        최근 먹는물 수질 기준 강화에 따라 정수처리시설에 고분자 나노여과(Nanofilatration, NF)막이 도입되고 있으나, 화학 세정으로 인한 막의 주기적인 교체가 불가피하다. 반면, 세라믹 막은 강한 물리/화학적 내구성을 지니고 있으나, NF막 제조 기술의 한계로 상용화되지 못하고 있다. 연구에서는 알루미나-지르코니아 나노물질을 여과코팅 방법으로 세라믹 막의 평균 공극 크기를 감소시켰고, SEM-EDX, 분획분자량, 자연유기물, 염(CaCl2) 제거를 통해 막의 특성 변화를 분석하였다. 제조된 막은 분획분자량이 400 Da.이고, Suwannee river 자연유기물과 염의 제거율이 각각 92%와 58%였다. 이취미 물질인 지오스민 제거평가 결과, 실험조건에서 65%의 지오스민이 제거됨을 확인하였다.

        본 논문에서는 푸른바다거북의 구조・치료를 통한 보전의 공익적 가치를 경제학적 방법론에 근거하여 평가하고자 조건부가치측정법을 적용하였다. 자료의 수집은 여론조사전문기관이 무작위 추출한 전국 1,000 가구를 대상으로 일대일 개별면접조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 지불의사 유도방법으로 1.5경계 모형을 적용하되 지불수단으로는 가구당 소득세를 활용하였다. 지불의사액 분석모형으로는 효용격차모형에 근거한 스파이크 모형을 적용하였다. 분석결과, 응답가구는 중앙정부가 푸른바다거북 구조, 치료, 방류를 시행하기 위해 2016년말 기준 향후 10년 동안 매년 평균적으로 2,570원을 부담하고자 하였으며 이 값은 유의수준 1%에서 통계적으로 유의하였다. 이 값을 전국으로 확장하면 푸른바다거북 보전의 공익적 가치가 연간 487억원임을 알 수 있다. 따라서 중앙정부 차원에서 어업활동 중의 부수어획, 어선과 충돌, 폐그물에 걸려 죽거나, 부상당한 푸른바다거북에 대해 구조, 치료, 방류를 추진하는 것의 공익적 가치는 작지않다.

        본 연구는 간편식 죽 가공을 위한 기초기반 연구로 밥쌀용으로 개발된 고품질 쌀 7품종(다보, 대보, 삼광, 수광, 신동진, 진수미, 하이아미)의 품질을 평가하고 죽을 제조한 후 품질 평가를 진행하였다. 품종별 쌀의 일반성분 분석결과 삼광이 수분 12.66%, 단백질 6.43%, 아밀로스 20.83%로 가장 높은 함량을 나타내었다. 수분결합력은 176.18~199.59%, 용해도는 5.34~7.51%의 범위로 나타났으며 두 실험결과 모두 다른 품종에 비해 삼광과 진수미가 수분결합력에서는 199.59, 195.85%로 용해도에서는 삼광과 신동진에서 6.39, 7.51%로 높은 결과를 나타났다. 품종별 쌀 원료곡의 경도를 측정한 결과 다른 품종에 비해 삼광 및 수광이 각각 7,293 및 7,110 ×g으로 나타나 다른 품종에 비해 낮은 결과를 나타내었다. 죽의 저장 시 품질 변화에 영향을 미치는 요소인 죽의 pH는 6.80~7.04의 범위로 나타났으며 삼광 및 진수미 모두 pH 7.04로 다른 품종에 비해 높은 경향을 보였다. 품종별 쌀을 이용하여 제조한 죽의 점성을 측정한 결과 삼광, 신동진, 진수미 및 하이아미로 제조한 죽이 다른 품종에 비해 점성이 낮게 측정되었다. 따라서 본 연구결과 간편식 죽제조 가공품에 적합한 품종으로는 삼광과 진수미가 적합할 것이라고 판단되며 이는 제조조건에 따른 죽의 품질특성 연구에 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.

