우리벼메뚜기의 평균 발육기간은 41.6 ± 9.8 (mean ± SD)일로 조사되었고 1령 부터 6령까지 각각 9.3 ± 1.7; 6.8 ± 1.7; 6.5 ± 1.4; 7.6 ± 2.1; 9.0 ± 2.3; 11.8 ± 1.8 (mean ± SD)일이었다. 1령부터 7령까지의 평균 섭식량은 각각 3.5 ± 3.2; 6.7 ± 3.9; 15.5 ± 11.1; 44.9 ± 27.7; 96.3 ± 54.3; 115.7 ± 35.1; 101.9 ± 57.8 (mean ± SD) ㎠이 었다. 부화 약충에게 보리와 옥수수를 공급한 결과 부화 1일차 약충 42.3%는 보리 를 26.9%는 옥수수를 섭식하였고 두 기주식물 모두 섭식한 것은 26.9%이었다. 하 지만 부화 2 ~ 4일차까지의 약충 65.4%는 옥수수를 섭식하였고 두 기주식물 모두 를 섭식한 것은 26.9%로 옥수수를 선호하였다. 부화 직후의 1일간 평균 섭식량은 0.46 ± 0.69 (mean ± SD) ㎠ 이었고 2일부터 4일차까지 1.15 ± 0.80 (mean ± SD) ㎠ 이었다. 우리벼메뚜기는 수분함량이 90%인 산란배지에 66.1% 산란하였고 60% 와 30%에는 각각 19.5, 14.4% 산란하였다. 주당 평균 산란수는 1.0 ± 0.4 (mean ± SD)개로 조사되었다.

본 연구는 땅강아지의 실내 증식기술 개발을 위해 2년 동안 수행되었다. 2013년 증식수는 43.0 ± 20.0 (mean ± SE)개체이었고 충태별로 2 ~ 3령이 15.3 ± 25.8, 3 ~ 5령이 28.8 ± 24.0, 6 ~ 8령이 2.4 ± 2.7개체였다. 2014년의 증식수는 43.5 ± 31.0 (mean ± SE)개체이었고 충태별로 2 ~ 3령이 25.8 ± 25.6, 3 ~ 5령이 23.6 ± 21.3, 6 ~ 8령이 2.9 ± 2.3개체였다. 실내사육상자의 증식성공률은 2013년과 2014년에 각 각 46.9%와 50.0%로 조사되었다. 야외 대형사육장에 암컷 25개체를 접종하였을 때 총 147개체가 증식되었고 실내 대형사육장에 암컷 100개체와 수컷 50개체를 접 종하였을 때 총 78개체가 증식되었다. 야외사육장과 실내 사육장에서는 원예용상 토를 넣은 25 ㎝ 깊이의 표층에서 전체 유충의 86.4%와 89.7%가 채집되었다.

Domestic 105㎜ HE (High Explosive) shell is composed of three parts that are Fuze, Projectile and Propellants. Among three parts, propelling charge of propellants part consists of single base propellants. It has been known that the lifespan of single base propellants is affected by a storage period. These are because Nitrocellulose (NC) which is the main component of propelling gunpowder can be naturally decomposed to unstable substances similar with other nitric acid ester. Even though it cannot be prevented fundamentally from being disassembled, a decomposition product (NO2, NO3, and HNO3) and tranquillizer DPA (Diphenylamine) having high reactivity are added into a propellant to restrain induction of automatic catalysis by a decomposition product. The decay rate of the tranquillizer is also affected by a production rate of the decomposition product of NC. Therefore, an accurate prediction of the Self-Life is required to ensure against risks such as explosion. Hereupon, this paper presents a new methodology to estimate the shelf-life of single base propellants using data of ASRP (Ammunition Stockpile Reliability Program) to domestic 105mm HE (propelling charge of propellants part). We selected four attributes that are inferred to have influence on distribution of the DPA amount in a propellant from the ASRP dataset through data mining processes. Then the selected attributes were used as independent variables in a regression analysis in order to estimate the shelf-life of single base propellants. 1)

