Recently, an interest in functional foods has been increasing. It was recommended placing a short definition. Therefore, we performed research on the chemical functions and antioxidant ability of broccoli. This research is vital for preparing the most favorable conditions and environment for highly-functional broccoli. Broccoli produced after applying sprouting and light sources were used for research. The chemical properties of the broccoli, including composition, free sugar, citric acid, mineral and vitamin (A, C, E) content, were analyzed. In addition, the ability of broccoli compounds to reduce total phenolic compounds, SOD-liked activity, EDA (electron donating ability), and hydroxyl radicals were inspected. Total analysis relied on the SAS (statistical analysis system). Broccoli sprouts produced through plant factory system's photosynthesis, treated under different light sources, had superior amounts of crude protein, crude fat, and crude ash, compared to normal sprouts under fluorescent light. Is it a facility or does it refer to the inner metabolism of the cell? Broccoli sprouts under red light had superior amounts of glucose, fructose, malic acid, and oxalic acid, while broccoli sprouts under turquoise light had superior amounts of citric acid. Broccoli sprouts under white light had superior amounts of various minerals, such as potassium, magnesium, and sodium. In terms of antioxidant activity, data from the plant factory system shows an increase in EDA antioxidants (1.63 mg/mL, 30.82%). Sprouts applied with turquoise light had superior amounts of hydroxyl radical scavenging (65.62%), and sprouts applied with white light had superior amounts of activated SOD-like activity (52.69%). Research on dehydrated broccoli sprouts showed that sprouts dehydrated with cold air had superior amount of malic, citric, oxalic acid compared to sprouts dehydrated with hot air. In terms of vitamin levels, sprouts dehydrated with cold air had five times the normal amount of vitamin A and E, whereas sprouts dehydrated with hot air had higher amounts of vitamin C. Dehydration at low temperature also produced a higher amount of activated antioxidants (1.6 mg/mL of activated antioxidant ability, 63.04% of SOD-like activity, and 67.76% of hydroxyl radical scavenging). Our results show that antioxidant ability can vary by the type of photosynthesis and temperature level in which the sprouts are dehydrated. Therefore, thorough foundational data is required to product the most functional broccoli.

In previous studies, we performed joint animal studies and clinical trials between Yonsei University and Oryza Oil & Fat Chemical Co. Ltd. We have shown that coffee bean extract has potent anti-obesity and hypotriglyceridemic activities as well as beneficial effects on body fat reduction.In this study, the effects of coffee bean extract (100 mg/capsule) on body fat reduction were evaluated in overweight/obese women (body mass index of 25~30 kg/m2 or body fat 〉 30%) not diagnosed with any type of disease. Subjects were randomly assigned to a coffee bean extract group (n=10) or placebo group (n=10). We measured anthropometric parameters, abdominal fat distribution by computed tomography and blood components before and after the 8week intervention period. After supplementation, the coffee bean extract group showed body weight (p=0.08), body mass index (p=0.06), hip circumference (p〈0.05), and upper waist circumference (p〈 0.01). In addition, after 8 weeks, the coffee bean extract group showed a significant decrease in abdominal internal fat area compared to 0 weeks (0 weeks : 155.8cm2; 8 weeks : 145.9cm2, δ change : -9.9cm2, respectively). However, there were no significant differences in lipid profiles or serological measurements between the coffee bean extract group and placebo group. The results of our human study demonstrated that coffee bean extract supplementation for 8 weeks has beneficial effects on reducing abdominal internal fat area as well as hip and waist circumferences.