        GFRP(Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer Plastic) has a superior corrosion resistance, high specific strength/stiffness, etc. Therefore, such properties can be used to mitigate the problems associated with the use of conventional construction materials. In this study, the various rib and pitch distance of hybrid fiber GFRP bars were evaluated by experimental method. From the test result, thirty two types of FRP hybrid bars such as spiral type with the dimension of rib geometry were fabricated. To evaluate the bond properties of them, direct pull-out test was performed. All testing procedures including specimen preparation, set-up of test equipment and measuring devices were made in accordance with the recommendations of ASTM D 7913. From the test results, it was found that cross type hybrid GFRP reinforcing bars showed the highest bond strength than that of the others due to the higher relative rib area.

        HYB(FRP Hybrid Bar) is composite structural material that combines reinforced bar and FRP. HYB has high elastic modulus and after-yield-hardening properties, despite its corrosion resistance and light weight. HYB under development has relatively stable corrosion durability. This study performs fundamental experiments for the long period UV exposed HYB, and carries out pull-out test for the freezing-thawing exposed specimens of ordinary reinforced bar, HYB, and UV exposed HYB. The effect of UV exposure and freezing-thawing did not affect the tensile property and strength of HYB. However, the bond strength reduction on the environment of accelerated corrosion should be considered in further study.

        Recently, glass fiber reinforced polymer plastic (GFRP) pipes are increasing trend in using in the water-supply system because of their advantages such as light-weight, corrosion resistance, etc. GFRP pipes discussed in this paper have polymer mortar layer between filament winding glass fiber reinforced polymer plastic layers. So, GFRP pipe properties such as pipe stiffness (PS) and equivalent modulus of elasticity (Eeq ) for the design are complicated to predict or to measure. In this study, we proposed the equation that can predict the equivalent pipe stiffness factor (EI) in relation to PS and Eeq using thickness of each material layer. The predicted result obtained by the equation proposed in this paper is compared with experimental result. As a result, it was in the range of –5% to +2%. Therefore, it is found that the proposed equation can be used to design GFRP pipe used in practice.

        본 연구는 농후사료의 급여수준을 달리하여 제주산마 에게 급여하는 경우에 체중 변화, 장내 미생물 조성 및 혈액성상의 변화에 미치는 효과를 구명하기 위하여 수행 되었다. 공시축으로 24-36개월의 제주산마(제주마×더러브 렛) 14두를 공시하였으며, 농후사료의 급여수준을 체중의 1.5%(5두), 2%(4두)와 2.5%(5두)로 급여하여 봄과 겨울 증 체율 및 혈액 특성과 생리적 변화를 조사하였다. 봄에 총 증체량은 1.5%, 2%, 2.5% 급여한 처리구에서 12.6kg, 21.5kg, 29.0kg, 겨울에 총 증체량은 21.6kg, 28.0kg, 42.6kg을 나타냈고, 일당 증체량은 봄에는 0.23kg, 0.39kg, 0.54kg, 겨울에는 0.40kg, 0.52kg, 0.79kg을 나타내어 체중의 2.5%를 섭취한 구에서 높은 경향을 나타내었다. 내독 소는 농후사료 과다 섭취에 의해 그람음성균의 세포벽에 서 방출되는 물질로 봄에 시행한 시험에서 3주차 때 농 후사료를 체중의 2%와 2.5%를 급여한 처리구에서 유의 적으로 낮은 결과를 나타내었으나(p<0.05) 이후에는 점차 모든 처리구에서 수치가 비슷해져 적응하는 경향을 보여 모든 처리구가 농후사료 급여에 적응하는 경향을 보였다. 봄에 실시한 실험에서 8주차에 분 pH는 농후사료를 체 중의 1.5%, 2%, 2.5% 급여한 처리구에서 각각 6.2, 5.8, 5.7로 나타나 농후사료를 체중의 2%와 2.5%를 급여한 처 리구에서 유의적으로 낮은 결과를 나타내었다(p<0.05). 직장온도는 겨울에 실시한 실험에서 8주차에 농후사료를 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%. 급여구에서 각각 37.8℃, 37.9℃, 38.4℃ 를 나타내어 농후사료 2.5% 급여구에서 직장온도가 유의 적으로 높은 수치를 나타내었다(p<0.05). 분내 미생물에 서는 셀룰로오스와 탄수화물(구조 탄수화물) 분해에 관여 하는 미생물로 알려진 Fibrobacter가 체중의 1.5% 급여했 을 경우 총 미생물군에서 2.49%를 차지하였고, 2%와 2.5% 급여구에서는 각각 1.42%와 1.09%를 차지하여 농후 사료 급여량이 증가할수록 유의적으로 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 결론적으로 농후사료 2.5%의 급여가 비육마 사육 방법으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