미치광이풀 부정근으로부터 탈분화 및 재분화에 미치는 세포소기관의 형태 및 tropane alkaloids의 함량 변화를 TEM과 HPLC를 사용하여 조사하였다. Scopolamine and hyoscyamine 및 세포 소기관의 형태변화는 세포분화 및 탈분화 단계마다 차이를 보였다. 부정근은 배양 20일후에는 캘러스가 형성되었고, 배양 60일부터 줄기원기가 발생하였으며, 이후 완전한 줄기로 발달하였다. 부정근 정단부 조직을 TEM 분석 결과 핵, 액포, 전분체, 미토콘드리아, 골지체, 세포벽 등 다양한 세포소기관들이 형성되었으나, 배양 20일후부터는 소기관들이 적게 관찰되었다. 그러나 분화가 시작되는 배양 40일 후 callus 세포에는 다수의 전분체 등 다양한 세포소기관들이 다시 관찰되었고, 배양 60일 이후에는 다시 전분립의 수가 감소하였다. 배양 80일째 세포는 전분립이 거의 관찰되지 않았으나, 미토콘드리아, 골지체 등 다양한 세포소기관들이 다시 관찰되었다. 한편, scopolamine과 hyoscyamine 함량은 배양 60일부터 다소 증가하다가 이후 90일까지 급격히 증가하였고, 이후에는 급격한 감소를 보였다. 본 연구 결과 tropane alkaloid 생합성은 탈분화 및 분화 과정에 영향을 받으며, 세포 내 전분립 생성은 기관분화와 더불어 물질생합성과 매우 밀접한 관련성이 있을 것으로 추정된다.

직업이란 자신에 대한 정의 및 자신의 적성 및 자신을 표현할 수 있는 일로 인생에서 큰 비중을 차지한다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 현 시대에서 대학생들은 자신의 적성에 따른 교육이나 미래의 직업에 대한 희망적인 생각도 하기 전에 취업의 불안과 스트레스를 다시금 느끼는 시대이기도 하다. 사회복지는 인간과 환경과의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 다양한 복지 서비스 현장의 경험과 봉사활동 및 인성 부분의 준비가 중요하다고 할 수 있겠다. 그러나 취업 준비는 스트레스로 다가오고 있고, 이는 곧 미래의 클라이언트의 다양한 봉사영역과 자신의 능력향상을 위해 이에 대한 연구와 방안이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 사회복지학과 학생들의 취업 스트레스와 자아존중감의 관계에 대해서 살펴보았다. 그 결과 취업스트레스는 학교환경, 성격, 가족환경에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 학교 환경스트레스는 고학년이 높았으며 학교지명도가 개인의지보다 높은 차이를 보였다. 경제적 수준이 높고 취업준비가 높을수록 자아존중감이 높았으며, 자아존중감은 학업스트레스와 성격스트레스, 가족환경에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 자아존중감이 높을수록 취업스트레스는 낮아진다고 할 수 있겠다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 자아존중감은 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인임을 확인할 수 있다. 이를 통해 대학생들에 대한 자아존중감을 높일 수 있는 인성교육관련 프로그램을 학교와 학과에서 실시하여 자존감과 취업준비 모두 높일 수 있게 하는 프로그램이 필요하다고 할 수 있겠다.

본 연구의 목적은 지지체의 친수화가 압력지연삼투(Pressure retarded osmosis, PRO)막의 투과특성에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보고자 하였다. 소수성 지지체인 폴리에스테르를 친수성 고분자인 셀룰로오스 용액을 사용하여 친수화도를 조절하였다. 지지체의 친수화 특성만을 파악하기 위해서 지지층 없이 동일한 활성층을 사용하여 PRO 막 투과 특성을 비교하였다. 사용된 활성층은 1,4-dioxane과 cellulose tri-acetate (CTA, 13 wt%)를 사용하여 제조하였으며, 5 kgf/cm2 압력 하에서 행한 PRO 성능 평가의 경우 투과도가 친수화된 지지체를 사용한 경우와 친수화되지 않은 경우에 각각 1.2 L/m2hr와 0.8 L/m2hr로 친수화된 지지체를 사용할 경우 약 50% 투과량이 증가되는 특성을 보였다. 그러나 셀룰로오스 농도 변화에 따른 지지체의 친수화도 증가가 투과량 변화를 가져오지는 않았다. 이는 지지체를 친수화하기 위해 사용된 셀룰로오스의 농도가 증가함에 따라 지지체의 기공이 막히는 현상에 기인한 것으로 보인다. 이러한 결과를 통해 정삼투공정에서 투과유량을 높이기 위해서는 지지체로서 친수성 소재를 사용하여 분리막을 제조함과 동시에 지지체 기공을 유지하는 것이 중요함을 확인하였다.

