on the position of the objects. First, in terms of the negation focus, in pattern ①, the negative focus is the “verb”. In pattern ②, the negative focus is the “object” and in pattern ③, the negative focus is the “whole event”. Second, in terms of the intensity of the negation, pattern ① where the object is at the beginning of the sentence represents very strong negation. However, pattern ② is more to express a kind of dissuasion or proposal and pattern ③ functions as a reminder or acts as a modal marker. In addition, in the “bie(别)+V+le(了)” structure, the object is the definite object that the speaker and the listener know well, so they accept the modification of restrictive elements. Third, in pattern ③, only verbs with a meaning of [+removal] can be used in this pattern and the object should be an object that already exists because “le(了)” corresponds to “diao(掉)”.
Due to global climate change, Korea is experiencing flooding and drought severely. It is hard to manage water resources because intensive precipitation during short periods and drought are commonly occurred in Korea, recently. Severe drought occurred in 2015 and 2017 in the islands, and coastal and inland areas in Korea, and the citizens experienced decreased water supply and emergency water service by using bottled water. Therefore, the Korean government provided additional governmental funds such as the grant of drought disaster. In this study, we tried to calculate the cost of water for drought response based on the cost of tap water for the regional local governments in Korea and the grant of drought disaster by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety in Korea, etc. The estimated costs of water for drought responses in coastal and inland areas which have a chance to apply alternative water sources such as brackish or seawater desalination and water reuse in Korea were higher than in other areas in Korea. Additionally, as the novel approach of drought response, the 300 m3/day-scale desalination vessel was suggested to provide desalinated water for the islands in Korea. The estimated expenses of water supply for the target island areas (Sinan-gun and Jindo-gun) by the desalination vessel was lower than those by emergency water service by using bottled water.
This study examined the changes in the protein and mineral composition of Gryllus bimaculatus fermented with Bacillus substilis and the mycelia of Basidiomycetes. Normal Gryllus bimaculatus (S) and experimental group data obtained after an inoculation of Bacillus substilis (SC) (KACC 19623), Pleurotus eryngii (SP) and Cordyceps millitaris (SC) were compared. The crude protein content of the Gryllus bimaculatus (control) was 75.48%, but it decreased to 64.55, 54.32, and 63.53% after fermentation with SB, SP and SC, respectively (p<0.05). An analysis of the organic elements showed that the contents of the carbon and nitrogen sources were also reduced after fermentation, and the most significant decrease was observed after fermentation with SP. In SDS-PAGE, a 120 kDa and a 48 kDa protein of Gryllus bimaculatus were found. On the other hand, protein bands faded after fermentation with SP and SC, respectively. Moreover, no visible band was observed after fermentation with SB. According to amino acid analysis, the total free amino acid content increased 3.84 and 1.74 times after fermentation with SB and SP, respectively, compared to the corresponding baseline data. In contrast, it decreased by 0.52 times after fermentation with SC. Among the essential amino acids found in crickets fermented with SB, the valine and isoleucine content was 3.57 and 2.64 times higher, respectively, than the recommended daily amount of essential amino acids.
본 연구는 한반도에서 Proto3 모형을 수행하기 위하여 필요한 3가지 기후인자 지도, 1. 식물 내한성 구역, 2. 쾨펜- 가이거 기후구, 3. 연누적강수량 영역에 대한 한반도 지도를 1 km 해상도로 제작하였다. Worldclim V2와 한반도 30 년 평균 기상대 데이터를 이용하여 한반도 최저극값온도 격자를 제작하였으며, 이를 활용하여 한반도 식물 내한성 구역 격자지도를 제작하여 Proto3에 이용하였다. 쾨펜-가 이거 기후구 지도는 Beck et al. (2018)의 쾨펜-가이거 기후구 지도를 Proto3에 적합하게 변형하였으며, 연누적강수량 영역은 Worldclim V2를 활용하여 제작하였다. 제작된 Proto3 기후 인자 지도를 활용하여 외래잡초 별나팔꽃의 정착 확산 가능 지역을 예측한 결과, 남한 대부분의 지역과 북한의 황해도를 포함한 남쪽 지방까지 전체 한반도 격자의 50.7%가 정착, 확산 가능지역으로 예측되었다. 본 결과는 별나팔꽃의 위해성 평가 및 관리 체계 수립 등에 활용가능할 것으로 판단된다.
Outdoor air pollution with particulate matter has become more severe in Korea. Ambient particle concentration affects the indoor environment through various routes through building envelopes. In this study, we investigated particle exposure in residential buildings. Indoor and outdoor particle sources determined the indoor concentrations and particle exposure. This paper measured indoor particles and CO2 concentrations in two different apartment buildings and conducted the survey for 24 hours. The I/O ratio of the occupant awake period was higher than the asleep period. The I/O ratio in the awake period is 0.93-3.65, while the I/O ratio in the asleep period is 0.31- 0.76.Indoor peak events such as cooking or cleaning temporarily increase the I/O ratio and emit the indoor particle sources. Decay rate constant is 0.49-6.84 (1/h) in the indoor peak events during the operation of the exhaust hood and natural ventilation. The size range of 0.3-0.5 μm size is over half for the proportions of emitted particles (55.6%). Daily exposure is divided into indoor sources (45.2%) and outdoor sources (54.8%). We found the differences for the proportion of particle exposure. The ratio of daily exposure in particles for 0.3-0.5 μm size is 43.1 (indoor)/ 56.9 (outdoor) %. However, indoor sources are higher than outdoor sources for the ratio of daily exposure in particles for the 0.5-10.0 μm size.