        본 연구는 RPS3 유전자의 SNP를 탐색하고 버크셔 돼지 433두에서 RPS3 유전자 SNP와 육질형질과 의 연관성을 규명하였다. SNP 탐색을 위해 버크셔 돼지의 간 조직을 사용하여 RNA-Seq을 수행한 결 과, RPS3의 염색체 451번째 G 서열이 C로 변환되어 arginine에서 serine으로 아미노산이 치환되는 non-synonymous SNP를 확인하였다. 동일한 조건에서 사육된 버크셔 돼지 433두에서 RPS3 SNP의 유전자형을 분석한 결과 major allele은 G이며 minor allele은 C로 확인되었다. RPS3의 유전자형과 육 질형질과의 연관성 분석 결과 공우성 모델에서 등지방두께(Backfat thickness), 가열감량(Cooking loss), 적색도(CIE a), 사후 45분 후 삼겹살과 등심 pH(pH45minB and pH45minL), 지방(Fat)과 단백질 (Protein) 함량 형질에서 유의성을 가졌다. 성별에 따른 RPS3 SNP 유전자형의 육질분석 결과 거세돈 은 단백질 함량에서만 유일하게 유의성이 나타난 반면 암퇘지는 등지방두께를 포함한 7가지의 육질 형 질에서 유의성을 나타나 거세돈 보다 육질 형질과의 연관성이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 육질형질과 RPS3 SNP를 비교하였을 때, G allele을 가진 유전자형이 C allele에 비해 사후 pH45minB, 사후 pH45minL, 단백질 함량을 증가시키고, 등지방두께, 가열감량, 지방 함량을 감소시키는 것으로 확인하였 다. 따라서 G allele을 가진 돼지가 육질이 더 좋은 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 RPS3의 SNP를 육질이 우수한 돼지고기를 생산하기 위한 분자유전 육종에서 육질 연관 biomaker로 응용 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

        The aim of this study was to determine total mercury and methyl mercury level in fishes (Deepsea Fish, Tuna, Billfish) and fishery products. A total of 101 fishes and 44 fishery products samples collected from commercial market in Gyeonggi-do. Total mercury were analysed by mercury analyzer and methyl mercury were analyzed by gas chromatography with electron capture detector. In the fishes, total mercury was detected in all samples and methylmercury was detected in 92 samples of them. The detection rate of methylmercury was 91.1% in fishes. The mean concentration (mg/kg) of total mercury and methylmercury were 1.968 ± 0.505/0.496 ± 0.057 for Billfish, 0.665 ± 0.091/0.252 ± 0.033 for Deep-sea Fish and 0.577 ± 0.085/0.218 ± 0.025 for Tuna, respectively. The Swordfish contains the highest level of total mercury (1.968 mg/kg) and methylmercury (0.496 mg/kg). In Mabled rockfish, the ratio of methylmercury’s contents about total mercury’s contents was the highest as 66.5%. In case of fishery products, frozens made of 100% of raw material contained the highest level of total mercury and methyl mercury. The weekly intake of total mercury and methylmercury was calculated in 4.72% and 5.24% of Provisional Tolerable Weekly Intake (PTWI) respectively. This study showed that the weekly intake of methylmercury from Deep-sea Fish, Tuna and Billfish was less than the PTWI recommended by the Joint FAO/WHO expert committee on food additives.