디지털 카메라에서는 일반적으로 높은 공간주파수에 의해 발생하는 주파수 간섭을 제거하기 위해 OLPF(optical lowpass filter)를 사용한다. 그러나, 제조사는 제조단가의 절약을 위해 OLPF를 제거하고 영상을 획득하기를 원하고 이에 따라 OLPF를 제거한후에 영상을 획득한 후 높은 공간주파수를 가지는 영역에 의한 색 번짐 현상을 제거하기 위한 방법의 개발이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 카메라의 OLPF 제거 후 영상의 상세 성분을 보존하고 색 번짐 현상를 제거하는 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 영상의 RGB 각 채널별 색 변화 비율을 사용하여 색 번짐 영역을 검출하고, 주변의 채널별 평균 색도 비율을 이용하여 색 번짐 현상을 제거한다. 실험 결과 제안한 방법은 세부 성분의 손실을 줄이고 색 번짐 현상의 제거에서 우수한 성능을 보였다.

Among ammunitions which are stored in a war field, the lifespan of propelling gunpowder is affected by storage environment such as storage temperature, humidity, and exposure to sunlight. These are because Nitrocellulose (NC) which is the main component of propelling gunpowder can be naturally disassembled to unstable substances similar with other nitric acid ester. We can’t prevent it fundamentally from being disassembled, but to restrain induction of automatic disassembly by decomposition product, a decom- position product (NO2, NO3, and HNO3) and tranquillizer DPA (Diphenylamine), having high reactivity, are added into a propellant. For this, it will decrease the velocity of tranquillizer which can also affect the velocity of producing the decomposition product of NC, storage temperature or humidity of propelling gunpowder is higher, drop of tranquillizer content is much faster. Therefore, to extend storage lifespan of propelling gunpowder, it is really important to control storage temperature or humidity inside the magazine. Hereupon, according to the manufacture of small scale model magazine and the result of performing experiments and measuring variation of inside temperature (storage temperature), using roof types that have a steel slate structure of magazine among ground magazines, this research shows the differences in details.

The revitalization of e-business via Internet brings big changes to the postal business, and leads to a tremendous increase of heavy and large sized postal mails with continuing growth of home delivery business. Thus, even though the number of intermediate storages for mail delivery that mailmen use for picking up mails in the middle of mail delivery has been being increased, it has still many problems such as insufficient number and size of the storages as well as avoidance of mail keeping of trust agents. It is necessary that safety of mail keeping, seamless mail delivery, and individual parcel pick-up process reestablish- ment should be made through an improved counter plan for the problems described previously. This study presents the efficient and right operational plan for the intermediate storage for mail delivery with providing the number and size of intermediate storages per mail delivery sequence according to four different types of post offices.

Jeongseon-gun had 892 Korean beef cattle farmers, and had 9,180 Korean beef cattle in September, 2010. Average fed cattle by farm was less than 20 heads. The small scale breeding ratio was higher than the case of Gangwon-do and the average country level. Jeongseon-gun tries to increase the beef cattle to 20,000 in oder to increase farm income. The purpose of the study is to analysis the farmer's intention to the increasing feed scale. Data were collected by questionnaire. Frequency analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze. In the results of frequency analysis, about 92% respondents were agreed to expand the increasing scale to 20,000 heads. In order to accomplish the goal, about 63% respondents wanted complex for Korean native cattle breeding. About 62% respondents had intention to increase the feeding cattle heads. In the results of factor analysis, four factors were derived as "Government support", "Infrastructure construction", "Brand development" and "Construction logistics system". In the results of cluster analysis, three clusters were derived as "group that does not need support from the government", "group that needs construction of logistics system" and "group that needs support system".

사회복지란 인간을 대상으로 하는 서비스이다. 이에 사람과의 소통과 일상에의 집중 및 총체적인 안정감은 그 무엇보다 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 사회복지대학생들의 스마트폰 중독과 우울에 관하여 조사하여 미래의 사회복지사인 대학생들의 스마트폰 중독 실태와 우울 그리고 그 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 스마트폰을 사용하는 현재 사회복지를 전공하는 대학생 193명을 설문조사하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 스마트폰 중독 실태로는 학생들이 스마트폰을 사용함으로 스트레스를 해소하고자 하였고, 처음 생각한 시간보다 과다 사용하게 됨을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 스마트폰 중독과 우울간의 관계에서는 스마트폰 중독은 사용시간, 사용요금, 우울과 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 앞으로 이러한 중독적인 경향성의 지속적인 파악과 함께 사용시간을 가급적 통제할 수 있는 다양한 방안을 모색하여야 하겠다.

