조절 부족 환자와 조절 용이성 부족 환자에 대한 사례 연구를 통해 실제 엄상 결 과를 비교하고， 각각의 치료 방법과 그에 따른 효과를 확인하였다. 본 임상 연구는 진단을 내리기 위한， 각각의 특성 및 임상 결과 평가에 초점을 두었으며， 두 사례간 꾀 다른 접근 처방 방식과 그에 따라 환자의 기능 시스템에 미치는 긍정적 효과에 대해 고찰해 보았다.

이안의 검사방법은 다양하며 그 방볍에 따라 이안의 방향이 다르게 나타나므로 이 안의 시기능 훈련 둥의 임상적 활용을 연구해 보고자 하였다. 검사방법은 조준 검사， 원근교대주시 검사， 접안렌즈 접근 검사， Hole-in -the-떠rd 검사， Eye Dominance Wand 검사， Manoptoscope 검사， 폭주판점 측정 검사， +2.00D 검사， 이수/이족의 방향성 검 사로 나누어 각각 실시하였다. 결과는 감각성에서의 이안과 운동성에 있어서의 이안 이 서로 다르게 나타났으며， 이수/이족의 방향성 검사， 접안렌즈 접근 검사， Eye Dominance Wand 검사， +2.00D 검사를 제외하고는 감각성 이안은 조준 검사， Manoptoscope 검사; Hole-in-the-card 검사에서 동일한 것으로 나타났고， 운동성 이안 은 원근교대주시 검사， 폭주끈점 측정 검사에서 같은 방향으로 나타나 유사성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 굴절 검사시 이안 검사는 주로 쓰는 한가지 방법이 아니라 그 목적 에 따라 여러 검사 방법으로 각각 나누어 검사해야 하며， 감각성 이안이나 운동성 이 안은 시기능이상에 따륜 시기능 훈련 (visual training) 이나 선수의 경기력 향상을 위 한 sports vision training 분야에서 반드시 고려되어야 할 것이다.

The objective of this study was to determine the cause and prevalence of bovine abortion and stillbirth in Kyungi-do area. Seventy three bovine fetuses were collected from farms and submitted to the College of Veterinary Medicine, Seoul National University. Submitted fetuses were evaluated during a 4-month period (July to November, 1999) for pathological lesion, tissue protozoa, bacteria and viral infection. The average proportion of abortions was decreased with parity in 73 abortion heifers and cows. Monthly incidence rate of bovine abortion was not different in this study. In fetuses from 90 to 282 days gestation, the majority were between 150 and 250 days gestation(58%). The cause of abortion or stillbirth was determined in 51% of the cases examined. In 15(21%) of the fetus, neosporosis were diagnosed by pathological findings. In three (4%) additional fetuses in three additional fetuses, suspected Neosporosis by pathological lesion, and in 3 (4%) fetuses examined Neopsorosis were diagnosed in 15 feturses and in 3 fetuses, Neosporosis was suspected by pathological legions. Neosporosis / viral infection were diagnosed in three additional fetuses). Miscellaneous bacterial infection, BVDV, iatrogenic cause, Neosporosis / IBRV / BVDV, miscellaneous viral, IBRV/BVDV and others were 3(4%), 3(4%), 2(3%), 2(3%), 1(1%), 1(%) and 9(12%) respectively. The cause and incidence of bovine abortion in different area in Kyungi-do was not different in this study.

수의축산분야에서 개발되어진 생식세포 체외조작기술은 의학 및 생물학을 포함한 생명과학 분야에 광범위하게 이용되고 있다. 특히 생식세포의 생존성을 체외에서 장기간 유지시키는 동결보존 기술은 현재 생식의학분야 첨단의료 기술의 발전 및 효율성 향상에 필수적으로 인식되고 있으며, 이에 대한 다양한 연구결과가 소개되고 있다. 본 강의에서는 동결보존기술의 임상적 의미 및 주요 동결기법의 확립과정, 그리고 이를 이용한 최근의 임상연구결과를 간략히 소개하려 한다.

성별, 직업, 성품, 생활양식이 전혀 다른 K43과 C45환자의 위 내시경적 소견과 치료방법을 논의하였다. K43은 잘못된 식습관과 스트레스에 의한 미란성 위염환자로서 제산제와 함께 H_2-수용체 길항제, H^+/K^+-pump 억제제, prostaglandin 제제, colloidal bismuth, sucralfate, prokinetics 등 전통적인 약물에서부터 부작용을 감소시킨 최근에 개발된 약물에 이르기까지 효과가 인정된 약물들을 폭넓게 사용하였으나 증상을 개선치 못하였으며, 임상병리 검사와 상복부 초음파 검사는 정상이었으나, 소화생리기능 검사에서 visceral hypersensitivity를 나타내었다. 그러나 C45는 평소에 두통으로 NSAIDs를 습관적으로 복용한 경험에 의하여 발생되었을 것으로 추정되는 전형적인 위·십이지장 궤양의 환자로서 H. pylori 박멸제와 함께 일반적인 소화성 궤양이 치료제로 활동기에서 치유기로 증상을 크게 완화시켰다. 특히 K43은 amitryptyline을 투여하였으나 난치성 환자로 남아 있다. 이러한 원인불명의 비궤양성 환자는 미국에서 해마다 15%씩 증가하는 추세에 있고 적절한 치료법도 없으며, 우리 나라에서는 통계치도 없는 실정인 점을 지적하고 싶다.

Photochemotherapy(UVA with 8-methoxypsoralen) was given to 30 patients with systemic psoriasis. The results of clearing and long-term(6-month) interval maintenance were reported. Clearing requirements were in general similar to these reported by Melski and Burger. The skin of the 14 patients (46.6%) recovered good skin condition by a once weekly maintenance dose. This result was better than that reported by other authors. 1. During initial treatment period, average number of treatment was 27.3 and average duration treatment was 24.8 weeks. 2. The factors to quit treatment were motion decrease, moving to the remote area, complications, etc. 3. Number of patient who received maintenance treatment was 14. 4. The complications reported from the patients were hyperpigmentation, nausea, headache, pruritis, vomiting, gastritis.

In order to study the effects of Aloe vera Linne treatment on the clinical chemistry in patients with liver disease, seven patients were administered orally with 800-1, 600 mg of Aloe vern Linne four times a day for six months. The high levels of serum AST, ALT, ALP, γ-GTP and total bilirubin in patients were significantly reduced by administration of Aloe vem L.. The reduced serum albumin/globulin value was increased by Aloe vera L. treatment. But other blood parameters of clinical chemistry values were not affected by Aloe very L. treatment. These data suggest that Aloe very L. can be effective in treatment of the patients with liver disease.

In order to study the effects of Aloe vera treatment on blood glucose level and clinical chemistry in diabetic patients, eight diabetic patients were administered orally with 800 mg of Aloe vera three times a day for three months. The high levels of blood and urine glucose in diabetic patients were significantly reduced by administration of Aloe vera. The increased plasma triglyceride concentration was also significantly reduced by Aloe vera treatment. A little amount of urine bilirubin, hematuria, nitrite, urobilinogen, protein and ketone bodies were detected before treatment, but not detected after Aloe vera treatment. But other blood parameters of clinical chemistry values were not affected by Aloe vera treatment. These data suggest that Aloe vera can be effective in the treatment of the diabetic patients,