        Lots of fishery stocks are overexploited and the overcapacity exists in Korean fishing fleets. One of the reasons is technological development, which increases the efficiency of the vessels continuously. The analysis was conducted to identify the change of fishing power index to develop the vessel and gear technology that may have improved the fishing efficiency of the offshore large powered purse seine fishery from 1960s to 2010s. Gross tonnage and horse power per fishing vessel was increased annually. Fishing gear material was changed to the knotless webbing to settle faster. Fishing equipments was modernized and supply rate was also increased. Therefore the relative fishing power index in the offshore large powered purse seine fishery increased from 0.4 in 1970 to 1.0 in 1980, to 1.5 in 2000 and to 1.6 in 2010, but the rate of increase slowed down gradually. The results are expected to contribute to reasonable fishery stock management.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate ash and mineral contents of agricultural products that are widely and specifically grown in Korea, including 23 fruits, 11 cereals and specialty crops, and 11 leaves and vegetables. Pre-treatment of mineral was performed by microwave method. Mineral contents were analyzed by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometer (ICP-OES) and Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrophotometry Mass (ICP-MS). Ash contents ranged from 0.20 to 0.69 g/100 g in fruits, 1.62 to 3.80 g/100 g in cereals, and 0.28 to 2.93 g/100 g in leaves and vegetables. Among the 45 samples, the highest contents of ash were found in quinoa (average 3.80 g/100 g), the highest contents of calcium (Ca) were found in Hansan ramie leaves (average 894.79 mg/100 g), the highest contents of phosphorus (P) were found in yellow amaranth(average 661.88 mg/100 g), the highest contents of potassium (K) were found in quinoa (average 1,455.38 mg/100 g), the highest contents of magnesium (Mg) were found in red amaranth (average 434.02 mg/100 g), the highest contents of molybdenum (Mo) were found in moringa (average 482.50 μg/100 g), and the highest contents of selenium (Se) were found in apple mango(average 23.67 μg/100 g).

        Gas hydrate (GH)-based desalination process have a potential as a novel unit desalination process. GHs are nonstoichiometric crystalline inclusion compounds formed at low temperature and a high pressure condition by water and a number of guest gas molecules. After formation, pure GHs are separated from the remaining concentrated seawater and they are dissociated into guest gas and pure water in a low temperature and a high pressure condition. The condition of GH formation is different depending on the type of guest gas. This is the reason why the guest gas is a key to success of GH desalination process. The salt rejection of GH based desalination process appeared 60.5-93%, post treatment process is needed to finally meet the product water quality. This study adopted reverse osmosis (RO) as a post treatment. However, the test about gas rejection by RO process have to be performed because the guest gas will be dissolved in a GH product (RO feed). In this research, removal potential of dissolved gas by RO process is performed using lab-scale RO system and GC/MS analysis. The relation between RO membrane characteristics and gas removal rate were analyzed based on the GC/MS measurement.

        The analysis on the international safety management code (ISM Code) and case of foreign national safety management for fishing vessel was conducted to serve as a basic data on the introduction of safety management system (SMS) for a deep-sea fishing vessel in Korea. As a result, Maritime New Zealand (MNZ) has managed operations of SMS in the maritime rules according to the Maritime Transport Act since 1994. MNZ underwent a safe ship management (SSM), which includes elements applied to shipping companies, ship and verification of the ISM Code for ships, except ISM Code application since 1998. In 2014 the introduction of the advanced maritime operator safety system (MOSS) superior to the SSM by MNZ was promoted actively switch and enforcement. Meanwhile, the safe operation manual of Japanese fishing vessel includes large part of the contents of the ISM Code, and voluntary implementation to fit the realities of the fishing vessel. The law application of SMS for a deep-sea fishing vessel after the newly establishment of the Ocean Industry Development Act to SMS would be advantageous to the schematic management, supervision, maintenance and application and, in 2016 from the implementation of maritime safety supervisor for a deep-sea fishing vessel that the management and supervision through the fishing vessel will be the efficient operation. The configuration of the safety management system in a deep-sea fishing vessel should be included as an element of ISM Code. The introduction of such a system is gradually applicable, such as nationality overseas vessel case study of the ISM Code, and vessels that are excluded from the application will be implemented as autonomous as Japan. The results are expected to contribute to sustainable development in the ocean industry safety culture spread throughout the ocean industry through the enhancement of safety fishing competency and safety management responsibility of fisher.

        The efficiency of the purchasing and procurement logistics is important in automotive industry. The rationalization of production system is directly impact on productivity and quality. For this reason importance of logistics is high. Despite we are continuously making effort, our country are still below the level than developed country on logistics efficiency. Rising labor costs is an important factor in increasing logistics costs. So workforce reduction in logistics department is a large part. We deal with A-company inbound logistics, especially procurement logistics in automotive logistics as research object. So in this study we do research on work load balance about workers. We do research on 1,475 kinds of components in procurement process. We applied work load balance algorithm on chassis, final, sequence, trim warehouses workers. According to number of workers and average M/H, algorithm is applied in two ways. After applied work load balance algorithm we reduced numbers of workers from 28 to 20 and improved worker load balance rate from 47.1% to 93.7%