피부색 정보는 컬러 영상에 포함된 얼굴 영역 또는 피부색 영역을 검출하는데 있어 중요한 요소이다. 일반적으로 피부색 정보로부터 통계 피부색 모델을 이용하여 피부색 영역을 검출한다. 하지만 영상에 피부색에 해당하는 색이 포함되어 있는 컬러 영상에서는 일반적인 통계 피부색 모델만으로 정확한 피부색영역을 검출할 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다른 피부색 부분이 포함되어 있는 다양한 컬러 영상에서피부색 영역만을 정확히 검출하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 RGB, YCbCr, HSI 피부컬러 모델을 기반으로 각 모델을 이용한 피부색 검출율을 가중치로 사용하여 얼굴 후보 영역을 설정하였다. 또한 영상내의 피부색 영역이외의 부분을 제거하기 위하여 영상에서의 관심영역을 계산하여 얼굴 후보 영역과 관심영역을 동시에 만족하는 피부색을 찾음으로써 피부색을 배경으로 가지는 컬러영상에서 정확한 피부색검출을 수행하였다. 실험 결과 제안한 방법이 유사한 피부색을 포함한 영상에서 우수한 피부색 검출 성능을 보였다.

유즙 내에 들어있는 유용 단백질을 분리, 정제하였을 때 예상되는 경제적 가치 때문에 우 리는 유즙 내에 들어있는 재조합 hEPO 단백질을 추출하고 정제하려는 많은 시도를 하고 있다. 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 유즙 내에 들어있는 target 단백질의 정제가 매우 어렵고, 그 순도 역시 20%에 지나지 않는다. 우리는 hEPO 유전자를 가지고 있으며 유선에서 hEPO를 분비하는 형질전환 돼지를 생산 보유하고 있다. 그러나, 이들 형질전환 돼지들은 체내에 도입된 유전자의 발현에 의해 야기되는 적혈구 과다증 그리고 혈소판 감소증과 같 은 순환기의 문제가 유발되고 있다. 명백하게, 이러한 종류의 혈액학적 변화는 장기의 정상 적인 기능을 방해하며 형질전환 돼지의 갑작스런 죽음을 초래한다. 그러므로, 앞서 언급한 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 alternative한 방법이 필요하다. 현재 연구에서, 우리는 외인성 hEPO를 발현하는 돼지에서 비정상의 생리학적 증후에 관해서 실험하였으며 hEPO를 생산 하기 위한 alternative choice로서 형질전환 돼지 유래 세포의 배양 system을 제안하였다. 5마리의 F6 hEPO 형질전환 돼지와 4마리와 대조군으로 일반돼지(랜드레이스)를 국립축 산과학원 동물바이오공학과에서 사육 도축하고 순환 장기를 채취하였다. 형질전환 돼지 순 환기 조직(유선, 신장, 폐, 비장)을 계대 배양 후 hEPO mRNA의 발현을 RT-PCR 방법으로 분석하였다. 또한, 면역조직화학 염색법을 통해서 hEPO 형질전환돼지 순환 장기조직에서 발현되는 hEPO의 발현 양상을 분석한 결과로서 유선, 신장 및 폐 조직에서 hEPO의 발현 이 확인되었으나, hEPO 발현 양상이 모든 형질전환동물 조직에서 발현되는 경향을 보이지 는 않았다. 한편, 세포면역화학 분석법에서는 형질전환돼지 유래 세포의 배양 시 hEPO가 발현되고 있는 양상을 확인하였다. 또한, 형질전환 돼지와 일반돼지의 세포 증식률과 증식 속도는 신장 세포에서는 빠른 증식을 나타낸 반면, 폐와 비장 세포에서는 느린 증식률이 확 인되었다. 배양 후 지속적인 세포 증식과 세포의 생존성을 분석하기 위하여 Apoptosis를 TUNEL과 Annexin V를 이용한 방법으로 조사한 결과, 형질전환돼지 유래의 세포와 일반돼 지의 세포 사이에 유의적 차이는 발견하지 못했다. 이들의 결과들로서 본 연구에서는 형질 전환돼지를 생산하여 유용 단백질을 이용하고자 할 경우, 목적으로 하는 세포 뿐 만 아니라 형질전환가축 유래의 다양한 세포를 이용 할 수 있는 가능성을 시사하고 있다.