이사부 테마파크의 기본 구상은 독도라는 우리의 해양영토와 동해(東海)에 대한 범국민적인 교육현장이어야 한다는 전제를 가지고 출발한다. 이 시대 우리는 왜 이사부를 깨워 동해바다에 우뚝 세우고 있는가. 이사부의 영정을 왜 20대 후반에서 30대 초반의 청년 장군 이사부의 모습으로 되살렸는가. 그것은 끊임없이 자행되고 있는 일본의 ‘독도와 동해’ 침탈야욕을 분쇄하기 위함이다. 이사부가 우산국 정벌을 통해 울릉도와 독도를 우리 영토로 편입한 이래 오늘날까지 지속적으로 실효적 지배를 해오고 있다는 역사성을 강조해야 하는 것도 바로 그런 이유 때문 이다. 이사부 테마파크도 그러한 시대정신과 국민여망을 반영하여 주제를 ‘이사부 와 동해’로 하고, 소주제를 1)이사부와 고대해양활동 2)울릉도 독도 수호의 역사 3)독도의 생태와 수중자원 4)동해(東海) 자료관 5)한국의 해양영웅 등 5개로 설정했다. 이사부테마파크의 위치는 이사부장군이 우산국 정벌의 출항지로 삼았던 삼척시 오분항 일대로 설정했다. 오분리 고성(古城)과 그 아래의 오분항 지역, 그리고 오 십천 하구와 건너편 부지까지 주 사업대상으로 하고, 인근 맹방 장호 갈남 고포 증산 추암까지 보조사업지로 포함시켜 해양체험효과를 극대화시킨다는 구상이다. 이사부테마파크의 공간구성은 진입공간, 주제공간, 체험공간, 놀이공간, 숙박공간, 휴게공간, 주차공간, 다목적공간, 관리공간 등으로 구분했다. 진입공간에는 상징조형물 등 주제부각 및 감동적인 경관을 연출하고, 주제공간에는 이사부의 국가표준 영정을 모시는 사당(祠堂) 주제관(전시공간) 공연장 해양영웅관 야외공연장 등을 배치하며, 체험공간은 실내와 실외로 나누어 실외의 오십천 하구와 바다에서 이사부뱃길체험을 하고, 실내에서는 삼척-울릉도-독도 뱃길 답사 외에 다양한 가상현실체험을 하도록 했다. 놀이공간도 실내외로 구분하여 남녀노소 누구나 이용이 가능하도록 하고, 숙박공간은 수학여행단 또는 여러 동아리 등 단체관람객들이 사용 하는 공간으로 했으며, 휴게공간에는 기념품점, 음식점, 찻집 등을, 다목적공간은 심포지엄 강의 소규모 그룹활동과 이벤트를 겸할 수 있게 했다. 테마파크는 놀이시설과 같은 하드웨어적인 요소와 함께 소프트웨어적 부분인 쇼이벤트로 구성되는데, 테마파크는 사실상 ‘이벤트랜드’라고 불릴 만큼 이벤트에 대한 의존도가 상당히 높다. 주제에 충실하면서도 관람객들에게 다른 곳에서 맛볼 수 없는 특별한 재미와 감동을 줄 수 있는 요소가 이벤트 프로그램이므로 삼척시에서는 이벤트의 소재가 되는 이사부와 동해, 해양영웅 관련한 학술적인 성과물과 함께 다양한 콘텐츠 개발에 주력해야 할 것이다. 이사부의 해양개척정신을 이어받아 우리의 해양영토주권을 보다 확고히 하고 신 해양시대를 주도하는 국민교육의 장이요 인재양성의 보고(寶庫)가 될 이사부 테마파크는 마땅히 국책사업으로 추진해야 한다. 오분항과 산성(山城) 일대의 발굴과 복원, 그리고 이사부 테마파크 조성 사업을 중앙정부에서 직접 주관하고, 건립 후 운영까지 직접 수행하는 것이 가장 바람직한 방안이라고 본다.

유리지방산(FFA), 글리세롤, MAG, 세사몰, 수용성 참깨 박 추출물(ASM) 첨가에 의한 213oC에서 21분 볶아 제조된 참기름의 180oC 열산화 시 세사몰과 세사몰린 함량 변화를 분석하였다. 90분간의 열산화에 의해 FFA와 MAG가 10% 첨가된 시료는 각각 0.94, 0.70 mM의 세사몰이 유의적으로 추가 생성되었으나 대조구는 0.09 mM만 증가하였다(p < 0.05). 세사몰린의 경우 FFA와 MAG 10% 첨가 시료는 대조구에 비해 15 및 18% 유의적으로 감소하였다(p < 0.05). 1.5와 2.5 mM 첨가 세사몰은 세사몰린의 유의적인 변화를 유발하지 않았다(p > 0.05). ASM 첨가 시료에서 세사몰과 세사몰린의 일관적인 변화는 확인되지 않았다. 고온에서 볶은 참깨로부터 착유된 참기름의 가열 산화 시 세사몰 생성 및 세사몰린 분해에는 FFA 및 MAG 같은 유지산화생성물의 함량에 주로 영향을 받는 것으로 사료된다.

Daily workers in construction sites rarely receive the benefit of systematic safety and health training as they are required to move from one construction site to another in response to the start, completion, and repetition of construction works. Also, small- to medium-sized construction sites often lack the capacity to train their workers. Therefore, as in the advanced countries, basic OSH training sheme for construction workers should be conducted in the industrial-level, rather than in individual workplace-level, to make the training more effective. By doing so, only workers with the basic safety training will be able to engage in construction works. Consequently, accidents in the construction industry will decrease, as workers themselves who are at the forefront of the construction worksites are empowered to play the central role in accident prevention activities.