We present a semi-analytical method to calculate the global evolution of the ionized state of the inter- galactic medium, on the basis of physically motivated star formation histories in the early universe. This method incorporates not only the conventional scenarios in which the star formation rate is proportional to the growth rate of the halo collapse fraction, but also the more sophisticated scenarios in which the star formation is self-regulated. We show that this variance in the star-formation model strongly impacts the resulting reionization history, which bears a prospect for observational discrimination of these models. We discuss how observations of the anisotropic polarization of the cosmic microwave background and the global 21cm signal from the high-redshift universe, most notably by Planck and EDGES, may probe the history of reionization.
작물의 일중 광합성량을 정확하게 추정하기 위해서는 일중 태양의 위치 변화에 따른 작물의 정확한 수광량 변화를 정확하게 예측해야 한다. 그러나, 이는 많은 시 간, 비용, 노력이 소요되며, 측정의 어려움이 수반된다. 현재까지 다양한 모델링 기법이 적용되었으나 기존 방식으로는 정확한 수광 예측이 어려웠다. 본 연구의 목적은 파프리카의 3차원 스캔 모델과 광학 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 일중 시간 별 캐노피 수광 분포와 광합성 속도의 변화를 예측하는 것이다. 휴대용 3차원 스캐너를 이용하여 온실에서 재배되는 파프리카의 구조 모델을 구축하였 다. 주변 개체의 유무에 따른 캐노피 수광 분포의 변화를 보기 위하여 작물 모델 별 간격을 60cm로 1×1, 9×9 정 방형 배치하여 광학 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 광합성 속 도는 직각쌍곡선 모델을 이용하여 계산하였다. 3차원 파 프리카 모델 표면의 수광 분포는 오전 9시, 정오, 오후 3 시의 태양 각도에 따라 서로 다른 양상을 보였다. 캐노피 총 수광량은 9×9 배치로 주변 개체 수가 늘어남에 따라 감소하였고, 태양 고도가 가장 높은 정오에서의 감소율이 가장 적었다. 캐노피 광합성 속도와 CO2 소모량 역시 수 광량과 비슷한 양상을 보였으나 작물 상단부 엽의 광합 성 속도 포화로 인해 수광량 변화에 비해 적은 감소율을 보였다. 본 연구에서는 파프리카의 3차원 스캔 모델과 광 학 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 가상 환경 조건에서의 캐노피 수광과 광합성 분포를 분석할 수 있었으며, 이는 추후 다 양한 재배 조건에서 작물 수광량과 광합성 속도를 예측 하는 데에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
Most of gas turbine combined cycle power plants are located in urban areas to provide peak load and district heating. However, NOx(nitrogen oxides) of exhaust gas emission from the power plants cause additional fine dust and thus it has negative impact on the urban environment. Although DLN(dry low NOx) and multi-stage combustors have been widely applied to solve this problem, they have another critical problem of damages to combustors and turbine components due to combustion dynamic pressure. In this study, the effect of different fuel ratio on NOx emission and pressure fluctuation was investigated regarding two variable conditions; combustor stages and power output on M501J gas turbine.
본 연구는 최근 산업곤충으로 주목받고 있는 쌍별귀뚜라미의 생산 효율 증대를 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 온도, 습도에 따른 부화율 및 부화 기간을 비롯하여 사육 밀도에 따른 생존율 및 산란 온도에 따른 산란수를 조사하였다. 적정 부화 상대습도는 90% 조건에서 부화율 90%를 보여 가장 높았다. 온도별 부화율 조사결과 20℃에서 98.3%로 가장 높았다. 또한, 온도별 부화 35℃조건에서 7.1일로 가장 짧게 나타났다. 또한 사육 용기에 3,000~20,000개체를 투입하여 35일간 조사한 밀도별 생존율은 34~18%였다. 쌍별귀뚜라미의 먹이에 채소 급여가 성장에 미치는 특성을 조사한 결과 생존율은 1.8배, 생체중량은 2.5배 높게 나타났다. 온도별 산란수 조사결과 25℃ 조건에서 30일 후 1,710개로 가장 높았다.
울금(Curcuma longa L.)의 사포닌 함량과, 증류수(distilled water, DW), 70% 에탄올 및 노르말 부탄올의 3가지 용매를 사용하여 산화억제 효과를 통한 기능성 식품 소재로서의 가치를 확인한 결과, 총 사포닌 함량은 7.506±0.349 mg SE/g dry weight으로 확인되었다. 추출 수율은 DW (17.11%), 70% 에탄올(15.26%), 노르말 부탄올(4.12%)로 DW에서 가장 높게 나타났으며, 노르말 부탄올 추출물에서 낮은 수율을 보였다. 항산화 활성은 농도가 높아질수록 활성이 증가되는 것으로 관찰되었다. 총 페놀 함량은 DW, 70% 에탄올, 노르말 부탄올 순으로 각각 8.57, 41.01, 119.11 mg GAE/g의 함량으로 나타났으며, 노르말 부탄올 추출물에서 유의적인 차이를 보이며 높게 관찰되었다(p<0.05). DPPH 라디칼 소거활성은 DW, 70% 에탄올, 노르말 부탄올 순으로 확인되었다. ABTS 라디칼 소거활성, 환원력 및 ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) 또한 DPPH 라디칼 소거활성과 비슷한 양상으로 나타났지만, ferrous ion 킬레이트 능은 노르말 부탄올(15.87~21.17%), 70% 에탄올(26.10~50.76%), DW(44.47~84.24%) 순으로 측정되었다. 이에, 울금은 산화억제 및 생리활성을 가지는 것으로 규명되었으며 기능성 식품 소재로서의 활용 가능성이 높은 것으로 사료된다.