When customers purchase a product, the process of searching for any purchase pattern process is called ‘Association Rule’. For using of this, if the customers is using unit of spare parts and the stores of displaying and selling the goods are the facility unit of having the spare parts, it will be represented that the demend pattern through the sales list in facility units. Current ASL(Authorized Stockage List) selection is the way of using the result analyzed actual experience used spare parts during the Korea War. it is specified that ASL selection criterion and procedures based on Army regulations and field manuals. This method is not conducted the association analysis between spare parts used the current equipment operating, and have not the clear criterion and analysis system about the ASL selection. In this study, in order to solve these problems, it was carried out the Association Rule targeting the sales list of the spare parts in point of between the using unit and products of occurred month based on the table designed the star-schema. And it is studied and proposed that the ASL selection way using the analysis result.

This study was investigated to determine the contamination levels of total aerobic bacteria, coliform group, E. coli and food-borne pathogens of side dishes from 2 traditional markets (100 samples) and 2 super markets (100 samples) located on Ulsan. The levels (range) of total aerobic bacteria was 4.75 log CFU/g (1.60~6.92 log CFU/g) in traditional market and 4.62 log CFU/g (2.00~6.46 log CFU/g) in super market, respectively. Coliform was detected in 64 and 66 samples sold at traditional markets and super markets, respectively. E, coli was detected in 4 and 6 samples sold at traditional markets and super markets, respectively. The food-borne pathogens, namely Bacillus cereus and Listeria monocytogenes were detected in 1 sample sold at traditional markets, respectively, and Bacillus cereus was detected in 4 samples sold at super markets. However, other pathogens such as Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Yersinia enterocolitica, Clostridium perfringens, Camphylobacter jejuni and Pathogenic E. coli were not detected. The Saengchae and Seasoned Jeotgal were relatively vulnerable compared to the others in the food-borne pathogens.

지리산 구상나무 개체군의 보존과 효율적인 관리방안을 제시하기 위한 기초자료 제공을 위하여 해발고별 구상나무 개체군의 식생구조와 생육환경을 분석하였다. 지리산 거림계곡의 해발 1,000m에서 1,500m까지 6개의 조사구(400㎡)를 설치하여 분석하였다. 중요치 분석 결과, 교목층에서 구상나무는 site Ⅴ, Ⅵ에서 가장 높은 중요치를 나타냈으며 그 외 조사구에서는 신갈나무의 중요치가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 아교목층에서는 site Ⅵ에서 구상나무가 가장 높은 중요치를 나타냈으나 다른 조사구에서는 신갈나무를 중심으로 하는 낙엽활엽수의 중요치가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 흉고직경급(10cm 이하, 11-20cm, 21-30cm, 31cm 이상) 분포에서 구상나무는 전 직경급에서 고르게 분포하는 J자형의 분포곡선을 나타내고 있다. 2000년 이후 구상나무의 연륜생장량은 site Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ에서 각각 1.002, 0.996, 1.752, 1.850, 1.198, 0.984 mm/yr로 site Ⅲ을 제외하고는 전체 연륜생장량보다 줄어든 것으로 나타났다.

시각장애우와 청각장애우에서 상실된 감각기능을 대체할 목적으로 촉각제시장치를 이용할 경우 효과적으로 촉각을 제시하기 위하여 대조군, 시각장애군, 청각장애군, 합병증성 시각장애군에서 신체 부위에 따른 촉각인 지능을 컴퍼스와 JVP dome을 이용하여 각각 두점식별력과 격자해상능을 측정하였다. 컴퍼스를 이용한 두점식별력은 대조군에서 손가락이 가장 높은 민감도를 보였으나 남녀의 차이는 보이지 않았다. 시각장애군과 청각 장애군은 대조군과 비교하여 손가락에서는 차이를 보이지 않았으나 팔과 다리 부위에서는 낮은 민감도를 보였다. JVP dome을 이용한 격자해상능은 대조군에서 다섯 손가락 모두에서 상호간의 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 또한 남녀의 차이도 보이지 않았다. 시각장애군은 대조군과 비교하여 다섯 손가락 모두에서 높은 민감도를 보였으며, 청각장애군은 대조군과 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그러나 합병증성 시각장애군은 대조군 및 시각장애군과 비교하여 두점식별력 및 격자해상능에서 모두 낮은 민감도를 보였다. 이상의 연구결과는 촉각제시장치를 이용할 경우 자극 부위와 방법을 고려해야 하며, 감각상실의 원인 질환에 따라 촉각인지능에 차이가 있음을 시사한다.