The purpose of this study is, by recognizing that recently, as crimes using information and various adverse-effect phenomena such as hacking and virus occur frequently with rapid development of information network such as Internet in every field of industry, the range of security is widening to the field of industrial areas for preventing the leaking of industrial technology and protecting that technology as well as information security only limited to IT area, and by establishing common concept about industrial security through education on the industrial security at the point of increasing importance of industrial security, to prepare the base of comprehensive risk management system for protecting company's assets (physical factor, technical factor and managerial factor) safely from the random threats or attacks inside and outside the company through assessment of important assets of the company, evaluation of threats and weak points, and risk assessment by building industrial security management system in order to protect company's information assets and resources which are connected to the existence of the company safely from the threats or attacks from inside or outside the company and to spread stable business activities.

Effect of four nematicidal herbal extracts (Daphne genkwa, Eugenia caryophyllata, Quisqualis indica and Zingiber officinale) and 3 acricidal herbal extracts (Pharbitis nil, Xanthium strumarium, and Desmodium caudatum) on entomopathobenic nematodes [Steinernema carpocapsae Pocheon strain (ScP) and Heterorhabditis sp. Gyeongsan strain (HG)], silkworm (Bombyx mori), and ground beetles (Synuchus sp.) were investigated in the laboratory and field. D. genkwa was highly toxic to ScP and HG (100% mortality) at the concentration of 5,000 ppm in X-plate. All the infective juveniles of HG were dead after 3 days by E. caryophyllata and Q. indica. The mortality of ScP and HG was below 10% by D. genkwa, D. caudatum, E. caryophyllata, Q. indica and Z. officinale at the concentration of 1,000 ppm two days after treatment while mortality of HG was 62.8% by D. genkwa at the concentration of 1,000 ppm in X-plate. However, 1,000 ppm had not effect on nematode survival and pathogenicity of ScP in sand column. On the contrary, E. caryophyllata had effect on pathogenicity of HG. Mean number of dead Galleria mellonella larva of HG was 0.5 in E. caryophyllata treatment. Q. indica did not effect silkworm reared on mulberry leaves at the treatment of 1,000 ppm in 10 days after treatment. However, there were 20.0 and 100% mortalities in the treatment of D. genkwa 3 and 10 days after treatment, respectively. The weight of silkworm was low in D. genkwa and did not pupate. The weight of pupa and cocoon were not different in E. caryophyllata, P. nil, Q. indica, X. strumarium and Z. officinale. D. genkwa, E. caryophyllata, P. nil, Q. indica and Z. officinale had no effect on ground beetles, Synuchus sp. in forest soil.

오픈마켓 중심의 인터넷쇼핑의 성장세가 애초의 기대를 훨씬 능가하는 수준으로 진행됨에 따라 온라인 소비자의 의사결정 및 행동에 관한 연구도 활발히 이루어 지고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 인터넷 쇼핑시장의 성장세를 주도하고 있는 오픈마켓 쇼핑 경험자를 대상으로 실제 오픈마켓형 인터넷 쇼핑몰이 제공하는 의사결정 지원기능이 의사결정의 효율성과 만족에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석․검증하였다. 연구의 주요결과를 요약하면, 첫째 오픈마켓의 의사결정지원기능들이 고객의

뿌리혹선충에 살선충 활성을 가지는 식물체 정유(anise oil, caffeine, clove oil, marigold, mustard oil, neem oil, quassia, quilaja, rosemary oil, rotenone, Thea sinensis oil, thyme oil, wintergreen oil, yucca)의 방제제로서 활용에 대비하여 유용곤충인 누에(Bombyx mori)에 대한 영향을 조사하였다. 누에에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 각각의 추출물을 1000 ppm 농도로 희석한 후, 가정용 소형 분무기를 이용하여 잎이 10-15개 정도 붙어있는 뽕나무에 살포하여 음건하였다. 음건한 뽕잎은 따서 지퍼팩에 넣어 보관하면서 4령 1일째 누에를 이용하여 관행적 누에 사육법에 따라 급상하면서 매일 누에의 치사유무와 유충무게, 번데기 무게, 고치무게 등을 조사하였다. 처리 한 식물체 정유의 종류와 급상일수에 따라 누에의 생존에 미치는 영향은 차이가 있었는데 처리 3일후와 5일후 까지는 누에의 치사율에 차이가 없었으나 급상 7일째에는 neem oil 처리에서 53.3%의 치사율을 보였고 급상 10일후에는 100% 치사하였다. 5령 1일째 누에의 체중은 neem oil과 rotenone 처리에서 0.28 g으로 무처리구의 0.46 g과 차이가 있었다. Neem oil 처리구에서는 고치를 형성한 누에가 없었으며 고치무게와 번데기 무게는 rotenone 처리에서 0.27 g과 1.01 g으로 가장 적었다.
